- the lower side 20 of the packaging bag 1 is formed by folding back the packaging material 30. That is, the lower side portion 20 has no discontinuous cut, and the lower edge is curved, for example, in an arc shape.
- the left side portion 21 and the right side portion 22 of the packaging bag 1 are formed by welding the packaging materials 30 on the front surface 31 and the back surface 32 together.
- the upper side portion 23 as the charging portion into which the atmosphere adjusting agent A is charged has the positions of the end portions 31 a and 32 a of the front surface 31 and the back surface 32 of the packaging material 30 shifted vertically.
- a relatively protruding rear end 32a is formed by being folded and welded to the outer side of the front end 31a.
- the packaging material 30 can be a single film, or can be used in a state where two or more films are overlapped (other than the seal portion is not bonded).
- a single layer film or a multilayer film of two or more layers made of different materials can be used.
- FIG. 2 shows a case where two double-layer films 33 and 34 are used in an overlapped manner on the front surface 31 and the back surface 32 of the packaging material 30.
- the outer film 33 has a two-layer structure, and an inner layer 40 made of, for example, polyethylene as the first material, and an outer layer made of a material having a higher melting point than the first material, for example, polyethylene terephthalate or nylon, as the second material. 41.
- a material having heat sealability can be used for the inner layer 40 that is the first material.
- the material having heat sealability are low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear (linear) low density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ionomer resin, ethylene-acrylic.
- the inner film 34 has a layer 42 having, for example, paper or non-woven fabric as a third material, and a layer 43 which is a material having heat sealability like the first material.
- the outer film 33 is longer than the inner film 34, and the end portion 32 a of the back surface 32 of the packaging material 30 is formed only by the outer film 33.
- the end portion 32a of the back surface 32 of the packaging material 30 is folded back to the end portion 31a side of the front surface 31, and the inner surface of the inner layer 40 of the end portion 32a and the outer surface of the outer layer 41 of the end portion 31a are welded to each other. Yes.
- the end portion 32 a is composed of only the outer film 33, but the end portion 32 a may be a single multilayer film including both the outer film 33 and the inner film 34. That is, the end portion 32a may be formed of a single four-layer film instead of the outer film 33 and the inner film 34 formed of two two-layer films.
- FIG. 3 shows a case where the end 32a is composed of a single four-layer film. In this case, the inner surface of the layer 43 at the end portion 32a and the outer surface of the layer 41 at the end portion 31a are welded.
- the rectangular packaging material 30 is folded back.
- the packaging material 30 is not folded back at the center, but is folded back so that the folded-back portion that becomes the end portion 32a of the back surface 32 remains at the top. That is, the front surface 31 side is folded back to the back surface 32 side while the folding line is shifted from the center line of the packaging material 30 to the front surface 31 side (the lower side in FIG. 4), and the end portion 32 a is exposed at the uppermost portion of the back surface 32.
- the lower side 20 is formed at the lower end.
- the inner layer film 34 is disposed in advance inside the packaging material 30.
- the left and right end portions are welded to form the left side portion 21 and the right side portion 22.
- a bag is formed in which the upper side 23 is opened and the other three sides (the lower side 20, the left side 21, and the right side 22) are sealed.
- the nozzle B is inserted from the opening of the upper side portion 23, and the atmosphere adjusting agent A is ejected and filled into the bag.
- the end portion 32a of the back surface 32 of the upper side portion 23 is folded back to the outside of the end portion 31a of the front surface 31, and the end portion 32a and the end portion 31a are welded.
- the packaging bag 1 having four sides sealed as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and containing the atmosphere adjusting agent A inside is completed.
- the upper side portion 23 as the input portion into which the atmosphere adjusting agent A has been input is shifted in the positions of the end portions 31a and 32a of the packaging material 30 on the front surface 31 and the back surface 32, and the relative positions thereof. Since one end portion 32a protruding to the outside is folded and welded to the outside of the other end portion 31a, the internal atmosphere adjusting agent A does not leak from the upper side portion 23. Since one end portion 32a is folded and welded to the outside of the other end portion 31a, a separate member such as an adhesive tape is not required, so that no cost is required and the manufacturing process can be simplified. Furthermore, since no adhesive tape is used, it can be used even at high temperatures.
