Abstract
Description
以下、この発明の実施の形態1を図に基づいて説明する。図1は、電子制御装置のケース1の斜視図であり、図2は2個のコネクタ本体24、25が結合板26で一体化されたコネクタ部2の斜視図を示している。図3(a)(b)(c)はそれぞれカバー3、コネクタ部2、ケース1の組み立て直前の配置構成を示した断面図である。図1のケース1は、有底で比較的高い側壁11が3面と、それより低い側壁15により周囲を囲んで構成されており、上方向が開口している。低い側壁15に図2で示したコネクタ部2が取り付けられる。コネクタ部2とケース1を固定するための座面16が側壁15の外側に設けられている。これらの側壁に囲まれた収納室6に制御基板4、電子部品5等(図3)が配置される。また、制御基板4を取り付けるための座18が上記側壁11、15の収納室6内の有底部付近に複数個配置されている。
また、コネクタ部2は最終挿入位置ではこの突起部23により若干水平より上向きに配置されることになる。そのためコネクタ本体24、25、ターミナル24a、25aは、この上向き角度を考慮して若干下方向に曲げて形成することで、水平性を確保することが可能である。
次に実施の形態2について図4、5に基づき説明する。実施の形態1と同等部位には同一符号を付している。実施の形態1と異なる部分は、主として接合部30、31の構成である。実施の形態1では結合板26の両端部、すなわちケース1の隣り合う2つの隅に接合部30、31を設け、この接合部31に斜面部21、衝立部22、溝27を設けたが、本実施例ではケース1aのコネクタ部2aが挿入される場所、すなわち側壁15の略中央部にコネクタ用の規制ガイド19が突設され、また斜面部12の周辺に設置していた衝立部22、溝27を省いている。また、座面16が中央部に一個から両側部に2個へと変更配置されている。さらに制御基板4(図3)の取付け用座18の高さが実施の形態1より高くなっている。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一つの第1の側壁とこれより高い第2の側壁とにより囲まれ上部に開口部を有する有底のケースと、前記ケースの第1の側壁側に取り付けられ前記ケース内部との電気的接続を行うコネクタ部と、前記ケースの開口部と前記コネクタ部の上部を覆うカバーとからなり、前記ケース、コネクタ部及びカバーのそれぞれの当接面に防水部材を配置した防水型電子制御装置において、前記ケースのコネクタ部取り付け側には、前記第2の側壁から前記第1の側壁へ連続的に傾斜する第1の斜面部と、この第1の斜面部に対向する方向に配置された規制壁を有する第1の接合部とを形成し、前記コネクタ部には、前記ケースへの挿入時に前記第1の斜面部と対面する第2の斜面部と、前記ケースへの挿入時に前記規制壁の内面に当接すると共にその最終挿入段階で前記第1の斜面部と前記第2の斜面部を当接するようにした第2の接合部とを形成したことを特徴とする防水型電子制御装置。
- 前記第1の接合部は、前記第1の斜面部の外側に張り出してその内側に溝を形成し、前記規制壁がこの溝の内壁を構成するようにされると共に、前記第2の接合部は、前記溝に挿入される際前記ケースの規制壁の内面に当接する衝立部を形成し、前記衝立部の上部には前記ケースへの最終挿入時点で前記第1の斜面部と前記第2の斜面部を当接せしめる突起部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防水型電子制御装置。
- 前記第1の接合部は、前記第1の側壁の前記第1の斜面部と離れた位置に規制ガイドを形成し、前記第2の接合部は前記規制ガイドに対応した位置に前記規制ガイドをはめ込む凹部を形成し、前記凹部の上部には前記ケースへの最終挿入段階で前記第1の斜面部と前記第2の斜面部を当接せしめる突起部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防水型電子制御装置。
- 前記コネクタ部の第2の斜面部が前記ケースの第1の斜面部に当接することにより、コネクタ部は前記開口部方向に傾くようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の防水型電子制御装置。
- 前記ケースの側壁の上面、前記コネクタ部の上面には防水用シ-ル剤を塗布したことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の防水型電子制御装置。
- 前記ケースの外壁に突出部を設け、前記コネクタ部の前記突出部に対向する位置に座面を設け、前記突出部と座面の当接方向は前記コネクタ部を前記ケースに挿入する方向と同一であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の防水型電子制御装置。
- 前記突出部と座面はコネクタ部の中央付近又はコネクタ部の両端付近に配置したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の防水型電子制御装置。
- 前記防水部材が配置される前記ケース、コネクタ部及びカバーのそれぞれの当接面は、一部が突起状又は凹状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防水型電子制御装置。
