Description
[1-1.現金自動預払機及び紙幣入出金機の構成]
図1に外観を示すように、現金自動預払機1は、箱状の筐体2を中心に構成されており、例えば金融機関等に設置され、利用者(すなわち金融機関等の顧客)との間で入金取引や出金取引等の現金に関する取引を行うようになっている。
図4(1)に示したように、紙幣収納庫26における収納庫筐体26Sの上側部分には、受渡部28との間で搬送される紙幣を案内する収納庫案内部30が形成されている。図4(1)の一部を拡大した図5に示すように、この収納庫案内部30には、前側に配置された収納庫前搬送ガイド32と、後側に配置された収納庫後搬送ガイド33とが設けられている。以下では、収納庫前搬送ガイド32の後面及び収納庫後搬送ガイド33の前面を、それぞれ収納庫案内面32S及び33Sとも呼ぶ。この収納庫前搬送ガイド32及び収納庫後搬送ガイド33は、それぞれ導電性を有する樹脂材料でなり、上下方向に沿った分割線により前後に分割された金型を用いて、射出成型により製造されている。
図10Bに示すように、受渡部28には、収納庫前搬送ガイド32及び収納庫後搬送ガイド33とそれぞれ対応する受渡部前搬送ガイド62及び受渡部後搬送ガイド63が設けられている。説明の都合上、以下では、受渡部前搬送ガイド62及び受渡部後搬送ガイド63をまとめて受渡部搬送ガイド群61とも呼ぶ。
のとき紙幣入出金機10では、図11に示すように、収納庫前搬送ガイド32における爪部42と受渡部前搬送ガイド62の爪部72とを互いに噛み合わせ、且つ収納庫後搬送ガイド33における爪部42と受渡部後搬送ガイド63の爪部72とを互いに噛み合わせる。これにより紙幣入出金機10は、紙幣収納庫26側の搬送空間34と受渡部28側の搬送空間64とを上下方向に連結させ、その前後それぞれにおいて、収納庫案内面32S及び33Sと受渡部案内面62S及び63Sとを互いに円滑に接続させることができる。
ところで収納庫前搬送ガイド32では、爪部42に設ける爪体43の個数や配置、及び各爪体43における左右方向の長さ(以下これを爪幅とも呼ぶ)を、複数の条件(以下これを爪条件と呼ぶ)に基づいて定めている。
以上の構成において、第1の実施の形態による現金自動預払機1の紙幣入出金機10では、紙幣収納庫26の上側部分に、受渡部28との間で受け渡される紙幣を案内する収納庫案内部30を設けた。収納庫案内部30の収納庫搬送ガイド群31、すなわち収納庫前搬送ガイド32及び収納庫後搬送ガイド33の上端には、左右方向に沿って複数の爪体43が離散的に配置された爪部42をそれぞれ設けた(図5)。
第2の実施の形態による現金自動預払機101(図1)は、第1の実施の形態による現金自動預払機1と比較して、紙幣入出金機10に代わる紙幣入出金機110を有する点において相違するものの、他の点については同様に構成されている。紙幣入出金機110(図2)は、紙幣入出金機10と比較して、紙幣収納庫26及びリジェクト収納庫27に代わる紙幣収納庫126及びリジェクト収納庫127を有する点において相違するものの、他の点については同様に構成されている。
なお上述した第1の実施の形態においては、爪体43Aの連結板55Aにおける左右の両端辺を、左側板53A及び右側板54Aの下端近傍と連接させる場合について述べた(図7A、図7B及び図8A、図8B)。しかしながら本発明はこれに限らず、例えば爪体43Bのように、連結板55Aにおける左右の両端辺を、左側板53A及び右側板54Aの下端よりも上側に連接させても良い。また連結板55Aにおける案内側の端辺は、案内板51と連接させないようにしても良い。若しくは、爪体43Aにおける上下方向に異なる複数箇所に、複数の連結板55Aを設けても良い。或いは、爪体43Aから連結板55Aを省略しても良い。爪体43B及び43C、或いは爪体73等についても同様であり、また第2の実施の形態についても同様である。
Claims (9)
- 案内面によって媒体の移動範囲を規制することにより、当該媒体を前記案内面と平行な搬送方向に沿って進行させ、受渡相手との間で受け渡す搬送ガイド本体部と、
前記搬送ガイド本体部における前記受渡相手と対向する箇所に、前記案内面と平行であり搬送方向と交差する幅方向に沿って離散した箇所に、前記受渡相手へ向けて複数の爪体が立設された爪部と
を具え、
前記爪体は、
少なくとも一部分が前記案内面を形成する案内板と、
前記案内板における前記案内面と反対の非案内側に設けられ、前記案内板における前記受渡相手側の端辺と連接され、前記受渡相手と対向する対向板と、
前記案内板の非案内側に設けられ、前記案内板及び前記対向板それぞれにおける幅方向の各端辺並びに前記搬送ガイド本体部とそれぞれ連接された2の側板と
を具えることを特徴とする搬送ガイド。 - 前記対向板に対し前記受渡相手から遠ざかる方向に離れた箇所に設けられ、前記2の側板同士を連結させる連結板
をさらに具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送ガイド。 - 前記連結板における前記案内面側の端辺は、前記案内板と連接されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の搬送ガイド。 - 前記媒体に当接して駆動力を伝達する駆動ローラ
をさらに具え、
前記爪体のうち前記駆動ローラの受渡相手側に位置する駆動ローラ爪体は、前記搬送ガイド本体部における前記案内板を貫通する貫通孔から、前記駆動ローラの一部を前記案内面側に露出させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送ガイド。 - 前記搬送ガイド本体部及び前記爪部は、幅方向の長さが前記媒体の長さよりも長い搬送幅に設定され、
前記爪部は、前記搬送幅の範囲内における互いに離れた箇所に、2個の前記駆動ローラ爪体が配置され、両者の間に2個の上記爪体が配置され、両者の外側にそれぞれ3個ずつの前記爪体が配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の搬送ガイド。 - 媒体を内部に収納する収納筐体と、
前記収納筐体に設けられ、案内面によって前記媒体の移動範囲を規制することにより、当該媒体を前記案内面と平行な搬送方向に沿って進行させ、受渡相手との間で受け渡す搬送ガイド本体部と、
前記搬送ガイド本体部における前記受渡相手と対向する箇所に、前記案内面と平行であり搬送方向と交差する幅方向に沿って離散した箇所に、前記受渡相手へ向けて複数の爪体が立設された爪部と
を具え、
前記爪体は、
少なくとも一部分が前記案内面を形成する案内板と、
前記案内板における前記案内面と反対の非案内側に設けられ、前記案内板における前記受渡相手側の端辺と連接され、前記受渡相手と対向する対向板と、
前記案内板の非案内側に設けられ、前記案内板及び前記対向板それぞれにおける幅方向の各端辺並びに前記搬送ガイド本体部とそれぞれ連接された2の側板と
を具えることを特徴とする媒体収納庫。 - 前記収納筐体における少なくとも前記受渡相手と対向する対向面を覆う筐体保護部
をさらに具え、
前記筐体保護部は、前記爪部におけるそれぞれの前記爪体の非案内側に隣接する箇所に、それぞれの前記爪体と幅方向及び搬送方向の長さが同等でなる複数の保護爪体が立設された保護爪部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の媒体収納庫。 - 筐体と、
利用者との間で取引される媒体を収納し、前記筐体に対し着脱される媒体収納庫と、
前記筐体に装着された前記媒体収納庫との間で前記媒体を受け渡す受渡部と
を具え、
前記媒体収納庫は、
前記媒体を内部に収納する収納筐体と、
前記収納筐体に設けられ、収納庫案内面によって前記媒体の移動範囲を規制することにより、当該媒体を前記収納庫案内面と平行な搬送方向に沿って進行させる搬送ガイド本体部と、
前記搬送ガイド本体部における前記受渡部と対向する対向辺における、前記収納庫案内面と平行であり搬送方向と交差する幅方向に沿って離散した箇所に、前記受渡部へ向けて複数の爪体が立設された爪部と
を具え、
前記受渡部は、
前記筐体に装着された前記媒体収納庫の前記収納庫案内面と連続する受渡部案内面によって前記媒体の移動範囲を規制することにより、当該媒体を前記受渡部案内面と平行な受渡方向に沿って進行させる受渡ガイド本体部と、
前記受渡ガイド本体部における前記媒体収納庫と対向する受渡対向辺における、前記媒体収納庫の前記爪部に設けられた前記爪体と互いに噛み合う箇所に、前記媒体収納庫へ向けて複数の受渡爪体が立設された受渡爪部と
を具え、
前記媒体収納庫の前記爪体は、
少なくとも一部分が前記収納庫案内面を形成する案内板と、
前記案内板における前記収納庫案内面と反対の非案内側に設けられ、前記案内板における前記受渡部側の端辺と連接され、前記受渡爪部と対向する対向板と、
