Abstract

Unité d'emballage alimentaire (20) comprenant un contenant alimentaire (1) destiné à recevoir un produit alimentaire fluide, pâteux ou coulant. L'opercule (10) du contenant alimentaire, qui peut être appliqué sur le contenant alimentaire en plastique (1) pour fermer l'ouverture (4) par scellement, soudage ou collage, présente une couche contenant de la cellulose, qui est revêtue de PVOH, ou une couche de mélange de polymères-PVOH.
