Claims (14)
- 피식각물의 일부에 식각되지 않고 남아 돌출되는 돌출부를 형성하기 위한 지연식각부재로서,상기 돌출부를 형성하도록 상기 피식각물의 미식각부분에 부착되고 식각액에 의해 식각되는 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재료는상기 피식각물에서 식각되는 부분과 동일한 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 식각액에 의해 식각된 상기 피식각물에서 상기 돌출부를 돌출 형성할 두께와 동일한 두께를 가지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피식각물에 용이하게 부착하도록 양면 중 어느 한 면에 구비되는 접착층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 접착층은상기 식각액에 의해 녹는 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피식각물은디스플레이패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재.
- 식각액에 의해 미식각되는 돌출부를 형성하기 위한 디스플레이패널의 식각방법으로서,상기 돌출부를 형성할 미식각부분에 식각액에 의해 식각되는 지연식각부재를 부착하는 단계,상기 지연식각부재가 부착된 디스플레이패널을 상기 지연식각부재와 함께 두께가 감소하도록 전면적으로 식각액을 도포하여 식각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재를 이용한 디스플레이패널의 식각방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 지연식각부재를 부착하는 단계 이전에,상기 디스플레이패널에서 상기 식각액에 의해 부식되는 부분을 내산성의 씰링재로 씰링처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재를 이용한 디스플레이패널의 식각방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 지연식각부재를 부착하는 단계 이전에,상기 디스플레이패널에 부착된 편광판을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재를 이용한 디스플레이패널의 식각방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 전면적으로 식각하는 단계 이후에,상기 씰링처리하는 단계에서 씰링처리한 씰링재를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재를 이용한 디스플레이패널의 식각방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 전면적으로 식각하는 단계 이후에,상기 디스플레이패널에서 잔류된 지연식각부재를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재를 이용한 디스플레이패널의 식각방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 지연식각부재는상기 식각액에 의해 식각된 상기 피식각물에서 상기 돌출부를 돌출 형성할 두께와 동일한 두께를 가지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재를 이용한 디스플레이패널의 식각방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 지연식각부재는상기 디스플레이패널에서 식각되는 부분과 동일한 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재를 이용한 디스플레이패널의 식각방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 지연식각부재는상기 지연시각부재를 상기 디스플레이패널에 부착하는 접착층을 포함하고,상기 접착층은 상기 식각액에 의해 녹는 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연식각부재를 이용한 디스플레이패널의 식각방법.
