Abstract

본 발명은 본 발명은 인계 리간드를 포함하는 촉매 조성물 및 이를 이용한 하이드로포밀화 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 일배위 포스파이트 리간드; 일배위 포스핀 리간드; 및 전이금속 촉매를 포함하되, 상기 일배위 포스파이트 리간드 및 일배위 포스핀 리간드를 합한 전체 리간드의 함량은 상기 전이금속 촉매 1몰을 기준으로 1 내지 33 몰인 촉매 조성물 및 이를 이용한 하이드로포밀화 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 본 발명에 따르면 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 반응 시, 생성되는 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)를 낮추고, 촉매 활성 및 안정성이 우수한 촉매 조성물을 제공하고, 이를 이용한 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

Description

인계 리간드를 포함하는 촉매 조성물 및 이를 이용한 하이드로포밀화 방법

본 출원은 2015년 07월 13일자 한국 특허 출원 제 10-2015-0098902 호에 기초한 우선권의 이익을 주장하며, 해당 한국 특허 출원의 문헌에 개시된 모든 내용은 본 명세서의 일부로서 포함된다.
본 발명은 인계 리간드를 포함하는 촉매 조성물 및 이를 이용한 하이드로포밀화 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 반응 시, 생성되는 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)를 낮추고, 촉매 활성 및 안정성이 우수한 촉매 조성물 및 이를 이용한 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법에 관한 것이다.
각종 올레핀을 균일계 유기금속 촉매와 리간드의 존재 하에서 흔히 합성기체로 불리는 일산화탄소(CO)와 수소(H2)를 반응시켜 탄소수가 1개 증가된 선형(linear, normal) 및 가지형(branched, iso) 알데히드를 생성하는 하이드로포밀화(hydroformylation) 반응은 1938년 독일의 오토 롤렌(Otto Roelen)에 의해 처음 발견되었다.
일반적으로 옥소(OXO) 반응으로 알려진 히드로포밀화 반응은 균일계 촉매반응에 있어서 공업적으로 매우 중요한 반응으로, 세계적으로 알코올 유도체를 포함하는 각종 알데히드가 상기 옥소 공정을 통해 생산 및 소비되고 있다.
옥소 반응에 의해 합성된 각종 알데히드는 알돌(Aldol) 등의 축합반응 후 산화 또는 수소화하여 긴 알킬기가 포함된 다양한 산과 알코올로 변형되기도 한다. 특히 이러한 옥소 반응에 의한 알데히드의 수소화 알코올을 옥소알코올이라 하는데, 옥소알코올은 용제, 첨가제, 각종 가소제의 원료, 합성 윤활유 등 공업적으로 광범위하게 사용되고 있다.
이와 관련하여, 종래에는 옥소 반응에 의해 생성되는 알데히드 중 선형 알데히드 유도체(normal-aldehyde)의 가치가 높았기 때문에 대부분의 촉매에 대한 연구가 선형 알데히드 유도체의 비율을 높이는 방향으로 진행되어 왔으나, 최근에는 가지형 알데히드 유도체(iso-aldehyde)를 원료로 하는, 예컨대 이소부티르산(isobutyric acid), 네오펜틸 글리콜(neopentyl glycol, NPG), 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,3-펜탄디올(2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol), 이소발레르산(isovaleric acid) 등의 개발로 인해 이소 알데히드의 수요가 증가하면서, 상기 가지형 알데히드 유도체의 선택도를 높이는 방향의 연구가 계속 진행되고 있다. 이에, 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)를 낮추면서도, 우수한 촉매 안정성 및 활성을 가지는 촉매의 개발이 필요한 실정이다.

또한, 본 발명에 따르면 상기 촉매 조성물을 이용한 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
이하 본 발명을 상세하게 설명한다.
본 발명자들은 올레핀의 하이드로포밀화에 이용되는 촉매 조성물에 일배위 포스파이트 리간드와 일배위 포스핀 리간드를 동시에 적용할 경우, 종래의 포스파이트 리간드 또는 포스핀 리간드를 각각 적용한 촉매 조성물에 비해 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)를 낮추면서도, 촉매 활성 및 안정성이 우수한 것을 확인하여 이를 토대로 본 발명을 완성하게 되었다.
본 발명에 의한 촉매 조성물은 일배위 포스파이트 리간드; 일배위 포스핀 리간드; 및 전이금속 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 촉매 조성물의 각 구성 성분을 상세하게 살펴보면 다음과 같다.

상기 일배위 포스파이트 리간드 및 일배위 포스핀 리간드는 각각 상기 전이금속 촉매 1몰을 기준으로 0.5 내지 32.5몰, 1 내지 30몰, 1 내지 25몰, 혹은 5 내지 20몰의 함량으로 포함될 수 있고, 이 범위 내에서 촉매의 활성 및 반응속도가 우수한 효과가 있다.
상기 일배위 포스파이트 리간드 및 일배위 포스핀 리간드를 합한 전체 리간드는 일례로 상기 전이금속 촉매 1몰을 기준으로 1 내지 33몰, 1 내지 30몰, 1 내지 29몰, 10 내지 29몰, 혹은 15 내지 29몰의 함량으로 포함될 수 있고, 이 범위 내에서 촉매의 안정성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
상기 일배위 포스파이트 리간드 및 일배위 포스핀 리간드의 혼합비는 일례로 중량을 기준으로 5:1 내지 1:5, 3:1 내지 1:3, 혹은 2:1 내지 1:2일 수 있고, 이 범위 내에서 알데히드의 노르말/이소 선택비(n/i ratio)를 낮추는 효과가 있다.

상기 전이금속 촉매는 일례로 촉매 조성물을 기준으로 1 내지 1,000 ppm, 10 내지 800 ppm, 혹은 50 내지 500 ppm의 함량으로 포함될 수 있고, 이 범위 내에서 하이드로포밀화 반응 속도가 우수한 효과가 있다.
상기 촉매 조성물은 일례로 프로판 알데히드, 부틸 알데히드, 펜틸 알데히드, 발러 알데히드, 아세톤, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 메틸 이소부틸 케톤, 아세토페논, 시클로헥사논, 에탄올, 펜탄올, 옥탄올, 텐산올, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌, 오르소디클로로벤젠, 테트라히드로푸란, 디메톡시에탄, 디옥산, 메틸렌 클로라이드 및 헵탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 용매를 더 포함할 수 있고, 이 경우 촉매 안정성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
본 발명에 의한 하이드로포밀화 방법은 상기 촉매 조성물의 존재 하에, 올레핀계 화합물과, 일산화탄소 및 수소의 합성기체(CO/H2)를 반응시켜 알데히드를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 올레핀계 화합물은 일례로 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물일 수 있다.

상기 화학식 4에서, R4와 R5는 일례로 각각 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 불소(F), 염소(Cl), 브롬(Br), 트리플루오로메틸(-CF3) 또는 0 내지 5개의 치환기를 갖는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기일 수 있고, 상기 아릴기의 치환기는 일례로 니트로(-NO2), 불소(-F), 염소(-Cl), 브롬(-Br), 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 부틸일 수 있다.
구체적인 예로 상기 올레핀계 화합물은 에텐, 프로펜, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐 및 스티렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상일 수 있다.
상기 합성기체(CO/H2)의 일산화탄소와 수소의 혼합비는 몰을 기준으로 5:95 내지 70:30, 40:60 내지 60:40, 혹은 45:55 내지 55:45일 수 있고, 이 범위 내에서 반응에 사용되는 기체가 반응기 내에 축적되지 않아 촉매의 반응성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
본 발명에 의한 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법은 촉매 조성물을 사용하는 하이드로포밀화 방법인 경우 특별히 제한되지 않는다.
일례로, 상기 하이드로포밀화 방법에 있어서, 촉매 조성물의 존재 하에 올레핀계 화합물 및 합성기체(CO/H2)의 반응온도는 20 내지 180 ℃, 50 내지 150 ℃, 혹은 75 내지 125 ℃일 수 있고, 이 범위 내에서 하이드로포밀화 반응 시 촉매의 안정성 및 활성이 유지되는 효과가 있다.
또 다른 예로, 상기 하이드로포밀화 방법에 있어서, 반응기 내의 반응 압력은 1 내지 700 bar, 1 내지 300 bar, 혹은 5 내지 30 bar일 수 있고, 이 범위 내에서 촉매 활성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
상기 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법은 일례로 하기 반응식 1로 나타낼 수 있다.

구체적인 예로, 상기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 전이금속 촉매와 상기 화학식 1 및 2로 표시되는 일배위 포스파이트 리간드 및 일배위 포스핀 리간드를 상기 용매에 용해시켜 전이금속 촉매와 리간드의 혼합 용액을 제조하고, 상기 혼합 용액과 함께 상기 화학식 4로 표시되는 올레핀계 화합물 및 합성기체(CO/H2)를 통상의 반응기에 주입하고 교반하면서 승온 및 가압하여 하이드로포밀화 반응을 진행하여 알데히드를 제조할 수 있다.
상기 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법에 의해 제조된 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비는 일례로 1.5 내지 3.0, 1.8 내지 2.95, 혹은 1.95 내지 2.95일 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위하여 바람직한 실시예를 제시하나, 하기 실시예는 본 발명을 예시하는 것일 뿐 본 발명의 범주 및 기술사상 범위 내에서 다양한 변경 및 수정이 가능함은 통상의 기술자에게 있어서 명백한 것이며, 이러한 변형 및 수정이 첨부된 특허청구범위에 속하는 것도 당연한 것이다.

촉매로서 아세틸아세토네이토카보닐트리페닐포스핀로듐(rhodium acetylacetonato carbonyl triphenylphosphine, Rh(AcAc)(CO)(TPP), ROPAC) 0.12 g (0.3 mmol) 및 트리페닐포스핀 화합물(triphenylphosphine, TPP)을 하기 표 1에 기재된 몰비에 따라 발레르알데히드(valeraldehyde) 용매에 녹여 전체 용액이 100 g (Rh 250 ppm, TTP 6 중량%)이 되도록 한 후, 600 ml 용량의 오토 클레이브(Auto Clave) 반응기에 투입하였다. 상기 반응 용액에 프로필렌 및 합성기체(CO/H2)을 주입하여 반응기 내의 압력은 8 bar가 되도록 유지하고 90 ℃에서 교반하면서 1 시간 동안 반응시켰다.
실시예 1 내지 4
상기 대조예에서, 리간드로서 트리페닐포스핀 화합물(triphenylphosphine, TPP) 대신 하기 표 1에 기재된 포스파이트 화합물(L1) 및 포스핀 화합물(L2)을 기재된 몰에 따라 첨가한 것을 제외하고는 상기 대조예와 동일한 방법으로 실시하였다.
비교예 1 내지 4
상기 대조예에서, 리간드로서 트리페닐포스핀 화합물(triphenylphosphine, TPP) 대신 하기 표 1에 기재된 포스파이트 화합물(L1)을 기재된 몰에 따라 첨가한 것을 제외하고는 상기 대조예와 동일한 방법으로 실시하였다.
비교예 5 내지 10
상기 대조예에서, 리간드로서 트리페닐포스핀 화합물(triphenylphosphine, TPP) 대신 하기 표 1에 기재된 포스핀 화합물(L2)을 기재된 몰에 따라 첨가한 것을 제외하고는 상기 대조예와 동일한 방법으로 실시하였다.
비교예 11 내지 14
상기 대조예에서, 리간드로서 트리페닐포스핀 화합물(triphenylphosphine, TPP) 대신 하기 표 1에 기재된 포스파이트 화합물(L1) 및 포스핀 화합물(L2)을 기재된 몰에 따라 첨가한 것을 제외하고는 상기 대조예와 동일한 방법으로 실시하였다.
비교예 15 및 16
상기 대조예에서, 리간드로서 트리페닐포스핀 화합물(triphenylphosphine, TPP) 대신 하기 표 2에 기재된 이배위 포스파이트 화합물(L3) 및 포스핀 화합물(L2)을 기재된 몰에 따라 첨가한 것을 제외하고는 상기 대조예와 동일한 방법으로 실시하였다.
비교예 17 및 18
상기 대조예에서, 리간드로서 트리페닐포스핀 화합물(triphenylphosphine, TPP) 대신 하기 표 3에 기재된 포스파이트 화합물(L1) 및 포스파이트 화합물(L1')을 기재된 몰에 따라 첨가한 것을 제외하고는 상기 대조예와 동일한 방법으로 실시하였다.
비교예 19 및 20
상기 대조예에서, 리간드로서 트리페닐포스핀 화합물(triphenylphosphine, TPP) 대신 하기 표 4에 기재된 포스핀 화합물 (L2) 및 포스핀 화합물(L2')을 기재된 몰에 따라 첨가한 것을 제외하고는 상기 대조예와 동일한 방법으로 실시하였다.
[시험예]
상기 대조예, 실시예 1 내지 4, 비교예 1 내지 20에서 제조된 촉매 조성물의 촉매 활성, 촉매 안정성 및 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)를 하기의 방법으로 측정하여 표 1에 나타내었다.
측정 방법
* 촉매 활성(Normal activity, %): 대조예에 따라 반응시켜 생성된 노르말 및 이소 부틸 알데히드의 총량을 100 % 기준으로, 각 실시예 및 비교예에 따라 반응시켜 생성된 노르말 및 이소 부틸 알데히드의 총량을 비교하여 하기 수학식 1로 계산하여 백분율로 나타내었다.

촉매 활성 = 실시예 또는 비교예의 노르말 및 이소 부틸 알데히드의 총량 / 대조예의 노르말 및 이소 부틸 알데히드의 총량 X 100
* 촉매 안정성(Normal stability, %): 대조예에 따라 반응시킨 후, 반응에 사용된 프로필렌 가스(gas) 소모량을 측정하고, 실시예 및 비교예에서 제조된 촉매 용액을 24시간 동안 비활성화 시킨 뒤, 동일한 방법으로 하이드로포밀화 반응시킨 후, 반응에 사용된 프로필렌 가스(gas) 소모량을 측정하여, 상기 대조예의 비활성화 전의 프로필렌 가스(gas) 소모량과, 상기 실시예 또는 비교예의 24시간 비활성화 후의 프로필렌 가스(gas) 소모량을 비교하여 하기 수학식 2로 계산하여 백분율로 나타내었다.

* 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio): 생성된 노말-부틸알데히드(normal-butyraldehyde)의 양을 이소-부틸알데히드(iso-butyraldehyde)의 양으로 나눈 값을 나타내었고, 각 알데히드의 생성량은 반응 후 기체크로마토그래피(GC) 분석을 통해 구하였다.

상기 표 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 실시예 1 내지 4의 촉매 조성물은 대조예에 비해 촉매 활성 및 안정성은 동등 이상을 유지하면서도, 생성된 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)는 현저히 낮출 수 있는 것을 확인하였다.
하지만, 포스파이트 화합물만을 리간드로 이용한 비교예 1 내지 4의 경우 촉매 안정성이 급격히 저하되고, 포스핀 화합물만을 리간드로 이용한 비교예 5 내지 10의 경우 촉매 활성이 저하되거나, 본 발명에서 얻고자 하는 정도의 선택비를 나타내지 못하는 것을 확인하였다.
또한, 포스파이트 리간드 및 포스핀 리간드의 함량이 일정 범위를 벗어나는 경우, 촉매 활성이 저하되거나, 선택비가 적정 수준에 미치지 못하는 것을 비교예 11 내지 14로부터 확인하였다.

상기 표 2에 나타낸 바와 같이, 일배위 포스파이트가 아닌 이배위 포스파이트를 일배위 포스핀과 함께 리간드로 이용한 비교예 15 및 16의 경우, 생성된 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)가 급격히 상승한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

상기 표 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 일배위 포스파이트 및 일배위 포스핀이 아닌, 두 종류의 일배위 포스파이트를 함께 리간드로 이용한 비교예 17 및 18의 경우, 생성된 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)가 본 발명에서 얻고자 하는 정도의 선택비를 나타내지 못함과 동시에, 촉매 안정성이 급격히 저하된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

상기 표 4에 나타낸 바와 같이, 일배위 포스파이트 및 일배위 포스핀이 아닌, 두 종류의 일배위 포스핀을 함께 리간드로 이용한 비교예 19 및 20의 경우, 생성된 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)가 본 발명에서 얻고자 하는 정도의 선택비를 나타내지 못함과 동시에, 촉매 활성이 저하된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
이로부터, 본 발명에 따라 전이금속 촉매에 일배위 포스파이트 리간드 및 일배위 포스핀 리간드를 동시에 적용하는 경우, 고가의 리간드를 적정량으로 사용할 수 있어 비용 및 상업적인 측면에서 바람직하고, 이로부터 촉매의 활성 및 안정성은 유지하면서도, 상기 촉매 조성물을 이용하여 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 반응 시, 생성되는 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)를 현저히 낮출 수 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Claims (13)

  1. 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 일배위 포스파이트 리간드; 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드; 및 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 전이금속 촉매를 포함하되,
    상기 일배위 포스파이트 리간드 및 일배위 포스핀 리간드를 합한 전체 리간드의 함량은 상기 전이금속 촉매 1몰을 기준으로 1 내지 33 몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.

    (상기 화학식 1 및 2에서, R1, R2, R3, R'1, R'2 및 R'3는 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기; 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 5 내지 20의 시클로알킬기 또는 시클로 알케닐기; 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 36의 아릴기; 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 헤테로 알킬기; 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 4 내지 36의 헤테로 아릴기; 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 4 내지 36의 헤테로 고리기이고,
    상기 헤테로 알킬기, 헤테로 아릴기 및 헤테로 고리기는 N, O 및 S로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원자를 함유하고,
    R1, R2, R3, R'1, R'2 및 R'3이 치환기에 의해 치환되는 경우, 상기 치환기는 니트로(-NO2), 불소(-F), 염소(-Cl), 브롬(-Br) 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기이다)

    (상기 화학식 3에서, M은 코발트(Co), 로듐(Rh), 이리듐(Ir), 루테늄(Ru), 철(Fe), 니켈(Ni), 팔라듐(Pd), 백금(Pt) 및 오스뮴(Os)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이고,
    L1, L2 및 L3은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 카보닐(CO), 시클로옥타디엔(cyclooctadiene), 노보넨(norbornene), 염소(chlorine), 트리페닐포스핀(triphenylphosphine, TPP) 및 아세틸아세토네이토(acetylacetonato, AcAc)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이고,
    x, y 및 z는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 5이며, x, y 및 z가 동시에 0은 아니다)
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 일배위 포스파이트 리간드 및 일배위 포스핀 리간드의 각각의 함량은 상기 전이금속 촉매 1몰을 기준으로 0.5 내지 32.5 몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 일배위 포스파이트 리간드와 일배위 포스핀 리간드의 혼합비는 중량을 기준으로 5:1 내지 1:5인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 일배위 포스파이트 리간드는 트리페닐포스파이트(Triphenyl phosphite), 트리스(2,6-트리이소프로필)포스파이트(Tris(2,6-triisopropyl)phosphite), 트리스(2,6-디-터셔리-부틸-4-메톡시페닐)포스파이트(Tris(2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methoxyphenyl)phosphite), 트리스(2-터셔리-부틸-4-메틸페닐)포스파이트(Tris(2-tert-butyl-4-methylphenyl)phosphite) 및 트리스(2,4-디-터셔리-부틸페닐)포스파이트(Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphite, TDTBPP)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 일배위 포스핀 리간드는 트리-메타-톨릴포스핀(Tri-m-tolylphosphine, TMTP), 트리-파라-톨릴포스핀(Tri-p-tolylphosphine, TPTP), 디페닐(파라-톨릴)포스핀(Diphenyl(p-tolyl)phosphine, DPPTP), 시클로헥실디페닐포스핀(Cyclohexyldiphenylphosphine, CHDP), 트리스(2,6-디메톡시페닐)포스핀(Tris(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)phosphine, TDMPP), 트리스(4-메톡시페닐포스핀(Tris(4-methoxyphenyl)phosphine, TMPP), 트리메시틸포스핀(Trimesitylphosphine, TMSTP), 트리스-3,5-크실릴포스핀(Tris-3,5-xylylphosphine,TXP), 트리시클로헥실포스핀(Tricyclohexylphosphine, TCHP), 트리벤질포스핀(Tribenzylphosphine, TBP), 벤질디페닐포스핀(Benzyl diphenylphosphine, BDPP) 및 디페닐-노말-프로필포스핀(Diphenyl-n-propylphosphine, DPMPP)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전이금속 촉매는 코발트카보닐[Co2(CO)8], 아세틸아세토네이토디카보닐로듐[Rh(AcAc)(CO)2], 아세틸아세토네이토카보닐트리페닐포스핀로듐[Rh(AcAc)(CO)(TPP)], 하이드리도카보닐트리(트리페닐포스핀)로듐[HRh(CO)(TPP)3], 아세틸아세토네이토디카보닐이리듐[Ir(AcAc)(CO)2] 및 하이드리도카보닐트리(트리페닐포스핀)이리듐[HIr(CO)(TPP)3]로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 촉매 조성물은 프로판 알데히드, 부틸 알데히드, 펜틸 알데히드, 발러 알데히드, 아세톤, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 메틸 이소부틸 케톤, 아세토페논, 시클로헥사논, 에탄올, 펜탄올, 옥탄올, 텐산올, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌, 오르소디클로로벤젠, 테트라히드로푸란, 디메톡시에탄, 디옥산, 메틸렌 클로라이드 및 헵탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 용매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전이금속 촉매의 함량은 촉매 조성물을 기준으로 1 내지 1,000 ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 촉매 조성물의 존재 하에, 올레핀계 화합물과, 일산화탄소 및 수소의 합성기체(CO/H2)를 반응시켜 알데히드를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 올레핀계 화합물은 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법.

    (상기 화학식 4에서, R4와 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 불소(F), 염소(Cl), 브롬(Br), 트리플루오로메틸(-CF3) 또는 0 내지 5개의 치환기를 갖는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기이고,
    상기 아릴기의 치환기는 니트로(-NO2), 불소(-F), 염소(-Cl), 브롬(-Br), 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 부틸이다)
  11. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 올레핀계 화합물은 에텐, 프로펜, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐 및 스티렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 제조된 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비는 1.5 내지 3.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 합성기체(CO/H2)의 일산화탄소와 수소의 혼합비는 몰을 기준으로 5:95 내지 70:30인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법.
