- a side edge of the non-overlapping portion 11b (referred to as a non-overlapping portion side edge 12b for convenience) which does not overlap with the back side waist portion 30 of 11, but the end point reaches the non-overlapping portion side edge 12b.
- the end point of the back side line 56 reaches the side edge 12 on the near side (the middle side) of the lower end 30 b of the back waistline portion 30 in the vertical direction.
- the end point is located at an intermediate portion between the lower end 30 b and the first convex portion 52 in the longitudinal direction.
- the back side line 56 is a curved line that curves outward from the start point (the first convex apex 52) to the end point (the non-overlapping portion side edge 12b).
- the second convex apex 53 is an inwardly projecting apex in the lateral direction.
- the second convex top portion 53 is located closer to the ventral-side waist portion 40 than the middle.
- the second convex portion 53 is provided at a position corresponding to the ventral side (the side closer to the ventral waistline portion 40) than the center of the crotch.
- the second convex portion 53 is located in the vicinity of the lower end 40 b on the side closer to the middle of the ventral-side waist portion 40.
- the second convex apex 53 projects inward in the lateral direction with respect to the LSG thread rubber 29 described above. That is, the LSG thread rubber 29 is located outside in the lateral direction than the second convex apex portion 53.
- the ventral-side line 57 is an inwardly curved curvilinear line extending outward from the second convex apex 53 as a starting point in the lateral direction and toward the ventral-side waist portion 40 in the longitudinal direction.
- the ventral side line 57 is directed to the side edge 12 in the lateral direction of the absorber 11, and the end point of the ventral side line 57 reaches the side edge 12. More specifically, the side edge 12 includes a side edge of the ventral-side overlapping portion 11c (referred to as a ventral-side overlapping portion side edge 12c for convenience) overlapping with the ventral-side waist portion 40 of the absorber 11; There are non-overlapping portion side edges 12b which do not overlap with the ventral waist portion 40 (and the back waist portion 30), but the end point reaches the ventral overlapping portion side edge 12c. That is, the end point of the ventral-side line 57 reaches the side edge 12 beyond the lower end 40 b of the ventral-side waist portion 40 in the longitudinal direction.
- a ventral-side overlapping portion side edge 12c for convenience
- ventral-side line 57 is a curve that curves inward from the start point (second convex portion 53) to the end point (vent-side overlapping portion side edge 12c).
- the third convex crest 54 is, like the first convex crest 52 and the second convex crest 53, an inward protruding portion in the lateral direction, and the third convex crest 52 and the second convex crest 53 in the emboss line 50. It is provided in the middle (in the present embodiment, substantially in the middle).
- the third convex portion 54 is located closer to the ventral-side waist portion 40 than the middle. In other words, the third convex portion 54 is provided at a position corresponding to the center of the crotch.
- the third convex crest 54 protrudes inward in the lateral direction more than the LSG thread rubber 29 as in the case of the first convex crest 52 and the second convex crest 53. That is, the LSG thread rubber 29 is located outside in the lateral direction than the third convex portion 54.
- the central line 58 is a line connecting the dorsal line 56 and the ventral line 57, and includes a first central line 58a and a second central line 58b.
- the first central line 58a is a line from the first convex 52 to the third convex 54
- the second central line 58b is a line from the second convex 53 to the third convex 54, both of which It is a curved line curving outward.
- the first convex apex 52 is located inside the second convex apex 53 and the third convex apex 54 in the lateral direction. Therefore, the width of the absorber 11 is the narrowest at the position where the first convex portion 52 is located in the vertical direction (the narrowest portion).
- a first notch 13 is provided at the side edge 12 of the absorber 11 at a position corresponding to the position of the first convex portion 52 in the longitudinal direction.
- a second notch 14 and a third notch 15 are provided at the side edge 12 at positions corresponding to the positions of the second convex apex 53 and the third convex apex 54 in the longitudinal direction, respectively. .
- the first notch 13 (the second notch 14 and the third notch 15) is a portion of the absorber 11 (hereinafter, for convenience, the absorber outer side portion 16 and the absorber Position in the longitudinal direction of the first notch 13 (the second notch 14 and the third notch 15) and the longitudinal direction of the first projection 52 (the second projection 53 and the third projection 54). Positions in the direction are approximately coincident.
- the emboss line 50 is a line formed by embossing from the skin side of the absorber 11. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, in the emboss line 50, a large depression 50a is formed on the skin side of the absorber 11, and a squeezed portion 50b is formed on the non-skin side of the depression 50a.
- the embossing from the skin side may be performed on the absorbent core, may be performed on the absorbent core covered by the core wrap, or may be performed from above the top sheet member 24. .
- the first region R1 (the region other than the spotted portion in FIG. 2) and the absorbent polymer / pulp ratio (the absorbent polymer to the pulp) than the first region R1.
- a second region R2 (speckled portion in FIG. 2) having a small ratio) is provided, and an embossed line 50 is formed in the second region R2. That is, the area where the absorbing polymer / pulp ratio is smaller than usual is provided, and the emboss line 50 is formed in this area. In other words, as shown in FIG. 2, the second region R2 is formed along the emboss line 50.
- the emboss line 50 is formed in the second region R2 where the absorbent polymer is less than the pulp, but the second region R2 is difficult to be compressed due to the small amount of the absorbent polymer.
- the formation of the embossing line 50 causes both sides in the lateral direction of the embossing line 50 to resist and cause a slightly raised event. That is, the protruding portions 11 d are provided on both sides in the lateral direction of the embossing line 50.
- the diaper 1 according to the present embodiment has the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction intersecting the longitudinal direction, and the absorbent main body 10 provided with the absorbent body 11 for absorbing excrement, It was the diaper 1 provided with the back side waist part 30 located in the one end side of the sex main body 10, and the belly side waist part 40 located in the other end side of the absorptive main body 10.
- a pair of embossing lines 50 formed by embossing from the skin side of the absorbent body 11 is provided on both sides in the lateral direction of the absorbent body 11, and the embossing lines 50 are at the central part of the diaper 1.
- the first convex crest 52 positioned in the middle of the diaper 1 in the longitudinal direction or on the back side waist portion 30 side of the middle than the middle and projecting inward in the lateral direction, and the first convex crest 52 as a starting point A curved or curved curved dorsal line 56 extending to the outside in the direction and to the side of the dorsal waist portion 30 in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the diaper 1 in which the buttocks can be widely covered by the absorber 11 can be realized while maintaining the formation of the absorber 11 corresponding to the crotch into a clean cup shape.
- an absorbent main body 10 provided with an absorbent body 11 for absorbing excrement, a back waist part 30 located on one end side of the absorbent main body 10, and an abdominal waist part located on the other end side of the absorbent main body 10
- the diaper 1 provided with the part 40 is used widely.
- diapers 1 there are those in which a pair of embossing lines 50 formed by embossing are provided on both sides in the lateral direction of the absorbent body 11. And by providing such an embossing line 50, the absorber 11 corresponding to crotch can be formed in a clear cup shape (the absorber 11 is bent along the embossing line 50, and an embossing line is made. It is possible to create a space for accommodating excrement (formed by raising the absorber outer side portion 16 located outside of 50).
- the emboss line 50 is provided in order to form the absorber 11 in a cup shape at the crotch, so that the absorber corresponding to the back side than the crotch, ie, the buttocks 11 is affected by the emboss line 50, and the absorber outer side portion 16 stands up (enters inside) also at the buttocks, and there is a problem that the absorber 11 can not widely cover the buttocks. In such a case, the area of the absorber 11 covering the buttocks may be reduced to cause leakage of excrement.
- the absorber 11 corresponding to the crotch is formed into a clean cup shape, and the superiority of making the space for containing the excrement It is possible to widely cover the buttocks with the absorber 11 while maintaining it.
- the first convex portion 52 protruding inward in the lateral direction is located at the middle of the central portion of the diaper 1 or on the back side waist portion 30 side than the middle.
- the emboss line 50 closer to the ventral-side waist portion 40 than the first convex portion 52, that is, the central line 58, serves to form the absorber 11 in a cup shape at the crotch. That is, the absorber 11 is bent along the center line 58, and the absorber outer side portion 16 located outside the center line 58 is erected, so that the absorber 11 has a cup shape in the crotch.
- FIG. 6 is an image diagram showing the absorber 11 formed in a cup shape in the crotch.
- FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing a cup shape and a roof shape.
- the absorber 11 corresponding to the crotch part is in a state in which the side is slightly inward with respect to the cup shape in FIG. 7 and is in a roof shape (referred to as a roof shape for convenience).
- a roof shape for convenience.
- Whether it becomes a cup shape or a roof shape in FIG. 7 changes depending on whether the size of the diaper 1 is large (small) with respect to the size of the human body, the degree of pressure by the inner thigh, etc.
- the cup shape and the roof shape are described as a cup shape in a broad sense.
- the emboss line 50 (the center line is 58) is formed on the absorbent body 11, so that the shape of the absorbent body 11 in the crotch becomes clear. If the emboss line 50 (the center line is 58) is not formed, wrinkles appear randomly, and a portion where the protrusion is raised (a raised portion) and a portion where the recess is formed are cluttered.
- the shape of the absorber 11 does not fit in a fixed shape, and depending on the case, may the size of the diaper 1 be large (small) or not It may change depending on the degree of pressure by the inner thigh, etc., or a shape that can not be said to be visually or functionally good (for example, a situation in which the protruding part is unilaterally depending on one side) Will occur.
- the emboss line 50 the center line is 58
- the shape of the absorber 11 fits in the cup shape which is a clean shape with high probability.
- the embossing is performed from the skin side, as shown in FIG. 5, the depressions 50a are formed on the skin side. Therefore, the absorber 11 can be easily bent in the desired direction along the center line 58. That is, when the absorber 11 is viewed from the skin side, the absorber 11 is easily bent so as to be a valley fold instead of a mountain fold.
- a straight or curved curve extending outward from the first convex apex 52 to the side of the dorsal waist portion 30 in the lateral direction and outward in the longitudinal direction
- the back line 56 of the shape is provided. Therefore, the buttocks can be covered widely by the absorber 11. That is, if the back side line 56 is a curved line curved inward, the area of the absorber 11 covering the buttocks is significantly reduced when the absorber outer side portion 16 is erected at the buttocks. , Leakage is likely to leak. Furthermore, when the absorber outer side part 16 penetrates inside, the state called what is called a half butt which the absorber 11 bites in into a buttock arises, and the problem that a touch worsens may also arise.
- the back side line 56 is a straight line or a curved line curved outward, the buttocks can be widely covered with the absorber 11, and the excrement leaks. It can be difficult. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the touch by suppressing the occurrence of the half bottom condition.
- the dorsal line 56 is a curved line curved outward. Therefore, the buttocks can be covered more widely by the absorber 11, and furthermore, it becomes possible to make the back side line 56 conform to the shape of the buttocks (thereby, the absorber 11 wraps the entire buttocks) It becomes such an aspect).
- the dorsal side line 56 is a curved line curved outward, as compared with the case where a curved line curved inwardly, the dorsal line 56 is formed.
- the absorber 11 is less likely to be bent, and the absorber outer side portion 16 located outside the back side line 56 is less likely to stand up.
- a force in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 8 is generated by pushing the upper part on the side close to the crotch of the inner thigh, etc.
- the side line 56 is curved inward, as shown in the lower part of FIG. 8, the force concentrates on one side while the back side line 56 is curved outward, as shown in the figure.
- the force is distributed along the dorsal line 56, as shown in the upper view of FIG. Therefore, when the back side line 56 is a curved line curved outward, the rising degree of the absorber outer side portion 16 is relaxed.
- FIG. 8 is an explanatory image diagram for explaining the effect by making the back side line 56 into a curved line curved outward.
- a notch (first notch 13) is provided at the side edge 12 in the lateral direction of the absorber 11, which corresponds to the position of the first convex apex 52 in the longitudinal direction. It was decided to be provided.
- the absorber 11 When the first notch 13 is provided at a position corresponding to the position of the first convex apex 52, the absorber 11 is easily bent in the longitudinal direction at the position of the first convex apex 52. That is, the absorber 11 easily bends along a virtual line connecting the pair of first convex portions 52 (in other words, a virtual line connecting the pair of first notches 13). Therefore, it becomes possible to form the space which stores excrement more appropriately.
- the position in the vertical direction of the virtual line (the first convex portion 52, the first notch 13) often corresponds to the anus, so the absorber 11 is bent at the virtual line. In some cases, it is possible to secure a space for containing stool.
- the first notch 13 also contributes to the bending of the absorber 11 along the center line 58 (the standing of the absorber outer portion 16 located outside the center line 58). As shown in the left view of FIG. 9, the presence of the first notch 13 facilitates bending of the portion of the absorber outer side portion 16 adjacent to the first notch 13 indicated by the symbol A (temporarily, In the case where the first notch 13 is not present, as shown in the right figure of FIG. It becomes difficult to do). Therefore, it becomes possible to form the absorber 11 corresponding to a crotch into a more neat cup shape.
- FIG. 9 is an explanatory image diagram for explaining the operation and effect by providing the first notch 13.
- the position of the first convex apex 52 is The absorber 11 is easily bent in the longitudinal direction. That is, the absorber 11 easily bends along a virtual line connecting the pair of first convex portions 52. Therefore, it becomes possible to form the space which stores excrement more appropriately.
- the elastic main body 10 is provided with the elastic member (that is, the LG thread rubber 26a and the LSG thread rubber 29) along the longitudinal direction, the stretching force of the elastic member is obtained.
- the absorbent body 11 is more easily bent in the longitudinal direction at the position of the first convex portion 52. That is, along the virtual line connecting the pair of first convex portions 52, the absorber 11 is more easily bent. Therefore, it becomes possible to form the space which stores excrement much more appropriately.
- the LSG thread rubber 29 is positioned outside in the lateral direction than the first convex portion 52. Therefore, when the LSG thread rubber 29 is shrunk on the outer side than the first convex portion 52, the absorber outer side portion 16 is easily erected in the crotch. Therefore, it is possible to form the absorber 11 corresponding to the crotch into a more neat cup shape.
- the first region R1 (a region other than the spotted portion in FIG. 2) and the second region R2 having an absorbent polymer / pulp ratio smaller than that of the first region R1 ( The spotted portion in FIG. 2 is provided, and the embossing line 50 is formed in the second region R2.
- the absorber 11 absorbs the liquid (excrement)
- the first region R1 swells more than the second region R2, so the emboss line 50 (first region R1) becomes a depression. Therefore, even in such a case, the state where the absorber 11 is bent along the center line 58 is appropriately maintained.
- the protruding portions 11 d are provided on both sides in the lateral direction of the embossing line 50.
- the end point of the dorsal line 56 is assumed to reach the side edge 12 in the lateral direction of the absorber 11. If the end point of the back side line 56 reaches the rear end 17 in the longitudinal direction of the absorber 11, the area of the absorber 11 covering the buttocks is significantly reduced. On the other hand, when the end point of the back side line 56 reaches the side edge 12 as in the present embodiment, it becomes possible to widely cover the buttocks with the absorber 11.
- the end point reaches the non-overlapping portion side edge 12 b of the side edge 12 instead of the back overlapping portion side edge 12 a. Therefore, the buttocks can be covered more widely by the absorber 11.
- the end point is located at an intermediate portion between the lower end 30b closer to the middle of the back waistline portion 30 and the first convex apex 52 in the longitudinal direction.
- the area of the absorber 11 covering the buttocks is reduced compared to the case where the middle part is provided, and the first convex apex 52 is more than the middle part. If provided on the side, there may be a possibility that the dorsal line 56 may affect the proper standing in the crotch region of the absorbent outer portion 16 (the possibility that the cup shape may not be formed firmly) . Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the end point is located at the intermediate portion, it becomes possible to form the cup shape more appropriately while covering the buttocks more widely with the absorber 11.
- the ventral side line 57 The end point of the lower end reaches the side edge (the ventral overlap side edge 12c) of the overlapping portion.
- the ventral-side line 57 is not on the buttocks side, so it is not necessary to have a shape for widely covering the buttocks. Therefore, in order to continue the cup shape similar to the cup shape in the crotch as far as possible in the abdomen, the end point of the ventral line 57 is positioned not on the non-overlapping portion side edge 12 b but on the ventral overlapping portion side edge 12 c There is. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to form the absorber 11 corresponding to the abdomen in a clean cup shape.
- the dorsal side line 56 is a curved line curved outward, while the ventral side line 57 is a curved line curved inwardly.
- ventral-side line 57 is not on the buttocks side, so it is not necessary to have a shape for widely covering the buttocks. Therefore, in order to make the leg easy to move, in order to narrow the width of the absorber 11, the ventral side line 57 is formed as a curve which is curved inward. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to form the shape of the absorber 11 in such a shape that the leg can easily move.
- first notch 13 is provided at the side edge position corresponding to the position of the first convex apex 52 in the vertical direction
- second in the vertical direction Notches are provided at the side edge position corresponding to the position of the convex apex 53 and the side edge position corresponding to the position of the third convex apex 54
- second notch 14 and third notch 15 are provided at the side edge position corresponding to the position of the convex apex 53 and the side edge position corresponding to the position of the third convex apex 54
- the absorber 11 is easily bent in the longitudinal direction not only at the position of the first convex portion 52 but also at the positions of the second convex portion 53 and the third convex portion 54. Therefore, it becomes possible to form the space which accommodates an excretion part more appropriately over the whole crotch.
- notches are provided in the absorbent body 11 (absorbent core) having pulp and absorbent polymer.
- the notch was not provided in the core wrap (upper layer core wrap 22 and lower layer core wrap 23) of the position corresponding to the said notch.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and not only the absorber 11 but also the core wrap may be provided with a notch (the absorber 11 and the core wrap are integrally cut away).
- the diapar 1 was what is called 3 piece type, and was divided into three components. That is, the absorptive main body 10, the back side waist part 30, and the ventral side waist part 40 were each made into one component.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the diaper 1 may be made of two parts, or three parts may be integrally provided.
- Reference Signs List 1 diaper, 1a waist opening 1b leg opening 10 absorbent main body 10a one end, 10b other end 11 absorber 11a back side overlapping portion 11b non overlapping portion 11c ventral side overlapping portion 11d ridge 12 side edge 12a back side overlapping portion side edge 12b non overlapping portion side edge 12c front side overlapping portion side edge 13 first notch 14 second notch notch 15 third notch 16 absorber outer portion 17 rear end 22 upper core wrap , 23 lower layer core wrap 24 top sheet member 25 back sheet member, 25a leak-proof sheet, 25b exterior sheet 26 side flap, 26a LG thread rubber, 26b side film 28 apex, 29 LSG thread rubber 30 back waist part, 30a both edges , 30b lower end 32 illustration sheet, 33 back side thread rubber 40 ventral side waist portion, 40a both edges, 40b lower end 42 illustration Sheet, 43 belly rubber 50 emboss line, 50a hollow, 50b squeezed portion 52 first convex top, 53 second convex top, 54 third convex top 56 back side line, 57
