另一方面,韩国授权专利第10-1464178号中公开了如下的卷式百叶窗用百叶片,即,为了使由聚酯纤维织成的织物纸1的表面转换为热塑性树脂,利用选自丙烯酸树脂涂料、聚氨酯树脂涂料、聚氯乙烯(PCV)树脂涂料中的合成树脂在表面形成厚度为0.1~0.8mm的合成树脂涂层2,从而使上述织物纸1转换为热塑片,并使上述热塑片的表面与热压成型辊3相接触,从而在织物表面形成凹凸图案。
但是,上述文献中所公开的织物的隔热性、遮光性、紫外线及红外线反射特性、耐候性、耐热性、绝热性、耐久性等不良,从而无法稳定地长时间使用于百叶窗、遮光膜、装修材料等。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明用于解决上述现有技术的问题,本发明的目的在于,提供隔热性、遮光性、紫外线及红外线反射特性、耐候性、耐热性、绝热性、耐久性等优秀的纤维粘结用组合物。
并且,本发明的目的在于,提供因隔热性、遮光性、紫外线及红外线反射特性、耐候性、耐热性等优秀,从而可广泛使用于百叶窗、遮光膜、装修材料等的涂层纱。
并且,本发明的目的在于,提供因呈白色而可呈现出不局限于深色的多种颜色,并降低室内的温度,减少冷却成本,由此可大幅节减能量的百叶窗、遮光膜或装饰材料用织物。
解决问题的方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供包含热塑性树脂、二氧化钛、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂及热稳定剂的纤维粘结用组合物。
本发明一实施例的特征在于,相对于100重量份的上述热塑性树脂,包含5~30重量份的二氧化钛、1~10重量份的阻燃剂、1~10重量份的紫外线吸收剂及1~10重量份的热稳定剂。
本发明一实施的特征在于,相对于100重量份的上述热塑性树脂,还包含1~10重量份的硅酸钠、1~10重量份的硅酸钾、1~10重量份的在内部包括真空状态的中空的球状陶瓷粉末及1~5重量份的碱性化合物。
本发明一实施例的特征在于,上述二氧化钛利用含氨基硅烷偶联剂及含环氧基硅烷偶联剂进行表面处理来使用。
本发明一实施例的特征在于,上述纤维粘结用组合物还包含1~10重量份的硅烷偶联剂。
并且,本发明提供涂层纱,上述涂层纱包括:原纱,选自聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚氨酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维;以及涂层,涂敷与上述原纱,包含上述纤维粘结用组合物。
并且,本发明提供织物,由上述涂层纱织造而成,其特征在于,上述织物呈现出70%以上的太阳光反射率、80%以上的可见光反射率、15%以下的太阳光透射率、10%以下的可见光透射率以及5%以下的紫外线透射率。
并且,本发明提供产品,包括上述织物,其特征在于,上述产品为百叶窗或遮光膜。
发明的效果
本发明可提供隔热性、遮光性、紫外线及红外线反射特性、耐候性、耐热性、绝热性、耐久性等优秀的纤维粘结用组合物。
并且,本发明可提供因隔热性、遮光性、紫外线及红外线反射特性、耐候性、耐热性等优秀,从而可广泛使用于百叶窗、遮光膜、装修材料等的涂层纱。

具体实施方式
以下,以实施例为基础,详细说明本发明。仅仅为了进一步具体说明本发明,并帮助本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员理解本发明而例示出在本发明中所使用的术语、实施例等,但本发明的权利范围等并不局限于此。
只要不存在其他定义,本发明中所使用的技术术语及科学术语表示本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员通常所理解的含义。
本发明涉及包含热塑性树脂、二氧化钛、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂及热稳定剂的纤维粘结用组合物。
相对于热塑性树脂,上述纤维粘结用组合物可包含5~30重量份的二氧化钛、1~10重量份的阻燃剂、1~10重量份的紫外线吸收剂及1~10重量份的热稳定剂。
作为热塑性树脂,可无限制地使用聚烯烃、聚酯、尼龙、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、丙烯酸等树脂,尤其优选使用聚烯烃、聚酯和尼龙。
使用上述二氧化钛的目的在于提高隔热性、遮光性、紫外线及红外线反射特性,相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,二氧化钛的含量优选为5~30重量份,在含量小于5重量份的情况下,遮光性、紫外线及红外线反射特性下降,在大于30重量份的情况下,粘结性及加工性反而下降。
二氧化钛可利用硅烷偶联剂经过表面处理来使用,硅烷偶联剂具有可以与有机化合物相结合的有机官能团及可以与无机物进行反应的水解基,可通过提高原纱、热塑性树脂及二氧化钛的表面粘结力来增加涂层纱的粘结性、隔热性、遮光性及耐久性。
作为硅烷偶联剂,使用含烷基硅烷、含氨基硅烷、含环氧基硅烷、含丙烯酸基硅烷、含异氰酸酯硅烷、含氢硫基硅烷、含氟基硅烷、含乙烯基硅烷等。
相对于二氧化钛100重量份,进行表面处理的硅烷偶联剂的含量优选为1~10重量份、在含量小于1重量份的情况下,很难提高粘结力,在含量大于10重量份的情况下,因使用过多的硅烷偶联剂而使表面粘结特性及遮光性反而下降。
优选地,上述二氧化钛可利用含氨基硅烷偶联剂及含环氧基硅烷偶联剂进行表面处理来使用。
使用上述阻燃剂的目的在于向组合物提供阻燃性或不燃性,可以无限制地使用磷酸三苯酯等的磷类阻燃剂;氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁等金属氢氧化类阻燃剂;含氮化合物类阻燃剂;石墨材料类阻燃剂;氰尿酸三聚氰胺类阻燃剂;氧化锑等金属氧化物类阻燃剂;磷酸盐类阻燃剂等。
相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,阻燃剂的含量优选为1~10重量份,在含量小于1重量份的情况下,阻燃性会下降,在大于10重量份的情况下,粘结性及加工性反而下降。
上述紫外线吸收剂通过吸收太阳光的紫外线来起到提高隔热性及遮光性的作用,可以无限制地使用苯并三唑、羟基二苯甲酮类、羟基苯基三嗪等。
相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,紫外线吸收剂的含量优选为1~10重量份,在含量小于1重量份的情况下,隔热性及遮光性下降,在大于10重量份的情况下,机械特性及加工性反而下降。
使用上述热稳定剂的目的在于提高耐候性、耐热性、绝热性及耐久性,可以无限制地使用酚类抗氧化剂、烷基单酚、烷基硫甲基酚、对苯二酚、烷基化对苯二酚、羟苄基、三嗪等。
相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,热稳定剂的含量优选为1~10重量份,在含量小于1重量份的情况下,耐候性、耐热性及耐久性下降,在大于10重量份的情况下,机械特性及加工性反而下降。
本发明的组合物还可包含硅酸钠、硅酸钾、在内部包括真空状态的中空的球状陶瓷粉末及碱性化合物。
相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,上述纤维粘结用组合物还可包含1~10重量份的硅酸钠、1~10重量份的硅酸钾、1~10重量份的在内部包括真空状态的中空的球状陶瓷粉末及1~5重量份的碱性化合物。
使用上述硅酸钠的目的在于赋予阻燃性、粘结性及熔敷性,能够以固状或溶液来使用。
相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,硅酸钠的含量优选为1~10重量份,在含量小于1重量份的情况下,当涂敷在原纱时,粘结性及熔敷性下降,在大于10重量份的情况下,阻燃性及加工性反而下降。
硅酸钠的粘结性优秀,从而可提高组合物的混合性及与原纱之间的熔敷性,而且还可改善阻燃性。
相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,硅酸钾的含量优选为1~10重量份,在含量小于1的情况下,与原纱之间的熔敷性下降,在大于10重量份的情况下,组合物的混合性下降,并且无法形成均匀的涂层。
上述球状陶瓷粉末在内部包括真空状态的中空,粉末的直径为1~50μm,主要成分为铝硅酸盐。
上述球状陶瓷粉末的表面为球形,因此,表面积及粒子之间的接触面积小,从而热导率低,因表面为光滑的球形态,因此,反射特性得到提高,并可有效阻挡热传递,从而可改善隔热性、遮光性及绝热性。
并且,存在于内部的真空状态的中空通过降低热导率来起到大幅提高阻燃性及绝热性,并降低音波移动的作用。
相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,上述球状陶瓷粉末的含量优选为1~10重量份,在含量小于1重量份的情况下,很难实现遮光及绝热效果,在大于10重量份的情况下,加工性及粘结性下降。
优选地,陶瓷粉末的直径为1~50μm,在直径小于1μm的情况下,尺寸过小,因而阻燃性、绝热性及反射效率会下降,在直径大于50μm的情况下,难以确保涂层的均匀性及加工性。
可利用硅烷偶联剂对上述球状陶瓷粉末进行表面处理。
通过利用硅烷偶联剂对上述球状陶瓷粉末进行表面处理,从而可提高陶瓷粉末与其他成分之间的表面特性。
相对于100重量份的陶瓷粉末,涂敷在陶瓷粉末表面的硅烷偶联剂优选使用1~10重量份,在含量小于1重量份的情况下,很难提高粘结力,在大于10重量份的情况下,因使用过多的硅烷偶联剂而使表面粘结特性及遮光性反而下降。
使用上述碱性化合物的目的在于,使纤维分子的结构变得松弛,从而在纤维表面有效结合组合物,作为上述碱性化合物,可使用选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠及碳酸氢钾中的一种以上。
相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,碱性化合物的含量优选为1~5重量份,在含量小于1重量份的情况下,效果甚微,在大于5重量份的情况下,纤维表面受损,从而无法呈现出隔热性、遮光性、耐热性、耐久性等特性。
本发明的组合物还可包含1~10重量份的硅烷偶联剂。
优选地,硅烷偶联剂的含量为1~10重量份,在含量小于1重量份的情况下,很难提高粘结力,在含量大于10重量份的情况下,因使用过多的硅烷偶联剂,从而使表面粘结特性及隔热性反而下降。
本发明的组合物还可包含1~5重量份的硅烷偶联剂低聚物,上述硅烷偶联剂低聚物通过预先使含有氨基的硅烷偶联剂和含有环氧基的硅烷偶联剂进行反应来制备。
通过使用上述硅烷偶联剂低聚物,从而当形成涂层时,可提高作业性,并且可均匀地调节制造出的涂层。
优选地,硅烷偶联剂低聚物的分子量优选为1000~5000g/mol,相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,优选使用1~5重量份的硅烷偶联剂低聚物。在含量小于1的情况下,效果甚微,在大于5重量份的情况下,作业性下降,并且使涂层的厚度变得不均匀。
上述纤维粘结用组合物还可包含丙烯酸乳液。使用丙烯酸乳液的目的在于赋予粘结性及弹性,所使用的丙烯酸树脂有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯、聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸共聚物等。
相对于100重量份的热塑性树脂,丙烯酸乳液的含量优选为1~5重量份,在含量小于1重量份的情况下,粘结性及弹性无法充分体现,在大于5重量份的情况下,强度反而下降。
本发明的组合物可包含抗菌剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、催化剂、稀释剂、分散剂、流平剂、交联剂、pH调节剂、颜料、润湿剂、抗氧化剂、防静电剂、离型剂等。
并且,本发明涉及如下的涂层纱,即,上述涂层纱包括:原纱,选自聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚氨酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维;以及涂层,涂敷于上述原纱,包含上述纤维粘结用组合物。
作为被用作涂层纱的芯纱的原纱,可无限制地使用聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚氨酯纤维、玻璃纤维、碳纤维等。
原纱的直径为50~4000旦,涂敷于原纱的涂层的厚度为15~1000μm。
使上述原纱经过挤压机的模嘴,并且,在原纱涂敷规定厚度的纤维粘结用组合物并进行卷绕,由此可制造涂层纱。
并且,本发明涉及织物,其由涂层纱织造而成,上述织物呈现出70%以上的太阳光反射率、80%以上的可见光反射率、15%以下的太阳光透射率、10%以下的可见光透射率以及5%以下的紫外线透射率。
在将反射率及透射率满足上述数值范围的织物用作百叶窗及遮光膜的原材料的情况下,了通过降低建筑物的室内温度来减少冷却成本,并可大幅节减能量。
通过将涂层纱作为经纱和纬纱来进行织造,从而可织造平纹、斜纹等织物。
并且,本发明涉及产品,包括上述织物,上述产品的特征在于,上述产品为百叶窗或遮光膜。
上述织物的隔热性、遮光性、紫外线及红外线反射特性、耐候性、耐热性等优秀,从而可广泛使用于百叶窗、遮光膜、装饰材料等。
基本上,上述织物呈白色,因此可呈现出不局限于深色的多种颜色,并降低室内的温度,尤其可通过使用多种颜色的添加剂或颜料来调节织物的颜色。
上述织物用作百叶窗及遮光膜的原材料,从而可降低建筑物的室内温度,可节减冷却成本,并可大幅节减能量。
以下,通过实施例及比较例1,详细说明本发明。为了说明本发明的实施而例示出以下实施例,但本发明的内容并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
对100重量份的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、15重量份的二氧化钛、5重量份的磷酸三苯酯、5重量份的苯并三唑及3重量份的对苯二酚进行混合来制备纤维粘结用组合物。
使聚对苯二甲酸乙酯原纱经过过挤压机的模嘴,并将上述纤维粘结用组合物以50μm的厚度涂敷在原纱并进行卷绕,由此制造涂层纱。
通过将上述涂层纱用作经纱和纬纱来织造平纹,由此制造织物。
实施例2
除使用3重量份的二氧化钛之外,以与实施例1相同的方法制造出织物。
实施例3
除使用50重量份的二氧化钛之外,以与实施例1相同的方法制造出织物。
实施例4
除使用被3-氨甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷及γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷表面处理的二氧化钛之外,以与实施例1相同的方法制造出织物。
实施例5
除了追加使用5重量份的硅酸钠、5重量份的硅酸钾、5重量份的在内部包括真空状态的中空的球状陶瓷粉末及3重量份的氢氧化钠之外,以与实施例1相同的方法制造出织物。
实施例6
除了追加使用5重量份的3-氨甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷之外,以与实施例1相同的方法制造出织物。
实施例7
在60℃的温度下,使100重量份的3-氨甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和100重量份的γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷反应24小时来制备分子量为4000g/mol的硅烷偶联剂低聚物。
除追加使用3重量份的上述硅烷偶联剂低聚物之外,以与实施例1相同的方法制造出织物。
比较例1
除了未使用二氧化钛之外,以与实施例1相同的方法制造出织物。
通过对从上述实施例及比较例制造的织物的特性进行测定,并将其结果示出于以下表1中。
依据ASTM E 903-12来测定出织物的反射率及透射率。

从上述表1的结果可知,实施例1至实施例7的织物的隔热性、遮光性、紫外线及红外线反射特性、绝热性等优秀,从而可广泛使用于百叶窗、遮光膜、装饰材料等。
相反,比较例1的织物的遮光性、隔热性及反射特性低于实施例。
产业上的可利用性
本发明可提供因呈白色而可呈现出不局限于深色的多种颜色,并降低室内的温度,减少冷却成本,从而可大幅节减能量的百叶窗、遮光膜或装饰材料用织物。

Claims (8)

1.一种纤维粘结用组合物,其特征在于,包含热塑性树脂、二氧化钛、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂及热稳定剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维粘结用组合物,其特征在于,相对于100重量份的上述热塑性树脂,包含5~30重量份的二氧化钛、1~10重量份的阻燃剂、1~10重量份的紫外线吸收剂及1~10重量份的热稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纤维粘结用组合物,其特征在于,相对于100重量份的上述热塑性树脂,还包含1~10重量份的硅酸钠、1~10重量份的硅酸钾、1~10重量份的在内部包括真空状态的中空的球状陶瓷粉末及1~5重量份的碱性化合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纤维粘结用组合物,其特征在于,上述二氧化钛利用含氨基硅烷偶联剂及含环氧基硅烷偶联剂进行表面处理来使用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纤维粘结用组合物,其特征在于,上述纤维粘结用组合物还包含1~10重量份的硅烷偶联剂。
6.一种涂层纱,其特征在于,包括:
原纱,选自聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚氨酯纤维、玻璃纤维及碳纤维;以及
涂层,涂敷于上述原纱,包含权利要求1所述的纤维粘结用组合物。
7.一种织物,由权利要求6所述的涂层纱织造而成,其特征在于,上述织物呈现出70%以上的太阳光反射率、80%以上的可见光反射率、15%以下的太阳光透射率、10%以下的可见光透射率以及5%以下的紫外线透射率。
8.一种产品,包括权利要求7所述的织物,其特征在于,上述产品为百叶窗或遮光膜。
