Abstract
Description
耐オレイン酸性に優れたポリウレタン系樹脂としては、ポリイソシアネート化合物と、1,5-ペンタンジオールと1,6-ヘキサンジオールを任意の範囲の組成比で使用したポリカーボネートジオールと、ポリシロキサンを必須成分とした手触り感覚がソフトであり、耐オレイン酸性に優れた硬化性組成物が提案されている(例えば、特許文献1~特許文献4参照)。
(1)ポリオール(A)と、ポリイソシアネート(B)と、分子量調整剤(C)と、ジアミン(D)とをモノマー単位として含むポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物であって、
ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物中におけるウレア基濃度が、0.5~1mmol/gであり、
ウレタン基濃度が1mmol/g以下であり、且つ下記数式1で求められるウレタン基濃度比率が40~70%である、
ことを特徴とする耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物。

(2)ポリイソシアネート(B)が脂環族ジイソシアネートであり、分子量調整剤(C)が炭素数1~20の末端封止アルコール及び/又は末端封止アミンから少なくとも1種類選択されたものであることを特徴とする前記(1)に記載の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物。
(3)前記(1)又は前記(2)に記載の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物が、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)に基づく数平均分子量で60,000~100,000であり、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で20%以下であることを特徴とする耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物。
(4)ポリオール(A)と、ポリイソシアネート(B)と、分子量調整剤(C)と、ジアミン(D)とを有機溶剤の存在下もしくは非存在下で反応させて得るポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、
ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物中におけるウレア基濃度が、0.5~1mmol/gであり、
ウレタン基濃度が1mmol/g以下であり、且つ下記数式1で求められるウレタン基濃度比率が40~70%となるように反応させることを特徴とする耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物の製造方法。

(5)ポリオール(A)と、ポリイソシアネート(B)と、分子量調整剤(C)と、ジアミン(D)とを以下の第1工程乃至第3工程を含む工程で反応させることを特徴とする前記(4)に記載のポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物の製造方法。
第1工程:ポリオール(A)と、ポリイソシアネート(B)とをイソシアネート基が過剰量になる量を仕込んで、有機溶剤の存在下または非存在下でウレタン化反応させてイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIを製造する工程。
第2工程:イソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIと、分子量調整剤(C)とを反応させてイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIIを製造する工程。
第3工程:イソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIIと、ジアミン(D)と、必要に応じ分子量調整剤(C)とをウレア化反応させる工程。
(6)前記(1)乃至前記(3)のいずれかに記載の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物を用いることを特徴とする成形体。
(7)前記(1)乃至前記(3)のいずれかに記載の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物を用いることを特徴とするコーティング材。
この範囲に調整することによって、紫外線吸収剤に対する耐液性や耐久性(以下耐紫外線吸収剤性ということがある)を付与することができる。

サリチル酸系の具体例としては、サリチル酸ジプロピレングリコール、サリチル酸-2-エチルヘキシル、サリチル酸-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキシル、サリチル酸オクチル、サリチル酸ホモメンチルなどが挙げられる。
ベンゾイルトリアゾール系の具体例としては、2-(2-ヒドロキシ-5-メトキシプロピル)-ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2-ヒドロキシ-5-メチルフェニル)-2H-ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(3-tert-ブチル-2-ヒドオキシ-5-メチルフェニル)-5-クロロ-2H-ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2-ヒドロキシ-4-オクチルオキシフェニル)-2H-ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2-ヒドロキシ-5-tert-オクチルフェニル)-2H-ベンゾトリアゾールなどが挙げられる。
その他の芳香族系紫外線吸収剤の具体例としては、4-tert-ブチル-4′-メトキシベンゾイルメタン、4-tert-ブチルベンゾイル(4-メトキシベンゾイル)メタン、3,3-ジフェニル-2-シアノアクリル酸-2-エチルヘキシルなどが挙げられる。
ポリオール(A)の分子量としては、数平均分子量が500~50,000が好ましく、1,000~4,000であることがさらに好ましい。数平均分子量が500未満の場合には、耐紫外線吸収剤性が低下する起これがあり、上限値を超える場合には、耐熱性が低下する恐れがある。
また、ポリオール(A)は、1分子中の活性水素基数、即ち、ポリオールが有する活性水素基である水酸基の平均官能基数が、1.9~4.0であることが好ましい。活性水素基数が下限値未満の場合には、耐摩耗性や機械物性が低下する恐れがある。また、上限値を超える場合には、柔軟性や耐紫外線吸収剤性が低下する恐れがある。
ポリカーボネートポリオールの具体例としては、一般式(1)のRが二価の炭素数2~20の脂肪族、又は脂環族炭化水素であるエチレングリコール、1,2-プロパンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,2-ブタンジオール、1,3-ブタンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、1,8-オクタンジオール、1,9-ノナンジオール、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール、3,3-ジメチロールヘプタン、ジエチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ネオペンチルグリコール、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジオール、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジメタノール、ダイマー酸ジオール、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイドやプロピレンオキサイド付加物、ビス(β-ヒドロキシエチル)ベンゼン、キシリレングリコール、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール等の低分子ポリオールの1種類以上と、ジメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート等のジアルキルカーボネート類、エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネート等のアルキレンカーボネート類、ジフェニルカーボネート、ジナフチルカーボネート、ジアントリルカーボネート、ジフェナントリルカーボネート、ジインダニルカーボネート、テトラヒドロナフチルカーボネート等のジアリールカーボネート類との脱アルコール反応や脱フェノール反応から得られるものを挙げることができる。また、耐摩耗性、耐擦傷性、及び耐オレイン酸性を付与する観点から、1,6-ヘキサンジオールと、ジエチルカーボネートからなるポリカーボネートポリオールを好適に用いることができる。
また、ポリカプロラクトンポリオールの具体例としては、エチレングリコール、1,2-プロパンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,2-ブタンジオール、1,3-ブタンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、1,8-オクタンジオール、1,9-ノナンジオール、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール、3,3-ジメチロールヘプタン、ジエチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ネオペンチルグリコール、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジオール、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジメタノール、ダイマー酸ジオール、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイドやプロピレンオキサイド付加物、ビス(β-ヒドロキシエチル)ベンゼン、キシリレングリコール、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール等の低分子ポリオールの1種類以上を開始剤として、ε-カプロラクトンやアルキル置換ε-カプロラクトンの何れか一方、又は両方を開環付加させて得られるものを用いることができる。
ポリエステルポリオールの具体例としては、フタル酸、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、ナフタレンジカルボン酸、コハク酸、酒石酸、シュウ酸、マロン酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、グルタコン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、1,4-シクロヘキシルジカルボン酸、α-ハイドロムコン酸、β-ハイドロムコン酸、α-ブチル-α-エチルグルタル酸、α,β-ジエチルサクシン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸等のジカルボン酸またはこれらの無水物等の1種類以上と、エチレングリコール、1,2-プロパンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,2-ブタンジオール、1,3-ブタンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、1,8-オクタンジオール、1,9-ノナンジオール、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール、3,3-ジメチロールヘプタン、ジエチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ネオペンチルグリコール、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジオール、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジメタノール、ダイマー酸ジオール、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイドやプロピレンオキサイド付加物、ビス(β-ヒドロキシエチル)ベンゼン、キシリレングリコール、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール等の分子量500以下の低分子ポリオール類の1種類以上との縮重合反応から得られるものを挙げることができる。また、低分子ポリオールの一部をヘキサメチレンジアミン、イソホロンジアミン、モノエタノールアミン等の低分子ポリアミンや低分子アミノアルコールに代えて得られるポリエステル-アミドポリオールを使用することもできる。
また、ポリエーテルポリオールの具体例としては、エチレングリコール、1,2-プロパンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,2-ブタンジオール、1,3-ブタンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、1,8-オクタンジオール、1,9-ノナンジオール、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール、3,3-ジメチロールヘプタン、ジエチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ネオペンチルグリコール、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジオール、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジメタノール、ダイマー酸ジオール、ビスフェノールA、ビス(β-ヒドロキシエチル)ベンゼン、キシリレングリコール、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール等の低分子ポリオール類、またはエチレンジアミン、プロピレンジアミン、トルエンジアミン、メタフェニレンジアミン、ジフェニルメタンジアミン、キシリレンジアミン等の低分子ポリアミン類等のような活性水素基を2個以上、好ましくは2~3個有する化合物を開始剤として、エチレンオキサイド、プロピレンオキサイド、ブチレンオキサイド等のようなアルキレンオキサイド類を付加重合させることによって得られるポリエーテルポリオール、或いはメチルグリシジルエーテル等のアルキルグリシジルエーテル類、フェニルグリシジルエーテル等のアリールグリシジルエーテル類、テトラヒドロフラン等の環状エーテルモノマーを開環重合することで得られるポリエーテルポリオールを挙げることができる。
また、ポリオレフィンポリオールの具体例としては、水酸基を2個以上有するポリブタジエン、水素添加ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、水素添加ポリイソプレン等を挙げることができる。
アクリルポリオールとしては、アクリル酸エステル及び/又はメタクリル酸エステル〔以下(メタ)アクリル酸エステルという〕と、反応点となりうる少なくとも分子内に1個以上の水酸基を有するアクリル酸ヒドロキシ化合物及び/又はメタクリル酸ヒドロキシ化合物〔以下(メタ)アクリル酸ヒドロキシ化合物という〕と、重合開始剤とを熱エネルギーや紫外線または電子線などの光エネルギー等を使用し、アクリルモノマーを共重合したものを挙げることができる。
(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの具体例としては、炭素数1~20のアルキルエステルを挙げることができる。このような(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの具体例としては、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸プロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ペンチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸-2-エチルヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸オクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ノニル、(メタ)アクリル酸デシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ドデシルのような(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル;シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレートのような(メタ)アクリル酸の脂環属アルコールとのエステル;(メタ)アクリル酸フェニル、(メタ)アクリル酸ベンジルのような(メタ)アクリル酸アリールエステルを挙げることができる。このような(メタ)アクリル酸エステルは、単独又は2種類以上組み合わせたものを挙げることができる。
(メタ)アクリル酸ヒドロキシ化合物の具体例としては、ポリイソシアネート(B)との反応点となり得る少なくとも分子内に1個以上の水酸基を有しており、具体的には、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、2-ヒドロキシプロピルアクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート、3-ヒドロキシ-2,2-ジメチルプロピルアクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレートなどのアクリル酸ヒドロキシ化合物が挙げられる。また、2-ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、2-ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチルメタクリレート、3-ヒドロキシ-2,2-ジメチルプロピルメタクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリメタクリレートなどのメタクリル酸ヒドロキシ化合物が挙げられる。これらアクリル酸ヒドロキシ化合物やメタクリル酸ヒドロキシ化合物は、単独、又は2種以上を組み合わせたものを挙げることができる。
シリコーンポリオールの具体例としては、γ-メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシランなどを重合したビニル基含有シリコーン化合物、及び分子中に少なくとも1個の末端水酸基を有する、α,ω-ジヒドロキシポリジメチルシロキサン、α,ω-ジヒドロキシポリジフェニルシロキサン等のポリシロキサンを挙げることができる。
ヒマシ油系ポリオールの具体例としては、ヒマシ油脂肪酸とポリオールとの反応により得られる線状または分岐状ポリエステルポリオールが挙げられる。また、脱水ヒマシ油、一部分を脱水した部分脱水ヒマシ油、水素を付加させた水添ヒマシ油も使用することができる。
フッ素系ポリオールの具体例としては、含フッ素モノマーとヒドロキシ基を有するモノマーとを必須成分として共重合反応により得られる線状または分岐状のポリオールである。ここで、含フッ素モノマーとしては、フルオロオレフィンであることが好ましく、例えば、テトラフルオロエチレン、クロロトリフルオロエチレン、トリクロロフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、フッ化ビニリデン、フッ化ビニル、トリフルオロメチルトリフルオロエチレンが挙げられる。また、ヒドロキシル基を有するモノマーとしては、例えば、ヒドロキシエチルビニルエーテル、4-ヒドロキシブチルビニルエーテル、シクロヘキサンジオールモノビニルエーテル等のヒドロキシアルキルビニルエーテル、2-ヒドロキシエチルアリルエーテル等のヒドロキシアルキルアリルエーテル、ヒドロキシアルキルクロトン酸ビニル等のヒドロキシル基含有カルボン酸ビニル又はアリルエステル等のヒドロキシル基を有するモノマーが挙げられる。
脂肪族グリコールとしては、エチレングリコール、1,2-プロパンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,2-ブタンジオール、1,3-ブタンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、1,8-オクタンジオール、1,9-ノナンジオール、ジメチロールヘプタン、ジエチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ネオペンチルグリコール等を挙げることができる。
コポリマーポリオールの製造方法としては、公知の技術を用いることができる。一般的には、ポリカーボネートポリオール、ポリカプロラクトンポリオール、及び脂肪族グリコールを配合し、窒素ガスをバブリングしながら、60℃で均一になるまで溶解させる。その後、190℃で、目的の分子量になるまでエステル交換反応を行うことで得られる。
本発明のポリイソシアネート(B)としては、耐紫外線吸収剤性の観点から、脂環族ジイソシアネートであることが好ましい。
このような脂環族ジイソシアネートの具体例としては、イソホロンジイソシアネート、シクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、水素添加ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ノルボルナンジイソシアネート、水素添加トリレンジイソシアネート、水素添加キシレンジイソシアネート、水素添加テトラメチルキシレンジイソシアネート等を挙げることができる。この脂環族ジイソシアネートの中で耐紫外線吸収剤性や生産性の観点から、イソホロンジイソシアネートが特に好ましい。
また、性能が低下しない範囲で、芳香族ジイソシアネート、脂肪族ジイソシアネート、脂環族ジイソシアネート、芳香脂肪族ジイソシアネート、これらのポリイソシアネートを原料として得られるイソシアヌレート基含有ポリイソシアネート、ウレトジオン基含有ポリイソシアネート、ウレトジオン基及びイソシアヌレート基含有ポリイソシアネート、ウレタン基含有ポリイソシアネート、アロファネート基含有ポリイソシアネート、ビュレット基含有ポリイソシアネート、ウレトイミン基含有ポリイソシアネート等を併用することもできる。
芳香族ジイソシアネートの具体例としては、2,4-トリレンジイソシアネート、2,6-トリレンジイソシアネート、2,4-トリレンジイソシアネート/2,6-トリレンジイソシアネート混合物、4,4′-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、2,4′-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、2,4´-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート/4,4´-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート混合物、4,4′-ジフェニルエーテルジイソシアネート、2-ニトロジフェニル-4,4′-ジイソシアネート、2,2′-ジフェニルプロパン-4,4′-ジイソシアネート、3,3′-ジメチルジフェニルメタン-4,4′-ジイソシアネート、4,4′-ジフェニルプロパンジイソシアネート、m-フェニレンジイソシアネート、p-フェニレンジイソシアネート、ナフチレン-1,4-ジイソシアネート、ナフチレン-1,5-ジイソシアネート、3,3′-ジメトキシジフェニル-4,4′-ジイソシアネート等を挙げることができる。
脂肪族ジイソシアネートの具体例としては、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、テトラメチレンジイソシアネート、2-メチル-ペンタン-1,5-ジイソシアネート、3-メチル-ペンタン-1,5-ジイソシアネート、リジンジイソシアネート、トリオキシエチレンジイソシアネート等を挙げることができる。
芳香脂肪族ジイソシアネートの具体例としては、1,3-または1,4-キシリレンジイソシアネート若しくはその混合物、1,3-または1,4-ビス(1-イソシアナト-1-メチルエチル)ベンゼン若しくはその混合物、ω,ω′-ジイソシアナト-1,4-ジエチルベンゼン等を挙げることができる。
本発明の分子量調整剤(C)としては、炭素数1~20の末端封止アルコール及び/又は末端封止アミンから少なくとも1種類選択されたものであることが好ましく、分子量調整剤で樹脂組成物の分子量を調整することで耐紫外線吸収剤性を高めることができる。
末端封止アルコールの具体例としては、炭素数1~20のモノアルコールであり、メタノール、エタノール、1-プロパノール、2-プロパノール、1-ブタノール、2-ブタノール、イソブタノール、1-ペンタノール、2-ペンタノール、イソアミルアルコール、1-ヘキサノール、2-ヘキサノール、1-ヘプタノール、1-オクタノール、2-エチル-1-ヘキサノール、3,3,5-トリメチル-1-ヘキサノール、1-トリデカノール、2-トリデカノール、2-オクチルドデカノール、1-ペンタデカノール、2-ペンタデカノール、シクロペンタデカノール、パルミチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、シクロペンタノール、シクロヘキサノール、メチルシクロヘキサノール、トリメチルシクロヘキサノール等が挙げることができ、単独、又は2種以上を併用することができる。これらの中で、相溶性の観点から、側鎖を有する2-プロパノール、2-ブタノール、イソブタノール、2-ペンタノール、イソアミルアルコール、2-ヘキサノール、2-エチル-1-ヘキサノール、3,3,5-トリメチル-1-ヘキサノール、2-トリデカノール、2-オクチルドデカノール、2-ペンタデカノール等のモノアルコールが耐紫外線吸収剤性に優れており好ましく、最も好ましくは2-エチル-1-ヘキサノールである。
末端封止アミンの具体例としては、第一級アミン、及び第二級アミンの官能基を一つ有する化合物であり、エチルアミン、モルホリン、プロピルアミン、ブチルアミン、イソブチルアミン、tert-ブチルアミン、ペンチルアミン、シクロペンチルアミン、ヘキシルアミン、シクロヘキシルアミン、ヘプチルアミン、オクチルアミン、デシルアミン、ドデシルアミン、テトラデシルアミン、ヘキサデシルアミン、オクタデシルアミン、アニリン、o-フルオロアニリン、m-フルオロアニリン、p-フルオロアニリン、o-アニシジン、m-アニシジン、p-アニシジン、o-トルイジン、m-トルイジン、p-トルイジン、2-ナフチルアミン、2-アミノビフェニル、4-アミノビフェニル、ジメチルアミン、ジブチルアミン、ジエチルアミン、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、N-メチルエタノールアミン、N-エチルエタノールアミン、N-n-ブチルエタノールアミン、N-t-ブチルエタノールアミン、ヒドロキシエチルピペラジン、ピペラジン、2-メチルピペラジン、ホモピペラジン、N-メチルホモピペラジン、2,6-ジメチルピペラジン、N-メチルピペラジン、N-エチルピペラジン、N-エトキシカルボニルピペラジン、N-ベンジルピペラジン、2,6-ジメチルモルホリン、ピペリジン、2,6-ジメチルピペリジン、3,3-ジメチルピペリジン、3,5-ジメチルピペリジン、2-エチルピペリジン、4-ピペリドン エチレンケタール、ピロリジン、2,5-ジメチルピロリジンN-(3-アミノプロピル)ジエタノールアミン、N-シクロヘキシルエタノールアミン、2-ピペコリン、3-ピペコリン、4-ピペコリン、3-ピロリジノール、インドリン、イミノベンジル、チアゾリン、N-メチルシクロヘキシルアミン、ピロール、2-メチルピロール、2,4-ジメチルピロール、2,5-ジメチルピロール、ニトロピロール、2-アセチルピロール、塩素化ピロール、臭素化ピロール、ヨウ素化ピロール、3-ピロリン、ピラゾール、イミダゾール、2-ピラゾリン、プリン、インドール、カルバゾール、N-メチルアニリン、N-エチルアニリン、N-メチルベンジルアミン、N-メチルフェネチルアミン、ジフェニルアミン等が挙げることができ、単独、又は2種以上を併用することができる。これらの中で、エチルアミン、モルホリン、モノエタノールアミン、プロピルアミン、ジブチルアミン、ジエチルアミン、ジエタノールアミン、N-メチルエタノールアミン、N-エチルエタノールアミンが耐紫外線吸収剤性に優れており好ましい。
本発明のジアミン(D)としては、耐紫外線吸収剤性の観点から、脂環族ジアミンを用いることが好ましい。
このような脂環族ジアミンとしては、イソホロンジアミン、シクロヘキサンジアミン、ノルボルナンジアミン、水素添加トリレンジアミン、水素添加キシレンジアミン、水素添加テトラメチルキシレンジアミン等を挙げることができる。このジアミンの中で、優れた耐紫外線吸収剤性を付与する観点から、イソホロンジアミンが特に好ましい。
また、性能が低下しない範囲で、エチレンジアミン、ブチレンジアミン、ヘキサメチレンジアミン、ジフェニルメタンジアミン、トリレンジアミン、キシリレンジアミン、2-ヒドロキシエチルエチレンジアミン、2-ヒドロキシエチルプロピレンジアミン、ジ-2-ヒドロキシエチルエチレンジアミン、ジ-2-ヒドロキシエチルプロピレンジアミン、2-ヒドロキシプロピルエチレンジアミン、ジ-2-ヒドロキシプロピルエチレンジアミン、2-ヒドロキシ-1,3-プロパンジアミン等を併用することもできる。
<耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物の製造方法>
第1工程:ポリオール(A)と、ポリイソシアネート(B)とをイソシアネート基が過剰量になる量を仕込んで、有機溶剤の存在下または非存在下、好ましくは20~100℃でウレタン化反応させてイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIを製造する。
第2工程:イソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIと、分子量調整剤(C)とを、好ましくは20~100℃で反応させてイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIIを製造する。
第3工程:イソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIIと、ジアミン(D)と、必要に応じ分子量調整剤(C)とを、好ましくは20~60℃でウレア化反応させる。
また、一連の製造工程においては、イソシアネート基と水分との反応を抑制するために、窒素ガス、若しくは、乾燥空気気流下で反応を進行させることが好ましい。
第1工程における「イソシアネート基が過剰量になる量」としては、例えば、原料仕込みの際、有機ジイソシアネート(B)のイソシアネート基とポリオール(A)の水酸基とのモル比が、R=イソシアネート基/水酸基で1.5~3.0になるように仕込むことが好ましく、R=1.8~2.7になるように仕込むことがさらに好ましい。イソシアネート基が下限未満の場合には、樹脂骨格中にウレタン基が多く導入されるため、耐紫外線吸収剤性の低下を招く恐れがある。イソシアネート基が上限を超える場合には、ウレア化物が生成するため、濁りや凝集物の生成を招く恐れがあるため好ましくない。
<ウレタン化反応触媒>
ウレタン化反応に使用できる触媒の具体例としては、ジブチル錫ジアセテート、ジブチル錫ジラウレート、ジオクチル錫ジラウレート等の有機金属化合物や、トリエチレンジアミンやトリエチルアミン等の有機アミンやその塩を選択して用いることができる。
<製造に使用する有機溶剤>
有機溶剤の具体例としては、オクタン等の脂肪族炭化水素類、シクロヘキサン、メチルシクロヘキサン等の脂環族炭化水素類、メチルエチルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、シクロヘキサノン等のケトン類、酢酸エチル、酢酸プロピル、酢酸ブチル、酢酸イソブチル等のエステル類、エチレングリコールエチルエーテルアセテート、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート、3-メチル-3-メトキシブチルアセテート、エチル-3-エトキシプロピオネート等のグリコールエーテルエステル類、ジオキサン等のエーテル類、ヨウ化メチレン、モノクロロベンゼン等のハロゲン化炭化水素類、N-メチルピロリドン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、ヘキサメチルホスホニルアミド等の極性非プロトン溶媒などが挙げられる。これらの溶媒は、単独、又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
第2工程では、第1工程で得られたイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIに分子量調整剤(C)を反応させてイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIIを製造することが好ましい。
また、前記の性能が低下しない限り、分子量調整剤(C)を第3工程で使用することもできる。ここで、分子量調整剤(C)の変性量としては、ポリイソシアネート(B)のイソシアネート基に対して1~3モル%変性することが好ましい。変性量が下限値未満の場合には、耐紫外線吸収剤性の低下を招く恐れがある。また、上限値を超える場合には、耐熱性の低下を招く恐れがある。
第3工程では、第2工程で製造したイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIIとジアミン(D)、若しくはジアミン(D)と分子量調整剤(C)との混合物によりウレア化反応し、数平均分子量が60,000~100,000の本発明の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物を得ることができる。また、第2工程、又は第3工程で使用したジアミン(D)と分子量調整剤(C)とのモル比は、ジアミン(D)/分子量調整剤(C)=10~20になるように仕込むことが好ましい。このモル比が、10未満である場合には、機械物性の低下を招く恐れがある。また、20を超える場合には、耐熱性耐紫外線吸収剤性の低下を招く恐れがある。
架橋剤の具体例としては、性能が低下しない範囲で、前記の芳香族ジイソシアネート、脂肪族ジイソシアネート、脂環族ジイソシアネート、芳香脂肪族ジイソシアネート、これらのポリイソシアネートを原料として得られるイソシアヌレート基含有ポリイソシアネート、ウレトジオン基含有ポリイソシアネート、ウレトジオン基及びイソシアヌレート基含有ポリイソシアネート、ウレタン基含有ポリイソシアネート、アロファネート基含有ポリイソシアネート、ビュレット基含有ポリイソシアネート、ウレトイミン基含有ポリイソシアネート等を使用することもできる。
本発明の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物は、通信タブレットなどの電子機器部材、衣料、家具・家電部材、日用雑貨、及び自動車部材の成形物及びコーティング材として使用される。
成形物としては、部材、構造物、フィルム、及びシートが含まれ、注型や塗布などの公知技術により成形された部材である。
また、コーティング材としては、本発明の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物に、必要に応じて前記の架橋剤や添加剤などを混合、均一撹拌後、スプレー塗装、ナイフ塗工、ワイヤーバー塗工、ドクターブレード塗工、リバースロール塗工、カレンダー塗工等の公知技術により、基材上に形成したコーティング膜である。
前記の基材としては、ステンレス、リン酸処理鋼、亜鉛鋼、鉄、銅、アルミニウム、真鍮、ガラス、アクリル樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリエチレンナフタレート樹脂、ポリブチレンフタレート樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、AS樹脂、ABS樹脂、ポリカーボネート-ABS樹脂、6-ナイロン樹脂、6,6-ナイロン樹脂、MXD6ナイロン樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、ポリビニルアルコール樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、フェノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ポリアセタール樹脂、塩素化ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂、NBR樹脂、クロロプレン樹脂、SBR樹脂、SEBS樹脂、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等のオレフィン樹脂などの素材で成型された基材やポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、6-ナイロン樹脂、6,6-ナイロン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリビニルアルコール樹脂、セルロース、ポリ乳酸、綿、ウールから選ばれる少なくとも1種類を主成分とする有機繊維やガラスウールなどの無機繊維、炭素繊維を挙げることができる。
<実施例1>
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール1を252gと、N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド(以下、DMFと言う。)を350gと、メチルエチルケトン(以下、MEKと言う。)を350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(日本ポリウレタン工業社製、NCO含有量:49.9質量%、以下、HDIと言う。)を13.5gと、イソホロンジイソシアネート(エボニックジャパン社製、NCO含有量:37.8質量%、以下、IPDIと言う。)を17.5g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.8質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、2-トリデカノールを1.6g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.8質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にイソホロンジアミン(以下、IPDAと言う。)を15.0gと、モノエタノールアミン(以下、MEAと言う。)を0.4gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-1を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-1の数平均分子量は85,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で10%、25℃における粘度が13,000mPa・sであった。

撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール2を250gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、HDIを5gと、IPDIを30g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.7質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、n-ブタノールを0.5g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.7質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを14gと、MEAを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-2を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-2の数平均分子量は90,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で13%、25℃における粘度が14,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール3を250gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、HDIを5gと、IPDIを30g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.7質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、n-ブタノールを0.5g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.7質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを14gと、MEAを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-3を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-3の数平均分子量は95,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で15%、25℃における粘度が18,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール4を236gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、IPDIを47g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.8質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、2-エチル-1-ヘキサノールを1g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.8質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを15.5gと、モルホリンを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-4を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-4の数平均分子量は85,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で10%、25℃における粘度が13,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール5を233gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、IPDIを50g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.9質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、2-エチル-1-ヘキサノールを1g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.9質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを16gと、モルホリンを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-5を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-5の数平均分子量は80,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で9%、25℃における粘度が11,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール5を236gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、2,4′-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート/4,4′-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート混合物(日本ポリウレタン工業社製、商品名:ミリオネートNM、NCO含有量:33.6質量%、以下、MDIと言う。)を49g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.7質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、2-エチル-1-ヘキサノールを1g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.6質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを13.5gと、MEAを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-6を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-6の数平均分子量は89,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で13%、25℃における粘度が25,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール4を231.5gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、水素添加ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(バイエル社製、NCO含有量:32.0質量%、以下、水添MDIと言う。)を53g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.7質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、2-エチル-1-ヘキサノールを1g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.7質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを14gと、モルホリンを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-7を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-7の数平均分子量は84,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で11%、25℃における粘度が20,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール6を216gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、HDIを15gと、IPDIを50g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は1.5質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、メタノールを0.3g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は1.4質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを15gと、モルホリンを0.9gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-8を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-8の数平均分子量は80,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で8%、25℃における粘度が20,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール2を153gと、ポリオール7を85gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、IPDIを48.5g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.7質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、n-ブタノールを0.5g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.7質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを12.5gと、モルホリンを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-9を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-9の数平均分子量は78,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で8%、25℃における粘度が10,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール4を226gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、IPDIを52.2g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は1.1質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液にIPDAを21.3gと、モルホリンを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることにより耐紫外線吸剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-10を得た。耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-10の数平均分子量は130,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で25%、25℃における粘度が35,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール6を148gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、MDIを62gと、IPDIを55g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は3.5質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、1,4-ブタンジオールを35g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で鎖延長反応させることによりポリウレタン樹脂組成物PU-11を得た。ポリウレタン樹脂組成物PU-11の数平均分子量は85,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で11%、25℃における粘度が10,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール1を260g、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、MDIを13gと、IPDIを17g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.5質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、n-ブタノールを0.5g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.5質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを9gと、MEAを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることによりポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-12を得た。ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-12の数平均分子量は75,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で8%、25℃における粘度が15,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール2を196.5gと、DMFを350g、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、IPDIを65g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は2.0質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、2-エチル-1-ヘキサノールを1.5g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は1.9質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを36gと、MEAを1gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることによりポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-13を得た。ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-13の数平均分子量は90,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で12%、25℃における粘度が30,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール6を239gと、DMFを350gと、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、MDIを22gと、IPDIを29g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.5質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、n-ブタノールを0.9g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は0.5質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを8.4gと、MEAを0.7gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることによりポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-14を得た。ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-14の数平均分子量は60,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で6%、25℃における粘度が4,000mPa・sであった。
撹拌機、温度計、加熱装置、蒸留塔を備えた容量2リットルの四つ口フラスコに、ポリオール7を194gと、DMFを350g、MEKを350g仕込み、これらを45℃で均一に撹拌しながら窒素ガスバブリングして高分子ポリオールの溶液を調製した。この高分子ポリオール溶液に、HDIを31.5gと、IPDIを43g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は1.6質量%であった。
このイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーI溶液に、2-エチル-1-ヘキサノールを1g仕込み、窒素気流下、75℃で3時間ウレタン化反応させることにより、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液を得た。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は1.6質量%であった。得られたイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーII溶液にIPDAを30.0gと、MEAを0.5gとを予め混合してなるアミン溶液を添加し、40℃で4時間にわたり鎖延長反応させることによりポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-15を得た。ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物PU-15の数平均分子量は95,000、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で15%、25℃における粘度が34,000mPa・sであった。

(16)ウレタン基濃度比率:ウレタン基濃度×100/(ウレタン基濃度+ウレア基濃度)
得られたPU-1~PU-10の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物、PU-11のポリウレタン樹脂組成物、及びPU-12~PU-15のポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物を、厚さ25μmの二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(東洋紡社製、エステルフィルムE5100)の片面に乾燥後のコーティング膜の厚さが50μmになるようにバーコーターで塗布し、120℃で10分間乾燥させることによってコーティング材を作製した。
(1)化合物a:2-ヒドロキシ-4-メトキシベンゾフェノン
(2)化合物b:サリチル酸-2-エチルヘキシル
(3)化合物c:サリチル酸-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキシル
(4)化合物d:4-tert-ブチルベンゾイル(4-メトキシベンゾイル)メタン
(5)化合物e:3,3-ジフェニル-2-シアノアクリル酸-2-エチルヘキシル
<耐摩耗性>
JIS L1096に準じ、テーバー摩耗試験機(安田精機製作所社製)により、荷重1kg、円板回転速度60rpm×500回転、摩耗輪H-22を使用し、摩耗性を測定した。
・コーティング膜が剥離、又は大部分が摩耗したもの(評価:×)
・コーティング膜の一部が摩耗したもの(評価:△)
・外観の変化が認められないもの(評価:○)
<耐オレイン酸性>
コーティング膜にオレイン酸を10g/m2塗布し、80℃で24時間放置後、拭き取り外観を目視で評価した。
・コーティング膜の一部~大部分に溶解を生じたもの(評価:×)
・コーティング膜の大部分に皺を生じたもの(評価:△)
・コーティング膜の僅かに皺を生じたもの(評価:○)
・コーティング膜に変化が見られないもの(評価:◎)
<耐紫外線吸収剤性>
コーティング膜に下記化合物をグリセリンで3%となるように調整し、調整液を10g/m2塗布し、80℃で24時間放置後、拭き取り外観を目視で評価した。
(1)2-ヒドロキシ-4-メトキシベンゾフェノン
(2)サリチル酸-2-エチルヘキシル
(3)サリチル酸-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキシル
(4)4-tert-ブチルベンゾイル(4-メトキシベンゾイル)メタン
(5)3,3-ジフェニル-2-シアノアクリル酸-2-エチルヘキシル
・コーティング膜に一部~大部分に溶解を生じたもの(評価:×)
・コーティング膜の大部分に皺を生じたもの(評価:△)
・コーティング膜の僅かに皺を生じたもの(評価:○)
・コーティング膜に変化が見られないもの(評価:◎)
<引張特性>
剥離紙上にPU-1~PU-15の樹脂組成物を100μm厚になるようにキャスト(cast)し、常温で30分間静置後、温度60℃の乾燥機中で2時間、120℃で2時間加熱処理を行い、続いて温度23℃、相対湿度50%の環境下で7日間養生を行うことで試験片を作製した。得られた試験片は、JIS K6251に準拠して引張特性を測定した。
・試験装置:テンシロンUTA-500(エー・アンド・デー社製)
・測定条件:25℃×50%RH
・ヘッドスピード:200mm/分
・ダンベル:4号
<耐熱性>
引張測定用に作製した試験片を下記条件で処理し、評価試験5の引張特性を評価した。
・処理装置:送風定温乾燥機DRK633DA(アドバンテック社製)
・処理条件:120℃、空気循環系
・処理時間:500時間
<耐加水分解性>
引張測定用に作製した試験片を下記条件で処理し、評価試験5の引張特性を評価した。
・処理装置:恒温恒湿器SH-220(エスペック社製)
・処理条件:80℃×95%RH
・試験時間:500時間
<耐候性>
引張測定用に作製した試験片を下記条件で処理し、評価試験5の引張特性を評価した。
・処理装置:QUV(Q-LAB社製)
・ランプ:EL-313
・照度:0.59w/m2
・λmax:313nm
・1サイクル:12時間〔UV照射:8時間(温度70℃)、結露:4時間(温度50℃)〕
・処理時間:720時間
Claims (7)
- ポリオール(A)と、ポリイソシアネート(B)と、分子量調整剤(C)と、ジアミン(D)とをモノマー単位として含むポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物であって、
ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物中におけるウレア基濃度が、0.5~1mmol/gであり、
ウレタン基濃度が1mmol/g以下であり、且つ下記数式1で求められるウレタン基濃度比率が40~70%である、
ことを特徴とする耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物。
ウレタン基濃度比率=ウレタン基濃度×100/(ウレタン基濃度+ウレア基濃度) ・・・・・(数式1) - ポリイソシアネート(B)が脂環族ジイソシアネートであり、分子量調整剤(C)が炭素数1~20の末端封止アルコール及び/又は末端封止アミンから少なくとも1種類選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物が、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)に基づく数平均分子量で60,000~100,000であり、分子量分布における300,000以上の分子量が面積比で20%以下であることを特徴とする耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物。
- ポリオール(A)と、ポリイソシアネート(B)と、分子量調整剤(C)と、ジアミン(D)とを有機溶剤の存在下もしくは非存在下で反応させて得るポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、
ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物中におけるウレア基濃度が、0.5~1mmol/gであり、
ウレタン基濃度が1mmol/g以下であり、且つ下記数式1で求められるウレタン基濃度比率が40~70%となるように反応させることを特徴とする耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物の製造方法。
ウレタン基濃度比率=ウレタン基濃度×100/(ウレタン基濃度+ウレア基濃度) ・・・・・(数式1) - ポリオール(A)と、ポリイソシアネート(B)と、分子量調整剤(C)と、ジアミン(D)とを以下の第1工程乃至第3工程を含む工程で反応させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物の製造方法。
第1工程:ポリオール(A)と、ポリイソシアネート(B)とをイソシアネート基が過剰量になる量を仕込んで、有機溶剤の存在下または非存在下でウレタン化反応させてイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIを製造する工程。
第2工程:イソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIと、分子量調整剤(C)とを反応させてイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIIを製造する工程。
第3工程:イソシアネート基末端プレポリマーIIと、ジアミン(D)と、必要に応じ分子量調整剤(C)とをウレア化反応させる工程。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物を用いることを特徴とする成形体。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の耐紫外線吸収剤性ポリウレタンウレア樹脂組成物を用いることを特徴とするコーティング材。
