现有的纸币收回箱如中国专利201489596U所公开的一种存取款机,其包括:一回收箱模块,用于存储不便于再提供给客户的纸币,该回收箱包括至少两个纸币入口、至少两个存储区以及一内部传输通道,该内部传输通道连接至少一纸币入口与至少一存储区,用以将纸币从该纸币入口传输至该存储区内。
上述回收箱的叠钞机构较为复杂,从而导致其可靠性较低,成本较高,使用过程中操作便利性不高。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种简化具有叠钞机构的纸币收集回收箱,增加其可靠性,降低成本,提高操作便利性。
这种纸币收集回收箱,其包括:
一盒体,该盒体具有一活动门体,该盒体内部安装如下部件并形成收纳纸币的空间,其盒体上设有供纸币进入的入钞口;
一纸币输送通道,其包括中间形成纸币通过间隙而相对设置的第一通道板和第二通道板,该第一通道板和第二通道板分别与盒体入钞口的两个 侧边对接;
一输送机构,其设置于纸币输送通道靠近入钞口处,包括一由外部动力驱动的主动轴辊,一与该主动轴辊过盈组配的转向轴辊,远离入钞口并于该转向轴辊过盈组配的出口主动轴辊,与该出口主动轴辊同轴设有拍打叶轮;
一纸币堆叠板,其通过一弹簧支撑的上下滑动地安装于该盒体内相对入钞口的底板上,该纸币堆叠板与第一通道板的一端相对设置,该第一通道板面向该纸币堆叠板的一侧设有一导向弹性片,该导向弹性片与该纸币堆叠板形成开口面向纸币输送通道入口的Y型通道。
优选的,所述纸币堆叠板与该纸币收集回收箱的放置平面形成15~75度的夹角。
优选的,所述盒体与纸币输送通道相对的一侧上设有带有齿形槽的筋条。
优选的,所述盒体设有供纸币堆叠板上下滑动的滑动槽。
优选的,所述导向弹性片靠近入钞口的一端与第一通道板形成固定,另一端向纸币堆叠板倾斜延伸并靠近盒体与纸币输送通道相对的一侧壁。
进一步的,所述导向弹性片为两条均匀分布在收纳纸币空间的顶部。
优选的,所述盒体的安装底面设有两块磁力安装板,该磁力安装板与该纸币收集回收箱的安装设备上的磁力板形成磁力组合。
该纸币收集回收箱与现有技术对比分析具有如下优点:
本纸币收集回收箱通过将纸币堆叠板设置为倾斜的,并与导向弹性片形成开口面向纸币输送通道入口的Y型通道,从而使得被送入的纸币可靠堆叠于纸币堆叠板上,减少已经堆叠纸币表面对于后送进纸币的卡绊和摩擦的影响,特别是当有折边、裂缝、皱折时严重影响后一张纸币的输送和整齐堆叠问题。

具体实施方式
为进一步阐述本发明所提供的这种优选的纸币收集回收箱,以下结合本发明的一个优选实施例的图示做进一步的详细介绍。
如图1和图2所示,这种纸币收集回收箱100具有盒体,该盒体具有一旋转开启和关闭的活动门体9、中壳1和底壳7,该盒体内部安装如下部件并形成收纳纸币的空间,其中,中壳1位于中间;底壳7位于中壳1右侧,通过未示出的螺钉连接;门体9位于中壳1左侧,可绕底部旋转轴R逆时针打开,上部通过锁舌支架91与安装在中壳1上的锁舌30连接,通过按压锁舌端面31,或者通过旋转钥匙带动锁舌挡片32进行解锁。该回收箱100的门体9、中壳1和底壳7安装到位后各面均平齐。
该中壳1和底壳7的同一端面之间设有供纸币进入的入钞口,中壳1外侧靠近该入钞口处设有第一导向齿1a,底壳7外侧靠近该入钞口处设有第二导向齿7a,该第一导向齿1a和第二导向齿7a与该回收箱100对接的外部纸币输送通道的凹槽间隙配合,该第一导向齿1a和第二导向齿7a的相邻两齿之间的凹槽部1c、7c与外部纸币输送通道的凸出部间隙配合。这两部分导向齿组成了纸币进入该回收箱100的交接通道。
该回收箱100的盒体内部设有一纸币输送通道,该纸币输送通道包括 中间形成纸币通过间隙而相对设置的第一通道板11和第二通道板3,该第一通道板11和第二通道板3分别与盒体入钞口的两个侧边对接,实现与外部纸币输送通道的顺利对接;一输送机构,其设置于纸币输送通道靠近入钞口处,包括一由动力源驱动的主动轴辊4,一与该主动轴辊4过盈组配的转向轴辊2,远离入钞口并与该转向轴辊2过盈组配的出口主动轴辊5,与该出口主动轴辊5同轴设有拍打叶轮6;为了实现转向轴辊2分别与主动轴辊4和出口主动轴辊5的过盈接触,第一通道板11上设有与转向轴辊2对应的避空缺口,第二通道板3上设有分别与主动轴辊4、出口主动轴辊5和叶轮6对应的避空缺口。为使进入的纸币200能够可靠转向,转向轴轮2设计的较大一些,本实施例设计为直径30mm左右,为减少回收箱所需负载,入口主动轴轮4设计的较小一些,本实施例设计直径18mm左右。由于转向轴轮2与主动轴轮4、出口主动轴轮5过盈接触,但主动轴轮4与出口主动轴轮5并没有接触,由此对通过的纸币形成较为稳定的夹持力。
本实施例中,转向轴轮2与主动轴轮4、出口主动轴轮5上通常有2-4只均布的传输胶轮以保证输送纸币200的夹持力,最少需2只。出口主动轴轮5上与传输胶轮65错开布置的叶轮6如图3所示。
该回收箱100的盒体内部还包括一纸币堆叠板8,其通过一复位弹簧23支撑的上下滑动地安装于该盒体内相对入钞口的底板上,该纸币堆叠板8与第一通道板11的一端相对设置,该第一通道板11面向该纸币堆叠板8的一侧设有一导向弹性片10,该导向弹性片10与该纸币堆叠板8形成开口面向纸币输送通道入口的Y型通道。所述导向弹性片10靠近入钞口的一端与第一通道板11形成固定,另一端向纸币堆叠板8倾斜延伸并靠近盒体与纸币输送通道相对的一侧壁,即门体9。所述导向弹性片10为两条均匀分布在收纳纸币空间的顶部。
如图2所示,所述纸币堆叠板8与该纸币收集回收箱的放置平面形成夹角a,a可在15-75°范围内取值,需同时考虑叶轮6旋转时的最大外形轨迹、叠钞容量、回收箱100的最大外形尺寸等实际要求适当选择。纸币堆叠板8的倾斜设计具有如下作用:1.让出叶轮6的拍打空间,最大发挥叶轮6的作用;2.与导向弹片10形成Y形通道,便于纸币200进入;3.减少前一张纸币表面质量的影响。本方案原理是后一张纸币沿已堆叠在纸币堆 叠板8上的前一张纸币的表面进入堆钞空间,当前一张纸币表面质量较差,如有折边、裂缝、皱折时会严重影响后一张纸币的输送和堆叠。夹角a的存在使前一张纸币仅有一部分表面会与后一张纸币接触,从而降低了纸币进不去、跌乱的风险。
如图4所示,所述门体9与纸币输送通道相对的一侧上设有带有齿形槽921的筋条92。该齿形槽921起始于导向弹片10顶端部位置,终止于堆钞板8顶面位于上极限位的下部位置,该齿形槽921的形状如图5所示。在没有齿形槽921的情况下,纸币200撞击到门体9内部筋条92后将沿筋条92表面向下滑动,会造成纸币在回收箱100盒体内部的竖立。齿形槽921可有效防止此类情形的发生。齿形槽921发挥其功能分为两种情况,第一种情况,当纸币200前端撞击到齿形槽921槽底时,由于齿形槽921对纸币前端的限位使其不会有太大的位移,待叶轮6拍打纸币后端时整张纸币就会向纸币堆叠板8自由下落;第二种情况,当纸币200前端撞击到齿形槽921顶部平面时,纸币200向下滑动到齿形槽921底部,后续同第一种情况。从而可以有效保证纸币在纸币堆叠板8上的的整齐堆叠。
参阅图1、图6和图7所示,纸币堆叠板8可以沿安装在中壳1上的堆叠板导轴21上下滑动,堆叠板导轴21通过中壳1上的孔102插入中壳1内部并固定,中壳1内部空腔与堆叠板导轴21相对位置开有安装堆叠板8用的缺口103。由以上描述可知中壳1具有多种功能,极大的减少了零件、紧固件数量,降低了产品成本。
如图6和图7所示,该回收箱100底部设有两过孔101安装有限位钉22,用于将箱体限位在支架上。底部还有第一磁吸板24和第二磁吸板25,它们与金融自助设备中的安装支架上相应的磁性体形成磁力组合,由此产生的吸附力确保箱体定位可靠。使用磁力固定回收箱100,有效解决了箱体通常使用的锁扣(有的为两侧锁扣)固定方式的缺点:安装时需要扣紧锁扣,拔出时需要先解锁,有时没有扣紧的锁扣还会与其它部件撞击损坏。本案中动力系统的负载小,合理设计磁铁与磁吸板完全达到了实际使用要求,另有限位钉22保证箱体安装位置的精确度。
为了方便对回收箱的安装操作以及搬运等过程,回收箱还设有一手把12,该手把12的偏心设计保证了当其从竖直位被释放后可以自动转到水平 位,具体如图1所示。
为了更好的说明本实施例提供的这种纸币收集回收箱的通过过程,下面结合附图2、图8至图10进行详细说明:
参考图2、图8所示,纸币200被输送机构夹送进入箱体内部,纸币200前端依次与第一通道板11上的t1点、导向弹片10上的t2点和t3点接触后撞击到门体9的S区域上齿形槽921内。第一通道板11为塑料材质制成,导向弹片10使用弹簧钢片制成,弹簧钢片的弹性可以辅助对纸币堆叠。需要说明的是,各接触点、撞击点均为随机,为描述方便指示了最有可能接触撞击到的点,如图8所示。
接着如图9所示,由于门体9上齿形槽921的限制,纸币200以前端为圆心、后端被出口主动轴轮5同步的叶轮6拍打而转动,又由于纸币堆叠板斜面留出的收纳纸币的空间T,纸币在后端脱离叶轮6拍打形成的圆形轨迹后自由转动,最后落在堆钞板工作面上。如图9中所示,同一张纸币在不同瞬间的3个位置。位置①是纸币200前端撞击到门面9上齿形槽921的示意;位置②是纸币200后端被叶轮6拍打瞬间的示意;位置③是纸币200后端脱离叶轮6后自由下落的示意。
随着纸币的不断进入,堆积在堆叠板8上的纸币越来越多,在堆叠板8自重和纸币重量的压迫下堆叠板8的复位弹簧23被压缩,在导向弹性片10和纸币叠顶部之间仍留有进钞空间,如图10所示。
当堆叠板8上的纸币叠被取出后,在复位弹簧23的作用下箱体恢复到图2所示准备进钞的状态。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种纸币收集回收箱,其包括:
    一盒体,该盒体具有一活动门体,该盒体内部安装如下部件并形成收纳纸币的空间,其盒体上设有供纸币进入的入钞口;
    一纸币输送通道,其包括中间形成纸币通过间隙而相对设置的第一通道板和第二通道板,该第一通道板和第二通道板分别与盒体入钞口的两个侧边对接;
    一输送机构,其设置于纸币输送通道靠近入钞口处,包括一由外部动力驱动的主动轴辊,一与该主动轴辊过盈组配的转向轴辊,远离入钞口并于该转向轴辊过盈组配的出口主动轴辊,与该出口主动轴辊同轴设有拍打叶轮;
    一纸币堆叠板,其通过一弹簧支撑的上下滑动地安装于该盒体内相对入钞口的底板上,该纸币堆叠板与第一通道板的一端相对设置,该第一通道板面向该纸币堆叠板的一侧设有一导向弹性片,该导向弹性片与该纸币堆叠板形成开口面向纸币输送通道入口的Y型通道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的纸币收集回收箱,其特征在于,所述纸币堆叠板与该纸币收集回收箱的放置平面形成15~75度的夹角。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的纸币收集回收箱,其特征在于,所述盒体与纸币输送通道相对的一侧上设有带有齿形槽的筋条。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的纸币收集回收箱,其特征在于,所述盒体设有供纸币堆叠板上下滑动的滑动槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的纸币收集回收箱,其特征在于,所述导向弹性片靠近入钞口的一端与第一通道板形成固定,另一端向纸币堆叠板倾斜延伸并靠近盒体与纸币输送通道相对的一侧壁。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的纸币收集回收箱,其特征在于,所述导向弹性片为两条均匀分布在收纳纸币空间的顶部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的纸币收集回收箱,其特征在于,所述盒体的安装底面设有两块磁吸板,该磁吸板与该纸币收集回收箱的安装设备上的磁性体形成磁力组合。
