本发明属于卫生洁具领域,具体涉及一种便洁器杯罩结构以及便洁器。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人们生活的改善,全世界范围内的老龄化问题越来越突出。其中,有很多老年人由于卧床不起、行动不便和失禁等原因,导致大小便不能自理。这些老年人的生活质量和精神生活方面受到严重的影响。另外,对于因术后康复或因特殊原因而需卧床休息的人群而言,同样存在大小便及时清理的问题。因此,设计一款能自动且方便地处理大小便的产品,将是老年人养护和康复护理这个新兴产业中的重要一环。
于是,便洁器应运而生。现有的便洁器主要由本体和杯罩两部分构成:本体包含电动机、污物容器、水箱等部件;杯罩包括基座和柔性材料。基座通常设置于使用者的两腿之间。基座设置漏槽、进水管和排污管等部件。柔性材料直接与人体臀部接触。为了进行长时间的大小便处理,同时也为了方便上述人群在床上做翻身等动作,目前较为先进的产品是将杯罩设计成可穿戴式的。通过将柔性材料包围在患者臀部周围的方式,使得上述人群的排泄物被吸入到指定的污物容器中,可以实现长时间的处理大小便,从而解决上述人群的大小便不能自理的问题。这样,可以在保持清洁的同时不限制上述人群的身体活动。
在清除基座和杯罩中的排泄物时,现有的便洁器通常采用产生负压和用水冲洗的方式实现。另外,对于目前穿戴式的杯罩设计,为了保证穿戴者的舒适性,通常不会将杯罩紧密地贴合在人身体上。如果穿戴者移动身体,常常会在杯罩与身体之间产生缝隙,使得杯罩不能严实地包裹与穿戴者身体接触的部位。这可能会引起以下问题:
1)在将杯罩中的污物吸走时,杯罩腔体内无法产生期望的理想负 压,影响污物清除的效果;
2)在穿戴者排便或者用清水进行清洗的时候,容易使产生的污液侧漏,这些侧漏的污液不仅会污染床单等周围环境、产生异味、传播病菌,还会使长时间接触污染物的患者的皮肤产生褥疮,严重影响患者的生活质量。
但是,如果杯罩严实地包裹与穿戴者身体接触的部位,虽然可以在一定程度上防止侧漏,也有利于排污,但是长时间穿戴会给患者带来负担,使患者产生不适感,严重影响了患者体验。
可见,设计一种穿戴自如且在清洗时具有较好密封性的便洁器成为目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,提供一种便洁器杯罩结构以及便洁器,该便洁器杯罩结构通过设置在柔性杯罩上的杯罩空间调节单元,使得柔性杯罩和使用者身体的接触部位具有较好的密封性,保证良好的清洁效果和获得较好的穿戴舒适性。
为了实现上述目的,一方面,本发明提供了一种便洁器杯罩结构,该便洁器杯罩结构包括基座和设置在所述基座外部且能够与所述基座相连的柔性杯罩,所述柔性杯罩的形状与所述基座的形状相适,所述柔性杯罩能够包覆在所述基座与使用者的臀部周围。该便洁器杯罩结构还包括杯罩空间调节单元,所述杯罩空间调节单元能对所述柔性杯罩与使用者之间的空间进行调节。
优选的是,所述杯罩空间调节单元包括气囊,所述气囊与所述柔性杯罩连接,所述气囊能够充气或泄气,使得所述柔性杯罩能够随着所述气囊膨胀或松懈。
优选的是,所述气囊设置在所述柔性杯罩的内侧或设置在所述柔性杯罩的外侧。
优选的是,所述柔性杯罩设置成可搭接的一体件并且能够通过自身的搭接形成腔体,所述腔体具有使腿部通过的开口并包覆基座和臀 部;所述气囊具有由单个连通单元构成的整体结构或者具有由多个不连通单元构成的分散结构,所述气囊至少设置在所述柔性杯罩的下侧周边区域。
优选的是,所述气囊采用符合卫生标准的医用级聚氯稀材料形成,或者采用符合医疗器械标准的EVA材料形成。
优选的是,所述基座为形成中空腔体的双层结构,所述柔性杯罩调节单元还包括充气马达和排气气阀,所述充气马达设置于所述基座的中空腔体内,所述充气马达用于对所述气囊进行充气,所述排气气阀用于对所述气囊进行泄气。
优选的是,所述杯罩空间调节单元还包括控制模块以及污物探测传感器,所述控制模块接收所述污物探测传感器的探测信号,当所述控制模块根据所述探测信号判断所述污物探测传感器探测到所述基座内出现污物时,所述控制模块控制所述充气马达启动充气;
所述控制模块保存预设的充气时间,当所述充气马达的充气时间达到预设的充气时间后,所述控制模块控制所述充气马达停止充气,以保持所述气囊中的气体压力不变。
优选的是,所述污物探测传感器采用红外传感器,所述红外传感器设置在所述基座的中空腔体内。
优选的是,所述柔性杯罩采用具有伸缩性质、能防水、能透气的柔性材料制成。

另一方面,本发明提供了一种便洁器,该便洁器包括本体结构和杯罩结构,其中,所述杯罩结构采用上述的便洁器杯罩结构,所述本体结构穿过所述柔性杯罩与所述基座相连接。
优选的是,该便洁器杯罩结构还包括排污单元,所述排污单元包括排污马达以及与排污管接头相通的排污口,所述排污马达用于产生负压,使得污物通过所述排污口排出所述基座和所述柔性杯罩。

本发明的有益效果是:通过在便洁器杯罩结构中设置杯罩空间调节单元,并将充气气囊与柔性杯罩连接,同时配合充气马达、排污单元、清洗单元和烘干单元的工作,在保证使用者没有穿戴负担的前提下,实现了增强柔性杯罩和使用者身体之间的密封性的目的,有效防止侧漏,保证良好的清洁效果和获得较好的穿戴舒适性,适于患者长时间穿戴。

为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明便洁器杯罩结构以及便洁器作进一步详细描述。
第一实施例
在本实施例中提供了一种便洁器杯罩结构以及包括该便洁器杯罩结构的便洁器。该便洁器杯罩结构能有效解决柔性杯罩不能严实地包裹与使用者(例如,穿戴者)身体接触的部位而引起测漏的问题,从而提供良好的清洁效果和较好的穿戴舒适性。在本发明的便洁器杯罩中,柔性杯罩与人体接触的部位配备有密闭气囊,并通过一个小型的偏心充气马达自动探测污物来对气囊充气或泄气。根据本发明,气囊可以处于膨胀状态或松懈状态,因此可以提供排污时的密封性和排污完毕后的舒适性。
在本实施例中,该便洁器杯罩结构包括基座和设置在基座外部且能够与基座相连的柔性杯罩,柔性杯罩的形状与基座的形状相适,柔性杯罩能够包覆基座与使用者的臀部周围,其中,该便洁器杯罩结构还包括杯罩空间调节单元,杯罩空间调节单元能够对柔性杯罩与使用者之间的空间进行调节。
其中,柔性杯罩由柔性材料制成,厚度范围为6-8mm,适于穿戴在胯部并固定在该位置,并且能够与穿戴者的姿势变化相适应,从而方便穿戴者在床上活动。基座形成的腔体是容纳排泄物的最初的容器,柔性杯罩形成的腔体成为排泄物的备用容器。在本实施例中,为了实现柔性杯罩与人体之间的空间可调性,柔性杯罩采用具有伸缩性、能防水、能透气的柔性材料制成。进一步地说,柔性杯罩具有皱褶表面。其中,皱褶表面是指柔性杯罩设置成具有波纹或折叠状结构,以使得柔性杯罩能够被拉伸,从而实现空间调节效果。
如图1所示,基座结构具有与人体胯部弧形相适的容纳腔室,便于收集排泄污物,并预留有用于排污的排污管接头11和用于清洁的进水管接头10;该基座通常设置于使用者的两腿之间,并使得压板12位于使用者臀部区域。由于压板12位于使用者臀部区域,一方面可以便于使基座位置固定,另一方面便于将排泄污物通过排污管26(参考图3,向下的虚线箭头方向)排出。
具体地说,杯罩空间调节单元包括气囊,气囊与柔性杯罩连接。气囊能充气或泄气,从而柔性杯罩能随着气囊膨胀或松懈。在本实施 例中,在使用时为了不因紧贴皮肤而给穿戴者带来不舒适的感觉,可将气囊安装在柔性杯罩的外侧,即将气囊设置于柔性杯罩的外表面。当气囊充气后,将填充柔性杯罩与基座之间的空间,使柔性杯罩与穿戴者外部之间达到密闭的效果。在如图2所示的柔性杯罩中,空白区域为柔性杯罩1的外侧,方框图形区域为柔性杯罩1的内侧,斜线图形为设置在柔性杯罩1的外侧的气囊3。
根据不同穿戴者形体尺寸的不同,可采用不同尺寸的柔性杯罩1。柔性杯罩1的总长度可以是预先设定好的。同时,还可以在柔性杯罩1的与穿戴者腰部对应区域设置调节带,方便对包覆空间的调节。例如,柔性杯罩1的与使用者腰部对应的区域的两侧设置有可调节连接装置,以使柔性杯罩1可以适应使用者腰部的尺寸,从而在一定程度上能辅助调节柔性杯罩1与人体之间的空间。在本发明中,可调节连接装置为尼龙搭扣2。当然,本领域技术人员容易想到,尼龙搭扣2可以由任何其他适当装置代替,只要能够使柔性杯罩1形成腔体并且对腔体的与使用者腰部对应的周长进行调节即可。
为了便于卧床患者的穿戴,柔性杯罩1设置成可搭接的一体件并且可以通过自身的搭接形成腔体,该腔体具有使腿部通过的开口并包覆基座和臀部(类似于日常生活中婴幼儿使用的尿不湿)。气囊3可以具有有单个连通单元构成的整体结构,或者也可以具有由多个不连通单元构成的分散结构。气囊3至少设置在柔性杯罩1的下侧周边区域。这里,柔性杯罩1的下侧周边区域指的是,在柔性杯罩1通过尼龙搭扣2搭接在一起并且将基座与穿戴者的臀部和腿部包覆在由此形成的空间内时,柔性杯罩1与使用者腿部接触的区域即为下侧周边区域。也可以理解为,整片柔性杯罩1除去腰部区域之外的其他周边区域均可以设置气囊3。此外,设置在柔性杯罩1上的气囊3可以沿柔性杯罩1的下侧周边区域分布,形成单个连通整体结构(通过一个充气马达即可充电);气囊3也可以由多个不连通的分散结构组成,设置在柔性杯罩1的下侧周边区域,甚至设置在柔性杯罩1的与使用者臀部对应的区域(气囊3的各个不连通的分散部分需要不同的充气马达充气,虽然相对成本较高,但是可靠性高)。通常情况下,在穿戴杯 罩结构时在腿部发生侧漏的可能性较大。通过沿着柔性杯罩1的与人体接触的下侧周边区域设置气囊3,能有针对性的解决侧漏问题。
由于气囊3的容积随内部空气量的不同而具有一定的伸缩性(具体地说,气囊3在充气状态下的容积要大于非充气状态下的容积),因此制成气囊3的材料应当具有一定的伸缩性。另外,囊3还可以进一步采用褶皱的结构形式,保证其容积可变性。同时,由于一般用水清洗污物,因此制成气囊3的材料在一定程度上还应当具有防水。优选的是,为了保证气囊3的充气效果并兼顾气囊3与穿戴者接触部位的安全性和舒适性,气囊3采用符合卫生标准的医用级聚氯稀材料制成,或者采用符合医疗器械标准的EVA材料制成。
为了加快充放气的速度,气囊3的容积不宜过大,优选保证30秒内能够完成充气或放气。当然,气囊3的容积可根据不同的使用人群或不同人的形体预先设定,这里不做限定。
在通常情况下,参考图1,基座底部(对应于排污管接头11与压板12之间的区域)为形成中空腔体的双层结构,杯罩调节单元还包括充气马达和排气气阀(图1中均未示出),充气马达设置于基座的中空腔体内。充气马达用于对气囊进行充气。排气气阀用于对气囊进行泄气。为了保证充气速度以及较短的充气马达连接线路,充气马达优选为小型的偏心马达以便设置在基座的中空腔体内。该小型的偏心马达通常为5V供电电压,对人体安全并且不会产生噪声污染。
杯罩空间调节单元还包括控制模块以及污物探测传感器,控制模块接收污物探测传感器的探测信号,当控制模块根据探测信号判断污物探测传感器探测到基座内出现污物时,控制模块控制充气马达启动充气。另外,控制模块可以保存预设的充气时间,当充气马达的充气时间达到预设的充气时间后,控制模块控制充气马达停止充气。杯罩空间调节单元还可以包括压力传感器,当气囊内的压力达到预定压力后,控制模块控制充气马达停止充气。通过这种方式,可以保持气囊中的气体压力不变。参考图3,为了进一步简化结构,控制模块可内置于便洁器控制面板20的内部。
其中,污物探测传感器可以采用红外传感器,红外传感器设置在 基座的中空腔体内。在采用红外传感器的情况下,可以对基座内的温度变化进行探测以便能及时发现是否存在排泄物(例如,尿液和大便)。排泄物在排泄出来时通常具有一定的温度,因此排泄物能够被红外传感器探测到。当然,也可以采用红外传感器之外的其他传感器探测是否出现污物,这里不做限定。
在本实施例中,通过红外传感器感知基座内的温度,从而探测是否存在排泄物,以便触发并启动排污工作。在开始排污工作之前,充气马达首先对气囊进行充气以保持气囊中的气体压力;当完成整个排污工作以后,将气囊中的气体放出以恢复气囊的松弛状态,从而减少对患者接触皮肤的压力,并缓解穿戴者的穿戴负担。
在本实施例中,由于充气气囊附着在柔性材料形成的柔性杯罩外侧,因此气囊在充气马达的作用下充气后,可以填充基座和柔性杯罩与患者皮肤之间的空间,有利于防止污物和污液的泄露;同时可以增加柔性杯罩形成的腔体的密封性,增大柔性杯罩内部的负压。
在通常情况下,自动式便洁器具有对排污工作进行控制的控制模块和排污马达,因此,对气囊3的充气有两种方式,一种是通过小型的偏心马达(即前述的充气马达)进行充气,效率较高并且安全;另一种是通过排污马达经由进气口充气,此时由于可以省去单独的充气马达,因此成本较低。气囊3的放气可通过排气气阀(例如电控阀门)控制气体排出。对于该便洁器中排污工作的其他结构将在下文进行详细说明。
具体地说,自动式便洁器包括本体结构和上述杯罩结构。本体结构穿过柔性杯罩与基座连接。为了实现自动污物清理,该便洁器的本体结构包括排污单元。排污单元包括排污马达23以及与排污管接头11相通的排污口(图2中未示出)。排污马达23用于产生负压,使得污物通过排污口排出柔性杯罩。其中,排污口为连接柔性杯罩和污物容器25的管道,用于将污物从柔性杯罩形成的腔体运送到污物容器25中。排污马达用于在柔性杯罩腔体内产生负压,使得污物通过排污口吸入基座下方的污物容器25中,从而排出基座和柔性杯罩。
在污物排出后,可以进一步对使用者和柔性杯罩进行清洗,以保 持清洁和卫生。相应的是,该便洁器的本体结构还包括清洗单元。清洗单元包括水箱21(与污物容器25完全隔离)以及与进水管接头10相通的进水口(图2中未示出)。进水口用于在完成排污工作后,注入清水对使用者的排泄部位和柔性杯罩腔体进行清洗。具体地说,通过水泵22并经由进水管24(与进水管接头10连接)将储存在水箱21中的清水引导到基座中(参考图3,向上的实线箭头方向),以便对使用者和柔性杯罩进行清洗。排污马达23可以产生负压,使得清洗后的污水经由与排污管接头11连接的排污管26(参考图3,向下的实线箭头方向)并通过排污口排出基座和柔性杯罩,排放到污物容器25中。可以理解的是,进水管24的一端与进水管接头10连接,另一端可以与除了水箱21以外的其他清洁水源(例如,市售自来水龙头)连接;在这种情况下,可以省略水箱21和水泵22。
在对使用者和柔性杯罩进行清洗后,为了使使用者和柔性杯罩都能保持干爽,该便洁器的本体结构还可以进一步包括烘干单元。烘干单元包括暖风马达以及设置在柔性杯罩和基座的适当位置的进风口(图2中未示出)。暖风马达用于向柔性杯罩内吹入暖风,对使用者和柔性杯罩进行烘干。具体地说,暖风马达通过进风口向柔性杯罩形成的腔体内送入暖风,烘干使用者的被清洗的部位、基座和柔性杯罩。
其中,对于排污马达在排污过程中形成负压的持续时间以及水泵在注水清洗过程中的工作时间,可以通过在控制模块中预设时间值来进行控制。
本实施例中,由于柔性杯罩形成的腔体在气囊的充气状态和非充气状态下空间不同,因此,为了不影响卧床患者的正常使用,优选气囊的充放气口的位置靠近进风口和排污口,例如选定为柔性杯罩与排污管连接的部位附近。
下面将描述该便洁器的使用。首先将基座放置在使用者的适当位置,再穿戴柔性杯罩,使得柔性杯罩能够包覆基座和使用者的臀部,然后调节柔性杯罩的尼龙搭以使整个便洁器杯罩结构能够保持在适当位置。例如,可以通过调节尼龙搭扣粘合的位置来调节柔性杯罩对使用者腰部的包覆长度,使柔性杯罩和使用者的胯部和臀部皮肤的接触 处于非常松垮的状态(可以比平时的内衣裤还要松垮),以便不对患者带来太多的穿戴负担。当红外传感器未探测到使用者排泄时,柔性杯罩保持当前状态;当红外传感器探测到使用者排泄时,便洁器杯罩结构按下列顺序启动排污处理工作:
首先,控制模块接收探测信号并启动充气马达以对气囊进行充气,由于柔性杯罩的下侧周边区域的总长度是固定的,因此充气的气囊将充满柔性杯罩的下侧周边区域与使用者身体之间的空间,实现密闭的效果;
当达到预设的充气时间后,充气马达停止充气,并且自动关闭气阀以保持气囊的气压;
在充气过程进行到一半时,排污马达开始工作,在柔性杯罩形成的腔体中产生负压,将患者的排泄物吸入指定的污物容器中;
当排泄物清理后,通过与柔性杯罩进水口相通的进水管将清水注入柔性杯罩形成的腔体中,对使用者的臀部和柔性杯罩进行清洗,然后再次启动排污马达,在柔性杯罩形成的腔体内形成负压,将清洗后的污水排出;
在污水排出后,打开气囊的气阀(即排气气阀),放出气囊中的气体,使柔性杯罩恢复最初的松垮状态;
启动暖风马达,对清洗过的臀部和柔性杯罩进行烘干,完成整个排污处理过程。
这里应该理解的是,在本实施例中,便洁器在充气过程进行到一半时启动排污马达的原因在于,在充气完毕后气囊处于完全膨胀状态,柔性杯罩与使用者之间形成密闭空间,如果此时启动排污马达,在密闭空间中会瞬时产生较大负压,对患者造成严重的不适感,同时会影响排污马达的寿命。相比之下,采用在充气过程进行到一半时启动排污马达的方式,不但能够获得较好的排污效果,提高使用者的舒适感,还能够延长排污马达的寿命。
在本实施例的便洁器杯罩结构中,通过在柔性杯罩上设置容积可调的气囊,并利用充气马达对气囊进行充气或泄气,有效保证了柔性杯罩与人体之间的密封性。在提高使用者的舒适感的同时,能够有效 防止该便洁器杯罩结构在排泄物清除的过程中发生液体侧漏。
实施例2:
本实施例提供一种便洁器杯罩结构以及包括该便洁器杯罩结构的便洁器。本实施例中的便洁器杯罩结构,与实施例1的区别在于,气囊的设置位置不同。
在本实施例的便洁器杯罩结构中,杯罩空间调节单元中的气囊设置于柔性杯罩的内侧。相对实施例1将气囊设置于柔性杯罩的外侧而言,本实施例中的气囊充气后,对柔性杯罩内空间的调节效果更直接,密闭性更好;但同时,气囊将会对人体部位直接产生压迫,舒适感稍差。
本实施例便洁器杯罩结构中气囊的结构以及其他部件的结构与实施例1相同,这里不再详述。
在实施例1和实施例2的便洁器杯罩结构中,为了解决侧漏的问题,对现有柔性杯罩的结构做了改进。根据本发明的实施例,通过在便洁器杯罩结构中设置杯罩空间调节单元,并将充气气囊与柔性杯罩连接,同时配合充气马达、排污单元、清洗单元和烘干单元的工作,在保证使用者没有穿戴负担的前提下,实现了增强柔性杯罩和使用者身体之间的密封性的目的,从而有效防止侧漏,保证良好的清洁效果和获得较好的穿戴舒适性,适于患者长时间穿戴。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

    设置在所述基座外部且能够与所述基座相连的柔性杯罩,所述柔性杯罩的形状与所述基座的形状相适,所述柔性杯罩能够包覆在所述基座与使用者的臀部周围,
    其特征在于,该便洁器杯罩结构还包括杯罩空间调节单元,所述杯罩空间调节单元能够对所述柔性杯罩与使用者之间的空间进行调节。

    所述杯罩空间调节单元还包括控制模块以及污物探测传感器,所述控制模块接收所述污物探测传感器的探测信号,当所述控制模块根据所述探测信号判断所述污物探测传感器探测到所述基座内出现污物时,所述控制模块控制所述充气马达启动充气;
    所述控制模块保存预设的充气时间,当所述充气马达的充气时间达到预设的充气时间后,所述控制模块控制所述充气马达停止充气,以保持所述气囊中的气体压力不变。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的便洁器杯罩结构,其特征在于,
    所述污物探测传感器采用红外传感器,所述红外传感器设置在所述基座的中空腔体内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的便洁器杯罩结构,其特征在于,
    所述柔性杯罩采用具有伸缩性质、能防水、能透气的柔性材料制成。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的便洁器杯罩结构,其特征在于,
    所述柔性杯罩具有皱褶表面。
  11. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的便洁器杯罩结构,其特征在于,
    所述柔性杯罩的与使用者腰部对应的区域的两侧设置有可调节连 接装置,以使所述柔性杯罩适应使用者腰部的尺寸。
  12. 一种便洁器,包括本体结构和杯罩结构,其特征在于,
    所述杯罩结构采用权利要求1-11任一项所述的便洁器杯罩结构,其中,所述基座与所述本体结构穿过所述柔性杯罩与所述基座相连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的便洁器,其特征在于,
    所述便洁器还包括排污单元,所述排污单元包括排污马达以及与排污管接头相通的排污口,所述排污马达用于产生负压,使得污物通过所述排污口排出所述基座和所述柔性杯罩。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的便洁器,其特征在于,该便洁器还包括清洗单元,所述清洗单元包括与进水管接头相通的进水口,所述进水口用于引入清洗用水以对使用者和所述柔性杯罩进行清洗;在清洗完成后,所述排污马达产生负压,使得清洗后的污水通过所述排污口排出所述基座和所述柔性杯罩。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的便洁器,其特征在于,所述便洁器还包括烘干单元,所述烘干单元包括暖风马达以及设置在所述柔性杯罩和所述基座的适当位置的进风口,所述暖风马达用于向所述柔性杯罩内吹入暖风,对使用者外部、所述基座和所述柔性杯罩进行烘干。
