- the supply unit 30 is provided with a shutter 38 that is selectively operated on the left side of the supply unit 31.
- the shutter 389 closes the exit of the supply part 31, and when a drug discharge signal is transmitted, the exit of the supply part 31 is opened to discharge the drug at the exit of the supply part 31 to the control unit 40. Be sure to When the discharge is completed, the shutter closes the exit side of the supply part 31 again.
- the shutter 38 may be selectively operated by information sensed by the at least one inlet sensor 35, the exhaust sensor 36, and the intermediate sensor 37.
- the shutter 38 closes the exit of the supply unit 30 when a supply failure of the medicine M is detected by any one of the inlet sensor 35, the discharge sensor 36, and the intermediate sensor 37. By doing so, the supply of the medicine M is interrupted.
- the shutter 38 is independently driven by the shutter driver 39.
- the control unit 40 adjusts the quantity of the drug (M) supplied through the supply unit (30).
- the control unit 40 as shown in Figure 8 and 9, the control tube 41, the first branch pipe 42, the second branch pipe 43, the guide blade 44 and the water quantity sensor 45. do.

- the guide blade 44 is rotatably installed in the control tube 41, to guide the drug (M) to any one of the first and second branch pipes (42) (43). That is, the guide blade 44 is rotated to control the path of the drug (M) toward the one of the first and second branch pipes (42) 43 in the control tube (41).
- the quantity sensor 45 is installed in the control tube 41, to detect the quantity of the drug (M) via the control tube (41). Based on the quantity of medicine (M) detected by the quantity sensor 45, the guide blade 44 is rotated in the R1 and R2 direction as shown in Figs. 8 and 9, the drug (M) to the drug wrapping paper ( Guide or withdraw).
- the storage unit 10 is lifted by the link unit 21 of the drive unit 20 and rotated by the rotating unit 25, thereby supporting the drug supported on the support 12. 5 is separated by centrifugal force and discharged to the supply unit 30 as shown in FIG. 5.
- the rotary unit 25 rotates the support 12. Therefore, the medicine M is moved toward the outer circumference by the centrifugal force of the support 12 and the inclination of the support surface 13 and flows into the supply unit 30 through the supply hole 14.
- the drug (M) introduced into the supply unit 30 is moved by the vibration of the vibrator 33 along the supply part 31 of the supply unit 30 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 to the control unit 40. Is moved. At this time, as the shutter 38 provided on the outlet side of the supply unit 30 is in an open state, the drug M passes through the supply unit 30 and is discharged to the adjustment unit 40. On the other hand, when an error of the medicine (M) is detected by at least one of the inlet sensor 35, the discharge sensor 36 and the intermediate sensor 37 installed in the supply unit 30, the shutter 38 is supplied The discharge of the medicine M is blocked by closing the exit of the unit 30.
- the drug (M) discharged from the control unit 40 is the first branch pipe 42 via the control pipe 41 by the movement of the guide blade 44 rotated in the R1 direction, as shown in FIG. Passed through the drug wrapping paper (P) is packaged to be discharged.
- the guide blade 44 is rotated in the R2 direction, the drug (M Is guided to the second branch engine 43, whereby it is recovered.
- the storage unit 10 may further include a drug remaining sensor for sensing whether the drug remaining on the support surface 13 of the support 12.
- the drug remaining sensor is a drug on the support surface 13
- the rotating motor of the rotating unit 25 By driving the, the support 12 is rotated quickly. Accordingly, the centrifugal force is increased, so that the medicine is easily supplied from the storage unit to the supply unit.
- the medicament starts to be supplied to the supply unit, it is possible to reduce the rotational speed of the storage unit by operating the rotary motor of the rotary unit 25 again.
- the operation of the drug packaging device may be stopped and a signal may be sent to the outside to refill the drug.
- the recovery container is full of the drug needs to be replaced, the drug needs to be replenished, or the central power supply of the medicine packaging device may be stopped for troubleshooting or replacement of the control unit.
- the drive source 22 of the link unit, the rotation motor of the rotating unit 25, and the vibrating unit 33 are driven independently to prepare in the state just before the drug is discharged.
- the discharge sensor 36 determines whether there is a medicine at the outlet of the supply part 31. If there is no drug at the outlet, the vibration unit 33 is driven to control the drug to be located at the outlet of the supply part 31.
- the intermediate sensor 37 determines whether there is a medicine on the path of the supply part 31. If there is no drug in the middle of the supply unit by driving the vibrating unit 33 to control the drug to be arranged side by side in the middle of the supply (31).
- the inlet sensor 32 determines whether there is a medicine at the inlet of the supply part 31. If there is no medicine at the inlet of the supply part, the driving source 22 of the link part and the rotating motor of the rotating part 25 are driven so that the medicine is introduced into the supply part 31 from the storage unit 10.
- the drive source 22 of the link unit, the rotation motor of the rotating unit 25, and the vibrating unit 33 independently drive to immediately supply the medicine. Can be sent to the location of the state. Accordingly, when the medicine packaging apparatus is restarted again, the medicine packaging time is shortened.
- the rotational speed of the storage unit in the drug packaging device it is possible to control the rotational speed of the storage unit in the drug packaging device. Therefore, when the drug is not well discharged, the rotational speed of the support is increased, and when the drug is well discharged, the rotational speed can be adjusted at a constant speed, so that the drug can be discharged smoothly.
- the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical packaging device that can be used in hospitals, pharmacies, homes, silver towns and the like.
