Abstract

La présente invention concerne un extracteur de jus qui est amélioré pour présenter une efficacité de compression et une vitesse de production lors de l'extraction de jus à partir de matières premières telles que des légumes ou des fruits considérablement améliorées, et pouvant ainsi être utilisé de manière satisfaisante et professionnelle dans des établissements commerciaux. Par conséquent, la présente invention comprend: un moyen de charge de matière première (10) qui charge par la force une matière première (S), chargée dans une trémie (11), dans un orifice d'entrée (14) au moyen d'une vis de charge (13) qui est entraînée en rotation par la puissance d'un moteur de décélération (12); un moyen d'extrusion de matière première (20) qui permet à la matière première (S) d'être transférée dans la direction horizontale et comprimée dans un trou d'extrusion (23) d'un logement de vis (21) au moyen d'une vis d'extrusion (25) qui reçoit de l'énergie d'un moteur d'entraînement (24); et un moyen d'extraction de jus (30) qui comprend un maillage d'extraction de jus (32) présentant un trou d'extraction (31), dans lequel la vis d'extrusion (25) est insérée, devant le logement de vis (21), le maillage d'extraction de jus (32) étant composé d'un tamis ou d'un maillage perforé. La vis d'extrusion (25) est dotée d'une pièce du type vis (250) présentant des intervalles de pas (P, P') qui se réduisent progressivement dans la direction d'avancement dans laquelle la matière première (S) est transférée de sorte que la matière première (S) puisse être comprimée une première fois. Le trou d'extraction (31) est doté d'un arbre à vis conique (252) qui s'étend vers un arbre à vis linéaire (251) de la vis d'extrusion (25) dans le trou d'extrusion (23), l'arbre à vis conique (252) présentant un diamètre qui augmente progressivement dans la direction d'avancement dans laquelle la matière première (S) est transférée de sorte que la matière première (S) puisse être comprimée une deuxième fois. Un trajet de compression (254) est fourni entre plusieurs saillies de guidage (253) qui font saillie dans la direction circonférentielle depuis la surface circonférentielle externe de la partie d'extrémité de l'arbre à vis conique (252) de sorte que la matière première (S) puisse être comprimée une troisième fois, ce qui permet d'extraire le jus. Plusieurs éléments de guidage de matière première (33) qui servent également d'éléments de coupe sont placés de façon longitudinale sur la surface circonférentielle interne du maillage d'extraction de jus (32) pour interrompre la rotation de la matière première (S) qui est entraînée en rotation par la vis d'extrusion (25) de manière à déplacer la matière première (S) dans une direction droite, moyennant quoi la vitesse de production est améliorée.
