Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum automatisierten Erkennen von Defekten in einer Werkstückoberfläche und Erzeugung eines Roboterprogramms zur Bearbeitung des Werkstücks beschrieben. Gemäß einem weiteren Beispiel der Erfindung umfasst das das Verfahren das Lokalisieren von Defekten in einer Oberfläche eines Werkstücks sowie das Ermitteln einer dreidimensionalen Topographie der lokalisierten Defekte und das Kategorisieren von zumindest einem lokalisierten Defekt basierend auf dessen Topographie. Abhängig von der Defektkategorie des mindestens einen Defekts wird ein Bearbeitungsprozess ausgewählt, und gemäß dem ausgewählten Bearbeitungsprozess wird computergestützt ein Roboterprogramms zur robotergestützten Bearbeitung des zumindest einen Defekts erstellt.
