Abstract
본 발명은 섬유 접착용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 열가소성 수지, 이산화티탄, 난연제, 자외선 흡수제 및 열안정제를 포함하는 섬유 접착용 조성물, 이를 포함하는 코팅사, 직물 및 제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 내후성, 내열성, 단열성, 내구성 등이 우수한 섬유 접착용 조성물을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명은 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 내후성, 내열성 등이 우수하여 블라인드, 차광막, 인테리어 소재 등에 널리 사용될 수 있는 코팅사를 제공할 수 있다. 아울러 본 발명은 화이트 색상이기 때문에 짙은 색상에 한정되지 않는 다양한 색상구현이 가능하며, 실내의 온도를 낮추고 냉각 비용을 줄임으로써 에너지를 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 블라인드, 차광막 또는 인테리어 소재용 직물을 제공할 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 섬유 접착용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 열가소성 수지, 이산화티탄, 난연제, 자외선 흡수제 및 열안정제를 포함하는 섬유 접착용 조성물, 이를 포함하는 코팅사, 직물 및 제품에 관한 것이다.
건축물의 블라인드, 차광막, 벽지, 바닥재 및 자동차 내장재에 사용되는 소재로는 종이, 비닐, 직물, 플라스틱, 세라믹 등이 있으나, 열차단성, 차광성, 내후성, 내열성, 난연성, 가공성 등의 측면에서 직물이 현재 널리 사용되고 있다.
직물을 블라인드, 차광막, 벽지, 바닥재, 자동차 내장재 등의 용도로 사용하기 위해서는 직물에 접착층을 코팅해야 하는데, 이 경우 직물 표면에 접착층을 균일하게 형성할 수 없어 코팅층이 박리될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 작업 공정도 복잡하게 된다.
특히 직물을 블라인드 및 차광막에 이용하기 위해서는 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 내후성, 내열성 등이 우수한 직물을 사용하여 실내의 온도를 낮추고 냉각 비용을 줄임으로써 에너지를 절약할 필요가 있는데, 상기 직물을 코팅하는 방법으로는 이를 실현할 수가 없다.
이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 한국등록특허 제10-0815577호는 다층직물에 있어서, 상기 직물은 표면층, 이면층, 상기 표면층과 이면층을 연결하는 중간층으로 형성되되, 상기 중간층은 제1중간층과 제2중간층으로 형성되며, 기본적으로 표면경사만으로 이루어진 표면부와, 표면경사 및 상기 중간층을 구성하는 경사로 직조된 표면접결부가 순차 반복적으로 형성된 표면층과; 기본적으로 이면경사 및 상기 중간층을 구성하는 경사로 형성된 이면부 및 이면접결부가 순차 반복적으로 직조된 이면층과; 중간층을 구성하는 경사만으로 직조되어 상기 표면접결부 및 이면접결부에 순차 반복적으로 연결된 중간층을 포함하며 상기 표면층에는 상기 중간층을 구성하는 경사가 별도의 위사와 교차되어 직물의 표면에 노출된 돌출부가 형성되고, 제직 후 상기 돌출부를 제거함으로서 3차원 입체형상 발현이 구현되는 3차원 입체형상 직물을 개시하고 있다.
또한 한국공개특허 제10-2014-0123232호는 벽지(20) 표면에 접착제(21)를 도포한 다음 섬유사(30)를 등간격으로 접합, 건조하여 섬유사 접합벽지(20)를 얻고, 상기 섬유사 접합벽지(20)를 접합제를 이용, 이중으로 배접하여 이중접합벽지(400)를 얻고, 상기 이중접합벽지(400) 표면에 경화성수지(620)를 코팅한 다음 건조하여 경화하고, 경화된 이중접합벽지(400)를 절단하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 블라인드지를 개시하고 있다.
한편 한국등록특허 제10-1464178호는 폴리에스테르 섬유로 제직된 직물지(1)의 표면을 열가소성으로 전환시키기 위해 표면에 아크릴 수지 코팅, 폴리우레탄 수지 코팅, PCV 수지 코팅 중에서 선택한 합성수지로 합성수지제 코팅층(2)을 0.1~0.8mm 두께로 형성하여 열가소성 시트로 되게 하고, 그 표면에 가열 압착 성형롤러(3)를 접촉시켜서 직물지 표면에 요철문양(나)을 형성시킨 롤 블라인드용 블라인드시트를 개시하고 있다.
그러나 상기 문헌에 개시된 직물은 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 내후성, 내열성, 단열성, 내구성 등이 불량하여 블라인드, 차광막, 인테리어 소재 등에 장기간 안정적으로 사용될 수 없다.
본 발명은 상기 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 내후성, 내열성, 단열성, 내구성 등이 우수한 섬유 접착용 조성물을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한 본 발명은 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 내후성, 내열성 등이 우수하여 블라인드, 차광막, 인테리어 소재 등에 널리 사용될 수 있는 코팅사를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
아울러 본 발명은 화이트 색상이기 때문에 짙은 색상에 한정되지 않는 다양한 색상구현이 가능하며, 실내의 온도를 낮추고 냉각 비용을 줄임으로써 에너지를 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 블라인드, 차광막 또는 인테리어 소재용 직물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 열가소성 수지, 이산화티탄, 난연제, 자외선 흡수제 및 열안정제를 포함하는 섬유 접착용 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 상기 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 이산화티탄 5~30중량부, 난연제 1~10중량부, 자외선 흡수제 1~10중량부 및 열안정제 1~10중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 상기 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 규산나트륨 1~10중량부, 규산칼륨 1~10중량부, 내부에 진공상태의 중공을 포함하는 구 형상의 세라믹 분말 1~10중량부 및 알칼리 화합물 1~5중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 이산화티탄은 아미노기 함유 실란 커플링제 및 에폭시기 함유 실란 커플링제로 표면 처리되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 실란 커플링제 1~10중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명은 폴리올레핀 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 폴리염화비닐 섬유, 폴리우레탄 섬유, 유리섬유 및 탄소섬유에서 선택되는 원사; 및 상기 원사에 코팅되며 상기 섬유 접착용 조성물을 포함하는 코팅층을 포함하는 코팅사를 제공한다.
아울러 본 발명은 상기 코팅사를 직조하여 제조되는 직물에 있어서, 상기 직물은 70% 이상의 태양광 반사율, 80% 이상의 가시광선 반사율, 15% 이하의 태양광 투과율, 10% 이하의 가시광선 투과율 및 5% 이하의 자외선 투과율을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물을 제공한다.
또한 본 발명은 상기 직물을 포함하는 제품에 있어서, 상기 제품은 블라인드 또는 차광막인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품을 제공한다.
본 발명은 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 내후성, 내열성, 단열성, 내구성 등이 우수한 섬유 접착용 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 내후성, 내열성 등이 우수하여 블라인드, 차광막, 인테리어 소재 등에 널리 사용될 수 있는 코팅사를 제공할 수 있다.
아울러 본 발명은 화이트 색상이기 때문에 짙은 색상에 한정되지 않는 다양한 색상구현이 가능하며, 실내의 온도를 낮추고 냉각 비용을 줄임으로써 에너지를 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 블라인드, 차광막 또는 인테리어 소재용 직물을 제공할 수 있다.
이하 실시예를 바탕으로 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명에 사용된 용어, 실시예 등은 본 발명을 보다 구체적으로 설명하고 통상의 기술자의 이해를 돕기 위하여 예시된 것에 불과할 뿐이며, 본 발명의 권리범위 등이 이에 한정되어 해석되어서는 안 된다.
본 발명에 사용되는 기술 용어 및 과학 용어는 다른 정의가 없다면 이 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 통상적으로 이해하고 있는 의미를 나타낸다.
본 발명은 열가소성 수지, 이산화티탄, 난연제, 자외선 흡수제 및 열안정제를 포함하는 섬유 접착용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
상기 조성물은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 이산화티탄 5~30중량부, 난연제 1~10중량부, 자외선 흡수제 1~10중량부 및 열안정제 1~10중량부를 포함할 수 있다.
열가소성 수지로는 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 나일론, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리우레탄, 아크릴 수지 등이 제한 없이 사용될 수 있으며, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르 및 나일론이 특히 바람직하다.
상기 이산화티탄은 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성을 향상시키기 위해 사용되며, 이산화티탄의 함량은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 5~30중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 5중량부 미만인 경우 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성이 저하되고, 30중량부를 초과하는 경우 접착성 및 가공성이 오히려 저하된다.
이산화티탄은 실란 커플링제로 표면 처리되어 사용될 수 있다. 실란 커플링제는 유기 화합물과 결합할 수 있는 유기 관능기 및 무기물과 반응할 수 있는 가수분해기를 가지며, 원사, 열가소성 수지 및 이산화티탄의 계면 접착력을 향상시켜 코팅사의 접착성, 열차단성, 차광성 및 내구성을 증가시킬 수 있다.
실란 커플링제로는 알킬기 함유 실란, 아미노기 함유 실란, 에폭시기 함유 실란, 아크릴기 함유 실란, 이소시아네이트기 함유 실란, 메르캅토기 함유 실란, 불소기 함유 실란, 비닐기 함유 실란 등이 사용된다.
표면 처리되는 실란 커플링제의 함량은 이산화티탄 100중량부에 대하여 1~10중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 접착력 향상을 기대하기 어렵고, 10중량부를 초과하는 경우 과다한 실란 커플링제의 사용으로 오히려 계면 접착 특성 및 차광성이 저하된다.
상기 이산화티탄은 바람직하게는 아미노기 함유 실란 커플링제 및 에폭시기 함유 실란 커플링제로 표면 처리되어 사용될 수 있다.
상기 난연제는 조성물에 난연성 또는 불연성을 제공하기 위해 사용되며, 트리페닐포스페이트 등의 인계 난연제, 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘 등의 금속 수산화물계 난연제, 질소 함유 화합물계 난연제, 흑연 재료계 난연제, 멜라민 시아누레이트계 난연제, 산화안티몬 등의 금속 산화물계 난연제, 인산염계 난연제 등이 제한 없이 사용될 수 있다.
난연제의 함량은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1~10중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 난연성이 저하되고, 10중량부를 초과하는 경우 접착성 및 가공성이 오히려 저하된다.
상기 자외선 흡수제는 태양광의 자외선을 흡수하여 열차단성 및 차광성을 향상시키는 역할을 하며, 벤조트리아졸, 하이드록시벤조페논, 하이드록시페닐트리아진 등이 제한 없이 사용될 수 있다.
자외선 흡수제의 함량은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1~10중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 열차단성 및 차광성이 저하되고, 10중량부를 초과하는 경우 기계적 특성 및 가공성이 오히려 저하된다.
상기 열안정제는 내후성, 내열성, 단열성 및 내구성을 향상시키기 위하여 사용되며, 페놀 항산화제, 알킬화 모노페놀, 알킬티오메틸페놀, 하이드로퀴논, 알킬화 하이드로퀴논, 하이드록시벤질, 트리아진 등이 제한 없이 사용될 수 있다.
열안정제의 함량은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1~10중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 내후성, 내열성 및 내구성이 저하되고, 10중량부를 초과하는 경우 기계적 특성 및 가공성이 오히려 저하된다.
본 발명의 조성물은 규산나트륨, 규산칼륨, 내부에 진공상태의 중공을 포함하는 구 형상의 세라믹 분말 및 알칼리 화합물을 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
상기 조성물은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 규산나트륨 1~10중량부, 규산칼륨 1~10중량부, 내부에 진공상태의 중공을 포함하는 구 형상의 세라믹 분말 1~10중량부 및 알칼리 화합물 1~5중량부를 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
상기 규산나트륨은 난연성, 접착성 및 융착성의 부여를 위해 사용되며, 고체상 또는 용액으로 사용될 수 있다.
규산나트륨의 함량은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1~10중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 원사에 코팅 시 접착성 및 융착성이 저하되고, 10중량부를 초과하는 경우 난연성 및 가공성이 오히려 저하된다.
규산칼륨은 접착성이 우수하여 조성물의 혼화성 및 원사와의 융착성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 난연성을 개선할 수도 있다.
규산칼륨의 함량은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1~10중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 원사와의 융착성이 저하되고, 10중량부를 초과하는 경우 조성물의 혼화성이 저하되며 균일한 코팅층이 형성될 수 없게 된다.
상기 구 형상의 세라믹 분말은 내부에 진공상태의 중공을 포함하며, 분말의 직경은 1~50μm이고 주성분은 알루미노 실리케이트이다.
상기 구 형상의 세라믹 분말은 표면이 구형이므로 표면적 및 입자 간의 접촉 면적이 작아서 열전도가 낮으며, 표면이 매끄러운 구 형태이기 때문에 반사 특성이 향상되고 효과적으로 열전달을 차단할 수 있으므로 열차단성, 차광성 및 단열성이 개선될 수 있다.
또한 내부에 존재하는 진공상태의 중공은 열전도율을 낮추어 난연성 및 단열성을 획기적으로 향상시키고 음파의 이동을 저하시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 구 형상의 세라믹 분말의 함량은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1~10중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 차광 및 단열 효과를 기대하기 어렵고, 10중량부를 초과하는 경우 가공성 및 접착성이 저하된다.
세라믹 분말의 직경은 1~50μm인 것이 바람직한데, 직경이 1μm 미만인 경우 그 크기가 너무 작아서 난연성, 단열성 및 반사 효율이 저하되고, 직경이 50μm를 초과하는 경우 코팅층의 균일성 및 가공성을 확보하기 어렵다.
상기 구 형상의 세라믹 분말은 실란 커플링제로 표면 처리될 수 있다.

상기 알칼리 화합물은 섬유 분자의 구조를 느슨하게 하여 섬유 표면에 조성물을 효율적으로 결합시키기 위하여 사용되며, 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 탄산나트륨, 탄산칼륨, 탄산수소나트륨 및 탄산수소칼륨에서 선택되는 하나 이상이 사용될 수 있다.
알칼리 화합물의 함량은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1~5중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 그 효과가 미미하며, 5중량부를 초과하는 경우 섬유 표면이 손상되어 열차단성, 차광성, 내열성, 내구성 등의 특성을 발현할 수 없다.
본 발명의 조성물은 실란 커플링제 1~10중량부를 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
실란 커플링제의 함량은 1~10중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 접착력 향상을 기대하기 어렵고, 10중량부를 초과하는 경우 과다한 실란 커플링제의 사용으로 오히려 계면 접착 특성 및 열차단성이 저하된다.
본 발명의 조성물은 아미노기 함유 실란 커플링제와 에폭시기 함유 실란 커플링제를 미리 반응시켜 제조한 실란 커플링제 올리고머 1~5중량부를 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
상기 실란 커플링제 올리고머를 사용함으로써 코팅층 형성시 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 제조된 코팅층의 두께를 균일하게 조절할 수 있다.
실란 커플링제 올리고머의 분자량은 1,000~5,000g/mol이 바람직하며, 실란 커플링제 올리고머는 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1~5중량부 사용되는 것이 바람직하다. 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 그 효과가 미미하고, 5중량부를 초과하는 경우 작업성이 저하되고 코팅층의 두께가 불균일하게 된다.
상기 조성물은 아크릴 에멀젼을 추가로 포함할 수 있다. 아크릴 에멀젼은 접착성 및 탄성을 부여하기 위하여 사용되며, 사용되는 아크릴계 수지로는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리메틸아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸아크릴레이트, 아크릴 공중합체 등이 있다.
아크릴 에멀젼의 함량은 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1~5중량부인 것이 바람직하며, 함량이 1중량부 미만인 경우 접착성 및 탄성이 충분히 발현될 수 없고, 5중량부를 초과하는 경우 강도가 오히려 저하된다.
본 발명의 조성물은 항균제, 가소제, 활제, 소포제, 증점제, 촉매, 희석제, 분산제, 레벨링제, 가교제, pH 조절제, 안료, 습윤제, 산화방지제, 대전방지제, 이형제 등을 포함할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은 폴리올레핀 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 폴리염화비닐 섬유, 폴리우레탄 섬유, 유리섬유 및 탄소섬유에서 선택되는 원사; 및 상기 원사에 코팅되며 상기 섬유 접착용 조성물을 포함하는 코팅층을 포함하는 코팅사에 관한 것이다.
코팅사의 코어로 사용되는 원사로는 폴리올레핀 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 폴리염화비닐 섬유, 폴리우레탄 섬유, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 등이 제한 없이 사용될 수 있다.
원사의 직경은 50~4,000데니어이고, 원사에 코팅되는 코팅층의 두께는 15~1,000㎛이다.
상기 원사를 압출기의 다이스 노즐을 통과시키고 섬유 접착용 조성물을 원사에 일정 두께로 코팅하여 권취함으로써 코팅사가 제조될 수 있다.
아울러 본 발명은 상기 코팅사를 직조하여 제조되는 직물에 있어서, 상기 직물은 70% 이상의 태양광 반사율, 80% 이상의 가시광선 반사율, 15% 이하의 태양광 투과율, 10% 이하의 가시광선 투과율 및 5% 이하의 자외선 투과율을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물에 관한 것이다.
반사율 및 투과율이 상기 수치 범위를 만족하는 직물을 블라인드 및 차광막의 소재로 사용하는 경우 건물의 실내 온도를 낮추어 냉각 비용을 줄일 수 있으며 에너지를 획기적으로 절감할 수 있다.
상기 코팅사를 경사와 위사로 하여 직조함으로써 평직, 능직 등의 직물이 제조될 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은 상기 직물을 포함하는 제품에 있어서, 상기 제품은 블라인드 또는 차광막인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품에 관한 것이다.
상기 직물은 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 내후성, 내열성 등이 우수하여 블라인드, 차광막, 인테리어 소재 등에 널리 사용될 수 있다.
상기 직물은 기본적으로 화이트 색상이기 때문에 짙은 색상에 한정되지 않는 다양한 색상구현이 가능하며, 특히 다양한 색상의 첨가제 또는 안료를 사용함으로써 직물의 색상을 조절할 수 있다.
상기 직물을 블라인드 및 차광막의 소재로 사용함으로써 건물의 실내 온도를 낮추고 냉각 비용을 줄일 수 있으며 에너지를 획기적으로 절감할 수 있다.
이하 실시예 및 비교예를 통해 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 하기 실시예는 본 발명의 실시를 위하여 예시된 것일 뿐, 본 발명의 내용이 하기 실시예에 의하여 한정되는 것은 아니다.
(실시예 1)
폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 100중량부, 이산화티탄 15중량부, 트리페닐포스페이트 5중량부, 벤조트리아졸 5중량부 및 하이드로퀴논 3중량부를 혼합하여 섬유 접착용 조성물을 제조하였다.
폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 원사를 압출기의 다이스 노즐을 통과시키고 상기 섬유 접착용 조성물을 원사에 50㎛ 두께로 코팅하여 권취함으로써 코팅사를 제조하였다.
상기 코팅사를 경사와 위사로 사용하여 평직으로 직조하여 직물을 제조하였다.
(실시예 2)
이산화티탄 3중량부를 사용한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 직물을 제조하였다.
(실시예 3)
이산화티탄 50중량부를 사용한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 직물을 제조하였다.
(실시예 4)
3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란 및 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란으로 표면 처리된 이산화티탄을 사용한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 직물을 제조하였다.
(실시예 5)
규산나트륨 5중량부, 규산칼륨 5중량부, 내부에 진공상태의 중공을 포함하는 구 형상의 세라믹 분말 5중량부 및 수산화나트륨 3중량부를 추가로 사용한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 직물을 제조하였다.
(실시예 6)
3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란 5중량부를 추가로 사용한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 직물을 제조하였다.
(실시예 7)
3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란 100중량부와 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란 100중량부를 60℃에서 24시간 반응시켜 분자량 4,000g/mol인 실란 커플링제 올리고머를 제조하였다.
상기 실란 커플링제 올리고머 3중량부를 추가로 사용한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 직물을 제조하였다.
(비교예 1)
이산화티탄을 사용하지 않은 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 직물을 제조하였다.
상기 실시예 및 비교예로부터 제조된 직물의 특성을 측정하여 그 결과를 아래의 표 1에 나타내었다.
직물의 반사율 및 투과율은 ASTM E 903-12에 의거하여 측정하였다.

상기 표 1의 결과로부터, 실시예 1 내지 7의 직물은 열차단성, 차광성, 자외선 및 적외선 반사 특성, 단열성 등이 우수하여 블라인드, 차광막, 인테리어 소재 등에 널리 사용될 수 있다.
반면 비교예 1의 직물은 차광성, 열차단성 및 반사 특성이 실시예에 비하여 열등함을 알 수 있다.
본 발명은 화이트 색상이기 때문에 짙은 색상에 한정되지 않는 다양한 색상구현이 가능하며, 실내의 온도를 낮추고 냉각 비용을 줄임으로써 에너지를 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 블라인드, 차광막 또는 인테리어 소재용 직물을 제공할 수 있다.
Claims (8)
- 열가소성 수지, 이산화티탄, 난연제, 자외선 흡수제 및 열안정제를 포함하는 섬유 접착용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 이산화티탄 5~30중량부, 난연제 1~10중량부, 자외선 흡수제 1~10중량부 및 열안정제 1~10중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 접착용 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 규산나트륨 1~10중량부, 규산칼륨 1~10중량부, 내부에 진공상태의 중공을 포함하는 구 형상의 세라믹 분말 1~10중량부 및 알칼리 화합물 1~5중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 접착용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이산화티탄은 아미노기 함유 실란 커플링제 및 에폭시기 함유 실란 커플링제로 표면 처리되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 접착용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 실란 커플링제 1~10중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 접착용 조성물.
- 폴리올레핀 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 폴리염화비닐 섬유, 폴리우레탄 섬유, 유리섬유 및 탄소섬유에서 선택되는 원사; 및 상기 원사에 코팅되며 제1항의 섬유 접착용 조성물을 포함하는 코팅층을 포함하는 코팅사.
- 제6항의 코팅사를 직조하여 제조되는 직물에 있어서,상기 직물은 70% 이상의 태양광 반사율, 80% 이상의 가시광선 반사율, 15% 이하의 태양광 투과율, 10% 이하의 가시광선 투과율 및 5% 이하의 자외선 투과율을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제7항의 직물을 포함하는 제품에 있어서,상기 제품은 블라인드 또는 차광막인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
