Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper.
- pants-type disposable diapers have been used.
- This pants-type disposable diaper has a vertical direction and a horizontal direction orthogonal to each other.
- the diaper also includes an abdominal side portion located on the wearer's belly side, a back side portion located on the wearer's back side, and a crotch portion located on the wearer's crotch.
- the abdominal side and the back side are continuous at each position at both ends in the lateral direction, whereby a waistline opening is formed on one side in the longitudinal direction.
- the abdomen and the back are continuous via the crotch, thereby forming a pair of leg openings on both sides of the crotch in the lateral direction.
- FIG. 1A and FIG. 1B are explanatory diagrams of a disposal process performed after using the diaper 1 ′.
- the diaper 1 ′ is rounded in the vertical direction from the crotch 20 ′ side in the vertical direction so that the abdominal side portion 30 ′ is on the inside.
- the diaper 1 ' is made compact with a small size in the vertical direction.
- the post-processing tape 48 ′ provided on the non-skin side surface of the back side portion 40 ′ is extended toward the waist opening BH ′, so that the post-processing tape 48 ′ becomes the edge of the waist opening BH ′.
- the portions 30BH ′ and 40BH ′ are set in a state of exceeding the longitudinal direction, and a longitudinal end portion 48e ′ of the post-processing tape 48 ′ is formed on the diaper portion 1p ′ of the position beyond the edges 30BH ′ and 40BH ′. Is locked with an adhesive layer or the like at the same end 48e ′. And thereby, the said diaper 1 'is fixed to said compact state, and is discarded (patent document 1).
- an inner ring difference phenomenon a phenomenon similar to the inner ring difference referred to as a so-called automobile (hereinafter referred to as an inner ring difference phenomenon) may occur. That is, when the diaper 1 ′ is rolled from the crotch 20 ′ side, the abdominal side 30 ′ is set to the inner side, so that the edge 30 BH ′ of the waist opening BH ′ of the abdominal side 30 ′ is located on the back side 40 ′. It protrudes larger in the vertical direction than the edge 40BH ′ of the waistline opening BH ′.
- the diaper portion 1p ′ at a position beyond the edge portions 30BH ′ and 40BH ′ in the longitudinal direction is far from the post-processing tape 48 ′ in the longitudinal direction by the amount that the former edge portion 30BH ′ protrudes in the longitudinal direction. turn into. As a result, it is difficult to securely lock the post-processing tape 48 'to the portion 1p'.
- the present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems as described above, and its purpose is to place a tape member such as a post-treatment tape used for disposal of a diaper at a position beyond the edge of the waistline opening.
- the purpose is to be able to firmly lock the diaper.
- a pants-type disposable diaper having a vertical direction and a horizontal direction orthogonal to each other, and having an abdominal side portion, a back side portion, a crotch portion, a waistline opening, and a pair of leg-hole openings,
- the edge of the waistline opening of the abdominal side has a recess recessed in the longitudinal direction toward the crotch than the edge of the waistline opening of the back side
- a tape member for fixing the diaper to a state in which the diaper is reduced in the longitudinal direction when the diaper is discarded can be extended toward the waistline opening in the longitudinal direction.
- the concave portion is a pants-type disposable diaper characterized by being provided at a position corresponding to the tape member in the lateral direction.
- a tape member such as a post-treatment tape used for disposal of a diaper can be firmly locked to a diaper portion at a position beyond the edge of the waistline opening.
- FIG. 1A and 1B are explanatory views of a disposal process performed after using the pants-type disposable diaper 1 ′. It is the schematic perspective view which looked at the 3 piece type diaper 1 as an example of the underpants type disposable diaper 1 of this embodiment from the ventral side. It is the schematic plan view which looked at the diaper 1 of the unfolding state from the skin side. It is BB sectional drawing in FIG. 3A. 4A is a schematic perspective view of the diaper 1 in a pants-type state as viewed from the back side, and FIG. 4B is a schematic enlarged view taken along the line BB in FIG. 4A.
- 5A and 5B are schematic perspective views showing a state in which the diaper 1 is rounded in the vertical direction from the crotch 20 side in order to dispose of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment. It is the schematic plan view which looked at the diaper 1 of a pants type state from the ventral side.
- 7A and 7B are schematic plan views when the diaper 1 in which the depth L37d of the concave portion 37 is deep is folded in two.
- 8A and 8B are schematic plan views when the diaper 1 in which the depth L37d of the concave portion 37 is shallow is folded in two.
- 9A and 9B are explanatory diagrams of modified examples of the pants-type disposable diaper 1, respectively. It is explanatory drawing of other embodiment of the recessed part 37.

- a concave portion that is vertically depressed toward the crotch portion is formed at the edge portion of the waistline opening of the abdominal side portion rather than the edge portion of the waistline opening of the back side portion.
- the concave portion is provided at a position corresponding to the tape member in the lateral direction. Therefore, when the diaper is made compact to discard the diaper, even if the aforementioned inner ring difference phenomenon occurs, the edge of the waistline opening from the tape member in the vertical direction is equivalent to this recess. The distance to the part of the diaper beyond the position can be shortened. And when this extends the tape member toward the waistline opening in the vertical direction, it becomes easier for the tape member to reach the diaper part beyond the edge of the waistline opening through the recess, As a result, the tape member can be securely locked to the portion.
- the central position of the tape member in the lateral direction is preferably included in the recess in the lateral direction.
- Such a pants-type disposable diaper It is desirable that the maximum value of the lateral dimension of the concave portion is larger than the maximum value of the lateral dimension of the tape member.
- the tape member when the tape member is extended toward the longitudinal waistline opening, the tape member can be placed in the recess over the entire length of the tape member in the lateral direction. Therefore, it becomes easier to make the tape member reach the diaper portion beyond the edge of the waistline opening via the recess.
- Such a pants-type disposable diaper By folding the diaper in the vertical direction so that the abdominal side is inside, the edge of the waistline opening of the back side and the vertical end of the crotch are mutually connected. In the state of overlapping at the lateral center position of It is desirable that the bottom portion of the concave portion does not protrude in the vertical direction from the edge portion of the waistline opening of the back side portion.
- the bottom of the concave portion on the abdominal side does not protrude in the vertical direction from the edge of the waistline opening on the back side. Therefore, it becomes easier to make a tape member reach the diaper part in the position beyond the edge of the waistline opening.

In the state of overlapping at the lateral center position of As for the bottom part in the above-mentioned crevice, it is desirable to project in the above-mentioned longitudinal direction rather than the above-mentioned edge.
- the bottom of the concave portion on the abdominal side protrudes in the vertical direction from the edge of the waistline opening on the back side. Accordingly, the tape member can be locked not only at the edge of the waist opening at the back side but also at the bottom of the recess at the abdomen.
- the bottom portion-containing portion having the bottom portion of the concave portion in the abdominal side portion has a different color region that is visible from the skin side in a color different from the color of the end portion of the crotch part.
- the tape member is provided in a central portion in the lateral direction in the back side portion, It is desirable that the concave portion is formed at a central portion in the lateral direction in the ventral side portion.
- the concave portion is formed in the central portion in the lateral direction on the abdominal side, it is possible to prevent the diaper from being applied to the wearer's navel. Therefore, if you do not want to put a diaper on the wearer's navel, for example, if the newborn's navel is wet or if a clip for bleeding prevention is attached to the navel, it will be a suitable diaper .
- Such a pants-type disposable diaper Has an absorbent core to absorb excreta,
- the diaper has an elastic member for applying a contracting force in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, In a state where it is assumed that there is no contraction force at all, It is desirable that the maximum value of the lateral dimension of the recess is smaller than the maximum value of the lateral dimension of the absorbent core.
- the maximum value of the lateral dimension of the recess is smaller than the maximum value of the lateral dimension of the absorbent core. Therefore, the dimension of the said recessed part can be made into the minimum necessary size for preventing it from hitting a wearer's navel. And thereby, the part which contact
- Such a pants-type disposable diaper It is desirable that the number of stacked sheets of the recessed portion-containing portion having the recessed portion in the belly side portion is larger than the number of stacked sheets in the portion located on both sides of the recessed portion-containing portion in the lateral direction.
- the rigidity of the recessed part containing part in the abdominal side part is high, it can prevent that a recessed part deform
- the rigidity of the part located in the both sides of the horizontal direction of a recessed part containing part in the abdominal side part is low, the said part can deform

That is, the contraction force in the vertical direction is applied from the elastic member 16 to each of the above portions 10LG, so that in the natural state where no external force is applied, each of the portions 10LG forms a plurality of wrinkles. Shrink in the direction. Therefore, the leg gather LG is provided with stretchability until the wrinkles are fully extended.
- a pair of leg side gathers LSG and LSG may be provided at a position on the inner side in the lateral direction from the leg gather LG.
- the leg side gather LSG is also called a three-dimensional gather, and stands up from the skin side surface of the top sheet 13 to prevent the excrement from leaking in the lateral direction. That is, a non-woven leg side gather sheet 17 is superimposed on the skin side surface of the top sheet 13, and a part (not shown) of the sheet 17 is fixed to the top sheet 13, thereby In the same sheet 17, a portion 17LSG on the inner side in the lateral direction with respect to the portion is erected.
- the standing of the inner portion 17LSG is realized by the elastic member 18 such as rubber thread being fixed to the inner portion 17LSG in the vertical direction under extension. That is, the inner portion 17LSG is given a contraction force in the vertical direction from the elastic member 18, thereby causing the inner portion 17LSG to contract in the vertical direction while forming a plurality of wrinkles. Stands from the skin side of the top sheet 13.
- the ventral belt member 31 is a sheet member having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view made of a flexible sheet such as a nonwoven fabric.
- the ventral band member 31 is formed by joining the nonwoven fabrics 32 and 33 in two layers.

- a plurality of elastic members 35, 35, etc. such as thread rubber, are provided along the lateral direction between the two nonwoven fabrics 32, 33 associated with the ventral belt member 31. It is joined and fixed to the nonwoven fabrics 32 and 33 under the extension in the horizontal direction while being inserted side by side in the vertical direction. As a result, a contractive force in the lateral direction is applied to the ventral band member 31. That is, the stretchability in the lateral direction is given to the ventral band member 31. Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 3A, the part of the ventral belt member 31 that overlaps the absorber 11 (for example, the central portion in the lateral direction) is prevented from generating wrinkles of the absorber 11.
- the elastic member 35 is discontinuous, and thereby, no elasticity is given to this portion, but this is not a limitation. Further, in this example, the elastic member 35 whose vertical position is the same as that of the concave portion 37 described later is also discontinuous at the position of the concave portion 37.
- the dorsal belt member 41 is a sheet member having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view made of a flexible sheet such as a nonwoven fabric.
- the dorsal belt member 41 is formed by joining the non-woven fabrics 42 and 43 in two layers.
- dorsal band member 41 is piled up and joined from the non-skin side to the edge part 10eb of the vertical direction in the absorptive main body 10 from the non-skin side.
- the longitudinal end 41eL (FIG. 3A) of the back-side belt member 41 that protrudes laterally from the absorbent main body 10 constitutes a part of the leg opening LH.
- a plurality of elastic members 45, 45, etc. such as thread rubber along the lateral direction, are provided between the two nonwoven fabrics 42, 43 related to the back band member 41. It is joined and fixed to the nonwoven fabrics 42 and 43 under the extension in the horizontal direction while being inserted side by side in the vertical direction. As a result, a lateral contractive force is applied to the back band member 41. That is, the back side belt member 41 is provided with lateral stretchability. Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 3A, a part of the back band member 41 that overlaps the absorber 11 (for example, the central portion in the lateral direction) is prevented from generating wrinkles of the absorber 11 or the like.
- the elastic member 45 is discontinuous, and thereby, the stretchability is not given to this portion, but this is not a limitation.
- a post-processing tape 48 (corresponding to a tape member) is provided on the non-skin side surface of the back band member 41.
- the post-processing tape 48 is used when the diaper 1 after use is discarded. That is, at the time of disposal, as shown in FIG. 5A, the diaper 1 is rolled up in the vertical direction from the crotch part 20 in the vertical direction while the abdomen side portion 30 of the diaper 1 is inward. As in 5B, the diaper 1 is in a compact state with a small size in the vertical direction, but the post-processing tape 48 is used to fix the diaper 1 in this compact state.
- the post-processing tape 48 has a long strip-shaped member as a main body along the vertical direction. Then, in the state where the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the post-processing tape 48 are along the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction of the diaper 1, respectively, one end portion 48 e 1 of the post-processing tape 48 in the longitudinal direction is not attached to the back side band member 41. It is fixed to the skin side with an adhesive (not shown) or the like so as not to be peeled off. Further, the other end 48e2 of the post-processing tape 48 can be extended toward the waist opening BH in the diaper 1 in a compact state as shown in FIG. 5B. As a result, as shown in FIG. 5B, the adhesive layer 48A of the other end 48e2 of the tape 48 is locked to the diaper portion 1p beyond the waistline opening BH in this compact state, whereby the diaper 1 Can be fixed in a compact state.
- the unused post-processing tape 48 is in a state of being folded in a Z shape in the longitudinal direction, for example. That is, in the post-processing tape 48 folded in a Z-shape, an adhesive layer (not shown) having a peelable adhesive strength is provided on at least a part of the surfaces facing each other.
- the processing tape 48 is temporarily fixed in a Z-shaped folded state. Then, by pulling a knob 48e2t (FIG. 4B) formed by folding the tip of the other end 48e2 in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 4A, the adhesive layer As a result, the tape 48 can be quickly extended toward the longitudinal waist opening BH as shown in FIG. 5B.
- Examples of the material of the tape 48 include resin materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene, but are not limited thereto.
- a pulp material such as paper may be used.
- the form of the tape 48 is not limited to a form having smooth surfaces on both sides as described above.
- a fiber assembly such as a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric may be used.
- a hook material of a hook-and-loop fastener may be provided instead of the adhesive layer 48A of the other end 48e2.
- the tape 48 itself is substantially non-stretchable in the longitudinal direction, but is not limited thereto. That is, the tape 48 itself may be stretchable in the longitudinal direction by being formed of an elastic material such as rubber. When the tape 48 is stretchable, the tape 48 contracts in the longitudinal direction so that the tape 48 can be in a compact state with a short length in the longitudinal direction when not in use. Therefore, in this case, it does not have to be folded into a Z shape as in the example of the tape 48 described above.
- the folding method is not limited to the above-described Z-shape. For example, it may be a half-folded V-shape, a quarter-fold W-shape, or may be folded more than the W-shape.
- FIG. 6 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 in the pants-type state of the present embodiment as viewed from the ventral side.
- the edge portion 31BH of the waistline opening BH of the ventral side belt member 31 belonging to the abdominal side portion 30 belongs to the back side portion 40.
- the back side band member 41 has a recess 37 that is recessed in the vertical direction toward the crotch 20 rather than the edge 41BH of the waist opening BH. That is, the latter edge portion 41BH is along the lateral direction, and the former edge portion 31BH is also basically along the lateral direction, but the former edge portion 31BH is recessed at a predetermined position in the lateral direction. 37.
- the confirmation of the presence or absence of the concave portion 37 is performed in a state where the diaper 1 in which the abdominal side portion 30 and the back side portion 40 are stacked in the thickness direction is placed on a plane such as a desk and the diaper 1 is flattened.
- the diaper 1 can be seen from the ventral side in the thickness direction.
- the concave portion 37 has a curved shape in an arc shape in the pattern paper state.
- the maximum value L37d of the vertical dimension of the concave portion 37 in the same paper state is selected from a range of 10 mm to 30 mm, for example, and is 15 mm in this example.
- the maximum value L37w of the horizontal dimension of the concave portion 37 is For example, it is selected from the range of 50 mm to 100 mm, and in this example is 85 mm.
- the post-processing tape 48 is virtually indicated by a two-dot chain line, but the concave portion 37 is provided at a position corresponding to the post-processing tape 48 in the horizontal direction.
- the concave portion 37 is provided in such a manner that the portion of the non-skin side surface of the back-side belt member 41 belonging to the back-side portion 40 is associated with the portion to which the post-processing tape 48 is fixed and the position in the lateral direction. 37 overlaps the post-processing tape 48 in the lateral direction.
- the edge portions 31BH and 41BH are separated from the post-processing tape 48 by the amount of the concave portion 37. It is possible to shorten the distance to the portion 1p of the diaper at a position exceeding the vertical direction. That is, when the post-processing tape 48 is extended toward the longitudinal waistline opening BH, by inserting at least a part of the post-processing tape 48 into the concave portion 37, the edge portion 31BH is interposed through the concave portion 37. , 41BH, the post-processing tape 48 can reach the part 1p of the diaper. As a result, the post-processing tape 48 can be securely locked to the diaper portion 1p.
- the center position CL48 in the horizontal direction of the post-processing tape 48 is included in the concave portion 37 in the horizontal direction in the natural state (or pattern state). Therefore, when the post-processing tape 48 is extended toward the longitudinal waistline opening BH, a larger portion of the post-processing tape 48 can be put into the concave portion 37. This makes it easier for the post-processing tape 48 to reach the diaper portion 1p of the waist opening BH beyond the edges 31BH and 41BH via the recess 37. However, it is not limited to this. That is, the center position CL48 of the post-processing tape 48 may not be included in the concave portion 37 in the lateral direction.
- the maximum value L37w in the lateral direction of the recess 37 is the maximum value in the lateral direction of the post-processing tape 48. It is larger than L48w. Therefore, when the post-processing tape 48 is extended toward the longitudinal waist opening BH, the post-processing tape 48 can be inserted into the recess 37 over the entire length of the post-processing tape 48 in the lateral direction. Therefore, the post-processing tape 48 can more easily reach the diaper portion 1p of the waist opening BH beyond the edges 31BH and 41BH via the recess 37. However, it is not limited to this. That is, the maximum value L48w in the horizontal dimension of the post-processing tape 48 may be larger than the maximum value L37w in the horizontal dimension of the recess 37.
- the concave portion 37 is formed on the ventral side band member in correspondence with the post-processing tape 48 being fixed to the central part in the lateral direction of the back side band member 41.
- 31 is provided at the center in the lateral direction of the edge 31BH.
- the diaper 1 it is possible to prevent the diaper 1 from being applied to the wearer's navel. And, thereby, if you do not want to put the diaper 1 on the wearer's navel, for example, if the newborn's navel is wet or if the bleeding prevention clip is attached to the navel, The diaper 1 can be suitably used.
- the absorbent core 11c has a substantially hourglass shape. That is, when the horizontal dimension is compared between the vertical end portions and the central portion of the core 11c, the former horizontal dimension is larger. As a result, the horizontal dimension has a maximum value L11cw at both ends, but here, in the above-mentioned pattern state, the maximum value L37w of the horizontal dimension of the recess 37 is It is smaller than the maximum value L11cw of the lateral dimension of the absorbent core 11c.
- the horizontal dimension of the concave portion 37 can be set to a minimum size necessary for preventing the concave portion 37 from hitting the wearer's navel. And thereby, the part which contact
- the post-processing tape 48 can be more easily reached to the diaper portion 1p of the waist opening BH beyond the edges 31BH and 41BH. Become.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and may be reversed in some cases. That is, by setting the vertical depth L37d of the concave portion 37, as shown in FIG. 8B, the bottom portion 37b of the concave portion 37 protrudes in the vertical direction from the edge portion 41BH of the waist opening BH of the back side portion 40. May be.
- the post-processing tape 48 can be locked not only to the edge portion 41BH of the back side portion 40 but also to the bottom portion 37b of the concave portion 37 of the ventral side portion 30. Not only the edge portion 41BH of the side portion 40 but also the edge portion 31BH of the ventral side portion 30 can be directly fixed by the post-processing tape 48.
- the bottom-containing portion 37 bp having the bottom portion 37 b of the concave portion 37 in the ventral side belt member 31 has a skin color different from the color of the end portion 20 e of the crotch portion 20. It is preferable to have a different color region A37bp (see the dot pattern region in FIG. 8B) visible from the side.
- the bottom portion containing portion 37bp has a region A37bp colored from the skin side in a predetermined color with a predetermined width in the vertical direction. The color difference region A37bp is visible in a color different from the color of the end 20e.
- the operator of the diaper change the diaper 1 into a small compact state in the vertical direction by folding the diaper 1 as described above, for example, to dispose of the diaper 1,
- the bottom portion containing portion 37bp is viewed against the end portion 20e of the crotch portion 20 having a color different from that of the coloring region A37bp of the containing portion 37bp, thereby making it easier to visually recognize the bottom portion 37b of the concave portion 37.
- the operator can lock the post-processing tape 48 on the locking target portion of the post-processing tape 48 in the diaper 1 through the concave portion 37.
- the bottom-containing portion 37bp is colored from the skin side, but the color is not limited to this as long as the colored region A37bp of the bottom-containing portion 37bp is visible from the skin side.
- the ventral side band member 31 of the ventral side part 30 of the present embodiment is formed of the nonwoven fabrics 32 and 33, what is present on the non-skin side in a shape that allows the ventral side band member 31 to be seen from the skin side. Is also visible. Therefore, you may color the bottom part containing part 37bp from the non-skin side.
- the bottom portion containing portion 37bp has the color described above.
- a different region A37bp may be formed.
- the separate sheet may be disposed on the skin side or the non-skin side of the ventral band member 31, or may be interposed between the two nonwoven fabrics 32 and 33 of the ventral band member 31. May be.
- the “different colors” referred to here are two colors that allow the color difference between the two regions to be visually recognized.
- color difference two points (two areas) to be measured are measured using a commercially available colorimeter, and based on the CIE 1976 (L * a * b *) color space defined in JISZ8729 etc. It can be obtained by comparing numerical values.
- ⁇ E * ab [( ⁇ L *) 2 + ( ⁇ a *) 2 + ( ⁇ b *) 2 ] 1/2
- the color difference ⁇ E * ab 1.5 or more, preferably 3.0 or more, it is assumed that the colors are different from each other. If the ⁇ E * ab value is 1.5 or more, it can be said that the color is different to the extent that a human can perceive with the naked eye. Therefore, the diaper changing operator can use the concave portion 37 with the end portion 20e of the crotch portion 20 as a background.
- the color difference region A37bp related to the bottom portion 37b of can be recognized.
- FIG. 9A is an explanatory diagram of a modified example of the pants-type disposable diaper 1.
- the number of stacked sheets of the side portions 30s and 30s was the same as each other. That is, both of the former part 30p and the latter part 30s are formed of two nonwoven fabrics 32 and 33 constituting the ventral belt member 31, whereby the number of laminated parts 30p and 30s is 2 respectively. It was a sheet.
- the separate sheet 38 is composed of a sheet-like portion 10f that protrudes from the absorbent core 11c to the longitudinal waist opening BH side in the absorbent main body 10. That is, the top sheet 13 and the back sheet 15 that form the sheet-like portion 10 f extend to the waistline opening BH side in the vertical direction, and thereby, the edge portion 31 ⁇ / b> BH of the waistline opening BH in the ventral belt member 31. It reaches to the concave portion 37. At least the bottom 37b of the recess 37 is reached.
- the recessed part containing part 30p in the ventral side part 30 increased the number of laminated sheets by two sheets of the top sheet 13 and the back sheet 15 in addition to the two non-woven fabrics 32 and 33 constituting the ventral band member 31. It has 4 sheets. Therefore, the rigidity of the concave portion-containing portion 30p is high, and this can prevent the concave portion 37 from being deformed in a natural state. As a result, the post-processing tape 48 can more easily reach the diaper portion 1p of the waist opening BH beyond the edge 31BH via the recess 37.
- the lateral dimension of the absorbent main body 10 is smaller than the lateral dimension of the ventral band member 31, the side portions 30 s and 30 s located on both lateral sides of the recess-containing part 30 p in the ventral side part 30.
- the top sheet 13 and the back sheet 15 of the absorbent main body 10 are not located. Therefore, the number of stacked sheets of the side portion 30s is two less than the number of stacked concave portion-containing portions 30p.
- the said side parts 30s can deform
- seat 38 is not restricted to the top sheet 13 and the back sheet 15 of the above-mentioned absorptive main body 10 at all.
- a design sheet 38d on which a pattern such as an illustration is drawn as shown in FIG. 9B may be used as the separate sheet 38. Details are as follows. First, in the example of FIG. 9B, the design sheet 38 d is superimposed on the central portion in the lateral direction of the ventral side band member 31 of the ventral side portion 30. In addition, the design sheet 38d extends to the side of the waistline opening BH in the vertical direction, and thus reaches the concave portion 37 of the edge portion 31BH of the waistline opening BH in the ventral belt member 31. At least the bottom 37b of the recess 37 is reached. Therefore, the rigidity of the recess-containing portion 30p is increased.
- the lateral dimension of the design sheet 38d is smaller than the lateral dimension of the ventral band member 31. Therefore, the design sheet 38d is not positioned on the side portions 30s and 30s located on both sides in the lateral direction of the recess-containing portion 30p in the ventral side portion 30, and therefore the number of stacked sheets of the side portions 30s and 30s is The number of the concave portion-containing portions 30p is one less than the number of stacked layers. And thereby, the rigidity of the said side parts 30s and 30s can be made low.
- the arc-shaped concave portion 37 is shown as an example of the concave portion 37 included in the edge portion 31BH of the waist opening BH of the ventral side portion 30, but the invention is not limited to this. That is, the concave portion 37 may be rectangular, triangular, or a polygonal shape other than these. Moreover, the composite shape which combined the curve and the straight line may be sufficient. Further, in this example, the concave portion 37 is formed by, for example, notching the ventral side portion 30, but may be formed by a method other than the notch. For example, when the fibers constituting the ventral band member 31 are deposited to produce the nonwoven fabrics 32 and 33, the fibers may be deposited so as to have the recesses 37.
- the edge 31BH of the waistline opening BH of the abdominal side 30 has the recess 37 selectively at a predetermined position in the lateral direction such as the center position.
- the form of 37 is not limited to this.
- the ventral side portion 30 may have a concave portion 37 having a size extending over the entire inner side portion in the lateral direction with respect to the lateral end portions 31 e and 31 e. That is, it is dented in the vertical direction toward the crotch portion 20 rather than the edge portion 41BH of the waist opening BH of the back side portion 40 over all positions inside the lateral direction from both lateral end portions 31e, 31e.
- the edge 37BH of the waist opening BH of the ventral side 30 may have the recess 37.
- a three-piece type diaper 1 is illustrated as an example of a pants-type disposable diaper, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
- a two-piece type pants-type disposable diaper having an exterior sheet that forms an exterior of a diaper as a first part and an absorbent main body fixed to the skin side surface of the exterior sheet as a second part. May be applied.
- the configuration of the present invention may be applied to a pants-type disposable diaper in which an absorber is interposed between a substantially hourglass-shaped top sheet and a substantially hourglass-shaped back sheet.
- the post-processing tape 48 is provided in the central portion CL40 in the lateral direction of the back side portion 40, and accordingly, the waistline opening BH of the abdominal side portion 30 corresponding to this.
- the edge portion 31BH has the concave portion 37 in the central portion in the lateral direction
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- the ventral side portion 30 is associated with this.
- the edge portion 31BH of the waistline opening BH may have a concave portion 37 at a portion shifted laterally from the central portion CL40 in the lateral direction.
- two post-processing tapes 48, 48 are provided in each of the lateral portions sandwiching the central portion CL40, respectively.
- the edge portion 31BH of the waistline opening BH of the abdominal side portion 30 has two concave portions 37, 37 in each of the lateral portions sandwiching the central portion CL40 in the edge portion 31BH of the waistline opening BH of the abdominal side portion 30. You may do it.
- 1 pants-type disposable diaper 1p part, 10 Absorbent body, 10p1 part, 10p2 part, 10p3 part, 10LG part, 10ea end, 10eb end, 10f sheet-like part, 11 Absorber, 11c Absorbent core, 13 Top sheet, 15 Back sheet, 15a leak-proof sheet, 15b exterior sheet, 16 elastic member, 17 leg side gather sheet, 17LSG portion, 18 elastic member, 20 crotch, 20e end, 30 ventral side, 31 ventral side band member, 31BH edge, 31e end, 31eL end, 30p recess-containing part, 30s side part, 32 non-woven fabric, 33 non-woven fabric, 35 elastic member, 37 concave part, 37b bottom part, 37bp bottom part containing part, 38 separate sheet, 38d design sheet, 40 dorsal side, 41 dorsal belt member, 41BH edge, 41eL end, 42 non-woven fabric, 43 non-woven fabric, 45 elastic member, 48 Post-processing tape (tape member), 48A adhesive layer, 48
