Description

旋转式纸币输送装置
本申请要求于2014年08月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410413596.8、发明名称为“旋转式纸币输送装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及纸币处理技术,具体涉及一种纸币接收装置。
背景技术
随着经济的不断发展,纸币的处理量越来越大,人们对于纸币处理设备的处理能力的要求也随之提高。目前普遍使用的纸币处理设备主要有自动存取款机、清分机等,而在这些设备中,纸币接收和输出装置被广泛应用。
目前纸币接收和输出装置中广泛采用的纸币输送机构存在结构复杂的缺点,例如用电机控制夹持机构开闭,用齿条和齿轮进行夹持机构的输送等,这些机构构造复杂,容易发生机构卡死等故障。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中纸币输送机构存在结构复杂的问题,本发明提供一种旋转式纸币输送装置,借助于旋转一定角度的方式实现将纸币从出入钞口输送进入设备内纸币传输通道,结构简单,控制简易。
一种旋转式纸币输送装置,应用于自动柜员机的出入钞口,该旋转式纸币输送装置包括:一纸币夹持机构,用于将纸币从出入钞口夹持输送至该自动柜员机内部的纸币传输通道入口;一传动机构,包括一传动电机、一皮带以及一对皮带轮,该皮带与该纸币夹持机构通过轴和轴承固定,用于将该纸币夹持机构从该出入钞口传送至该纸币传输通道入口;一第一旋转驱动机构,包括一第一旋转电机和一第一传动齿轮,用于驱动该纸币夹持机构在该出入钞口处旋转一第一角度;一第二旋转驱动机构,包括一第二旋转电机和一第二传动齿轮,用于驱动该纸币夹持机构在该纸币传输通 道入口处旋转一第二角度;以及一中央控制机构,包括一控制单元及一第一位置传感器和一第二位置传感器,该第一位置传感器用于协助控制该第一旋转驱动机构驱动该纸币夹持机构旋转的第一角度,该第二位置传感器用于协助控制该第二旋转驱动机构驱动该纸币夹持机构旋转的第二角度。
优选的,该纸币夹持机构设置有一传动齿轮,该传动齿轮用于与该第一传动齿轮或该第二传动齿轮啮合,以驱动该纸币夹持机构转动第一角度或第二角度。
优选的,该纸币夹持机构还包括一开口端以及与该开口端相对的一后端,该后端依次设置有一弹簧和一拉力挚,该拉力挚用于在通电状况下控制该纸币夹持机构的闭合,该弹簧用于在拉力挚断电状况下控制该纸币夹持机构的打开。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供的纸币输送装置由步进电机和同步带来实现夹持机构的传送,比传统的齿轮齿条传动稳定性更好,精度更高。另外,由拉力挚和弹簧控制夹持机构的开闭,省略了传统的马达等控制方式,价格更低廉,可靠性更好。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参阅图1所示使用本实施例提供的旋转式纸币传输装置的自动存取款机结构示意图,该自动存取款机01中包含有:显示装置011,卡和明细表处理装置012,输入装置013,纸币处理装置014,出入钞口015,主体控制装置016。另外还有其他各种装置,但省略它们的图示和说明。
参阅图2所示自动存取款机01中机芯结构示意图,自动存取款机的纸币处理装置014大体可分为上部模块A1,下部模块A2和金库A3,其中下部模块A2被置于金库A3中,上部模块主要由出入钞口1,纸币传送通道2,纸币鉴别器3,暂存区4等组成。而下部模块主要由下部传送通道5,存款钞箱9和循环钞箱6等组成。
本实施例涉及到的旋转式纸币传输装置的使用区域为出入钞口1,图3为图2中该自动存取款机的局部结构示意图,主要示出该出入钞口1处该 旋转式纸币传输装置以及纸币传输通道入口处的机构,以及图5至图8详细表达了纸币被旋转式传输装置从出入钞口传送至纸币传输通道入口的全过程,以下结合图示对旋转式纸币传输装置的结构及传输过程进行详细介绍。
结合图3和图4所示,该旋转式纸币传输装置包括:一纸币夹持机构10,用于将纸币200从出入钞口夹持输送至该自动柜员机内部的纸币传输通道入口处;一传动机构,包括一传动电机30、一皮带32以及一对皮带轮31、33,该皮带32与该纸币夹持机构10通过轴和轴承固定,用于将该纸币夹持机构10从该出入钞口传送至该纸币传输通道入口;一第一旋转驱动机构,包括一第一旋转电机20和一第一传动齿轮22,用于驱动该纸币夹持机构10在该出入钞口1处旋转一第一角度;一第二旋转驱动机构,包括一第二旋转电机40和一第二传动齿轮42,用于驱动该纸币夹持机构10在该纸币传输通道入口处旋转一第二角度;以及一中央控制机构,包括一控制单元及一第一位置传感器24和一第二位置传感器34,该第一位置传感器24用于协助控制该第一旋转驱动机构驱动该纸币夹持机构10旋转的第一角度,该第二位置传感器34用于协助控制该第二旋转驱动机构驱动该纸币夹持机构10旋转的第二角度。其中,该纸币夹持机构10还设置有一传动齿轮13,通过一轴固定在该纸币夹持机构10的一侧,该传动齿轮13用于与该第一传动齿轮22或该第二传动齿轮42啮合,以驱动该纸币夹持机构10转动第一角度或第二角度。也就是说,该纸币夹持机构10转动第一角度或第二角度,是通过该传动齿轮13选择性地与该第一旋转驱动机构中的第一传动齿轮22或第二旋转驱动机构中的第二传动齿轮42啮合,从而被驱动旋转,实现相应的旋转角度。
优选的,该纸币夹持机构10包括一开口端以及与该开口端相对的一后端,初始状态下,如图3所示,该开口端面向出入钞口,以容纳客户放入的纸币200,与该开口端相对的后端则靠近该自动柜员机内部。该后端依次设置有一弹簧11和一拉力挚12,该拉力挚12用于在通电状况下控制该 纸币夹持机构10的闭合,该弹簧11用于在拉力挚12断电状况下控制该纸币夹持机构10的打开。具体的,该拉力挚12为普通推拉式拉力挚,弹簧11为拉伸弹簧,弹簧11位于夹持机构10的后端,拉力挚12位于弹簧11和传动齿轮13之间,该拉力挚12上下由螺丝固定于该夹持机构10上,通电on时拉力挚12拉杆伸出,弹簧11被拉伸,夹持机构10被闭合,夹持机构10所需的夹持力由拉力挚12提供。反之,电源off时拉力挚12拉杆由弹簧11收缩拉回,夹持机构10打开。
另外,如图3所示,该纸币传输通道入口包括一固定压板53、一可移动压板52以及一对分钞轮54,该固定压板53与该可移动压板52形成一纸币堆叠空间,其中该可移动压板52由外部步进马达控制可向固定压板53移动,提供压力,将纸币堆叠空间内纸币压紧,该对分钞轮54由一步进马达带动,将纸币堆叠空间内的纸币一张一张分开并传送至该纸币传输通道55内。此外,纸币传输通道入口处还设置有传送叶轮51。
以下结合图3、图5至图8来详细说明本实施例提供的自助设备的存款过程。本发明中提到的自助设备包括但不限于自动取款机、自动存取款机在内的金融自助设备,为表述方便,本实施例以自动存取款机为例进行描述。
在自动存取款机处于待机状态时,如图3所示,夹持机构10打开,等待客户存款纸币200进入夹持机构10。当传感器感应到纸币投入,并等待一定时间后,拉力挚12通电,拉力挚拉杆伸出,弹簧11被拉伸,夹持机构10被闭合,夹持机构夹住纸币200。这时第一旋转电机20开始带动第一传动齿轮22转动,此时第一传动齿轮22与传动齿轮13啮合,因此该第一传动齿轮22带动该传动齿轮13转动,从而带动夹持机构10和纸币200旋转,如图5所示。当夹持机构10到达第一传感器24位置时,夹持机构10完成了第一角度的转动,然后停止转动,此时纸币200也旋转至正对后方,该位置角度如图6所示。纸币夹持机构10停止转动后,纸币200正对后方,纸币夹持机构10由传动电机30和同步带32、同步带轮31、33组 成的传动机构从出入钞口传输至设备内部的纸币传输通道入口处,其中该同步带轮31、33位于出钞部的前后方,固定于机器框架上。图6所示为纸币夹持机构10被传输的过程示意图。
结合图7和图8所示,当纸币夹持机构10被输送到位后,第二旋转电机40开始带动第二传动齿轮42转动,此时第二传动齿轮22与传动齿轮13啮合,因此该第二传动齿轮42带动该传动齿轮13转动,从而带动夹持机构10和纸币200进一步旋转,当纸币夹持机构10到达第二传感器34位置时,转动停止,此时纸币夹持机构10夹持纸币200完成了第二角度的转动,如图7所示。这时,纸币夹持机构10的拉力挚电源off,弹簧11收缩,拉动纸币夹持机构10张开,纸币200依靠重力,落入该固定压板53与该可移动压板52形成的纸币堆叠空间内,如图8所示。这样,旋转式纸币输送装置就完成了将纸币200从出入钞口输送至设备内部纸币传输通道入口处的过程。然后通过电机反转,驱动纸币夹持机构10反转并回到待机位置的过程是传输纸币的逆过程,在此不再赘述。
本实施例提供的旋转式纸币输送装置由步进电机和同步带来实现夹持机构的传送,比传统的齿轮齿条传动稳定性更好,精度更高。而且通过旋转的方式传送纸币设计构思巧妙。另外,由拉力挚和弹簧控制夹持机构的开闭,省略了传统的马达等控制方式,价格更低廉,可靠性更好。
惟以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,非意欲局限本发明的专利保护范围,故举凡运用本发明说明书及图式内容所为的等效变化,均同理皆包含于本发明的权利保护范围内,合予陈明。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种旋转式纸币输送装置,应用于自动柜员机的出入钞口,该旋转式纸币输送装置包括:
    一纸币夹持机构,用于将纸币从出入钞口夹持输送至该自动柜员机内部的纸币传输通道入口;
    一传动机构,包括一传动电机、一皮带以及一对皮带轮,该皮带与该纸币夹持机构通过轴和轴承固定,用于将该纸币夹持机构从该出入钞口传送至该纸币传输通道入口;
    一第一旋转驱动机构,包括一第一旋转电机和一第一传动齿轮,用于驱动该纸币夹持机构在该出入钞口处旋转一第一角度;
    一第二旋转驱动机构,包括一第二旋转电机和一第二传动齿轮,用于驱动该纸币夹持机构在该纸币传输通道入口处旋转一第二角度;以及
    一中央控制机构,包括一控制单元及一第一位置传感器和一第二位置传感器,该第一位置传感器用于协助控制该第一旋转驱动机构驱动该纸币夹持机构旋转的第一角度,该第二位置传感器用于协助控制该第二旋转驱动机构驱动该纸币夹持机构旋转的第二角度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的旋转式纸币输送装置,其特征在于,该纸币夹持机构设置有一传动齿轮,该传动齿轮用于与该第一传动齿轮或该第二传动齿轮啮合,以驱动该纸币夹持机构转动第一角度或第二角度。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的旋转式纸币输送装置,其特征在于,该纸币夹持机构还包括一开口端以及与该开口端相对的一后端,该后端依次设置有一弹簧和一拉力挚,该拉力挚用于在通电状况下控制该纸币夹持机构的闭合,该弹簧用于在拉力挚断电状况下控制该纸币夹持机构的打开。
  4. 如权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的旋转式纸币输送装置,其特征在于,该纸币传输通道入口包括一固定压板、一可移动压板以及一对分钞轮,该固定压板与该可移动压板形成一纸币堆叠空间,该对分钞轮由一步进马达带动,将纸币堆叠空间内的纸币一张一张分开并传送至该纸币传输通道内。
