Abstract
根据本发明,提供一种绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其具备:印刷单元,其以规定的印刷图案而将粘接剂印刷到面料;干燥单元,其对上述粘接剂进行干燥;合布单元,其使印刷有粘接剂的面料靠近及紧贴;及接合单元,其以规定的压接图案而对被合布的面料进行压接,并进行高频加热而使粘接剂硬化,从而使用被硬化的粘接剂而将面料接合,上述印刷图案及压接图案以图案中心线为基准而使图案(形态)彼此重叠,彼此的尺寸(宽度)之差为20%以下。本发明的装置通过高频加热压接接合法及/或先接合后裁剪方式而能够大量生产具有绒毛隔室的绒毛产品用双重面料,由此形成的绒毛产品用双重面料的接合图案线的粘接力及耐久性优异,表面的图案线明显,该收尾加工质量优异,且审美性优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及包括印刷单元、干燥单元、合布单元及接合单元的具备通过高频接合形成的图案接合线的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,更具体地,涉及特征如下的具备通过高频接合形成的图案接合线的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置:具备刻有规定的印刷图案的印刷单元及具有规定的压接图案的高频加热单元,并且上述印刷图案与压接图案相同。
背景技术
作为保温材料而填充了鸭绒或鹅绒而制造的绒毛产品不仅作为防寒用服装及卧具类而使用,而且最近作为户外用服装等产品而受到关注。
通常,在外料与里料之间包括填充材料而制造的服装或卧具产品中,在产品的制造或使用中,产生内包的填充材料凝结、移动、重叠等现象,并且由此也可能带来诸多不便。在填充材料为布这样的纺织品的情况下,通过将填充材料的边缘一起固定在产品的边缘,从而可防止上述问题。在填充材料为棉或羊毛这样的连续性的材质的情况下,通过将里料、外料及它们之间的填充材料一起倒缝或以绗缝方式进行缝制,从而可防止填充材料的移动或凝结等。
在填充材料为鸭毛及鹅毛这样的不连续性的材质的情况下,难以通过上述的倒缝或绗缝方式来进行固定,因此在里料与外料之间形成绒毛隔室,从而防止移动、堆积。
绒毛隔室一般通过由隔室划分用结合线而将里料与外料连结而形成,换言之是指,形成由里料、外料及隔室划分用结合线构成的隔室(空间),并向其中填充绒毛。例如,在绒毛夹克的情况下,将被合布的里料和外料以一定的间隔一起缝制,形成由缝制线构成的隔室壁,并对里料和外料的被打开的边缘同时进行包缝收尾加工,由此形成在空间上被密封的绒毛隔室。
这样的具备绒毛隔室的绒毛产品虽然能够防止绒毛的移动或堆积,但存在如下问题:第一,具有绒毛穿透面料本身而渗出的可能性;第二,具有绒毛穿透针孔而渗出或雨水穿透针孔而渗出的可能性,由此存在发生恶臭的可能性;第三,需要用于形成绒毛隔室的缝制工序等,因此进一步花费生产成本的经济上的问题点。
最近提出了诸多通过面料本身的表面熔接或利用粘接剂、热熔胶等而接合面料等的无缝制方式来形成绒毛隔室,从而防止绒毛的渗出、雨水的渗透的方法,但由于通过熔接或接合而形成的隔室划分线的接合强度的不足、面料的损坏或面料的表面的图案线的收尾加工质量不良等问题,实际上不能适用于生产。
例如,在韩国实用新型申请20-2006-0022001号中公开了预先制造在里料与外料之间以波形注入粘接剂而形成波形的粘接部的双重面料,并将此裁剪成所希望的形状、形态并缝制而制造鸭毛的服装的方法以及由粘接装置部、接合装置部及干燥装置部构成的制造装置。上述文献公开了与现有的先裁剪后接合方式不同地,以先接合后裁剪的方式制造绒毛产品用双重面料的装置,而在该装置中存在如下的问题:第一,对涂布了粘接剂的外料不进行干燥而与里料合布,因此可能导致粘接剂被沾出或松散;第二,参照装置的结构图及说明书可知,单纯地使里料与外料紧贴而合布之后进行干燥,从而实现接合,由此可能导致接合强度不足;第三,在面料的表面几乎不形成图案线。
另外,在日本特开2000-328462号中公开了用注射针而向里料与外料之间注入粘接液,通过高频加热压接法而将里料、中间体及外料一并接合,并在表面刻印绗缝花纹的技术及装置。在上述文献中,向位于外料与里料之间的中间体注入液体状粘接剂,并在不进行干燥的情况下直接压接,并进行高频加热而将里料-中间体-外料接合,因此可在表面明显地形成与压接芯片的花纹相同的花纹,而内部的粘接状态为多变的,无法具备均匀的状态。因此,在利用上述文献的技术而将里层面料与外层面料接合的情况下,虽然表面的花纹可具备作为目标的图案,但以液体状注入的粘接剂有可能在面料之间扩散,导致内部收尾加工非常不良且不均匀,并且有可能通过在注入粘接剂时所生成的针孔而导致面料的损坏及雨水的渗透。
在这样的状況下,本发明人意识到在通过至今为止被公知的技术而由缝制法、熔接法或接合法来形成隔室划分线的现有的绒毛隔室形成方法的情况下,由于具有会形成导致绒毛的渗出或雨水的渗透的缝制孔的缺点、通过缝制或熔接而导致面料损坏的缺点、面料内部的隔室划分用结合线或接合线的粘接强度及耐久性不足的缺点、以及面料的外面的接合图案线不明显或收尾加工质量不良的缺点而在实际上难以生产或不具有实用性的问题点,并为了研发不存在或解决了这样的缺点和问题点的新的绒毛产品的制造方法而不断努力,特别地,为了研发如下的具备隔室划分用接合图案线的绒毛产品的制造方法而付出了诸多努力:面料内部的隔室划分用接合线具备优异的粘接力及粘接耐久性,面料外部的接合图案线明显且收尾加工质量优异,审美性优异。
其结果,本发明人在通过印刷方式而以具备规定的图案的方式向里料及/或外料的内表面涂布或印刷粘接液,并干燥成适当的水平,然后通过高频加热接合法而在压接情况下进行接合,从而制造出在面料之间具有隔室划分用接合线,在面料的表面的与接合线相同的位置具有图案线的绒毛产品的情况下,形成了如下的隔室划分用接合图案线:在未形成缝制孔及未发生面料的损坏的情况下,上述的接合线的粘接力及耐久性优异,上述的图案线明显,该收尾加工质量优异,且审美性优异。
发明内容
技术课题
本发明的目的在于研发一种如下的装置:通过先接合后裁剪方式而制造绒毛产品用双重面料,该双重面料具有通过高频加热接合法形成的图案接合线。
解决课题的手段
本发明人研发了通过高频加热接合法形成图案接合线,并包括如下的印刷单元、干燥单元、合布单元及接合单元的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置:印刷单元,其具备刻有规定的印刷图案的印刷单元,以上述印刷图案而将粘接剂印刷到面料;干燥单元,其对被印刷到面料的粘接剂以在合布过程中不被沾出的方式进行干燥或固化;合布单元,其使印刷有粘接剂的面料靠近及紧贴;及接合单元,其具备压接单元,在该压接单元中形成有具备规定的压接图案的突出部,利用上述压缩单元进行压接并通过高频加热而使粘接剂硬化,从而利用被硬化的粘接剂而将面料接合,在此,上述印刷图案及压接图案能够以图案中心线为基准而使图案(形态)彼此重叠,彼此的尺寸(宽度)之差为20%以下。
发明的效果
本发明的装置通过高频加热压接接合法及/或先接合后裁剪方式而能够大量生产具有绒毛隔室的绒毛产品用双重面料,由此形成的绒毛产品用双重面料的接合图案线的粘接力及耐久性优异,表面的图案线明显,该收尾加工质量优异,且审美性优异。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过先形成绒毛储存用隔室之后再进行裁剪的先接合后裁剪方式而制造绒毛产品用双重面料的装置,该装置构成为具备如下的印刷单元、干燥单元、合布单元及接合单元:
-印刷单元,其利用具有规定的印刷图案的印刷装置而将粘接剂印刷到面料;
-干燥单元,其在印刷有粘接剂的面料中使粘接剂进行干燥;
-合布单元,其使粘接剂被印刷并干燥后的面料靠近及紧贴;及
-高频接合单元,其利用具有规定的压接图案的压接装置而对印刷到面料的粘接剂进行压接,并对印刷干燥后的粘接剂进行高频加热而使其进行硬化反应,从而利用粘接剂而将面料接合,
其中,上述印刷图案及压接图案以图案中心线为基准而使图案(形态)彼此重叠,并且彼此的尺寸(宽度)之差为20%以下,具体地为10%以下,优选为5%以内,
在本发明的说明书中,印刷图案作为凹刻或刻印在印刷单元的图案,是指被印刷到面料的粘接剂的图案,压接图案作为形成于高频接合单元的压接用突出部的图案,是指在加热压接时形成于面料的表面的图案线。
下面,参照附图而对发明进行详细说明。
图1是表示在构成本发明的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置的各个单元中进行的工序及这些工序的顺序的图,图2是表示构成本发明的制造装置的各个单元的连结关系的图。
如图2所示,本发明的制造装置作为典型而包括投入单元(110)、印刷单元(120)、干燥单元(130)、合布单元(140)、接合单元(150)及卷绕单元(160),各个装置的作用及/或功能如下。
投入单元(110)是指,将里层面料辊(111)及外层面料辊(112)分别连结到输送带式或辊式工序线的导入部,使面料连续地投入到工序线的单元。
印刷单元(120)是将粘接剂按照规定的印刷图案而印刷到面料的单元,可从冲压印刷单元、压延加压印刷单元、滚筒印刷单元或丝网印刷单元等选择。在上述印模、压力机或辊中,以凹刻或凸刻的方式,优选以凹刻的方式刻有上述印刷图案,在上述的丝网上映着印刷图案。印刷单元相对构成双重面料的第一面料(外料)及第二面料(里料)可分别设置,粘接剂印刷到第一面料及第二面料中的任一面料或它们两者。图2中图示了滚筒印刷方式的里料印刷单元(121)及丝网印刷方式的外料印刷单元(122)。
并且,在图中印刷到里层面料的粘接剂(103)及印刷到外层面料的粘接剂(104)被印刷到进行水平移动的里层面料(101)及外层面料(102)的朝上的面,而这是为了便于说明而进行的图示,根据需要,也可以印刷到面料的朝下的面或进行垂直移动或倾斜移动的面料,而在这样的情况下,粘接液最好具备不流下的程度的粘度。
作为里料印刷装置,例示了滚筒印刷装置(121),而使用了该装置的印刷方法在图4中所例示。如图4所示,滚筒印刷装置(121)基本地包括:粘接液供给器(128)、解除辊(127)、主辊(125)及导向刀(129)。粘接液(103)从粘接液容器(128)被供给到解除辊(127)[参照:图(a)],接着,被传递到刻有印刷图案的主辊(125)的槽(124)[参照:图(b)及(c)],这样被传递到主辊的槽(125)的粘接液在与面料接触时,附着于面料的表面而被传递到面料[参照:图(d)、(e)及(f)]。这样被印刷到面料的粘接液(103)在后续的干燥装置中进行干燥,由此紧固到面料。滚筒印刷装置(121)进一步包括用于去除附着于主辊的槽(124)(凹刻有印刷图案的部分)以外的印刷的导向刀(129)。
在图2中,作为外料印刷装置(122)而图示了丝网印刷装置,丝网印刷装置包括粘接液供给器、丝网及刷子。在丝网印刷装置中,粘接液从粘接液供给器被供给到丝网,接着,在丝网与面料接触时,由刷子扫刷丝网,由此粘接液沿着刻在丝网的图案而涂布到面料。这样涂布的粘接液(104)在后续的干燥装置(130)进行干燥,由此紧固到面料。
在干燥单元(130)中,将印刷到面料的粘接液进行干燥,为了在合布时彼此不沾出或图案不被破坏,以适当的程度干燥或固化而附着到面料。在干燥步骤中,附着到面料的表面的粘接液根据较高的干燥温度而粘度下降,并进一步渗入到面料内部而被紧固。可由相同或不同的干燥单元而对里料及外料进行干燥。在图2中,由相同的干燥单元而对里料和外料进行干燥,而这仅为例示,本发明不限于此。可通过加热、送风、红外线照射或它们的组合来进行干燥,而用于进行这些步骤的发热体(例如、发热灯丝)、送风机及发光体等在图2中未进行具体记载。根据本发明的一个优选具体例,上述干燥单元由拉幅机选择。
合布单元(140)是使里料和外料彼此靠近而紧贴,从而将面料合布的单元,例如以使里料及外料紧贴,使里料的印刷图案及外料的印刷图案彼此一致的方式紧贴。
上述的合布单元还包括第1排列单元(面料位置调整单元),其在使第一面料(或下部面料或里料)与第二面料(或上部面料或外料)紧贴的过程中进行排列,以使里料的印刷图案与外料的印刷图案一致。在本发明中,通过面料的位置的调节及/或移送速度的调节而进行使里料的印刷图案与外料的印刷图案一致的位置排列,而作为用于进行该步骤的单元,可例举可变辊单元(142)或面料速度调节单元等。可变辊(142)在面料的移送路径中与面料接触,通过将该位置上下移动,能够变更面料的路径。由此,可调整附着于里料和外料的粘接剂的相对位置。
一般地,面料的移送速度的调节是通过调整印刷工序或干燥工序等的速度而达成,但存在需要在整个工序线中调节面料的移送速度的问题。因此,与调节移送速度的情况相比,通过调节移送路径而排列面料的位置的方法更为容易或有效。
对使用可变辊(142)而进行的第1排列单元的动作方式说明如下。例如,在附着于里料(101)的粘接剂(103)比附着于外料(102)的粘接剂(104)稍微延迟而引入到合布装置内的情况下,可稍微延迟外料(102)的整体移送速度。进而,使位于外料的移送路径上的可变辊(142)向上方移动,拉长外料(102)的移送路径,从而能够将外料的粘接剂(104)的位置移动到后方,其结果,能够使里料与外料的图案一致。
这样的第1排列单元(面料位置调整单元)例如进一步包括用于测定附着于里层面料及外层面料的粘接剂的相对位置的单元及调整面料的移送速度或面料的移送路径,以使上述相对位置一致的调整单元。位置測定装置与能够调节面料的移送速度及/或面料的移送路径的单元联接,并通过计算机而进行控制,从而不仅能够精密地进行上述的排列过程,而且还能够实现自动化。
接合单元(150)是在面料的压接下通过高频加热而使粘接剂硬化,并使面料结合的单元,可使用在表面形成有规定的压接图案的压接用突出部或形成有压接芯片的压延压力机或辊压接单元而进行。
在接合单元(150)中,以使突出部的压接图案与被合布的面料的印刷图案一致的方式将上述突出部和合布的面料分别定位之后,使突出部靠近面料的一侧,并将面料压接,同时通过高频加热而使粘接剂进行硬化反应,从而使面料接合。
根据本发明的一个优选具体例,上述接合单元(150)包括第2排列单元(未图示),该第2排列单元调整面料及/或突出部的位置,以使粘接剂的印刷图案与突出部的压接图案彼此一致。第2排列单元调整被印刷到面料的粘接剂的位置或压接芯片的位置,且能够调整它们的相对位置,为此,包括用于调整被合布的面料的移送速度、突出部的位置、辊的速度等的单元。
可通过由可变辊(142)进行的面料的位置的调整或面料的移送速度的调整而在微细的程度上精密地调整被合布的面料的印刷图案的位置。关于被合布的面料的移送速度的调整,存在必须在整个工序线中变更面料的移送速度的问题,因此利用可变辊而变更被合布的面料的位置,调整被合布的面料的印刷图案的位置更为容易。
另外,通过调整压接图案的位置而实现印刷图案与压接图案的一致。压接图案的位置,具体地,压接辊或压力机的压接芯片或突出部的位置是通过变更它们的动作速度(即,辊的旋转速度或压力机的压接速度)或它们的位置(例如,高低)而进行调整。调节辊或压力机的动作速度及/或位置的工序最容易且有效。因此,以印刷图案与压接图案一致的方式排列面料和压接芯片的第2排列单元的目的是通过调节面料的位置、压接芯片的位置、面料的移送速度、压接芯片的动作速度等的方式而达到,优选为,通过调节压接芯片的位置或动作速度而达到。
上述第2排列单元包括粘接剂位置測定装置及/或加热芯片位置调整装置,并通过计算机而对它们一并进行控制,从而能够进一步精密地进行上述排列工序,进而实现自动化。
上述第1排列单元及第2排列单元可使用在印刷领域中印刷2种以上的色相的印刷法,例如分别印刷3种色相的3色印刷法或分别印刷4种色相的4色印刷法和类似的技术及装置。
根据本发明的一个具体例,印刷图案及压接图案以图案中心线为基准而使图案(形态)彼此重叠,彼此的尺寸(宽度)之差为20%以下,优选为10%以下。
卷绕单元(160)是指,将连续地制造的双重面料(161)经过任意的冷却过程之后,以辊(162)形态卷绕的单元,但并不仅限定于卷绕辊的形态,可以容易移送的形态收合。在接合工序中制造的双重面料由卷绕单元以其原形态或辊形态或与其他形态相应地,直接被移送到后续的绒毛产品的制造工序,例如标记及裁剪工序。
另外,对于从里层面料及外层面料开始,在图2所示的制造装置中制造绒毛产品制造用双重面料的工序,按照顺序而说明如下。
里层面料(101)从设于投入单元(110)的里层面料辊(111)被解开而供给到印刷单元(120)。关于印刷单元(120)的里料印刷装置(121),在图2中图示为滚筒印刷法,其按照规定的印刷图案而将粘接液(103)印刷到被供给的里层面料(101)的内表面。印刷了粘接液(103)的里层面料(101)被移送到拉幅机这样的干燥单元(130),进行规定的温度及规定的时间的干燥。
并且,外层面料(102)从设置于投入单元(110)的外层面料辊(112)被解开而移送到后续的工序。在外层面料(102)未印刷粘接液的情况下,直接移送到干燥步骤或合布步骤,在外层面料(102)印刷了粘接液的情况下,利用外料印刷单元(122)而在从外层面料辊(112)被解开的外层面料(101)的内表面,以规定的印刷图案印刷粘接液,优选为以与里层面料的印刷图案相同的印刷图案而进行印刷。在图2中,关于上述的外料印刷装置(122)而图示了使用丝网印刷法的情况,但也可以利用其他的印刷单元,例如可利用辊、压力机。印刷有粘接液(103)的外层面料被移送到拉幅机这样的干燥单元(130),并进行规定的温度及规定的时间的干燥。
对印刷及干燥了粘接液(103)的里层面料(101)及/或印刷及干燥了粘接液(104)的外层面料(102)分别被移送到合布单元(140),以使粘接液(103)的印刷图案与粘接液(104)的印刷图案一致的方式进行合布。此时,在上述的印刷图案的位置存在差异而彼此不一致的情况下,通过调节面料的移送速度或利用移送辊(142)而调整外层面料的移送距离,从而能够调整印刷图案之差。
以使印刷图案一致的方式合布的里层面料(101)及外层面料(102)被移送到高频接合单元(150),利用高频接合装置(153)的压接芯片(154)而在印刷图案的位置压接面料并进行高频加热,里层面料及外层面料通过由粘接剂形成的接合线而进行结合,从而能够制造双重面料(161)。卷绕所制造的双重面料(161)而形成双重面料卷绕辊(162)。
图3是表示现有技术(韩国实用新型申请20-2006-0022001号)中例示的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置的图,包括粘接装置部(230)、接合装置部(232)及干燥装置部(234)。供给成为鸭毛的服装的内表面的里料(101),并供给到粘接装置部(230),在此,通过粘接剂注入器(省略图示)而将粘接剂涂布到里料。上述粘接剂注入器以Z形往返移动而注入粘接剂,以使粘接剂形成波形。在粘接装置部(230)中涂布了粘接剂的里料(101)被供给到接合装置部(232),成为鸭毛的服装的外面的外料(102)从上部的一侧一并被供给到接合装置部(232)。涂布了粘接剂的里料(101)及从上部供给的外料(102)在此被合布,被合布的面料一并被供给到干燥装置部(234),在此里料与外料结合而形成双重面料(161)。作为其结果而获得的双重面料(161)经过干燥装置部(232)而最终被卷绕,以卷绕辊(162)的形态获得。
研究图3的制造装置及利用该制造装置的现有技术可知,两者存在如下的差异:第一,不存在使印刷图案与压接图案一致的概念;第二,粘接剂的涂布方法不同;第三,粘接剂的类型不同;第四,干燥步骤及加热压接步骤的顺序彼此不同。
另外,图4是按照顺序而对利用滚筒印刷装置(121)来在面料印刷粘接剂的方式进行说明的图,滚筒印刷装置(121)基本地包括:粘接液供给器(128)、解除辊(127)、主辊(125)及导向刀(129)。在图中,粘接液(103)从粘接液容器(128)被供给到解除辊(127)[参照:图(a)],接着,被传递到刻有印刷图案的主辊(125)的槽(124)[参照:图(b)及(c)],这样被传递到主辊的槽(125)的粘接液在与面料接触时,附着于面料的表面而被传递到面料[参照:图(d)、(e)及(f)]。这样被印刷到面料的粘接液(103)在后续的干燥装置中进行干燥,由此紧固到面料。滚筒印刷装置(121)进一步包括用于去除附着于主辊的槽(124)(凹刻有印刷图案的部分)以外的印刷的导向刀(129)。
图5a是表示在印刷单元(130)中使用,且以规定的印刷图案而凹刻有槽部(124)的压力机(123)及在高频接合单元(150)中使用,以与上述的印刷图案相同的压缩图案而形成有突出部(154)的压力机(153)的图,图5b是表示在图5a中印刷单元及接合单元并不具备压力机形态而是具备辊形态的情况的图,在此表示以规定的印刷图案凹刻有槽部(124)的辊(125)及以与上述的印刷图案相同的压接图案凸刻有突出部(153)的辊(152)。在上述的压力机(123)及辊(125)中,左侧的斜线的截面表示截面,凹刻的槽(124)的两个末端被堵住(图5a及图5b)或被打开。
在上述图5a及图5b中,凹刻的槽(124)的印刷图案及突出的压接芯片(154)的压接图案的形状及尺寸彼此对应且相同,具体地,以图案中心线为基准,图案(形态)彼此重叠,彼此的尺寸(宽度)之差为20%以下,优选为10%以下。槽(124)的深度和压接芯片(154)的高度彼此不对应,可分别独立地选择,例如,槽部(124)一般具备0.5~5mm的深度,优选具备1~3mm的深度及1~10mm的宽度,压接芯片(154)可具备1~30mm的高度,优选具备5~20mm的高度及1~10mm的宽度。另外,在印刷单元为印刷丝网的情况下,图案一般具备1~10mm的宽度。
图6是表示关于印刷图案与压接图案一致的概念的概念图,是表示突出的压接芯片(154)的压接图案、印刷到外料(102)的粘接剂(104)的印刷图案及印刷到里料(103)的粘接剂(105)的印刷图案沿着虚线一致地排列的状态的图。
根据本发明,关于印刷单元及压接单元,可选择相同的类型的装置,即印刷压力机-压接压力机的组合或印刷辊-压接辊的组合,也可以选择彼此不同的类型的组合,例如印刷压力机-压接辊、印刷辊-压接压力机或印刷丝网-压接压力机的组合。
图7是用于对被适当干燥的粘接液在高频接合工序中所示的动作及作为结果而获得的图案接合线的形态进行说明的图。图7的(a)为高频接合工序之前的状态,表示里料(101)与外料(102)合布,同时被印刷到里料(101)的粘接液(103)的印刷图案与压接芯片(154)的压接图案彼此一致地排列的状态;图7的(b)为正在进行高频接合的状态,表示压接芯片(154)压接外料(102)而形成图案线(108),同时将粘接液加热而进行硬化反应,从而形成接合线(107);及图7的(c)为高频接合工序结束之后的状态,表示里料(101)及外料(103)根据由粘接剂形成的接合线(107)而结合,并在外料(103)的表面形成有图案线(108)。此时,粘接液被适当地进行干燥,因此在高频加热及压接时不会流下或扩散,能够在高频加热区域内进行硬化反应,其结果,能够实现优异的图案接合线的质量(明显度、收尾加工)及物性(粘接力、耐久性)。
图8是用于对未进行适当的干燥或流动性高的粘接液在高频接合工序中所示的动作及作为结果而获得的图案接合线的形态进行说明的图。图8的图(a)、(b)及(c)对应图7的图(a)、(b)及(c)。但在此表示,由于印刷到里料(102)的粘接液(103)具有高流动性,因此在高频接合(图b)时通过硬化反应而形成接合线(107)之前,粘接液(103)向由点线所示的高频加热范围之外扩散的情况。关于扩散到高频加热范围之外的粘接液,在其进行硬化反应的情况下,附着到接合预定线之外的面料,使得接合线的收尾加工不良,而在其不进行硬化反应,作为未反应粘接液(在107中由显示的部分)而残留的情况下,之后使隔室内的绒毛凝结。
根据本发明的一个具体例,上述的接合单元(150)由例如高频感应加热装置、高频介电加热装置、微波加热装置等选择,但不限于此。优选使用利用5MHz~50MHz的高频的介电加热装置。
图9是用于说明通过高频介电加热方式的接合单元而进行的接合工序的图。
如图9的(a)所示,在压接压力机(153)及支承台(158)的内部分别设有高频电路(157)及高频电路(159),附着于上述压接压力机(153)的末端的突出部(154)用作压接芯片。
如图9的(b)所示,在介电加热方式中,位于上述的2个高频电路线圈(157及159)的磁力线内的粘接剂(103及104)通过介电加热而被选择性地加热。位于上述磁力线内的面料也根据情况而被加热。在面料的表面上的相同的区域同时进行上述的压接压力机(153)中的高频的照射及突出部(154)的压接,并同时形成利用粘接剂的硬化形成的内部接合线和利用压接芯片的压接形成的表面图案线。而在感应加热方式中,并不是使用直接加热粘接剂或使粘接剂产生热的方式,而是使在感应电路的内部产生的热传递或传导至突出部,并使突出部的热通过传导而传递或传导至面料内部的粘接剂,由此进行粘接剂的硬化反应。
如图9的(c)所示,在以使印刷成规定的印刷图案的粘接剂(103及104)与具备和印刷图案相同的压缩图案的加热芯片(154)彼此一致的状态进行加热压接的情况下,与高频感应加热相同地,以相同的图案同时获得具备优异的粘接强度的接合线(107)及实现优异的收尾加工质量的图案线(108)。
但是,在高频介电加热方式中,需要考虑所希望的粘接剂的加热温度及粘接剂的介电加热常数而适当选择所适用的高频的频率、照射时间及电力。
如果以印刷图案与压缩图案不一致的状态,并通过高频介电加热方式而进行了接合工序,则位于磁力线区域的外部的粘接剂不被加热,不进行硬化或即便进行了硬化也不被压接,因此根据面料内部的接合线的不均匀性及接合线与图案线的不一致,导致图案线的收尾加工不良,并且在局部的图案线部分中,里料及外料可能彼此不被接合。
另外,在使用高频感应加热方式的接合单元的情况下,突出部作用为压接加热芯片,粘接剂通过从压接加热芯片产生且贯穿面料而被传递的热而被加热。压接加热芯片沿着压接图案而将以使印刷图案一致的状态进行合布的面料加热压接,如果印刷图案与压接图案相同,并以彼此一致的状态进行加热压接,则在面料内部和面料的表面以相同的图案分别形成由沿着压接图案而硬化的粘接剂所形成的接合线及沿着压接图案而形成的图案线。在这样的情况下,接合线(即,隔室划分线)的接合强度及图案线的收尾加工质量变得非常优异。但是,在高频感应加热方式中,需要适当调节压接加热芯片的温度及压接时间,以免面料的表面的温度过度上升。
如果以印刷图案与压缩图案不一致的状态进行高频接合,则位于加热压接芯片的区域的外部的粘接剂不进行硬化反应或即便进行硬化反应也不被压接,因此与上述情况相同地,根据面料内部的接合线的不均匀性及接合线与图案线的不一致,导致图案线的收尾加工不良,并在局部的图案线部分中,里料及外料可能彼此不被接合。
根据本发明的一个优选具体例,上述印刷图案与压接图案对应,形状及尺寸实质上相同,具体地,在使印刷图案的中心线与压接图案的中心线一致时,它们的形状及尺寸(长度及宽度)之差为20%以内,具体地在10%以内,优选为5%以内。
在本发明中,辊或压力机的材质并不是特别重要,可使用在本发明的领域中通常使用的材质,例如金属、合金或陶瓷。并且,关于高频加热用辊的材质及结构,可根据现有技术而选择。
形成于高频加热用辊的表面的压接图案的突出部通过凸刻或压铸、焊接等方式而附着在上述辊。
产业上的利用可能性
本发明的方法可工业性地使用于服装产业、卧具类产业及缝制产业中,特别地,可有利地使用于绒毛夹克、绒毛卧具等这样的绒毛产品的制造领域中。

Claims (11)
1.一种绒毛产品用双重面料的制造系统,其特征在于,其包括如下的印刷单元、干燥单元、合布单元及接合单元:
印刷单元,其刻有规定的印刷图案,以上述印刷图案而将作为粘接剂的粘接液印刷到面料上;
干燥单元,其对粘接剂进行干燥或固化,使得被印刷到面料上的粘接剂在合布过程中不被沾出;
合布单元,其使印刷有粘接剂的面料靠近及紧贴;及
接合单元,其具备压接单元,利用上述压接单元而进行压接并通过高频加热使粘接剂硬化,从而利用被硬化的粘接剂而将面料接合,其中,在该压接单元中形成有具备规定的压接图案的突出部,
其中,印刷了粘接剂的上述印刷图案及压接图案以图案中心线为基准而使图案彼此重叠,彼此的宽度之差为20%以下,
上述印刷单元同时具备里层面料用粘接剂印刷单元及外层面料用粘接剂印刷单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
上述印刷单元是从由冲压印刷单元、压延压力机印刷单元、滚筒印刷单元或丝网印刷单元构成的组中选择的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
在使用于上述印刷单元中的印刷用压力机或辊中,以0.5mm~10mm的深度而形成有具备规定的印刷图案的槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
上述干燥单元为热风干燥器或拉幅机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
上述合布单元还包括第1排列单元,该第1排列单元用于调整上部面料的粘接剂的印刷图案及下部面料的粘接剂的印刷图案的相对位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
上述接合单元包括从压延压力机或辊选择的压接单元。
7.根据权利要求6所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
在上述压接用压延压力机或辊的表面,以5mm~20mm的高度形成有具备规定的压接图案的突出部。
8.根据权利要求1所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
上述接合单元是使用5MHz~50MHz的高频的介电加热装置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
上述接合单元包括第2排列单元,该第2排列单元能够调节被印刷到面料上的粘接剂的位置或压接芯片的位置,调整它们的相对位置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
上述第2排列单元进行如下调整:能够使粘接剂的印刷图案的中心线和突出部的压接图案的中心线一致,使上述印刷图案及上述压接图案的相对位置相同地重叠。
11.根据权利要求1所述的绒毛产品用双重面料的制造装置,其特征在于,
上述印刷单元的印刷图案及接合单元的压接图案的宽度分别从1mm~10mm中选择。
