　しかしながら、表面カバーをクッション材に形成した吊り込む部にマジックファスナで締結する構造では、表面カバーを着脱する際、表面カバー側のマジックファスナと吊り込む部側のマジックファスナとのマジックファスナ同士が締結しやすいので、締結位置決めが定まらずに着脱作業に時間を要したり、締結位置が定まらずに表面カバーを締結すると、表皮カバーにシワや弛みが生じたり、長期間使用するとマジックファスナの機能が劣化するという課題が生じていた。
　本発明は、表面カバーにシワや弛みが発生し難く、表面カバーの着脱が容易で、しかも、長期間の使用にも耐えられるシートを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明は、シート部の表面カバーを着脱自在な第１締結部を介して連結し、前記表面カバーの一部をクッション材側に吊り込んでなる吊り込み部には、前記クッション材と前記表面カバーを着脱自在に連結する第２締結部が設けられてなるシートにおいて、

　このような構成を採用すると、凹部内に第２締結部が格納されるので、吊り込み部において第２締結部が乗員の臀部や背中に当たることを適切に防止することができる。
　また、前記第２締結部は、線ファスナであると好適である。
　この場合、線ファスナを利用すると、凹部の開口側で第４締結半部を上から押さえることにより位置合わせが容易に装着作業を行うことができるので、作業性が極めて良好である。
　本発明によれば、表面カバーにシワや弛みが発生し難く、表面カバーの着脱が容易で、しかも、長期間の使用にも耐えられるシートを提供することができる。

　以下、図面を参照しつつ本発明に係るシートの好適な実施形態について詳細に説明する。
　図１に示されるように、車両用シート１は、フロアパネル上で前後に移動自在なシートクッション（シート部）ＳＣと、シートクッションＳＣに対してリクライニング可能なシートバック（シート部）ＳＢとを備えている。シートクッションＳＣ及びシートバックＳＢは、発泡体からなるクッション材２の表面が表皮３で覆われている。そして、表皮３は、表面カバー４と周囲カバー５とで構成されている。表面カバー４は、シートクッションＳＣ及びシートバックＳＢをそれぞれ別体で被覆している。

　このようなシート１においては、第１締結部３０と第２締結部５０とが着脱自在になっているので、表面カバー４を季節によって容易に交換したり、クリーニングすることができる。また、表面カバー４と周囲カバー５とを着脱自在な第２締結部５０で連結しているので、その結果、第１締結部３０に直接加わる負荷を、第２締結部５０が適切に低減させるので、第１締結部３０の破損を防止し、表面カバー４にシワや弛みが発生し難くなる。
　第２締結部５０は、線ファスナとして構成されているので、表面カバー４を吊り込んで、表面カバー４の第４締結半部５３を凹部４１内の第３締結半部５１に締結する際、その位置合わせが容易で、所定の位置に確実に締結することができるし、頻繁に締結着脱作業を行っても、線ファスナは丈夫なのでファスニング機能を損なうことがなく、耐久性が向上する。表面カバー４を吊り込む際には、工具等が不要で、ファスニングにより表面カバー４を吊り込み締結することができ、簡単に締結作業が行える。
　シート１に関して、シートバックＳＢを代表して説明したが、シートクッションＳＣの第１締結部３０、第２締結部５０及び吊り込み部Ａ４～Ａ６(図１参照)についても同様の構成を有しているので、その説明は省略する。
　本発明は、前述した実施形態に限定されないことは言うまでもない。例えば、本発明のシートは、自動車シート、航空機用シート、旅客船用シートなどに使用することができる。

　図６に示されるように、第１締結部６０は面ファスナとして構成されている。第１締結半部６１は、雄部をなして、表面カバー４の周縁で縫合されている。同様に、第２締結半部６２は雌部をなして、周囲カバー５の周縁で縫合されている。
　図７に示されるように、第１締結部７０は引っ掛け可能なフック手段で構成されている。樹脂製の第１締結半部７１の先端には、断面Ｕ又はＶ字状の第１引っ掛け部７１ａが設けられ、第１締結半部７１の基端は、表面カバー４の周縁で縫合されている。同様に、樹脂製の第２締結半部７２の先端には、断面Ｕ又はＶ字状の第２引っ掛け部７２ａが設けられ、第２締結半部７２の基端は、周囲カバー５の周縁で縫合されている。
　そして、第２引っ掛け部７２ａに対して第１引っ掛け部７１ａを引っ掛けることで、表面カバー４を周囲カバー５に接続させることができる。この引っ掛け状態で、表面カバー４を強く引っ張ることで、第２引っ掛け部７２ａから第１引っ掛け部７１ａを容易に外すことができる。

Claims (5)

  1. 　シート部の表面カバーを着脱自在な第１締結部を介して連結し、前記表面カバーの一部をクッション材側に吊り込んでなる吊り込み部には、前記クッション材と前記表面カバーとを着脱自在に連結する第２締結部が設けられてなるシートにおいて、
    　前記クッション材と前記表面カバーとを着脱自在に連結する第２締結部は、線ファスナにより形成したこと特徴とするシート。
  2. 　着脱自在な前記第２締結部は、
    　前記クッション材側で前記吊り込み部に沿って延在する凹部内で前記クッション材に固定された第３締結半部と、
    　前記表面カバーに設けられて前記凹部内に格納されると共に、前記第３締結半部に着脱自在に連結される第４締結半部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項１記載のシート。
  3. 　前記第２締結部は、スライドファスナであることを特徴とする請求項１記載のシート。
  4. 　前記第１締結部は、面ファスナで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載のシート。
  5. 　前記第１締結部は、フック手段で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載のシート。
