Abstract
Description
2)フロント側足場枠4の両側にタワー1へ向けて伸縮自在に取り付けられてタワー1の外面に当接する揺れ止め部材7を設けているから足場枠4,5,6の揺れを防止しながらタワー1に沿って昇降させることが出来る。
3)第1、第2および第3の昇降装置9,10,11とナセル側吊元との間に第1、第2および第3の牽引ロープ12,13,14を吊り下げているから各足場枠4,5,6が3本の牽引ロープ12,13,14で均一に吊り下げられ、安定して水平に維持される。そのため、各足場枠4,5,6を水平に維持するための装置やその操作が不要となる。
4)第2および第3の昇降装置10,11がサイド側足場枠5,6にそれぞれ揺動自在に取り付けられているからサイド側の第2および第3の牽引ロープ13,14によって水平方向の力が第2および第3の昇降装置10,11に作用してゴンドラ装置全体に偶力による回転モーメントが作用しようとしても、この第2および第3の昇降装置10,11が揺動して第2および第3の牽引ロープ13,14の昇降装置10,11に対する作用点を下げ、回転モーメントを小さくできるので余分な荷重がフロント側の第1の牽引ロープ12に付加されるのを抑制でき又は小さくでき、その耐久性が損なわれるのを防止でき、その結果剛性の小さい材料で成形することが可能となる。
5)サイド側足場枠5,6をそれぞれ水平方向に駆動する第1および第2の駆動装置15,16を備えているので、サイド側足場枠5,6をブレード3の外面に沿って近づけたり、離したりできるからブレード3の涙滴状の断面形状に対応してサイド側足場枠5,6を配置できる。そのため、ブレード3に近づける介錯ロープやその操作作業が不要となる。
Claims (7)
- 柱状のタワーと、上記タワーの上に搭載したナセルと、上記ナセルに回転自在に設けたブレードとを有し、上記ブレードを回転させて発電機を稼働させる風力発電装置におけるブレードのメンテナンスに用いられるゴンドラ装置において、
上記ブレードの背部に対向して上記タワーに対して交差する方向に伸びる水平なフロント側足場枠と、上記フロント側足場枠に互いに水平方向移動自在に取り付けられて上記ブレードの側面に対向する第1のサイド側足場枠5と第2のサイド側足場枠と、
上記フロント側足場枠の両側にタワー1へ向けて伸縮自在に取り付けられて上記タワー1の外面に当接する揺れ止め部材と、
上記フロント側足場枠に設けた第1の昇降装置と、上記第1と第2のサイド側足場枠にそれぞれ揺動自在に取り付けた第2および第3の昇降装置と、
上記フロント側足場枠に設けられて上記サイド側足場枠をそれぞれ水平方向に駆動する第1および第2の駆動装置と、
上記第1、第2および第3の昇降装置と上記ナセル2側吊元との間に設けた第1、第2および第3の牽引ロープとを備えた
ことを特徴とするゴンドラ装置。 - 第1および第2のサイド側足場枠は、フロント側足場枠に対してV字状に設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴンドラ装置。 - 上記フロント側足場枠が足場板と上記足場板の外周に起立した手摺とで構成され、
上記第1のサイド側足場枠5と第二サイド側足場枠は、それぞれ足場板と上記足場板の外周に起立した手摺とで構成され、
上記第1および第2のサイド側足場枠は、それぞれ基端が上記第1および第2の駆動装置を介して上記フロント側足場枠に連結され、先端側が基端からV字状に伸びて上記ブレードの側面に対向している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴンドラ装置。 - 上記第1の昇降装置がエンドレスタイプの第1の昇降機と、上記昇降機のハウジングからそれぞれ上方に起立するフロント側支柱と、上記支柱の上端に上記第1の牽引ロープを案内するシーブとを備え、
上記第2および第3の昇降装置がそれぞれエンドレスタイプの昇降機と、上記昇降機のハウジングからそれぞれ上方に起立するサイド側支柱と、上記支柱の上端に上記第2、第3の牽引ロープをそれぞれ案内する左右一対のシーブと、を備え、
上記第2の昇降機の下端をブラケット又はユニバーサルジョイントを介して上記第1サイド側足場枠に揺動自在に連結し、
上記第3の昇降機の下端をブラケット又はユニバーサルジョイントを介して上記第2のサイド側足場枠に揺動自在に連結した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴンドラ装置。 - 上記第1および第2のサイド側足場枠の各手摺の内側にガイドフレームを設け、上記各ガイドフレームにローラを介して上記第1および第2のサイド側支柱の揺動をそれぞれ案内している
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のゴンドラ装置。 - 上記第1および第2の駆動装置は、それぞれ上記フロント側足場枠4に設けた水平な上下一対のガイド支柱と、上記第1および第2のサイド側足場枠の基端にそれぞれブラケットを介して取付けられて上記各ガイド支柱にそれぞれスライド自在に挿入した上下一対のガイドローラと、上記各下側のガイドローラと上記フロント側足場枠4との間に設けた一対のシリンダとを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴンドラ装置。 - 上記揺れ止め部材は、上記第1の足場枠4の両側に設けた一対のガイド筒と、上記各ガイド筒内にピニオンで駆動されて伸縮自在に挿入されたラックと、上記ラックの端部に設けられた揺動自在なブラケットと、上記各ブラケットに設けられて上記タワーの外面に転動自在に当接するローラとを備え
上記ピニオンは、上記第1のフロント側足場枠に設けられたモータと上記モータで回転駆動されるプロペラシャフトで回転駆動される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴンドラ装置。
