- points are usually calculated based on the time from departure to arrival, and in places where there is a delay in departure due to congestion, on days when congestion is expected due to events, etc. An operation form such as introduction can be considered.
- the point calculation unit 13 sets points (first use points) set in advance according to the navigation time for each section based on the time from the planned departure time of the ship 2 to the planned arrival time. Use points to calculate.
- the point calculation unit 13 specifies the boarding port of the flight on which the user 1 has boarded and the disembarking port from the boarding recording table 101 based on the point ID and the operation ID.
- the point calculation unit 13 searches the navigation record table 102 from the information of the operation ID, the embarkation port, and the embarkation port, and identifies navigation data of the section on which the user 1 is embarked.
- the point calculation unit 13 reads out the port and the port from the identified navigation data, refers to the point conversion table 103, and reads out the granted points from the record in which the “condition” is “port to port”. For example, in the above example, 100 points given to the section "A port-B port”, 120 points given to the section "B port-C port”, "C port-D "80 points given to the section of the harbor” is read out.
- the point calculation unit 13 adds all the read points and calculates points according to the section (A port to D port) on which the user 1 has boarded.
- points are set according to the time required for navigation of each section (time from planned departure time to planned arrival time). For example, even if the distance between A and B and the distance between B and C are the same, navigation between A and B takes more time depending on the conditions of the sea area such as wind and waves. If there is, a big point will be set up between A port and B port. Further, even if the same port A and port B are used, different points are set if the navigation time is different between port A and port B and port B and port A due to the flow of tides and the like.
- the points are set according to the navigation time due to the influence of the tidal current and the like also for the same port A to B navigation.
- lines 4 to 5 in FIG. 5 are an example thereof.
- the point calculating unit 13 discontinues the time after the user embarks on the basic point determined for each section and the time from the port to the port.
- the point (second use point) according to the time obtained by adding the time until the second time is added to calculate the point.
- the method of determining the basic point based on the section where the user 1 has boarded is as described above.
- the calculation method of the time from the user's embarkation to the departure from the port and the time from the arrival of the port to the departure of the user is as follows.
- the point calculation unit 13 reads out the boarding port of the flight on which the user 1 has boarded, the boarding time, the boarding port, and the boarding time from the boarding recording table 101 based on the operation ID and the point ID.
- the point calculation unit 13 searches the navigation record table 102 from the information of the operation ID, the boarding port, and the shipping port, identifies the record of the navigation data of the section where the user 1 has boarded, and from the record, the departure time and arrival Read time
- the point calculation unit 13 subtracts the boarding time from the departure time that has been read out, and calculates the time from the time the user goes on boarding to the time when he departs.
- the point calculation unit 13 subtracts the arrival time from the read-out departure time, and calculates the time from the arrival of the port to the arrival of the user.
- the point calculation unit 13 refers to the point conversion table 103, reads out the granted points per unit time from the record in which the “condition” is “boarding time”, and the time from the time the user embarks to the departure The value obtained by totaling the time from arrival to departure of the user is multiplied by the read out provision point.
- the point calculation unit 13 adds points corresponding to a value obtained by adding the time from the embarkation to the departure and the time from the arrival to the departure to the basic point corresponding to the embarkation section.
- the basic point used in this "point calculation taking into consideration the user's boarding time to the basic point" is not only the time required to navigate the section (the time from the planned departure time to the planned arrival time), but also the section
- the fixed value may be fixed according to the distance of the ship, or may be given uniformly to boarding vessels of any section (for example, any of A port to B port, B port to C port, C port to D port Even if it is a section, 100 points may be uniformly given).
- this method it is possible to expect an effect of alleviating congestion due to concentration of customers and navigation delay due to congestion by prompting the user to embark as soon as possible and to get off slowly as much as possible.
- reading operation is not performed especially regarding the departure time.
- a fixed value such as the scheduled arrival time may be used to calculate the time from the arrival of the port to the departure of the user.
- the point calculation unit 13 calculates the point (second use point) according to how late the time when the train actually arrived at the port is behind the planned arrival time described in the timetable. Do.
- the point calculation unit 13 specifies the boarding port of the flight on which the user 1 has boarded and the disembarking port from the boarding recording table 101 based on the operation ID and the point ID.
- the point calculation unit 13 searches the navigation record table 102 from the information of the operation ID, the boarding port, and the shipping port, identifies the record of the navigation data of the section where the user 1 has boarded, and arrives at the scheduled port of the identified navigation data. Read out the time and arrival time.
- the point calculation unit 13 subtracts the planned arrival time from the read arrival time. If the subtracted value is a positive value, the flight has arrived late at the port where the user 1 got off. In that case, the point calculation unit 13 multiplies the calculated arrival delay time by the point per unit time with respect to the arrival delay to calculate a grant point.
- the point calculation unit 13 reads the point to be provided for the arrival delay per unit time from the record in which the “condition” of the point conversion table 103 is “arrival delay”. In the example of FIG. 5, it is 10 points per minute. Thereby, the user's dissatisfaction can be reduced by converting the arrival delay of the ship into points. If the calculated arrival delay time falls within a predetermined allowable range (for example, one minute), the arrival delay point may not be provided.
- the point calculation taking into consideration the arrival delay includes the above-mentioned "Point calculation by ship time”, “Point calculation by time from departure to port”, “Point calculation by basic point”, and “Time of boarding time of user to basic point” It can be used in combination with any of "Point calculation considered”. Also, when arriving early at the port, the points to be awarded to the user 1 may be reduced.
- the point calculation unit 13 calculates the point (second use point) according to how much the time when the actual departure from the port was delayed from the planned departure time described in the timetable. .
- the point calculation unit 13 specifies the boarding port of the flight on which the user 1 has boarded and the disembarking port from the boarding recording table 101 based on the operation ID and the point ID.
- the point calculation unit 13 searches the navigation record table 102 from the information of the operation ID, the port of arrival, and the port of departure, identifies navigation data of the section on which the user 1 has boarded, and planned departure time and departure of the identified navigation data. Read time and time.
- the point calculation unit 13 subtracts the planned departure time from the departure time.
- the point calculation unit 13 multiplies the calculated departure delay time by the point per unit time with respect to the departure delay to calculate the granted point.
- the point calculation unit 13 reads the point for the unit delay with respect to the departure delay from the record in which the “condition” of the point conversion table 103 is “departure delay”. In the example of FIG. 5, it is 5 points per minute.
- the departure delay point may not be provided.
- the point calculation in consideration of the departure delay can be used in combination with any of the above-described point calculation methods, as in the case of “point calculation in consideration of departure delay”.
- the point calculation unit 13 calculates the points, for example, according to how many hours you have boarded in one month. This point calculation method is used for the purpose of additionally providing points to the frequently used user 1. As the point grant time up to now, the time from when the user 1 gets on the ship until getting off the ship, the time from when the ship 2 actually leaves the port until the time when the port arrives, or the time from the planned departure time to the planned arrival time Although the point calculation according to it was described, the calculation method of the boarding time in each utilization time within a predetermined period may be any of these.
- the point calculation unit 13 reads the boarding record data in a predetermined period from the boarding record table 101 for each point ID. Then, the point calculation unit 13 sums up values obtained by subtracting the boarding time from the boarding time in each boarding recording data, and obtains a total value of the boarding time in a predetermined period. Next, the point calculation unit 13 refers to the point conversion table 103, and reads the provision points from the record in which the “condition” is “board for X hours or more” according to the total value ( ⁇ X) of the boarding times. The point calculation unit 13 determines the read value as the assignment point.
- the point conversion table 103 for example, if a certain section is reciprocated three or more times a week, the boarding time that can be reached in one month is set, and for passengers using regular flights of that section on a daily basis. Continue to use the ship 2 to encourage points as points are added. In addition, passengers who regularly use regular flights often use only the second-class rooms (the lowest grade cabins). According to this point calculation method, by allowing such users to have the opportunity to experience higher-grade cabins by using accumulated points, it is possible to use frequently-used users with high-grade cabins. The effect to induce can be expected.
- the point calculating unit 13 In point calculation based on ticketing time and boarding time, in addition to boarding time, the point calculating unit 13 further adds time from ticketing to boarding or time from ticketing to departure to the point calculation target time. For example, when the transmitting device 20A is installed near the ticket vending machine and the user 1 holds the card 3 at the time of ticket issue, the information of the ticket issue time is transmitted to the point calculation device 10, and the point calculation information acquisition unit 11 , And writes the ticketing time to the “embedded time” item of the boarding record table 101. Then, the point calculation unit 13 calculates points based on the difference between the “embedding time” in which the ticketing time is recorded and the “disembarking time”.
- Ticketing machines and ticket offices are often congested as time to departure approaches. According to this point calculation method, it is expected that the number of passengers trying to receive tickets as soon as possible can alleviate congestion at a ticket office. When the number of ticketing machines is small, etc., it can be used to prevent delays in port departure due to congestion by introducing it into a port where congestion in a ticket office is a problem.
- the degree of satisfaction of the user can be enhanced by combining with the point giving according to the above boarding time.
- the point calculation unit 13 adds points (second use points) based on the degree of congestion of the ship 2 in addition to the boarding time. For example, in each port, the number of passengers on which an employee gets on and off a ship is counted and transmitted from the terminal device 21 to the management system via the network. In the management system, the number of passengers is recorded for each shipping service and each section. The point calculation unit 13 acquires, from the management system, the number of passengers in the section where the user 1 who is the target of point calculation is on board, and calculates, for example, what percentage of the maximum boarding number.
- the grant points are acquired from the record in which the "condition" is "90% or more of boarding rate” from the point conversion table 103, and boarding the section
- points are given to the user 1 who was carrying out.
- points may be attached to the section where the degree of congestion is low to prompt the user's use.
- the point calculation unit 13 adds a point (second use point) based on the cabin grade used by the user 1 to the point based on the boarding time.
- the point calculation unit 13 reads information on the cabin grade used by the user 1 from the boarding record table 101 based on the point ID.
- the point calculation unit 13 acquires points to be given to the read cabin grade from the point conversion table 103. For example, assuming that the grade of the cabin used by the user 1 is “1 grade”, in the example of FIG. 5, 10 points are acquired from data whose condition is “1 grade”. And the point calculation part 13 adds 10 points to the point based on boarding time, and calculates the point provided to the said user.
- the point conversion table 103 sets the award points for "first grade” and "special grade”. And, it is possible to give points to users of first grade room or more without giving points to users of second grade room. By setting in this way, it is possible to give priority to users who use a grade of 1 grade or more, and can be a trigger for using a room of high grade. In addition, for example, even when a user who normally uses an inexpensive second-class room wants to use the first-class room in a situation where a ship is congested or the like, it becomes easy to use if points are added. In addition to the differentiation of points by cabin grade, a difference may be made in the points to be provided depending on the type of vessel on which the user has boarded.
- the point calculation unit 13 is a point based on the number of users based on the number of users based on the number of users based on the time of boarding (for the second passenger Add).
- the information on the number of users is included in the reservation information input from the user at the time of reservation and is stored in the management system.
- the point calculation unit 13 refers to the reservation information and acquires information on the number of users.
- the point calculation unit 13 refers to the point conversion table 103, acquires points corresponding to the number of users, and adds the points to the points based on the boarding time.
- 5 points are added with respect to each point ID of the passenger who aboards four or more persons. As a result, it is possible to promote boarding with more friends and the like, and promote the use of the ship.
- the point calculation unit 13 is a case where the ship 2 can not be operated due to a sudden change in the weather, and the point given to the user who came to the port intending to actually get on board Calculate In such a case, it is set so as to transmit information indicating the cancellation along with the point ID and the like to the computer constituting the transmission device 20A.
- the transmitting device 20A transmits the point ID, the operation ID and information indicating that the flight is canceled to the point calculation device 10.
- the point addition information acquisition unit 11 acquires the information and outputs the information to the point calculation unit 13.
- the point calculation unit 13 reads out the provision points from the data for which the “condition” of the point conversion table 103 is canceled, and determines the value as the points to be provided to the user 1. In addition, when leaving the port or returning during navigation, the transmitting device 20B transmits the information indicating that the port has been removed or returned to the point calculation device 10 together with the point ID and the like at the time of cancellation. The point calculation unit 13 reads out the provision points from the data in which the “condition” of the point conversion table 103 is “withdrawal” and “return”, respectively, and gives the value to the user 1 (second use point Decide on). In addition, leaving a port means calling at normal times, but passing by without passing to the port due to poor weather or the like.
- a point based on the boarding time is added with an allowance point by disembarking port.
- the user 1 who was scheduled to go on board at the port where he left the port is given an award point for cancellation.
- the return is to return the ship 2 due to a bad weather or the like before reaching the port where it would normally arrive.
- the point based on the boarding time is added with the return point for the granted point.
- the user 1 who was scheduled to embark from the port that could not arrive is given a cancellation point grant point. This makes it possible to ease the dissatisfaction of the user who has been stopped due to a cancellation or the like.
- Point calculation based on the number of boardings In point calculation based on the number of boardings, the point calculation unit 13 calculates points (second use points) according to the number of boardings. The point calculation unit 13 acquires, from the point conversion table 103, points to be awarded based on the number of boardings. For example, in the example of FIG. 5, 1 point is acquired from the data of the condition "number of times of boarding”. This point is a point awarded for each boarding vessel. The point calculation unit 13 calculates the points to be given to the user by adding the read one point to the points based on the boarding time. In addition, although the example which gives 1 point for every boarding is shown in FIG.
- the points to be provided stepwise may be changed according to the number of times of boarding, such as providing 15 points every ten boardings thereafter.
- Point calculation by card grade In point calculation based on the cabin grade, the point calculation unit 13 adds points (second use points) based on the grade of the card 3 used by the user 1.
- the card 3 is provided with various grades of cards having different services that can be enjoyed according to the annual fee and the like, and the user 1 can earn points in accordance with the grade of the card 3 he / she uses.
- the point calculation unit 13 reads the grade information of the card 3 used by the user 1 from the boarding and recording table 101 based on the point ID.
- the point calculation unit 13 acquires points to be given to the grade of the read card from the point conversion table 103. For example, assuming that the grade of the card 3 used by the user 1 is “1st”, in the example of FIG. 5, five points are acquired from data of the condition “card grade (1st)”.
- point calculation part 13 adds 5 points to a point based on boarding time, and calculates a point given to the user concerned.
- the point calculation unit 13 After calculating the points by these methods, the point calculation unit 13 records the points in the point management table 104 illustrated in FIG. 6 (step S17). Specifically, the point calculation unit 13 specifies the record of the point ID corresponding to the calculated point, and reads the accumulated point. The point calculation unit 13 adds the points calculated in step S16 to the read cumulative points, and updates the value of the “cumulative points” of the record of the point management table 104.
- the user can obtain points in accordance with the experience at the time of boarding by giving points according to the time when the user actually boarded the ship. It is possible to promote the use of ships.
- information such as the contact point of the user 1, the port, the frequency of use of the ship, and the like.
- Information can be provided to each user 1 using this information.
- the information to be provided is, for example, information such as bargain sale or events at a commercial facility near the port of arrival / shipment port of the user 1, or an operation status of a transit system available from the departure port, transfer information and the like.
