Description
本願は、2014年10月30日に、日本に出願された特願2014-221419号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
ICタグの一例としては、ICチップと、ICチップに接続される第1アンテナと、第1アンテナに近接して配置され、第1アンテナと非接触で共振するブースター用の第2アンテナとを備えるものが知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
なお、本実施の形態は、発明の趣旨をより良く理解させるために具体的に説明するものであり、特に指定のない限り、本発明を限定するものではない。
図1は、本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体を示す概略平面図である。
本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体10は、ICチップ11と、ICチップ11が接続される第1アンテナ12と、第1アンテナ12と非接触で共振するブースター用の第2アンテナ13と、を備える。
さらに、第2アンテナ13は、中央部13Aの中央を通り、第2アンテナ13の長手方向に対して垂直な直線(中心線)を基準として線対称(紙面左右方向に線対称)となっている。
このような配置にするのは、第1アンテナ12と第2アンテナ13との電磁界結合を強くするためである。つまり、第2アンテナ13と、第1アンテナ12の3つの直線部12A,12B,12Dの各々との間隔d1,d2,d3が2mmを超えると、第1アンテナ12と第2アンテナ13との間における電磁界結合が弱くなることがある。
このようにすれば、第1アンテナ12と第2アンテナ13との間における電磁界結合をより強くすることができる。

図2は、本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体を示す概略平面図である。図2において、図1に示した第1の実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体と同一の構成要素には同一符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体20が、第1の実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体10と異なる点は、次の2点である。ICチップ11が、第1アンテナ12の直線部12Dの中央部に配置されている点。ICチップ11が、第2アンテナ13の第2直線部15の一方(紙面右側)の中央部に近接して配置されている点。
図3は、本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体を示す概略平面図である。図3において、図1に示した第1の実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体と同一の構成要素には同一符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体30が、第1の実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体10と異なる点は、次の2点である。ICチップ11が、第1アンテナ12の直線部12Cと直線部12Dとの境界近傍に配置されている点。ICチップ11が、第2アンテナ13の第2直線部15の一方(紙面右側)とブースターアンテナ部13Bとの境界近傍に近接して配置されている点。
図4は、本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体を示す概略平面図である。図4において、図1に示した第1の実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体と同一の構成要素には同一符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体40が、第1の実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体10と異なる点は、次の2点である。ICチップ11が、第1アンテナ12の直線部12Aと直線部12Dとの境界に配置されている点。ICチップ11が、第2アンテナ13の第1直線部14と第2直線部15の一方(紙面右側)との境界近傍に近接して配置されている点。
図5は、本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体を示す概略平面図である。図5において、図1に示した第1の実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体と同一の構成要素には同一符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体50が、第1の実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体10と異なる点は、次の点である。第2アンテナ51が、中央部51Aの中央を通り、第2アンテナ51の長手方向に対して垂直な直線を基準として非対称(紙面左右方向に非対称)となっている点。すなわち、第2アンテナ51では、中央部51Aの中央を通り、第2アンテナ51の長手方向に対して垂直な直線を基準として、紙面左側のブースターアンテナ部51Bが、紙面右側のブースターアンテナ部51Cよりも短くなっている。
また、ICチップ11は、第2アンテナ51を一直線に伸した場合に、その一直線の中央部に近接するように配置されている。
図6は、本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体を示す概略平面図である。
本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体60は、ICチップ61と、ICチップ61が接続される第1アンテナ62と、第1アンテナ62と非接触で共振するブースター用の第2アンテナ63と、を備える。
さらに、第2アンテナ63は、中央部63Aの中央を通り、第2アンテナ63の長手方向に対して垂直な直線(中心線)を基準として線対称(紙面左右方向に線対称)となっている。
このような配置にするのは、第1アンテナ62と第2アンテナ63との電磁界結合を強くするためである。つまり、第2アンテナ63と、第1アンテナ62の3つの直線部62A,62B,62Eの各々との間隔d11,d12,d13が2mmを超えると、第1アンテナ62と第2アンテナ63との間における電磁界結合が弱くなることがある。

図7は、本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体を示す概略平面図である。
本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体70は、ICチップ71と、ICチップ71が接続される第1アンテナ72と、第1アンテナ72と非接触で共振するブースター用の第2アンテナ73と、を備える。
さらに、第2アンテナ73は、中央部73Aの中央を通り、第2アンテナ73の長手方向に対して垂直な直線(中心線)を基準として線対称(紙面左右方向に線対称)となっている。
このような配置にするのは、第1アンテナ72と第2アンテナ73との電磁界結合を強くするためである。つまり、第2アンテナ73と、第1アンテナ72の3つの直線部72A,72B,72Dの各々との間隔d21,d22,d23が2mmを超えると、第1アンテナ72と第2アンテナ73との間における電磁界結合が弱くなることがある。

本実施形態の非接触型データ受送信体80は、ICチップ11と、ICチップ11が接続される第1アンテナ12と、第1アンテナ12と非接触で共振するブースター用の第2アンテナ83と、を備える。
また、第2アンテナ83は、その長手方向に沿って、中央部83Aにおいて折り曲げられて(窪んで)いる。
このような配置にするのは、第1アンテナ12と第2アンテナ83との電磁界結合を強くするためである。つまり、第2アンテナ83と、第1アンテナ12の3つの直線部12A,12B,12Dの各々との間隔d31,d32,d33が2mmを超えると、第1アンテナ12と第2アンテナ83との間における電磁界結合が弱くなることがある。
このようにすれば、第1アンテナ12と第2アンテナ83との間における電磁界結合をより強くすることができる。

金属としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、鉄、ステンレス、アルミニウム等が挙げられる。
第2アンテナ83の厚さは、特に限定されないが、例えば、1mm~3mmである。
また、第1~第7の実施形態では、第2アンテナが、中央部と、中央部に連接し、中央部から紙面の左右方向にそれぞれ沿在する直線状のブースターアンテナ部とから構成されている場合を例示した。また、第8の実施形態では、第2アンテナが、凹部を有する平板状の中央部と、中央部に連接し、中央部から紙面の左右方向にそれぞれ沿在する平板状のブースターアンテナ部とから構成されている、すなわち、第2アンテナが長手方向に沿って、その中央部において折り曲げられた(窪んだ)場合を例示した。このような第2アンテナは、「第1アンテナの3つの直線部の各々に沿うように、且つ互いに90度以上の角度をなすように中央部が折り曲げられた辺部を有するアンテナ」に含まれる。

Claims (3)
- ICチップと、該ICチップが接続される第1アンテナと、該第1アンテナと非接触で共振するブースター用の第2アンテナとを備える非接触型データ受送信体であって、
前記第1アンテナは、少なくとも3つの直線部を有する環形状のアンテナであり、
前記第2アンテナは、前記第1アンテナの前記3つの直線部の各々に沿うように、且つ互いに90度以上の角度をなすように中央部が折り曲げられたアンテナであり、
前記ICチップは、前記第1アンテナの前記3つの直線部上に配置され、該直線部において前記第1アンテナに接続されていることを特徴とする非接触型データ受送信体。 - 前記第2アンテナは、前記第1アンテナの前記3つの直線部の各々との間隔が2mm以下となるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の非接触型データ受送信体。
- 前記第1アンテナは、四角環形状であり、
前記第2アンテナは、前記第1アンテナの長さの4分の3以上の長さに亘って前記第1アンテナに沿うようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の非接触型データ受送信体。
