本发明属于反光布及其制备领域,为解决传统的民用反光材料颜色单一呈灰色,全面反光,不具备透气以及吸汗等问题,本发明提供了一种宽幅透气花式反光材料及其制备方法,所述的宽幅透气花式反光材料由基材、热熔胶层、镀层、聚焦层、玻璃微珠组成,所述宽幅透气花式反光材料的基材与镀层之间设有带有几何形状的热熔胶层,所述的镀层上设有聚焦层、所述的聚焦层上设有玻璃微珠。得到的花式反光布,不但样式新颖,具有所需的各种花式及颜色,而且还可直接用作服装面料,可加工成衣。

技术领域
本发明属于反光布及其制备领域,具体的涉及一种宽幅透气花式反光材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
反光布也称为反射布、回归反射织物,它是将玻璃微珠施加于织物上,利用光线在玻璃微珠内折射反射后回归的光学原理,使反射光按人射光方向大部分地返回光源方向,广泛应用于交通安全设备、制服、工作服、贴膜、防护服等与人的生命财产安全息息相关领域。这种反光料是运用高折射率的玻璃微珠回归反射原理,通过调焦后处理的先进工艺制成。它能将远方直射光线反射回发光处,不论在白天或黑夜均有良好的逆反射光学性能,尤其是晚上,能够发挥如同白天一样的高能见度。使用这种高能见度反光布料制成的安全服,无论穿着者是在遥远处,还是在着光或散射光干扰的情况下,都可以比较容易地被发现,反光料的出现顺利解决了“看到”和“被看到”这一夜间难题。
但是,传统的民用反光材料颜色单一呈灰色,全面反光,不具备透气以及吸汗等性能,只能作为服装设计的辅料运用,于是一种新型的花式反光布产品的出现变得极具价值,它既具有反光警示作用,且样式新颖,具有各种花式及颜色,而且还可直接用作服装面料,可加工成衣。
发明内容
为解决传统的民用反光材料颜色单一呈灰色,全面反光,不具备透气以及吸汗等问题,本发明提供了一种宽幅透气花式反光材料及其制备方法,得到的花式反光布,不但样式新颖,具有所需的各种花式及颜色,而且还可直接用作服装面料,可加工成衣。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采取如下的技术方案:一种宽幅透气花式反光材料,所述的宽幅透气花式反光材料由基材、热熔胶层、镀层、聚焦层、玻璃微珠组成,所述宽幅透气花式反光材料的基材与镀层之间设有带有几何形状的热熔胶层,所述的镀层上设有聚焦层、所述的聚焦层上设有玻璃微珠。几何图形为所需要的图形和字体。
聚焦层的厚度为0.1um-5um;镀层的厚度为0.1nm-100nm;热熔胶层的厚度为30um-200um,玻璃微珠折射率范围为1.91-2.2,玻璃微珠粒径范围为20-80μm。
本发明所述的一种宽幅透气花式反光材料的制备方法为以下步骤:
1)植入玻璃微珠:将玻璃微珠放在PE复合膜上,然后置于热辊中,温度为140-220℃,随着PE膜的熔化,玻璃微珠沉降在PE膜上,待PE膜冷却,玻璃微珠固定在PE复合膜上面,实现植入玻璃微珠;
作为优选,PE复合膜选自PE/PET复合膜、PE/纸复合膜中一种。
2)在步骤1)的玻璃微珠表面涂布聚焦涂料,然后烘干成聚焦层;聚焦层增加了花式反光布的耐洗度。
作为优选,所述的聚焦层与玻璃微珠同球心,聚焦涂料通过烤箱烘干溶剂成为聚焦层,聚焦层的厚度为0.1um-5um。聚焦涂料由以下组份混合制成,各组份的重量份为主体树脂60份、固化剂1-9份、助剂0-5份、稀释剂10-200份、颜填料0-5份。
其中,主体树脂选自溶剂型丙烯酸树脂、溶剂型聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中一种;固化剂选自异氰酸酯固化剂、氮丙啶固化剂、氨基树脂固化剂中的一种或几种;其中,异氰酸酯固化剂选自市购的拜耳N-75、拜耳N-3390、拜耳L-75中的一种,
氨基树脂固化剂选自甲醚化氨基树脂、丁醚化氨基树脂中一种;助剂选自润湿剂、分散剂、偶联剂中的一种或几种;偶联剂选自市购的硅烷偶联剂KH-550、KH-560、KH-570、KH-572中的一种或几种;稀释剂选自乙酸乙酯、甲苯、丁酮、乙酸丁酯、二甲苯、环己酮、水中的一种或几种;颜填料选自铝粉、铝浆、色粉、色浆、碳酸钙、高岭土、二氧化钛、二氧化硅、夜光粉中的一种或几种,色粉、色浆分别选自红色、蓝色、绿色、黑色、白色、黄色、紫色等中的一种或几种。
3)镀层:所镀介质通过电阻加热方式,在聚焦层外形成镀层,制成植珠膜收卷;
所镀介质通过电阻加热方式,从固态转变成气态,遇聚焦层后在聚焦层外凝华成镀层,镀层为金属镀层、透明镀层、半透明镀层中一种。镀层为金属镀层、透明镀层、半透明镀层中一种。所述的金属镀层选自介质为介质为铝、钛、银所镀的金属钛镀层、金属钛镀层、金属银镀层中的一种或几种,所述的透明镀层选自介质为硫化锌、冰晶石、一氧化硅、氧化硅、氧化铟所镀透明镀层的一种或几种;所述的半透明镀层为介质氮化钛所镀的半透明镀层。镀层的厚度为0.1nm-100nm。
4)花式辊上胶:通过花式辊上胶辊涂方法将热熔胶水呈几何形状在镀层外形成热熔胶层,制成带有花式热熔胶层的植珠膜;
所述的花式辊上胶辊涂方法为:将步骤(3)的植珠膜放卷,经过导辊至花式辊,胶水罐将热熔胶水加热成流体状,流入胶槽中,花式辊转动将花式胶槽中填满热熔胶水,经过后刮刀将花式辊辊面多余热熔胶水刮掉,与植珠膜的镀层复合,通过前刮刀将花式胶槽中没有完全转移的胶水,刮到花式胶槽中,制成带有花式热熔胶层的植珠膜。
加热的花式辊温度为70-150℃,选自凹版辊和网纹辊中一种,胶水罐的温度为70-180℃,花式胶槽的深度为0.02mm-0.1cm。复合温度为0-140℃,复合压力为0.01MPa-5MPa,车速为3-30m/min。
热熔胶水上胶辊涂方法可以使热熔胶层的厚度提升,提升了发光材料和基材之间的粘结强度,得到产品的耐磨性、耐刮性及水洗性能均优于溶剂型胶水的辊涂方法;同时使得玻璃微珠粒径范围选择也大,增加了反光度,即初始逆反射系数高,达到500cd/(lx·m2)以上,制作工艺也可以随着胶膜性质变化,可以适应各种基材,包括纸张;
反光图案也可以根据热熔胶层的图案变化而变化。重复利用的热熔胶水,节约成本,相比于复合胶水不能重复利用、需求量大、而且复合胶水中需有固化剂;热熔胶水具有环保,节约成本的特点。
热熔胶水由以下组份混合制成,各组份的重量份为主体树脂70份、阻燃剂0-20份、填颜料0-30份、助剂0-10份;
其中,主体树脂选自共聚聚酯、共聚酰胺、乙烯及其共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、苯乙烯及其嵌段共聚物、热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶、反应型聚氨酯热熔胶、热塑性丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种;阻燃剂选自磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、磷-氮系阻燃剂、溴系阻燃剂无机阻燃剂中的一种或多种,磷系阻燃剂选自聚磷酸铵、微胶囊红磷母粒中的一种,氮系阻燃剂选自三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺盐和多聚磷酸铵中的一种,三聚氰胺盐选自氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐、磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐或聚磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐中一种,磷-氮系阻燃剂选自三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、三聚氰胺多聚磷酸盐、磷酸二氢铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸三铵中的一种,溴系阻燃剂选自十溴二苯乙烷、十溴联苯醚、四溴双酚A中一种,无机阻燃剂选自氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、三氧化二锑、硼酸锌中的一种;助剂选自润湿剂、分散剂、偶联剂、防拉丝助剂中的一种或几种,其中偶联剂选自市购的硅烷偶联剂KH-560,硅烷偶联剂KH-570,硅烷偶联剂KH-572中的一种或多种,颜填料选自铝粉、铝浆、色粉、色浆、碳酸钙、高岭土、二氧化钛、二氧化硅、夜光粉中的一种或几种,其中,色粉、色浆分别选自红色、蓝色、绿色、黑色、白色、黄色、紫色等中的一种或几种。
5)热熔胶层与基材复合,得到一种宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品;
基材选自化纤布、TC布、弹力布、牛津布、PU革、皮革、PVC革、经编布、鸟眼布、尼丝纺、涤塔夫、雪纺、功能性纺织品、纸、吸塑片材、具有理性效果的聚酯薄膜等。
功能性纺织品选自阻燃织物、夜光织物、防水织物、抗静电织物、防辐射织物、抓绒织物、抗菌除臭织物、保温织物、蓄热织物、竹炭纤维面料、负离子芳香面料、锗纤维面料、防酶抗菌面料、珍珠纤维面料、吸湿排汗面料,保暖面料、空调纤维面料、易护理面料等。
吸塑片材为ABS片材、PC片材、PET片材、PVC片材、AS片材、MBS片材中的一种。
复合温度为0-140℃,复合压力为0.01MPa-5MPa,车速为3-30m/min。
6)步骤(5)得到的宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品剥离PE复合膜,制成宽幅透气花式反光材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本工艺生产的花式反光布为宽幅整版涂布,图案清晰,可批量性生产;其花式图案可反光,能制成各种花式图案,且具有透气性,可直接用作服装面料,可加工成衣也可制作成反光名片还可吸塑成反光头盔;
(2)图案无接缝;整个产品做好后,可以马上揭开PE/PET复合膜后就可以使用,无需等待胶水烘干固化。
(3)相比溶剂型胶水的凹版转移制作工艺,本发明设备更加简单,无需烘道,生产效率可以更高,整个作业环境更加清洁,无废气排放,环保健康。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,本发明所保护的内容不局限于此工艺,本发明不局限于以下实施例,以上实施例是本发明的优选实施方式,不能理解为对本发明准许范围的限制,凡根据本发明做出的变形和改进,包括结构和工艺均属于本发明保护范围,实施例中所用原料均可市购,用重量份表示。
实施例中采用的花式辊上胶辊涂方法为:如图3所示,将步骤3)制成的植珠膜放卷,经过导辊(13)至花式辊(6),胶水罐(14)将热熔胶水(10)加热成流体状,流入胶槽(7)中,花式辊(6)转动将花式胶槽(12)中填满热熔胶水(10),经过后刮刀(9)将花式辊辊面多余热熔胶水(10)刮掉,与植珠膜的镀层复合,通过前刮刀(8)将花式胶槽中(12)没有完全转移的胶水,刮到胶槽(7)中,制成带有花式热熔胶层的植珠膜。
导辊(13)的邵氏硬度为38度、前、后刮刀与花式辊(6)的夹角为15°、全幅刮刀线压力为15kg/m、花式胶槽(12)深度为0.4mm、花形图案为圆点状。花式辊(6)为凹版辊,加热温度为100℃,胶水罐(14)的温度为120℃,复合温度为70℃,复合压力为2.5MPa,车速为16m/min。
实施例1
1)植入玻璃微珠:将折射率为1.91,粒径为20μm的玻璃微珠(5)放在PE/PET复合膜上(11),然后置于热辊中,温度为140℃,随着PE膜的熔化,玻璃微珠沉降在PE膜上,待PE膜冷却,玻璃微珠固定在PE/PET复合膜上面,实现植入玻璃微珠;
2)在步骤1)的玻璃微珠(5)表面涂布与玻璃微珠同球心的聚焦涂料,然后通过烤箱烘干溶剂成聚焦层(4),聚焦层(4)的厚度为0.1um;
聚焦涂料由溶剂型丙烯酸树脂60份、2份市购的拜耳N-75、5份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、150份丁酮混合制成。
3)镀层:铝介质通过电阻加热方式,从固态转变成气态,遇聚焦层(4)后在聚焦层外凝华成金属镀层(3);镀层(3)的厚度为8nm。
4)花式辊上胶:通过花式辊上胶辊涂方法将热熔胶水(10)呈圆点状在镀层外形成热熔胶层(2),制成带有圆点状热熔胶层(2)的植珠膜,热熔胶层(2)的厚度为50um。
5)热熔胶层(2)与纯棉布(1)复合,得到一种宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品;复合温度为50℃,复合压力0.01MPa,车速为3m/min,如图4所示。
热熔胶水由共聚酰胺70份、20份十溴二苯乙烷、二氧化硅3份混合制成。6)将步骤5)得到的宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品剥离PE/PET复合膜(11),如图5所示,制成宽幅透气花式反光材料,结构示意图如图1所示,平面示意图如图2所示,复合温度为50℃,复合压力0.01MPa,车速为3m/min。
实施例2
1)植入玻璃微珠:将折射率为2.2,粒径为80μm的玻璃微珠(5)放在PE/纸复合膜(11)上,然后置于热辊中,温度为220℃,随着PE膜的熔化,玻璃微珠沉降在PE/纸复合膜上,待PE/纸复合膜冷却,玻璃微珠固定在PE/纸复合膜上面,实现植入玻璃微珠;
2)在步骤1)的玻璃微珠表面涂布与玻璃微珠同球心的聚焦涂料,然后通过烤箱烘干溶剂成聚焦层(4),聚焦层(4)的厚度为5um。
聚焦涂料由溶剂型聚氨酯树脂60份、氮丙啶固化剂9份、1份硅烷偶联剂KH-572、1份市购的润湿剂、乙酸乙酯200份、高岭土5份混合制成。
3)镀层:氧化铟介质通过电阻加热方式,从固态转变成气态,遇聚焦层后在聚焦层(4)外凝华成透明镀层(3),镀层(3)的厚度为0.1nm,制成植株膜。
4)花式辊上胶:通过花式辊上胶辊涂方法将热熔胶水(10)呈圆点状在镀层外形成热熔胶层(2),制成0带有圆点状热熔胶层(2)的植珠膜,热熔胶层(2)的厚度为500um。
5)热熔胶层(2)与黑色牛津布(1)复合,得到一种宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品;复合温度为90℃,复合压力0.8MPa,车速为22m/min,如图4所示。
上述热熔胶水由乙烯丙烯酸共聚物70份、高岭土5份混合制成。
6)将步骤5)得到的宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品剥离PE/PET复合膜(11),如图5所示,制成宽幅透气花式反光材料,结构示意图如图1所示,平面示意图如图2所示,复合温度为90℃,复合压力0.8MPa,车速为22m/min。
实施例3
1)植入玻璃微珠:将折射率范围为1.94,粒径为50μm的玻璃微珠(5)放在PE/PET复合膜(11)上,然后置于热辊中,温度为180℃,随着PE/PET复合膜的熔化,玻璃微珠沉降在PE膜上,待PE膜冷却,玻璃微珠固定在PE/PET复合膜上面,实现植入玻璃微珠;
2)在步骤1)的玻璃微珠表面涂布与玻璃微珠同球心的聚焦涂料,然后通过烤箱烘干溶剂成聚焦层(4),聚焦层的厚度为3um。
聚焦涂料由溶剂型丙烯酸树脂60份、甲醚化氨基树脂5份、甲苯10份、二氧化硅3份混合制成,助剂为1份市购的硅烷偶联剂KH-560;
3)镀层:介质氮化钛通过电阻加热方式,从固态转变成气态,遇聚焦层(4)后在聚焦层外凝华成半透明镀层(3),镀层(3)的厚度为100nm。
4)花式辊上胶:通过花式辊上胶辊涂方法将热熔胶水(10)呈圆点状在镀层外形成热熔胶层(2),制成带有圆点状热熔胶层(2)的植珠膜,热熔胶层(2)的厚度为220um。
5)热熔胶层(2)与PU革(1)复合,得到一种宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品;复合温度为140℃,复合压力5MPa,车速为30m/min,如图4所示。
上述的热熔胶水由、热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶70份、三聚氰胺10份、夜光粉30份混合制成。
6)将步骤5)得到的宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品剥离PE/PET复合膜(11),如图5所示,制成宽幅透气花式反光材料,结构示意图如图1所示,平面示意图如图2所示,复合温度为140℃,复合压力5MPa,车速为30m/min。
测试例
实施例1~3制备的透气型花式反光布1~3与B(为通过对传统的植珠膜用丝网印刷多遍转移胶水再与基布复合成型花式反光布)、C(为通过用传统反光热贴进行机械刻图再与基布复合成型花式反光布)对比如表1所示:

所述的宽幅透气花式反光材料的初始逆反射系数可以做到500cd/(lx·m2)以上。
Claims (9)
1.一种宽幅透气花式反光材料,其特征在于,所述的宽幅透气花式反光材料由基材、热熔胶层、镀层、聚焦层、玻璃微珠组成,所述宽幅透气花式反光材料的基材与镀层之间设有带有几何形状的热熔胶层,所述的镀层上设有聚焦层、所述的聚焦层上设有玻璃微珠,
所述宽幅透气花式反光材料的制备方法为以下步骤:
1)植入玻璃微珠:将玻璃微珠放在PE复合膜上,然后置于热辊中,温度为140-220℃,随着PE膜的熔化,玻璃微珠沉降在PE膜上,待PE膜冷却,玻璃微珠固定在PE复合膜上面,实现植入玻璃微珠;
2)在步骤(1)的玻璃微珠表面涂布聚焦涂料,然后烘干成聚焦层;
3)镀层:所镀介质通过电阻加热方式,在聚焦层外形成镀层,制成植珠膜收卷;
4)花式辊上胶:通过花式辊上胶辊涂方法将热熔胶水呈几何形状在镀层外形成热熔胶层,制成带有花式热熔胶层的植珠膜;
所述的花式辊上胶辊涂方法为:将步骤(3)的植珠膜放卷,经过导辊至花辊,胶水罐将热熔胶水加热成流体状,流入胶槽中,花式辊转动将胶槽中填满热熔胶水,经过后刮刀将花式辊辊面多余热熔胶水刮掉,与植珠膜的镀层复合,通过前刮刀将胶槽中没有完全转移的胶水,刮到胶槽中,制成带有花式热熔胶层的植珠膜;
5)热熔胶层与基材复合,得到一种宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品;
6)步骤5)得到的宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品剥离PE复合膜,制成宽幅透气花式反光材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽幅透气花式反光材料,其特征在于,聚焦层的厚度为0.1um-5um;镀层的厚度为0.1nm-100nm;热熔胶层的厚度为30um-200um,玻璃微珠折射率范围为1.91-2.2,玻璃微珠粒径范围为20-80μm。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的一种宽幅透气花式反光材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法为以下步骤:
1)植入玻璃微珠:将玻璃微珠放在PE复合膜上,然后置于热辊中,温度为140-220℃,随着PE膜的熔化,玻璃微珠沉降在PE膜上,待PE膜冷却,玻璃微珠固定在PE复合膜上面,实现植入玻璃微珠;
2)在步骤(1)的玻璃微珠表面涂布聚焦涂料,然后烘干成聚焦层;
3)镀层:所镀介质通过电阻加热方式,在聚焦层外形成镀层,制成植珠膜收卷;
4)花式辊上胶:通过花式辊上胶辊涂方法将热熔胶水呈几何形状在镀层外形成热熔胶层,制成带有花式热熔胶层的植珠膜;
5)热熔胶层与基材复合,得到一种宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品;
6)步骤5)得到的宽幅透气花式反光材料半成品剥离PE复合膜,制成宽幅透气花式反光材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种宽幅透气花式反光材料的制备方法,其特征在于,PE复合膜选自PE/PET复合膜、PE/纸复合膜中一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种宽幅透气花式反光材料的制备方法,其特征在于,聚焦涂料由以下组份混合制成,各组份的重量份为主体树脂60份、固化剂1-9份、助剂0-5份、稀释剂10-200份、颜填料0-5份;
其中,主体树脂选自溶剂型丙烯酸树脂、溶剂型聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中一种;固化剂选自异氰酸酯固化剂、氮丙啶固化剂、氨基树脂固化剂中的一种或几种;其中,异氰酸酯固化剂选自市购的拜耳N-75、拜耳N-3390、拜耳L-75中的一种,
氨基树脂固化剂选自甲醚化氨基树脂、丁醚化氨基树脂中一种;助剂选自润湿剂、分散剂、偶联剂中的一种或几种;稀释剂选自乙酸乙酯、甲苯、丁酮、乙酸丁酯、二甲苯、环己酮、水中的一种或几种;颜填料选自铝粉、铝浆、色粉、色浆、碳酸钙、高岭土、二氧化钛、二氧化硅、夜光粉中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种宽幅透气花式反光材料的制备方法,其特征在于,镀层为金属镀层、透明镀层、半透明镀层中一种。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种宽幅透气花式反光材料的制备方法,其特征在于,加热的花式辊温度为70-150℃,选自凹版辊和网纹辊中一种,胶水罐的温度为70-180℃,复合温度为0-140℃,复合压力为0.01MPa-5MPa,车速为3-30m/min。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种宽幅透气花式反光材料的制备方法,其特征在于,热熔胶水由以下组份混合制成,各组份的重量份为主体树脂70份、阻燃剂0-20份、填颜料0-30份、助剂0-10份;
其中,主体树脂选自共聚聚酯、共聚酰胺、乙烯及其共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、苯乙烯及其嵌段共聚物、热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶、反应型聚氨酯热熔胶、热塑性丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种;阻燃剂选自磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、磷-氮系阻燃剂、溴系阻燃剂无机阻燃剂中的一种或多种;助剂选自润湿剂、分散剂、偶联剂、防拉丝助剂中的一种或几种;颜填料选自铝粉、铝浆、色粉、色浆、碳酸钙、高岭土、二氧化钛、二氧化硅、夜光粉中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种宽幅透气花式反光材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5)中与基材的复合温度为0-140℃,复合压力为0.01MPa-5MPa,车速为3-30m/min。
