Claims (1)
- 직물(1)이 쿳션재(2)의 양면에 합지된 다음 롤형태로 권취된 상태에서 용이하게 공급될 수 있도록 받침롤러(5)(5')가 구성된 직물 및 쿳션재 공급부(3)가 일측에 구비되고, 제조된 엠보싱 직물(10)을 다시 롤 형태로 권취하기 위해 받침롤러(5a)(5a')를 구성한 엠보싱 직물 권취부(30)를 구성하며,상기 직물 및 쿳션재 공급부(3)와 엠보싱 직물 권취부(30) 사이에는 합지된 직물(1)과 쿳션재(2)에 엠보싱이 형성되는 과정에서 열이 가해지도록 내부에 열매유를 채우고 수개의 히터(40)를 구성한 두 개의 열매롤러(4)(4')를 설치하며,열매롤러(4)(4')의 하부 근접한 위치에는 합지된 직물(1)과 쿳션재(2)가 2개의 열매롤러(4)(4')를 감싸듯이 통과하면서 예열되도록 수개의 안내롤러(20)를 구성하고,상기 열매롤러(4)(4')의 상부 중앙에는 유압 실린더(50)와 작동로드(51)에 의해서 상하로 승하강 하도록 구성되면서 내부에 히터(60)를 구성한 엠보싱롤러(6)를 설치하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 엠보싱 장치.
