公开了一种3D双色经编绒类织物的生产方法。该生产方法包括以下步骤:(1)产品底部和面部双色的实现,选用显色效果不同的两种原料,分别织在面料的面和底,对其染色,染料的配方如下:至少使用两组染料,其中一组为非极性的分散染料,一组为经过阳离子改性的分散染料,其中非极性的分散染料使用三支染料复配,阳离子改性的分散染料也使用三支染料复配,染料进入纤维内部,使得面料的底部和面部形成双色;(2)绒毛顶部与绒毛根部双色的实现,使用凹凸花辊将碱性浆料在压力的作用下均匀涂覆在绒面上,并经过加热使得绒面的部分绒毛腐蚀,水洗;(3)双色效果的显著实现,用180℃的烫辊配合合适的风量理顺绒毛倒向,然后使用螺旋刀与平刀配合将所有的绒毛剪到0.5mm,使绒毛较整齐直立,在绒毛空隙处能透出底布的颜色。

Description

一种3D双色经编绒类织物的生产 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种织物的生产,特别涉及一种3D双色经编绒类织物的生产。
背景技术
目前3D双色面料主要为静电植绒双色和双针床直接织造。静电植绒与双针床两类产品通常绒毛容易脱落,影响产品的美观。而常规的经编绒类双色面料,采用底部和面部印花来实现,颜色重现性较差。
市场上的双色类产品大多为二维的及平面上的双色。本产品将双色效果延生至三维。为此,我司对原料的选择和生产工艺方法进行了探索与研究。从产品的底部和面部的双色,绒毛的顶部和根部的双色这两个方向进行双色的实现。
目前市场上的绒类产品较多,消费者对于绒类产品的多样化和丰富性需求也越来越高,最比较显著的现象就是13/14年的双色绒类市场大好。本产品采用多种染色性能的纱线辅以特殊组织结构织造坯布并结合精确剪毛工艺及烂花工艺得到一种具有面深底浅或者底深面浅的绒类面料。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种3D双色经编绒类织物的生产方法,所述生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)产品底部和面部双色的实现
选用显色效果不同的两种原料,分别织在面料的面和底,对其染色,染料的配方如下:
至少使用两组染料,其中一组为非极性的分散染料,一组为经过阳离子改性的分散染料;其中非极性的分散染料使用三支染料复配,阳离子改性的分散染料也使用三支染料复配;染料进入纤维内部,使得面料的底部和面部形成双色;
(2)绒毛顶部与绒毛根部双色的实现
使用凹凸花辊将碱性浆料在压力的作用下均匀涂覆在绒面上,并经过加热使得绒面的部分绒毛腐蚀,水洗;
(3)双色效果的显著实现
用180℃的烫辊配合合适的风量理顺绒毛倒向,然后使用螺旋刀与平刀配合将将所有的绒毛剪到0.8mm一下,使绒毛较整齐直立,在绒毛空隙处能透出底布的颜色。
本发明的生产方法中,其中步骤1中所述非极性的分散染料,选自:龙胜化工,经过阳离子改性的分散染料;选自万丰化工。其中非极性的分散染料使用三支染料复配,如:S-4RL橙,S-5BL红玉,HGL深兰。三者比例为:2:2:1,水液浓度不能超过6%;阳离子改性的分散染料使用三支染料复配,如:SD-GL金黄,SD-GRL红,SD-BL,三者比例为:4:2:1,水液浓度不能超过5%。
其中步骤2中所述碱性浆料选自:NaOH,瓜尔胶,水。
本发明的生产方法,优选的包括以下步骤:
(1)产品底部和面部双色的实现
选用显色效果不同的两种原料,分别织在面料的面和底。经前处理后对其染色,为达到双色效果,染料的配方至少使用两组染料,其中一组为非极性的分散染料,一组为经过阳离子改性的分散染料。为达到优异丰富的颜色,通常非极性的分散染料使用三支染料复配,阳离子改性的分散染料也使用三支染料复配。此六支染料在染缸中分别进入纤维内部,使得面料的底部和面部形成双色效果。
(2)绒毛顶部与绒毛根部双色的实现
使用凹凸花辊将碱性浆料在压力的作用下均匀涂覆在绒面上,并经过加热使得绒面的部分绒毛腐蚀,水洗后绒面的顶部与根部的双色效果更加明显。在烂掉部分绒毛的同时,确保底组织不受损伤。
(3)双色效果的显著实现
绒类织物底部和面部虽然实现了双色效果,但是绒毛的遮盖使得此双色不是很明显,这就需要在织造坯布时通过纱线特殊的穿法配合相应的组织结构让绒毛相对于底部稍微稀疏一点,并且染色过后的布经过柔软、抗静电等助剂的整理后,虽然已经有了双色效果及较好的手感,但是绒面较乱,绒毛长短及倒向均不一致。在180℃左右通过石油气加热的烫辊配合合适的风量理顺绒毛倒向,然后使用螺旋刀与平刀配合将绒毛的高度剪至一致。为突出双色效果,需要将螺旋刀与平刀的间隙微调至最小。剪毛设备引进最先进的变频数控技术,将所有的绒毛剪到0.8mm以下,使绒毛较整齐直立,在绒毛空隙处能透出底布的颜色。
本发明的优点和效果:
(1)不同显色效果原料、穿纱、织造组织结构、染色、烂花等工艺的配合,来实现明显的3D双色效果;
(2)六支染料同时进缸,作用于不同显色效果的纤维,此方法较常规分开染色方法更为方便快捷,节省能源,且稳定性好;
(3)将烂花工艺与双色斜纹完美结合,使烂花花型里填充着斜纹,花型更加立体。同时,在烂花部分能够更多显露底布颜色,使双色效果更加明显。

具体实施方式:
以下通过实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
1、绒纱选用改性涤纶75D72F,穿经1穿1空;中底纱选用普通涤纶50D24F,穿经满穿。GB1织造斜纹组织结构,垫纱横移数码为1-0/4-5/2-1/5-6//;GB2织造经平组织1-0/1-2//;GB3织造经绒组织2-3/1-0//,为确保布面悬垂挺括,下机密度设定为26cpc。
2、将坯布预定型,温度为210℃*90秒。
3、将定型后的坯布钢针起毛,然后进行烂花,烂花选用特定花辊将碱性浆料均匀涂覆在绒面并经过高温180℃*120秒将绒面按预设花型进行腐蚀,然后水洗至中性。
4、将烂花过后的面料在高温溢流染色机中染色。加入阳离子染料和分散染料使其同时上色后脱水烘干。分散染料为S-4RL橙,S-5BL红玉,HGL深兰。用量为:0.35g/l,0.058g/l,0.077g/l;阳离子改性的分散染料为SD-GL金黄,SD-GRL红,SD-BL,用量为1.21g/l,0.172g/l,0.035g/l。
5、用180℃的烫辊配合合适的风量理顺绒毛倒向,然后使用螺旋刀与平刀配合将将所有的绒毛剪到0.8mm一下,使绒毛较整齐直立,在绒毛空隙处能透出底布的颜色。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种3D双色经编绒类织物的生产方法,所述生产方法包括以下步骤:
    (1)产品底部和面部双色的实现
    选用显色效果不同的两种原料,分别织在面料的面和底,对其染色,染料的配方如下:
    至少使用两组染料,其中一组为非极性的分散染料,一组为经过阳离子改性的分散染料;其中非极性的分散染料使用三支染料复配,阳离子改性的分散染料也使用三支染料复配;染料进入纤维内部,使得面料的底部和面部形成双色;
    (2)绒毛顶部与绒毛根部双色的实现
    使用凹凸花辊将碱性浆料在压力的作用下均匀涂覆在绒面上,并经过加热使得绒面的部分绒毛腐蚀,水洗;
    (4)双色效果的显著实现
    用140-180℃的烫辊配合合适的风量理顺绒毛倒向,然后使用螺旋刀与平刀配合将将所有的绒毛剪到0.3-0.8mm,使绒毛较整齐直立,在绒毛空隙处能透出底布的颜色。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,其中步骤1中所述非极性的分散染料,选自:龙胜化工,经过阳离子改性的分散染料;选自万丰化工。其中非极性的分散染料使用三支染料复配,如:S-4RL橙,S-5BL红玉,HGL深兰。三者比例为:2:2:1,水液浓度0-6%;阳离子改性的分散染料使用三支染料复配,如:SD-GL金黄,SD-GRL红,SD-BL,三者比例为:4:2:1,水液浓度不能超过0-5%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,其中步骤2中所述碱性浆料选自:NaOH,瓜尔胶,水。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,步骤如下:
    (1)、绒纱选用改性涤纶部分穿经,中底纱选用普通涤纶全部穿经。通过织造组织结构的配合,在布面形成部分露底的花型;
    (2)、坯布前处理,工艺为预定型和钢针起毛;
    (3)、钢针起毛后进行烂花,烂花选用花辊将碱性浆料均匀涂覆在绒面并经过高温180℃*120秒将绒面按预设花型进行腐蚀,然后水洗至中性。
    (4)、将烂花过后的面料在高温溢流染色机中染色。加入阳离子染料和分散染料使其同时上色后脱水烘干。
    (5)、将染过色的面料通过剪毛与热辊烫至绒毛高度一致。
