Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る分配搬送装置として、想定される胴回りの最大直径が50mmである卵Eを物品として選別包装する選別包装装置Sと、選別包装装置Sに備えられている分配搬送装置1について説明する。図1に示すように卵Eの選別包装装置Sは分配搬送装置1と、供給搬送部2と、移載部4と、容器搬送部7とを備えている。また、図2から図5に示すように分配搬送装置1は分配搬送部3と、受取部9とを備えている。

Claims (7)
- 物品を搬送しながら、それぞれ定められた場所で分配する分配搬送装置であって、
複数の物品を搬送幅の中心線に沿って千鳥配置で搬送し、それぞれの分配放出場所で放出する分配放出部と、
前記分配放出部で放出した物品を前記中心線の下方で受け取る受取部とを備える、分配搬送装置。 - 前記分配放出部が搬送する物品は、搬送幅方向から見て隣り合う物品の輪郭同士が重なる、請求項1に記載の分配搬送装置。
- 前記分配放出部が搬送する物品は、搬送方向から見て物品の輪郭同士が重なる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の分配搬送装置。
- 前記受取部は、前記分配放出部が搬送する物品の搬送幅よりも、物品を受け取る幅が広い、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の分配搬送装置。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の分配搬送装置を備える、選別包装装置。
- 請求項5に記載の選別包装装置を備える、選別包装施設。
- 物品を搬送しながら、それぞれ定められた場所で分配する分配搬送方法であって、
複数の物品を搬送幅の中心線に沿って千鳥配置で搬送し、それぞれの分配放出場所で放出するステップと、
放出した物品を前記中心線の下方で受け取るステップとを備える、分配搬送方法。
