Claims (12)
- 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조 시스템으로서, 하기의 인쇄수단, 건조수단, 합포수단 및 접합수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조 시스템:- 소정의 인쇄패턴이 새겨진 인쇄수단을 구비하고 있으며, 접착제를 전술한 인쇄패턴으로 원단에 인쇄하는 인쇄수단;- 원단에 인쇄된 접착제가 합포과정에서 묻어나지 않도록 건조 또는 고화시키는 건조수단;- 접착제가 인쇄된 원단들을 접근 및 밀착시키는 합포수단; 및- 소정의 압착패턴을 갖는 돌출부가 형성된 압착수단을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 압축수단으로써 압착하면서 고주파가열에 의해 접착제를 경화시킴으로써, 원단을 경화된 접착제로써 접합시키는 접합수단;여기서, 전술한 인쇄패턴 및 압착패턴은 패턴 중심선을 기준으로 패턴(형태)가 서로 중첩될 수 있으면서 서로의 크기(폭)차이가 20% 이하임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 인쇄수단은 스탬핑 인쇄수단, 압연 프레스 인쇄수단, 롤러 인쇄수단 또는 스크린 인쇄수단으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 인쇄수단에서 사용되는 인쇄용 프레스 또는 롤러에는 소정의 인쇄패턴을 갖는 홈이 0.5~10mm의 깊이로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 인쇄수단은 안감원단용 접착제 인쇄수단 및 겉감원단용 접착제 인쇄수단을 둘다 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 건조수단은 열풍건조기 또는 텐터기인 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 합포수단은 상부 원단의 접착제 인쇄패턴 및 하부 원단의 접착제 인쇄패턴의 상대위치를 조정하기 위해 제1정렬수단 (원단위치 조정수단)을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 접합수단은 압연 프레스 또는 롤러에서 선택되는 압착수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 전술한 압착용 압연프레스 또는 롤러의 표면에는 소정의 압착패턴을 갖는 돌출부가 5~20 mm의 높이로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 접합수단은 5MHz~50 MHz의 고주파를 사용하는 유전가열 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 접합수단은 원단에 인쇄된 접착제의 위치 또는 압착팁의 위치를 조절하여 이들의 상대위치를 조정할 수 있는 제2정렬수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 제2정렬수단은, 접착제의 인쇄패턴의 중심선 및 돌출부의 압착패턴의 중심선을 일치시켜, 상기 인쇄패턴 및 상기 압착패턴의 상대위치가 동일하게 중첩될 수 있도록 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 인쇄수단의 인쇄패턴 및 접합수단의 압착패턴은 폭이 각각 1~10 mm에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다운제품용 이중원단의 제조장치.
