Description
本发明涉及塑料加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于塑料边角料的专用粉碎机。
在注塑成型等塑料加工行业中,经常需要对塑料成型件的边角料做粉碎回用处理。如图1至图4所示,中国发明201220533276.2提供了一种塑料专用粉碎机,主要包括料斗1、粉碎箱体2、底座3,以及出料斗。其中,料斗1用于投放物料,粉碎箱体2位于料斗1的下方,主要作用是形成粉碎工作腔,粉碎投入的物料。底座3的主要功能是支撑,用于支撑整个粉碎箱体2及料斗1等部件。
这种粉碎机的核心部件是粉碎箱体2,其中设置有实现粉碎功能的零部件。粉碎箱体2包括安装板21、分段设置的第一槽板22和第二槽板23,还包括若干大回转刀24、若干小回转刀25。
第一槽板22与安装板21固定连接为一体,第二槽板23与安装板21分体并与第一槽板22相对设置。
大回转刀24、小回转刀25间隔地设置在同一转轴上,该转轴与动力部件4动力连接。
为进一步改善和强化切割效果,在粉碎箱体2内,还可以设置多个回转刀座28(参见图4),回转刀座28的规格可根据不同回转刀具的尺寸配作,并与相应的回转刀具的位置对应设置,以全面配合回转刀具的切割作业。
第一槽板22、第二槽板23上分别开设有与大回转刀24配合工作的第一切割槽26、与小回转刀25配合工作的第二切割槽27。
大回转刀24与第一切割槽26配合,主要功能是将整件的物料(例如塑料
的塑料)做粗切割割断,小回转刀25与第二切割槽27配合,功能是对被粗切断后的较大物料做进一步的细切割,最终形成固体碎粒。
料斗1的底端与粉碎箱体2通过第一翻转轴连接,安装板21与粉碎箱体2通过第二翻转轴连接。
这种塑料专用粉碎机在正常使用中,塑料等物料从料斗1进入粉碎箱体2的粉碎腔中,首先由大回转刀24与相应的回转刀座28、第一切割槽26配合,对整件的物料做粗切割。其后,在同一粉碎腔中,小回转刀25与第二切割槽27、相应的回转刀座配合,对物料做进一步的细切割。最终,粉碎后的固体颗粒通过出料斗收集。
但在实际使用的维护或清理过程中,需要不定时地打开粉碎箱体2,以维护、清理粉碎箱体2内部的粉碎腔,以保持整机处于良好的工作状态。尤其是,当投放的物料(如塑塑料)是不同种类时,需要彻底清理粉碎腔中的残余物。但此时,由于回转刀设置在相应的切割槽内,妨碍了切割槽的清理。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种便于清理的塑料专用粉碎机。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于清理的塑料专用粉碎机。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种塑料专用粉碎机,至少包括料斗,位于料斗下方的粉碎箱体,及固定设置所述粉碎箱体的底座;所述粉碎箱体至少包括下箱体及可开合的上箱体,所述粉碎箱体内设置有回转刀座;回转刀固定设置在所述下箱体上、并设置在所述回转刀座的粉碎腔中;所述回转刀座由可拆分的刀座主体、刀座半体构成;所述刀座半体可相对所述刀座主体位移以使所述粉碎腔可开闭。
在一些实施方式中,所述刀座主体与所述下箱体固定设置;所述刀座半体与一拉板固定连接,并可相对所述下箱体位移。
在一些实施方式中,所述上箱体或所述拉板由手动或电动或气动或液压驱动。
在一些实施方式中,所述拉板与所述下箱体之间设置有可开合的锁扣。
在一些实施方式中,所述拉板通过一传动副与所述上箱体互动联接。
在一些实施方式中,所述传动副为一组或二组齿条齿轮结构。
在一些实施方式中,所述齿条齿轮结构为一齿条多齿轮结构或一齿条一齿轮结构。
在一些实施方式中,所述回转刀座为钢板焊接件。
在一些实施方式中,所述粉碎箱体的一侧还设置有气弹簧。

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的塑料专用粉碎机由于上述结构设计,将回转刀座分体设置,分为刀座主体、刀座半体两半部分,在清理粉碎腔时,可以通过移动刀座半体而打开回转刀座的粉碎腔,将滞留在粉碎腔中的残留物清除干净。

实施例1:
本发明的塑料专用粉碎机一具体实施例,具有料斗、位于料斗下方的粉碎箱体,及固定设置粉碎箱体的底座。其中,料斗用于投放物料,粉碎箱体的主要作用是形成粉碎工作腔,粉碎投入的物料。底座的主要功能是支撑,用于支撑整个粉碎箱体及料斗等部件。料斗、底座与现有技术的相同或基本相同,此处不再赘述。
本发明的主要改进之处,在于粉碎箱体部分。
如图5至图10所示,在一具体实施例中,粉碎箱体2由上箱体21、下箱体22围合形成,粉碎箱体2内设置有同轴设置的大回转刀31、小回转刀32,及回转刀座1。转轴与外部的动力部件动力连接,动力部件可以是电机或其他本领域常用部件,以驱动回转刀旋转。
回转刀座的形状与大回转刀31、小回转刀32相匹配,回转刀座与下箱体22固定,大回转刀31设置在回转刀座的粉碎腔中。
本发明的改进之一在于,回转刀座由可拆分的刀座主体11、刀座半体12构成。刀座半体12可相对刀座主体11位移,以使粉碎腔可开闭,便于清除粉碎腔内的残留物。在维护、清理时,可以通过吹扫等方式,彻底清理残留在粉碎腔中的碎粒。
图10中所示A位置为刀座半体12与刀座主体11贴合为一体的位置(在该位置,回转刀座1为正常工作状态)。B位置为刀座半体12抽出与刀座主体11分离的位置(在该位置,回转刀座1为打开、清理状态)。
为便于加工,回转刀座采用钢板焊接件。
本实施例中,刀座半体12与一拉板23固定连接。
拉板23与下箱体22之间设置有可开合的锁扣4。锁扣4闭合时,拉板23与下箱体22处于固定一体状态。锁扣4打开后,拉板23可以相对下箱体22
位移。
本实施例中,上箱体21由手动驱动,可以相对下箱体22打开或闭合。为简化操作者的操作,上箱体21可以通过一传动副与拉板23形成互动联接。当操作者打开上箱体21时,上箱体21的角度变化会通过传动副的传递带动拉板23。
所谓“互动联接”,即:当上箱体21与下箱体22打开时,刀座半体12相对下箱体22位移,刀座本体11与刀座半体12处于分离状态。
当上箱体21与下箱体22合拢时,刀座半体12相对下箱体22复位,刀座本体11与刀座半体12处于合拢状态。
在其他一些实施方式中,上箱体21也可以由电机、气泵等机动驱动。
具体地,在本实施例中,前述的传动副为一组齿条齿轮结构,更具体地说,是一齿条51、多齿轮52的结构。
粉碎箱体2的一侧还设置有气弹簧6。气弹簧6的一端与上箱体21连接,另一端与下箱体22连接。
在其他一些实施例中,也可以由拉板23带动上箱体21。此时,两者之间的“互动联接”为:当拉板23相对下箱体22为拉出状态时(此时刀座半体12与刀座本体11处于分离状态),上箱体21与下箱体22为打开状态(粉碎箱体处于维护或清理状态)。
当拉板23相对下箱体22为复位状态时(此时刀座半体12与刀座本体11处于合拢状态),上箱体21与下箱体22为合拢状态(粉碎箱体可以处于工作状态)。
对于具备上述“互动联接”关系的上箱体21和拉板23,两者可以选择任一作为主动件,另一作为被动件。
如图11所示,实现互动联接的联动机构,在一具体实施例中,可以是由第一连杆71、第二连杆72组成的连杆机构,第一连杆或第二连杆中,被手动、或电动、或气动、或液压驱动者为主动件,另一为被动件。
当然,如果为简化结构,在其他一些实施例中,上箱体21与拉板23之间,也可以没有任何互动关系。这时,操作者需要分别打开上箱体21、拉板23或
闭合上箱体21、拉板23,并不影响本发明的应用。
实施例2:
如图12、图13所示,本发明另一具体实施例,其结构与上一实施例基本相同,所不同之处在于,本实施例中,采用了左右两侧各设置一组一齿条、一齿轮结构的传动副,并且采用了厚齿条、大齿轮的配置。
这样的结构设计,有利于操作者单手轻松地在抽出拉板23时就同步带动上箱体21打开。
另外,在其他一些实施例中,回转刀的数量以及尺寸的选取可以根据整机的尺寸选配,并不局限于上述实施例的限制。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种塑料专用粉碎机,至少包括料斗,位于料斗下方的粉碎箱体,及固定设置所述粉碎箱体的底座;所述粉碎箱体至少包括下箱体及可开合的上箱体,所述粉碎箱体内设置有回转刀座;回转刀固定设置在所述下箱体上、并设置在所述回转刀座的粉碎腔中;其特征在于:所述回转刀座由可拆分的刀座主体、刀座半体构成;所述刀座半体可相对所述刀座主体位移以使所述粉碎腔可开闭。
- 如权利要求1所述的塑料专用粉碎机,其特征在于:所述刀座主体与所述下箱体固定设置;所述刀座半体与一拉板固定连接,并可相对所述下箱体位移。
- 如权利要求2所述的塑料专用粉碎机,其特征在于:所述上箱体或所述拉板由手动或电动或气动或液压驱动。
- 如权利要求2所述的塑料专用粉碎机,其特征在于:所述拉板与所述下箱体之间设置有可开合的锁扣。
- 如权利要求2所述的塑料专用粉碎机,其特征在于:所述上箱体通过一传动副与所述拉板互动联接。
- 如权利要求5所述的塑料专用粉碎机,其特征在于:所述传动副为一组或二组齿条齿轮结构。
- 如权利要求6所述的塑料专用粉碎机,其特征在于:所述齿条齿轮结构为一齿条多齿轮结构或一齿条一齿轮结构。
- 如权利要求1至7任一所述的塑料专用粉碎机,其特征在于:所述回转刀座为钢板焊接件。
- 如权利要求8所述的塑料专用粉碎机,其特征在于:所述粉碎箱体的一侧还设置有气弹簧。
- 如权利要求9所述的塑料专用粉碎机,其特征在于:所述气弹簧的两端分别与所述上箱体、所述下箱体连接。
