Abstract
Description
本発明は、かかる事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、受付業務用の電話着信呼の積滞状況や電話着信呼の分配順序を各受付担当者に事前に通知することが可能なACDシステム、着信順序通知方法および着信順序通知プログラムが格納される非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体を提供することを、その目的としている。
本発明の実施形態の説明に先立って、本発明の特徴についてその概要をまず説明する。本発明のACDシステムは、1ないし複数の受付担当者それぞれが使用する受付担当者用端末とACD(Auto Call Distribution:着信呼自動分配)装置とを少なくとも含んで構成される。このACDシステムにおいて、電話着信待ち受け中の状態にある受付担当者用端末から、該電話着信呼の分配順序に関する情報の通知要求がACD装置に対して送られると、ACD装置は、その要求に応じて、電話着信呼の分配順序に関する情報を着信分配順序情報として生成して、受付担当者用端末へ送信して、受付担当者用端末の表示器に表示させる。このようにして、着信分配順序情報を表示器に表示することにより、各受付担当者には、着信分配順序情報が通知される。この着信分配順序情報には、電話着信呼の分配順序に関する情報のみならず、電話着信呼の積滞状況を示す情報も含めてもよい。なお、電話着信待ち受け中の状態にある受付担当者用端末は、言い換えると、電話着信呼に応対中ではなく、空きの状態にあり、電話着信が分配されてくるのを待っている状態にある受付担当者用端末である。
次に、本発明に係るACDシステムのシステム構成の一実施形態について図1を参照して説明する。図1は、本発明に係るACDシステムのシステム構成の一実施形態を示すシステム構成図である。図1に示すACDシステムは、電子構内交換機11、ACD装置12、監督者用端末13および1ないし複数の受付担当者用端末14を、ネットワーク15を介して、相互に接続して構成される。受付担当者用端末14の数は、通常複数であるが、1つでも本実施の形態は実現できる。監督者用端末13は、監督者用のPC端末すなわち監督者端末(PC)13aおよび監督者電話端末13bから構成されて、監督者に割り当てられている。また、受付担当者用端末14は、いずれも、受付担当者用のPC端末すなわち受付担当者端末(PC)14aおよび受付担当者電話端末14bから構成されて、各受付担当者(受付担当者A、受付担当者B、…、受付担当者C)ごとに配置されている。
次に、図1、図2に示した本発明に係る一実施形態のACDシステムの動作例について、受付担当者用端末14の表示器に画面表示される画面表示例を示す図3~図5を参照しながら、詳細に説明する。
以上に詳細に説明したように、本発明の実施形態に係るACDシステムにおいては、次のような効果を奏することができる。

Claims (10)
- 受付業務用の電話着信呼を受け付ける1ないし複数の受付担当者それぞれが使用する受付担当者用端末と、該電話着信呼を任意の前記受付担当者用端末に自動的に分配するACD(Auto Call Distribution)装置と、各前記受付担当者用端末と前記ACD装置とを接続するネットワークとを有するACDシステムにおいて、
前記ACD装置は、前記電話着信呼の待ち合わせ中の状態にある前記受付担当者用端末から前記ネットワークを介して該電話着信呼の分配順序に関する情報の通知要求を受け取ると、要求元の当該受付担当者用端末への前記電話着信呼の着信順序を示す着信分配順序情報を生成し、要求元の当該受付担当者用端末へ該着信分配順序情報を前記ネットワークを介して送信し、該着信分配順序情報を受け取った要求元の当該受付担当者用端末は、受け取った該着信分配順序情報を表示器に画面表示することを特徴とするACDシステム。 - 前記着信分配順序情報は、前記受付担当者用端末への前記電話着信呼の着信順序に関する情報のみならず、在席している前記受付担当者の人数を示す受付担当者数および前記電話着信呼に応答して応対することが可能な前記受付担当者の人数を示す着信可能受付担当者数に関する情報をも含む情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のACDシステム。
- 前記ACD装置は、前記電話着信呼の待ち合わせ中の状態にある前記受付担当者用端末から前記電話着信呼の分配順序に関する情報の通知要求を受け取った際のみならず、前記電話着信呼に対する着信状況の変化および各前記受付担当者用端末の状態の変化が発生する都度、各前記受付担当者用端末それぞれに関する前記着信分配順序情報を生成し、該当する各前記受付担当者用端末それぞれへ前記着信分配順序情報を前記ネットワークを介して送信することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のACDシステム。
- 各前記受付担当者用端末それぞれは、データ処理機能を備えた受付担当者PC端末と電話の発着信機能および通話機能を備えた受付担当者電話端末とからなり、前記受付担当者電話端末と前記ACD装置との間で前記ネットワークを介して情報を送受信させるために、前記ネットワークと前記ACD装置との間に該情報を前記ACD装置に転送することが可能な構内交換機をさらに備え、前記電話着信呼の待ち合わせ中の状態にある場合、前記受付担当者PC端末、前記受付担当者電話端末のいずれからも、前記ネットワークを介して、前記ACD装置に対して前記通知要求を送信することが可能であり、前記ACD装置が生成した前記着信分配順序情報を、前記ネットワークを介して、前記通知要求の送信元であった前記受付担当者PC端末または前記受付担当者電話端末のいずれかに送信することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のACDシステム。
- 前記受付担当者用端末の前記受付担当者PC端末から前記通知要求の送信をする場合、前記ネットワークを介して、前記ACD装置に対して直接に該送信をし、前記ACD装置が生成した前記着信分配順序情報を、前記ネットワークを介して、前記通知要求の送信元の前記受付担当者PC端末に送信し、一方、前記受付担当者用端末の前記受付担当者電話端末から前記通知要求の送信をする場合、前記ネットワークおよび前記構内交換機を介して、前記ACD装置に対して該送信をし、前記ACD装置が生成した前記着信分配順序情報を、前記構内交換機および前記ネットワークを介して、前記通知要求の送信元の前記受付担当者電話端末に送信することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のACDシステム。
- 受付業務用の電話着信呼を受け付ける1ないし複数の受付担当者それぞれが使用する受付担当者用端末と、該電話着信呼を任意の前記受付担当者用端末に自動的に分配するACD(Auto Call Distribution)装置と、各前記受付担当者用端末と前記ACD装置とを接続するネットワークとを有するACDシステムにおいて、前記電話着信呼の待ち合わせ中の状態にある前記受付担当者用端末から前記ネットワークを介して該電話着信呼の分配順序に関する情報の通知要求が前記ACD装置へ送られたとき、該ACD装置は、要求元の当該受付担当者用端末への前記電話着信呼の着信順序を示す着信分配順序情報を生成し、要求元の当該受付担当者用端末へ該着信分配順序情報を前記ネットワークを介して送信し、要求元の当該受付担当者用端末は、該着信分配順序情報を受け取ったとき、該着信分配順序情報を表示器に画面表示して、当該受付担当者用端末の受付担当者に該着信分配順序情報を通知することを特徴とする着信順序通知方法。
- 前記着信分配順序情報は、前記受付担当者用端末への前記電話着信呼の着信順序に関する情報のみならず、在席している前記受付担当者の人数を示す受付担当者数および前記電話着信呼に応答して応対することが可能な前記受付担当者の人数を示す着信可能受付担当者数に関する情報を含む情報であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の着信順序通知方法。
- 前記ACD装置は、前記電話着信呼の待ち合わせ中の状態にある前記受付担当者用端末から前記電話着信呼の分配順序に関する情報の通知要求を受け取った際のみならず、前記電話着信呼に対する着信状況の変化および各前記受付担当者用端末の状態の変化が発生する都度、各前記受付担当者用端末それぞれに関する前記着信分配順序情報を生成して、該当する各前記受付担当者用端末それぞれへ前記着信分配順序情報を前記ネットワークを介して送信することを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の着信順序通知方法。
- 各前記受付担当者用端末それぞれは、データ処理機能を備えた受付担当者PC端末と電話の発着信機能および通話機能を備えた受付担当者電話端末とからなり、前記受付担当者電話端末と前記ACD装置との間で前記ネットワークを介して情報を送受信させるために、前記ネットワークと前記ACD装置との間に該情報を前記ACD装置に転送することを可能にする構内交換機をさらに備え、前記電話着信呼の待ち合わせ中の状態にある場合、前記受付担当者PC端末または前記受付担当者電話端末のいずれからも、前記ネットワークを介して、前記ACD装置に対して前記通知要求を送信することを可能にするとともに、前記ACD装置が生成した前記着信分配順序情報を、前記ネットワークを介して、前記通知要求の送信元であった前記受付担当者PC端末または前記受付担当者電話端末のいずれかに送信することを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項6ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の着信順序通知方法。
- 請求項6ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の着信順序通知方法を、コンピュータによって実行可能なプログラムとして実施していることを特徴とする着信順序通知プログラムが格納される非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
