- Patent Document 1 discloses a compound having a structure in which a benzene ring, a nitrogen-containing five-membered ring, a benzene ring, a nitrogen-containing five-membered ring, a benzene ring, a sulfur-containing five-membered ring, and a benzene ring are condensed in this order. And compounds described in Patent Document 1).
- the following compound, a material for an organic electroluminescence element, an organic electroluminescence element, and an electronic device are provided.
- the compound which is one embodiment of the present invention is a compound represented by the following formula (1).
- a 1 and A 2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 50 ring carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 5 to 50 ring atoms.
- L 1 and L 2 are each independently a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group having 6 to 60 ring carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group having 5 to 50 ring atoms.
- X 1 to X 8 are each independently CH, C (R a ) or N.
- * 1 to * 4 are each a bond that forms a single bond. Any two adjacent ones of Y 1 to Y 4 are C forming a single bond with * 1 and * 2, respectively, and the other two are independently CH, C (R a ) or N. Any two adjacent Y 5 to Y 8 are Cs that form a single bond with * 3 and * 4, respectively, and the other two are independently CH, C (R a ) or N.
- R a is a substituent, and when a plurality of R a are present, they may be the same or different from each other, and two selected from a plurality of R a are bonded to each other to form a ring. It may be. ]
- the material for an organic electroluminescence element which is one embodiment of the present invention includes a compound represented by the above formula (1) which is one embodiment of the present invention.
- An organic electroluminescence device which is one embodiment of the present invention is an organic electroluminescence device having a cathode, an anode, and one or more organic thin film layers between the cathode and the anode, The one or more organic thin film layers include a light emitting layer, and at least one of the one or more organic thin film layers includes a compound represented by the above formula (1) which is one embodiment of the present invention.
- An electronic device which is one embodiment of the present invention includes the organic electroluminescence element which is one embodiment of the present invention.
- a novel compound useful as a material for a phosphorescent organic electroluminescent element can be provided.
- an organic electroluminescence element using the compound can be provided.
- Any two adjacent ones of Y 1 to Y 4 are C forming a single bond with * 1 and * 2, respectively, and the other two are independently CH, C (R a ) or N.
- Any two adjacent Y 5 to Y 8 are Cs that form a single bond with * 3 and * 4, respectively, and the other two are independently CH, C (R a ) or N.
- R a is a substituent, and when a plurality of R a are present, they may be the same or different from each other, and two selected from a plurality of R a are bonded to each other to form a ring. It may be. ]
- the compound represented by the above formula (1) is aromatic 6-membered ring-nitrogen-containing 5-membered ring-aromatic 6-membered ring-nitrogen-containing 5-membered ring-aromatic 6-membered ring-oxygen-containing 5-membered ring-aromatic. It has a structure condensed in the order of a six-membered ring. This structure has high planarity, spreads molecular orbitals, and carries holes well.
