Description

一种具有可折叠直立轨道的抹墙机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种抹墙机,尤其是涉及一种具有可折叠立杆结构的抹墙机。
背景技术
抹墙机替代人工向墙体上抹上水泥砂浆具有效率高、省时省力省人工等优点。
现有的抹墙机一般设有一组直立轨道的,这样的一组直立轨道通常是由2条互相平行且竖直设置的轨道构成的,称为左轨道和右轨道。在左轨道和右轨道上分别设有齿条,抹墙机头上设有主动齿轮,通过主动齿轮与齿条的配合,抹墙机头即可沿直立轨道作升降运动,从而实现自下而上的抹灰以及自上而下的压光功能。
然而这样的抹墙机,其直立轨道的长度是固定的,对于现时住宅楼层普遍3米左右的层高,要求直立轨道的长度大约也在3米左右。但是由于门洞的高度通常都只有2米左右,于是直立轨道需要倾斜或者拆卸下来后才能通过,这就给施工人员造成很多不便,使得施工效率大为降低。
为此,行业内的技术人员研发了一种带有可升降直立轨道的抹墙机,如授权公告号为CN 203755619 U的专利文件公开的一种带有可升降直立轨道的抹墙机,这种抹墙机的直立轨道可升降收缩,轨道处在收缩状态下的抹墙机十分容易通过住宅的门洞,抹墙机的使用和操作都十分方便,但是,这样的抹墙机在抹灰过程中,抹墙机头的第一卡件需压过第一卡挡装置的杠杆件的卡挡部才能顺利经过第一卡挡装置,从而让抹墙机头从第一左轨道件行走至第三左轨道件,而即使抹墙机头上的第一卡件没有压过第一卡挡装置的杠杆件的卡挡部,抹墙机头仍会继续上升,强制性地让第一卡件通过第一卡挡装置,损坏第一卡件甚至是抹墙机头。此外,这种抹墙机还需额外安装一液压缸作为直立轨道的传动件,增加抹墙机的生产成本。
为此,需要对抹墙机进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于转移及运输的抹墙机,这种抹墙机成本较低,其直立轨道可折叠,施工人员较为容易即可搬运抹墙机穿过门洞,使用方便。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有可折叠直立轨道的抹墙机,包括底座、直立轨道和抹墙机座,直立轨道安装在底座上,特别的,直立轨道包括左轨道和右轨道;左轨道至少由第一左轨道件、第二左轨道件构成;右轨道至少由第一右轨道件、第二右轨道件构成;
第一左轨道件安装在底座上;沿抹墙机座上升方向第二左轨道件处在第一左轨道件的下游,可绕第一左轨道件的纵向末端相对第一左轨道件转动;第一右轨道件亦安装在底座上;沿抹墙机座上升方向第二右轨道件处在第一右轨道件的下游,可绕第二右轨道件的纵向末端相对第二右轨道件转动;
第一左轨道件、第二左轨道件、第一右轨道件、第二右轨道件内均设有沿其自身纵向布置的行走槽和容纳槽;该行走槽内形成有第一行走基面;该容纳槽内设有沿容纳槽纵向布置的齿条;
抹墙机座上设有驱动电机,该驱动电机的输出轴连接有可相对驱动电机自转动并与齿条相互啮合的齿轮;抹墙机座上还设有可相对抹墙机座自转动的第一行走轮组、第二行走轮组;该第一行走轮组行走在第一行走基面上;该第二行走轮组行走在形成于容纳槽外侧的第二行走基面上;该第二行走基面与第一行走基面相互平行。
本发明的原理如下:
抹墙机座安装在直立轨道内,处在左轨道、右轨道之间。平时,第二左轨道件绕第一左轨道件的纵向末端往第一左轨道件的外侧翻转,与第一左轨道件相贴合,第一左左轨道件与第二左轨道件呈折叠状态;第二右轨道件亦绕第一右轨道件的纵向末端往第一右轨道件的外侧翻转,与第一右轨道件相贴合,第一右轨道件与第二右轨道件呈折叠状态。此时,直立轨道的整体高度是最矮的,让施工人员较容易运输或转移抹墙机。
抹墙机座是由驱动电机带动,通过齿轮齿条配合实现由低位上升至高位以及由高位下降至低位的。
抹墙机座移动前,施工人员翻转第二左轨道件和第二右轨道件,使其分别绕 第一左轨道件的纵向末端、第一右轨道件的纵向末端转动,直至第一左轨道件与第二左轨道件、第一右轨道件与第二右轨道件沿其纵向对齐。此时,第一左轨道件与第二左轨道件呈直立状态,第一右轨道件与第二右轨道件呈直立状态。随后,施工人员启动驱动电机,齿轮随即相对齿条移动,带动抹墙机座由低位上升至高位或由高位下降至低位,抹墙机座上的齿轮、第一行走轮组及第二行走轮组可顺畅地经处在第一左轨道件、第一右轨道件内的齿条及行走槽移动至处在第二左轨道件、第二右轨道件内的齿条及行走槽。
为避免抹墙机工作时,第二左轨道件、第二右轨道件发生位置变动,引起抹墙机失效,第二左轨道件与第二右轨道件之间可设有用于固定第二左轨道件与第二右轨道件相对位置的定位机构,具体而言,该定位机构可包括定位凸块和定位挂钩;该定位凸块可设在第二左轨道件或第二右轨道件任一者上,定位挂钩则设在另一者上并可相对其自转动;所述定位挂钩上形成有可钩合在定位凸块上的定位挂钩部。第二左轨道件或第二右轨道件至少任一者上设有一定位凸块即是定位凸块的数量可多于一个,定位凸块可设在第二左轨道件或第二右轨道件上。若定位凸块设在第二左轨道件,与其对应的定位挂钩则设在第二右轨道件上;若定位凸块设在第二右轨道件,与其对应的定位挂钩则设在第二左轨道件上。
第二左轨道件绕第一左轨道件的纵向末端相对第一左轨道件转动可由铰接结构实现,第二右轨道件亦绕第一右轨道件的纵向末端相对第一右轨道件转动也可由铰接结构实现。具体而言,第一左轨道件的纵向末端设有第一左轨道铰接件,第二左轨道件的纵向首端设有第二左轨道铰接件;第一左轨道铰接件与第二左轨道铰接件对应安装,通过第一销轴连接;第一右轨道件的纵向末端则设有第一右轨道铰接件,第二右轨道件的纵向首端设有第二右轨道铰接件;第一右轨道铰接件与第二右轨道铰接件对应安装,通过第二销轴连接。第二左轨道件相对第一左轨道件转动时,第二左轨道件即绕第一销轴的中轴线相对第一左轨道件转动;同理,第二右轨道件相对第一右轨道件转动时,第二右轨道件即绕第二销轴的中轴线相对第一右轨道件转动。进一步的,第一左轨道铰接件、第二左轨道铰接件、第一右轨道铰接件、第二右轨道铰接件的结构如下:包括固定板;固定板上形成有至少一个铰接耳部,该铰接耳部上设有可让第一销轴或第二销轴穿过的销轴过孔。
除定位挂钩部、定位凸块外,左轨道、右轨道上还可布置其他固定结构,辅助固定。对此,第一左轨道件、第一右轨道件的纵向末端可设有固定块;第二左轨道件、第二右轨道件的纵向首端设有一固定销部;该固定销部上设有可相对固定销部转动的固定钩,该固定钩上形成有可扣合在固定块上的钩部。第一左轨道件上的固定块与第二左轨道件上的固定钩对应安装;第一右轨道件上的固定块与第二右轨道件上的固定钩对应安装。待第二左轨道件翻转至与第一左轨道件沿纵向对齐,即第二左轨道件上的第一行走基面与第一左轨道件上的第一行走基面处在同一竖直面内,施工人员即可翻转固定钩,使其钩部扣合在固定块上,以固定第一左轨道件与第二左轨道件的位置。第一右轨道件与第二右轨道件的安装同理。
第一行走轮组和第二行走轮组可由若干个行走轮构成。行走轮上可形成有限位缘,该限位缘围绕行走轮的转动轴布置在行走轮的端面。当第一行走轮组、第二行走轮组分别行走于第一行走基面、第二行走基面上时,该限位缘可贴合或接近贴合在左轨道、右轨道的内端面,为抹墙机座在水平方向提供可靠的支撑,使抹墙机座由低位上升至高位或由高位下降至低位运行稳定。
所述第一左轨道件、第二左轨道件、第一右轨道件、第二右轨道件的结构如下:包括两条相互平行的槽钢;行走槽形成于一槽钢内,容纳槽形成于另一槽钢内;两条槽钢之间还设有若干条用于固定的连接杆。此外,底座的左侧和右侧可设有定位块,第一左轨道件、第一右轨道件上则设有与定位块对应的定位套筒。底座上的定位块分别套入第一左轨道件、第一右轨道件上的定位套筒即可使直立轨道固定在底座上。
为保证第一左轨道件与第二左轨道件、第一右轨道件与第二右轨道件处在直立状态,第二左轨道件与第二右轨道件可抵住天花,底座上可设有一千斤顶,该千斤顶可为现有的脚踏式千斤顶,千斤顶上设有朝向地面的底部托爪。当第一左轨道件与第二左轨道件、第一右轨道件与第二右轨道件处在直立状态,施工人员可操作该千斤顶,使其底部托爪抵住地面,从而令第二左轨道件与第二右轨道件抵住天花,让直立轨道可立稳于底座与天花之间,并保证抹墙机在作业过程中位置不发送变化。
本发明结构简单,左轨道和右轨道利用简单的铰接结构即可实现折叠,成本 较低,抹墙机搬运方便、使用操作方便、施工效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1、2、3所示,抹墙机由底座1、直立轨道2和抹墙机座3构成,其中,直立轨道2包括左轨道4和右轨道5,左轨道4由第一左轨道件6、第二左轨道件7构成,右轨道5由第一右轨道件8、第二右轨道件9构成。第一左轨道件6与第一右轨道件8的结构相同,如图所示,以第一左轨道件6为例,第一左轨道件6由两条槽钢10构成,两条槽钢10之间连接有多条用于固定的连接杆11。连接杆11可选用方管。两条槽钢10上分别形成有行走槽12和容置槽13,该容置槽13内沿第一左轨道件6的纵向安装有一齿条14。位于第一左轨道件6纵向最末端的连接杆11上还连接有一定位套筒15,该定位套筒15为中空结构。而第二左轨道件7、第二右轨道件9的结构与第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8基本相同,其差别仅在于第二左轨道件7、第二右轨道件9上没有安装定位套筒15,因此这里不再复述第二左轨道件7、第二右轨道件9的结构。
如图4、5、6所示,沿抹墙机座3上升方向第二左轨道件7处在第一左轨道件6的下游。第一左轨道件6的纵向末端设有两个第一左轨道铰接件16,第二左轨道件7的纵向首端设有两个第二左轨道铰接件17。沿抹墙机座3上升方向第二右轨道件9处在第一右轨道件8的下游。第一右轨道件8的纵向末端则设有两个第一右轨道铰接件18,第二右轨道件9的纵向首端设有两个第二右轨道铰接件19。第一左轨道铰接件16、第二左轨道铰接件17、第一右轨道铰接件18、第二右轨道铰接件19的结构相同。以第一右轨道铰接件18为例,如图所示,第一左轨道铰接件16由固定板20构成,该固定板20上形成有两个铰接耳部21,该铰接耳部21上设有销轴过孔22。一个第一左轨道铰接件16和一个第二左轨道铰接件17为一组,第一销轴23穿过第一左轨道铰接件16、第二左轨道铰接件17的销轴过孔22,使第一左轨道铰接件16、第二左轨道铰接件17组成一组铰接机构;一个第一右轨道铰接件18和一个第二右轨道铰接件19为一组,第二销轴24穿过第一右轨道铰接件18、第二右轨道铰接件19的销轴过孔22,使第一左轨道铰接件16、第二左轨道铰接件17组成一组铰接机构。
如图7所示,第二左轨道件7的外侧形成有一作为定位凸块的定位销25, 第二右轨道件9上行安装有一作为转动销部的转动销轴26,该转动销轴26上安装有定位挂钩27,定位挂钩27可相对转轴销轴的中轴线转动。定位挂钩27的末端则形成有定位挂钩部28。
如图8所示,第二左轨道件7的内侧还形成有一作为固定销部的固定销轴29,该固定销轴29位于第二左轨道件7的纵向首端,固定销轴29上安装有固定钩30,固定钩30的末端形成有钩部31。第一左轨道件6的纵向末端则安装有一作为固定块的固定柱32。形成固定钩30末端的钩部31可扣合在固定柱32上。第二右轨道件9、第一右轨道件8上同样分别安装有固定销轴29、固定钩30等结构,安装在第二右轨道件9、第一右轨道件8上的固定销轴29、固定钩30等结构与安装在第二左轨道件7、第一左轨道件6上的一致,这里不再复述。
如图9、10所示,抹墙机座3上安装有一驱动电机33。驱动电机33的输出轴上连接有一传动链轮34。此外,抹墙机座3上还安装有一可相对抹墙机座3自转动的传动轴45,该传动轴45上安装有与传动链轮34相配合的从动链轮35。利用链条传动,驱动电机33即可带动传动轴45转动。传动轴45的两端还安装有齿轮36,该齿轮36与齿条14相啮合。
如图11所示,抹墙机座3上还安装有可相对抹墙机座3自转动的第一行走轮组37和第二行走轮组38。第一行走轮组37位于行走槽12内,行走于第一行走基面39上。该第一行走基面39即是行走槽12的一侧内端面。本实施例中,第一行走轮组37由四个第一行走轮40构成,两个第一行走轮40为一组,左轨道4和右轨道5内分别设有一组第一行走轮40。同理,第二行走轮组38由四个第二行走轮41构成,两个第二行走轮41为一组,左轨道4和右轨道5上分别设有一组第二行走轮41。第二行走轮组38行走于左轨道4、右轨道5的外表面,即槽钢10宽度较窄的表面。该表面即为第二行走基面42。第二行走基面42与第一行走基面39相互平行。
如图11所示,第一行走轮40、第二行走轮41上均形成有限位缘43,该限位缘43贴合在左轨道4、右轨道5的内侧,保证抹墙机座3上升或下降过程不会相对直立轨道2晃动。
组装抹墙机时:
如图12、13、14所示,放置在底座1上,并将第一左轨道件6、第一右轨 道件8放置在抹墙机座3的两侧,使传动轴45两端的齿轮36与第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8内的齿条14相接,第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8上的定位套筒15分别对准底座1两侧的定位杆46。随后,施工人员启动驱动电机33,使齿轮36沿齿条14的纵向爬升。按作用力与反作用力原理,齿轮36沿齿条14的纵向爬升时,齿条14同样相对齿条14下行。因此时抹墙机尚未固定位置,第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8在竖直方向上并无可靠支撑,无法承接抹墙机座3上升时的作用力,第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8随即相对抹墙机座3下行,作为定位块的定位杆46随即套入第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8的定位套筒15内。待定位杆46与定位套筒15连接到位,即第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8无法继续相对抹墙机座3下行后,施工人员即可停止驱动电机33,此时,第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8即安装在底座1上,抹墙机座3位于第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8之间。
施工人员将第二左轨道件7放置在第一左轨道件6的上方,并使第二左轨道铰接件17上的销轴过孔22对准第一左轨道铰接件16上的销轴过孔22,利用第一销轴23穿过第二左轨道铰接件17、第一左轨道铰接件16,即可使第二左轨道件7与第一左轨道件6,且第二左轨道件7可绕第一销轴23的中轴线相对第一左轨道件6转动。左轨道4随即完成组装,左轨道4处在直立状态。右轨道5的安装原理相同,这里不再复述。
组装左轨道4、右轨道5后,施工人员翻转第二左轨道件7、第二右轨道件9,使构成第二左轨道件7的槽钢10对齐构成第一左轨道件6的槽钢10,第二左轨道件7上的第一行走基面39、齿条14均分别对齐第一左轨道件6上的第一行走基面39、齿条14。第二右轨道件9与第一右轨道件8同理。随后,施工人员即可将翻转定位挂钩27,让定位挂钩部3128扣合在定位销25上,固定第二左轨道件7与第二右轨道件9;翻转固定钩30,让钩部31扣合在固定销轴29上,固定第一左轨道件6与第二左轨道件7、第一右轨道件8与第二右轨道件9。
随后,施工人员可踩踏安装在底座1上的脚踏式千斤顶44,使其底部托爪抵住地面,让第二左轨道件7与第二右轨道件9抵住天花,至此,抹墙机作业前的准备工作完成。
抹墙机座3由低位上升至高位:
如图15所示,启动驱动电机33。在驱动电机33的带动下,传动轴45相对抹墙机座3转动,从而使安装在传动轴45两端的齿轮36在齿条14上移动,进而带动抹墙机座3由低位上升至高位。
抹墙机由高位下降至低位的过程与抹墙机座3由低位上升至高位的过程相同,只需反转驱动电机33即可,这里不再复述。
拆卸抹墙机时:
涂抹作业结束后,施工人员可首先将脚踏式千斤顶44放压,让第二左轨道件7、第二右轨道件9不再抵住天花,随后翻转定位挂钩27和固定钩30,让定位挂钩部3128、钩部31分别于定位销25、固定销轴29脱离。然后,拆除第一销轴23和第二销轴24,即可让第二左轨道件7与第一左轨道件6、第二右轨道件9与第一右轨道件8分离。
拆卸第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8时,施工人员需启动驱动电机33,使齿轮36沿齿条14的纵向下行。此时,与安装第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8时类似,抹墙机未固定位置,第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8在竖直方向上并无可靠支撑,无法承接抹墙机座3下行时的作用力,第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8随即相对抹墙机座3上升,第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8的定位套筒15移离定位杆46。待第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8内的齿条14与抹墙机座3的齿轮36完全分离后,施工人员即可移走第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8。至此,抹墙机拆卸完成,施工人员可直接将抹墙机经门洞搬走,搬运十分方便。
实施例2:
本实施例2与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图16所示,左轨道由第一左轨道件6、第二左轨道件7和第三左轨道件47构成,右轨道由第一右轨道件8、第二右轨道件9和第三右轨道件48构成。第三座轨道件47、第三右轨道件48的结构与第二左轨道件7、第二右轨道件9相同。沿抹墙机座上升方向第三左轨道件47处在第二左轨道件7的下游,沿抹墙机座上升方向第三右轨道件48处在第二左轨道件9的下游。
第三左轨道件47、第三右轨道件48与第二左轨道件7、第二右轨道件9之间的连接结构与实施例1中第二左轨道件7、第二右轨道件9与第一左轨道件6、第一右轨道件8之间的连接结构相同,这里不再复述。

    所述第一左轨道件安装在底座上;沿抹墙机座上升方向所述第二左轨道件处在第一左轨道件的下游,可绕第一左轨道件的纵向末端相对第一左轨道件转动;所述第一右轨道件亦安装在底座上;沿抹墙机座上升方向所述第二右轨道件处在第一右轨道件的下游,可绕第二右轨道件的纵向末端相对第二右轨道件转动;
    所述第一左轨道件、第二左轨道件、第一右轨道件、第二右轨道件内均设有沿其自身纵向布置的行走槽和容纳槽;所述行走槽内形成有第一行走基面;所述容纳槽内设有沿容纳槽纵向布置的齿条;

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有可折叠直立轨道的抹墙机,其特征是:所述第二左轨道件与第二右轨道件之间设有用于固定第二左轨道件与第二右轨道件相对位置的定位机构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有可折叠直立轨道的抹墙机,其特征是:所述定位机构包括定位凸块和定位挂钩;所述定位凸块设在第二左轨道件或第二右轨道件任一者上,所述定位挂钩则设在另一者上并可相对其自转动;所述定位挂钩上形成有可钩合在定位凸块上的定位挂钩部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有可折叠直立轨道的抹墙机,其特征是:所述第一左轨道件、第一右轨道件的纵向末端设有固定块;所述第二左轨道件、第二右轨道件的纵向首端设有一固定销部;所述固定销部上设有可相对固定销部转动的固定钩;所述固定钩上形成有可扣合在固定块上的钩部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有可折叠直立轨道的抹墙机,其特征是:所述第一行走轮组和第二行走轮组可若干个行走轮构成;所述行走轮上可形成有围绕行走轮的转动轴布置在行走轮的端面的限位缘。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有可折叠直立轨道的抹墙机,其特征是:所述底座的左侧和右侧设有定位块;所述第一左轨道件、第一右轨道件上设有与定位块对应的定位套筒。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有可折叠直立轨道的抹墙机,其特征是:所述底座上设有一千斤顶;所述千斤顶设有朝向地面的底部托爪。
