现有干簧管式磁性接近开关受限于2.5A电流应用限制,新的无干簧管式磁力开关在5A、10A大电流结构改进上有突破,但还存在无法耐受瞬间大电流飞弧触点熔融和烧蚀氧化的问题。因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型磁力开关,其特征在于:所述三爪固定架包括横向设置固定在端子A(2)上端的三个固定爪(42),其中两个固定爪(42)设于端子A(2)上端的一侧,另一个固定爪(42)设于端子A(2)上端的另一侧,且另一个固定爪(42)设于端子A(2)一侧的两个固定爪(42)之间,所述去弧板(41)的两端分别与端子A(2)两侧的固定爪(42)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型磁力开关,其特征在于:所述固定爪(42)的外端上竖直设有挡板(43),挡板(43)的内侧面上设有内凹的第一角槽(44),去弧板(41)的两端边缘对应地卡接在两侧挡板(43)的第一角槽(44)上。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的新型磁力开关,其特征在于:所述去弧板(41)呈“回”字形的空心长条板状设置,去弧板(41)的内孔中设有弹片(45),所述弹片(45)的固定端与去弧板(41)其中一侧板内缘连接,弹片(45)的自由端在去弧板(41)内可自由跳动,且弹片(45)与去弧板(41) 为一体结构设置,弹片(45)的另一端上设有与舌板(5)另一端对应设置的固定孔(46),静触点(47)连接在固定孔(46)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的新型磁力开关,其特征在于:所述舌板(5)上设有安装槽(51),端子B(3)上端设有转接板(31),转接板(31)的左端设有斜楔块(34),转接板(31)的右端设有竖直的扣板(32),扣板(32)的外侧面上设有内凹的第二角槽(33),所述扣板(32)穿设于安装槽(51)内,且安装槽(51)右端的舌板(5)内缘扣接在第二角槽(33)上;所述斜楔块(34)与安装槽(51)左端的舌板(5)之间设有具有弧度的弹性支撑片(55)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的新型磁力开关,其特征在于:所述斜楔块(34)呈“T”字形结构设置,斜楔块(34)的竖板下端与转接板(31)固定连接,所述支撑片(55)的右端上设有扣槽(56),扣槽(56)扣接在斜楔块(34)的竖板上;所述安装槽(51)的左端的舌板(5)上设有定位槽(52),支撑片(55)的左端上设有插片(57),插片(57)穿设于定位槽(52)内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的新型磁力开关,其特征在于:所述安装槽(51)左端的舌板(5)上设有固定板(53),磁体(12)设于固定板(53)上与舌板(5)一体联动,所述固定板(53)采用铜制的不导磁材料。
