Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明に係る管理システムにおけるネットワーク構成の一例を示す図である。図1において、管理サーバ101は、ネットワーク102を介して、複数のクライアントコンピュータ103と通信可能に構成されている。また、管理サーバ101は、ネットワーク104を介して、複数のモバイル端末(通信端末)105と通信可能に構成されている。
以下、本発明の実施例に係る管理システムについて説明する。上述したように、モバイル端末105は、本発明に係る折衝管理に関する折衝アプリケーションをメモリに格納している。モバイル端末105は、例えば、モバイル端末105に表示された折衝アプリケーションのアイコンをタッチすることにより、折衝アプリケーションを起動することができる。
まず、新規折衝~成約までの本発明に係る管理システムの処理の流れについて説明する。
次に、切替折衝~成約~クロージングまでの本発明に係る管理システムの処理の流れを説明する。
図3Aに戻り、上記メニュー画面において成約入力項目が選択された場合、モバイル端末105は、管理サーバ101から受信した折衝データリストのうち成約データリストを表示する。上記同様に、機能キー301を選択して「検索」キーを用いて検索を行うことにより、成約データリストの絞込みを行った上で成約情報のデータ入力を行うことができる。成約データリスト中のお客様のレコードが選択されると、モバイル端末105には、そのレコードにおける成約状況の詳細を示す詳細画面が表示される。図11は、成約状況の詳細を示す詳細画面を例示する。図11に示す詳細画面中の「更新」キーを選択すると、そのお客様に関する成約入力テンプレートが表示される。その後、上述したように成約入力テンプレートに成約情報を入力することができる。
図13A及びBは、クライアントコンピュータでのデータ出力画面を例示する。クライアントコンピュータ103では、管理サーバ101に登録された「新設新規」又は「切替新規」に関する本登録情報を各種検索条件によりそれぞれ検索することができ、折衝段階で入力した登録情報を逐一入力することなく、折衝段階で入力した登録情報を反映させた各種帳票を出力することができる。
Claims (6)
- 管理サーバと、前記管理サーバとネットワークを介して通信可能なモバイル端末とを備えた管理システムであって、
前記管理サーバは、
前記モバイル端末から前記ネットワークを介してアクセス要求を受信し、前記アクセス要求は、営業員が所属している営業所を識別するための営業所識別子、前記営業員を識別するための営業員識別子及び認証パスワードを含み、
前記営業員識別子及び前記認証パスワードに基づいて前記アクセス要求が正当であるかどうかを判定し、
前記アクセス要求が正当であると判定された場合、折衝中のお客様の一覧を示す折衝データリストと、お客様情報入力テンプレートとを前記モバイル端末に送信し、前記折衝データリストは、前記営業所識別子に関連付けられており、
前記モバイル端末は、
前記折衝データリスト及び前記お客様情報入力テンプレートを受信し、
前記お客様情報入力テンプレートを表示し、
前記お客様情報入力テンプレートに対するユーザ入力を受け、
前記お客様情報入力テンプレートを更新する旨のユーザ指示を受けた場合には、前記ユーザ入力を受けたお客様情報入力テンプレートと前記更新する旨のユーザ指示を前記管理サーバに送信し、
前記お客様情報入力テンプレートのユーザ入力が完了した旨のユーザ指示を受けた場合には、当該ユーザ入力が完了したお客様情報入力テンプレート及び前記完了した旨のユーザ指示を前記管理サーバに送信し、
前記管理サーバは、
前記更新する旨のユーザ指示を受信した場合には、前記お客様情報入力テンプレートに基づいて前記折衝データリストを更新し、
前記完了した旨のユーザ指示を受信した場合には、当該お客様に関する本登録情報を新設し、前記ユーザ入力が完了したお客様情報入力テンプレートを前記本登録情報に反映させることを特徴とする管理システム。 - 前記管理サーバは、前記アクセス要求が正当であると判定された場合、さらに、前記モバイル端末周辺における建物の折衝状況を示す折衝管理マップを作成して前記モバイル端末に送信し、
前記モバイル端末は、前記管理サーバから受信した前記折衝管理マップを表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管理システム。 - 前記管理サーバと前記ネットワークを介して通信可能なクライアントコンピュータをさらに含み、
前記クライアントコンピュータは、前記管理サーバから前記本登録情報を検索することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管理システム。 - 管理サーバと、前記管理サーバとネットワークを介して通信可能なモバイル端末とを備えた管理システムにおいて実行される方法であって、
前記管理サーバが、前記モバイル端末から前記ネットワークを介してアクセス要求を受信するステップであって、前記アクセス要求は、営業員が所属している営業所を識別するための営業所識別子、前記営業員を識別するための営業員識別子及び認証パスワードを含む、ステップと、
前記管理サーバが、前記営業員識別子及び前記認証パスワードに基づいて前記アクセス要求が正当であるかどうかを判定するステップと、
前記管理サーバが、前記アクセス要求が正当であると判定された場合、折衝中のお客様の一覧を示す折衝データリストと、お客様情報入力テンプレートとを前記モバイル端末に送信するステップであって、前記折衝データリストは、前記営業所識別子に関連付けられている、ステップと、
前記モバイル端末が、前記折衝データリスト及び前記お客様情報入力テンプレートを受信するステップと、
前記モバイル端末が、前記お客様情報入力テンプレートを表示するステップと、
前記モバイル端末が、前記お客様情報入力テンプレートに対する前記ユーザ入力を受けるステップと、
前記モバイル端末が、前記お客様情報入力テンプレートを更新する旨のユーザ指示を受けた場合には、前記ユーザ入力を受けたお客様情報入力テンプレートと前記更新する旨のユーザ指示を前記管理サーバに送信するステップと、
前記モバイル端末が、前記お客様情報入力テンプレートのユーザ入力が完了した旨のユーザ指示を受けた場合には、当該ユーザ入力が完了したお客様情報入力テンプレート及び前記完了した旨のユーザ指示を前記管理サーバに送信するステップと、
前記管理サーバが、前記更新する旨のユーザ指示を受信した場合には、前記お客様情報入力テンプレートに基づいて前記折衝データリストを更新するステップと、
前記管理サーバが、前記完了した旨のユーザ指示を受信した場合には、当該お客様に関する本登録情報を新設し、前記ユーザ入力が完了したお客様情報入力テンプレートを前記本登録情報に反映させるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記アクセス要求が正当であると判定された場合、前記管理サーバが、前記モバイル端末周辺における建物の折衝状況を示す折衝管理マップを作成して前記モバイル端末に送信するステップと、
前記モバイル端末が、前記管理サーバから受信した前記折衝管理マップを表示するステップと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記管理システムは、前記管理サーバと前記ネットワークを介して通信可能なクライアントコンピュータをさらに含み、
前記クライアントコンピュータは、前記管理サーバから前記本登録情報を検索するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
