Abstract
Description
本願は、2014年6月13日に、日本に出願された特願2014-122197号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る広告配信システム1の構成の一例を示す図である。第1実施形態に係る広告配信システム1は、広告配信装置2と、コンテンツ表示装置3と、コンテンツ表示装置3のセカンドスクリーンとして機能する情報処理端末4と、広告DBサーバー5と、コンテンツ情報サーバー6を具備する。なお、広告配信システム1は、複数のコンテンツ表示装置3を具備する構成であってもよく、複数の情報処理端末4を具備する構成であってもよく、情報処理端末4を具備しない構成であってもよい。
コンテンツ情報サーバー6は、コンテンツ情報を記憶するサーバーである。コンテンツ情報サーバー6は、広告配信装置2からの要求に応じて各種のコンテンツ情報を出力する。
表示部24は、例えば、液晶ディスプレイパネル、あるいは、有機ELディスプレイパネルである。
通信部25は、例えば、USB等のデジタル入出力ポートやイーサネット(登録商標)ポート等を含んで構成される。
第1取得部263は、コンテンツ表示装置3から視聴関連情報を取得する。なお、第1取得部263は、コンテンツ表示装置3から所定の周期で送信された視聴関連情報を取得する構成であるとするが、これに代えて、例えば、コンテンツ表示装置3へ所定の周期で視聴関連情報の取得を要求し、その要求に対する応答として視聴関連情報を取得する構成であっても良い。また、第1取得部263は、コンテンツ表示装置3から所定のタイミングで送信された視聴関連情報を取得する構成であってもよい。所定のタイミングとは、例えば、コンテンツ表示装置3と情報処理端末4のうちいずれか一方にのみコンテンツが表示されている場合、以下に示したA1~A5のタイミングを任意に組み合わせたタイミングである。

また、第1取得部263と第2取得部265は、第1取得部263と第2取得部265のうちいずれか一方の機能部にまとめられた構成であっても良い。その場合、視聴関連情報と広告有無情報は、互いのどちらかに含まれているものとする。
配信制御部267は、第1取得部263により取得された視聴関連情報と、第2取得部265により取得された広告有無情報と、コンテンツ情報取得部266により取得されたコンテンツ情報とに基づいて、広告取得部261により取得された付加広告をコンテンツ表示装置3に配信するか否かを判定する。配信制御部267は、前記の判定により付加広告を配信すると判定した場合、通信部25を介してコンテンツ表示装置3に付加広告を配信する。また、配信制御部267は、前記の判定により付加広告を配信しないと判定した場合、通信部25を介してコンテンツ表示装置3に付加広告を配信しない。
出力制御部363は、自装置の視聴関連情報を、通信部35を介して広告配信装置2に出力する。また、出力制御部363は、情報処理端末4がセカンドスクリーンとして機能している場合、自装置及び情報処理端末4に表示されているコンテンツに係る視聴関連情報を、通信部35を介して広告配信装置2に出力する。なお、出力制御部363は、所定の周期で視聴関連情報を広告配信装置2に出力する構成であるが、これに代えて、例えば、自装置の視聴状況及び、電源ON処理完了時,OFF処理の開始時に出力する構成でもよいし、広告配信装置2からの要求に応じて視聴関連情報を出力する構成であってもよい。
表示制御部463は、コンテンツ表示装置3のセカンドスクリーンとして機能している場合であってセカンドスクリーンに付加広告を表示させるようにユーザーに設定されている場合、第4取得部461により取得された付加広告を表示部44に表示させる。
なお、付加広告CM2には、詳細ボタンB3及び隠すボタンB4のようなボタンが表示されていてもよく、表示されていなくてもよい。
以下、本発明の第2実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同様な機能部には同じ符号を付して、説明を省略する。第2実施形態に係る広告配信システム1のコンテンツ表示装置3は、ユーザーの目線方向を検出するための撮像部が備えられており、コンテンツ表示装置3の表示部34に対するユーザーの目線方向を示す情報が視聴関連情報に含まれているとする。なお、以下では、情報処理端末4は、コンテンツ表示装置3のセカンドスクリーンとして機能しているとして説明する。
図18において、時間軸T3は、コンテンツ表示装置3の経過時間を表す時間軸である。
また、図18において、時間軸T4は、情報処理端末4における経過時間を表す時間軸である。以下では、時間軸T3と時間軸T4の原点が一致しているとして説明する。
以下、本発明の第3実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同様な機能部には同じ符号を付して、説明を省略する。第3実施形態に係る広告配信システム1のコンテンツ表示装置3は、情報処理端末4が所定のアクセスポイントに接続しているか否かに基づいてユーザーが外出しているか否かをコンテンツ表示装置3又は情報処理端末4が検出し、コンテンツ表示装置3が、ユーザーが外出しているか否かを示す情報を視聴関連情報に含めるとする。なお、以下では、コンテンツ表示装置3が、情報処理端末4が所定のアクセスポイントに接続しているか否かに基づいてユーザーが外出しているか否かを検出するとして説明するが、これに代えて、情報処理端末4が、情報処理端末4が所定のアクセスポイントに接続しているか否かに基づいてユーザーが外出しているか否かを検出する構成であってもよい。その場合、情報処理端末4は、前記の検出の結果をコンテンツ表示装置3に出力する構成とする。
以下、本発明の第4実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同様な機能部には同じ符号を付して、説明を省略する。第4実施形態に係る広告配信システム1のコンテンツ表示装置3は、例えば、表示部34に表示されたコンテンツを含む範囲を撮像する撮像部を備えており、撮像部により前記の範囲が撮像された撮像画像を視聴関連情報に含む、広告配信装置2に出力する。
これにより、広告配信システム1は、第1実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができ、更に、ネットワークを介して視聴関連情報のうちのコンテンツ表示装置3に表示されているコンテンツを識別する情報等を取得することができないコンテンツ表示装置3に対してであっても、第1実施形態と同様に付加広告の配信を制御することができる。
以下、本発明の第5実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、上述した各実施形態と同様の構成には同じ符号を付して、説明を省略する。
本実施形態に係る広告配信システム1Dは、第1実施形態に係る広告配信システム1Dと同様に、コンテンツ表示装置3への広告の配信を制御するシステムである。本実施形態では、広告の配信の制御について、さらに詳細に説明する。
図22は、本実施形態に係る広告配信システム1Dの構成の一例を示す図である。
広告配信システム1Dは、広告配信システム1が備える広告配信装置2に代えて、広告配信装置2Dを備える。また、広告配信システム1Dは、広告配信システム1が備える各装置に加え、視聴関連情報サーバー7をさらに備える。
広告配信装置2Dは、例えば、コンテンツ表示装置3ごとに選択された広告を配信するか否かを判定する。これにより、広告配信装置2Dは、広告の配信を取り止めることができるため、広告配信システム1Dは、不適切な広告がコンテンツ表示装置3等に配信されることを防ぐことができる。
また、本実施形態に係る広告DBサーバー5は、可否情報を予め記憶する。
まず、コンテンツ情報について説明する。
図23は、コンテンツ情報のデータ構成の一例を示す図である。
本実施形態において、コンテンツ情報の各レコードは、番組ID(図23における番組ID)とブロードキャストID(図23における放送局)と、番組名情報(図23における番組名)と、放送開始時刻情報(図23における放送開始時刻)と、放送終了時刻情報(図23における放送終了時刻)と、放送時間情報(図23における視聴時間)と、スポンサーID(図23におけるスポンサーID)とを互いに対応付けて構成される。
ブロードキャストIDとは、放送局を識別する情報である。つまり、ブロードキャストIDとは、コンテンツの配信元を示す情報の一例である。コンテンツ情報には、コンテンツの配信元を示す情報に代えてコンテンツの製作元を示す情報が含まれてもよい。また、コンテンツ情報には、コンテンツの配信元を示す情報と、コンテンツの製作元を示す情報都の両方が含まれてもよい。
番組名情報は、番組の名称を示す情報である。つまり、番組名情報とは、コンテンツを識別するコンテンツ識別情報の一例である。
放送終了時刻情報とは、コンテンツの視聴が終了した時刻を示す情報である。
放送時間情報とは、コンテンツの放送時間長を示す情報である。つまり、放送時間情報とは、コンテンツの時間的な長さを示す情報である。
なお、放送開始時刻情報と、放送終了時刻情報と、放送時間情報とのうちのいずれかが省略されてもよい。この場合であっても、省略されていない残りの2つの情報から、省略された情報の内容を特定することができる。例えば、放送終了時刻情報が省略された場合、放送開始時刻情報が示す放送開始時刻に、放送時間情報が示すコンテンツの放送時間長を加えることで、放送終了時刻情報を特定することができる。
以上のように、コンテンツ情報の各レコードは、コンテンツの配信元、製作元、コンテンツの名称、コンテンツの放送時間、コンテンツの時間的な長さ、コンテンツのスポンサー等の情報を含む。つまり、コンテンツ情報とは、コンテンツのメタ情報の一例である。
以上が、コンテンツ情報のデータ構造の説明である。
図24は、視聴関連情報のデータ構成の一例を示す図である。
本実施形態に係る視聴関連情報は、一例として、コンテンツ表示装置3によるコンテンツの視聴履歴を表す情報である。本実施形態において、視聴関連情報の各レコードは、端末ID(図24における端末ID)と、番組ID(図24における番組ID)と、視聴開始時刻情報(図24における視聴開始時刻)と、視聴終了時刻情報(図24における視聴終了時刻)とが互いに対応付けられて構成される。
番組IDは、上述したように、番組を識別する情報である。
視聴開始時刻情報とは、コンテンツ表示装置3によるコンテンツの視聴が開始された時刻を示す情報である。ここで、コンテンツの視聴とは、例えば、コンテンツ表示装置3がコンテンツを表示(再生)すること、コンテンツ表示装置3がコンテンツを表示している状態において、そのユーザーの目線がコンテンツ表示装置3に向いていること、コンテンツ表示装置3がコンテンツを表示している状態において、コンテンツ表示装置3が設置されている空間(例えば、部屋)内にそのユーザーが存在していること等である。
つまり、本実施形態に係る視聴終了時刻情報は、コンテンツの視聴が終了しているか否か、すなわち、コンテンツが現在視聴されているか否かを示す情報でもある。
この場合、まず、チャンネル変更前のコンテンツに係るレコードにおいて、視聴終了時刻情報として、チャンネルの変更が行われた時刻が記述される。また、チャンネル変更後のコンテンツに係るレコードが新たに生成される。このレコードには、チャンネル変更後のコンテンツを示す番組ID等が記述される他、視聴開始時刻情報として、チャンネルの変更が行われた時刻が記述される。このように、視聴関連情報の各レコードの視聴終了時刻情報は、コンテンツの放送が終了した時刻に限らず、コンテンツ表示装置3のユーザーがコンテンツの視聴を終了した時刻を表す。
以上が、視聴関連情報のデータ構造の説明である。
図25は、可否情報のデータ構成の一例を示す図である。
本実施形態において、可否情報の各レコードは、スポンサーID(図25におけるスポンサーID)と、広告主ごと(図25におけるa社、b社、c社、d社、e社、f社)の広告可否情報とを対応付けて構成される。
スポンサーIDは、上述したようにコンテンツに係るスポンサーを示す情報である。
広告主ごとの広告可否情報は、各企業が広告主となる広告の配信を許可するか否かを示す情報である。つまり、広告可否情報は、広告を配信しない条件の一例である。図25に示す例では、広告の配信を許可する場合、「○」が記述され、広告の配信を許可しない場合、「×」が記述されている。
以上が、可否情報の説明である。
図26は、広告配信システム1Dによる全体的な処理の流れの一例を示すシーケンス図である。
まず、コンテンツ表示装置3の出力制御部363は、自装置が表示しているコンテンツについての視聴関連情報を視聴関連情報サーバー7に送信する(ステップS400)。視聴関連情報は、例えば、コンテンツの表示を開始したとき、コンテンツの表示を終了したとき等に送信される。コンテンツの表示は、例えば、コンテンツ表示装置3の電源のON/OFFや、放送チャンネルの切り替え、外部入力コンテンツとの表示の切り替え等により開始、終了する。視聴関連情報サーバー7は、コンテンツ表示装置3から視聴関連情報を取得すると、取得した視聴関連情報を自装置の記憶部に記憶し、蓄積する(ステップS410)。このステップS400、S410の処理は、図26に示す他の処理とは非同期に随時行われてよい。
次に、広告配信装置2Dのコンテンツ情報取得部265は、コンテンツ情報サーバー6からコンテンツ情報を取得する(ステップS430)。このとき、広告配信装置2Dは、ステップS420の処理により取得した現在視聴関連情報を参照し、コンテンツ表示装置3において、現在表示されていると推測されるコンテンツについて、コンテンツ情報を取得する。
次に、広告配信装置2Dの配信制御部267は、ステップS440の処理により取得した可否情報に基づいて、広告の配信の可否を判定する(ステップS450)。まず、広告配信装置2Dの配信制御部267は、配信候補の広告を選択する。次に、広告配信装置2Dの配信制御部267は、選択した広告の広告主を特定する。次に、広告配信装置2Dの配信制御部267は、可否情報を参照し、特定した広告主による広告の配信が許可されているか否かを判定する。広告の配信が許可されていない場合、広告配信装置2Dは、該広告の配信を取り止める。また、広告の配信が許可されている場合、広告配信装置2Dの広告取得部261は、該広告を広告DBサーバー5から取得する(ステップS460)。
以上が、広告配信システム1Dの全体的な処理の流れの説明である。
例えば、広告配信システム1Dは、コンテンツの種類に基づいて、広告の配信の可否を判定してもよい。具体的には、広告配信システム1Dは、例えば、広告有コンテンツであるか、広告無コンテンツであるかに基づいて広告の可否を判定してよい。この場合、可否情報には、例えば、広告有コンテンツと配信の不許可との対応付けと、広告無コンテンツと配信の許可との対応付けとが記述される。つまり、広告を配信しない条件として、広告有コンテンツであることが定められ、この条件と、コンテンツが広告有コンテンツであるか否かを示す情報とが可否情報により対応付けられる。
また、上述した各実施形態における任意の構成は、異なる装置に分離して備えられてもよい。また、複数の構成が組み合わせられて1つの装置に備えられてもよい。例えば、第5実施形態の広告配信システム1Dによる広告の配信制御に係る処理を第1~第4実施形態の広告配信システム1に適用してもよい。
また、「コンピューター読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ROM、CD-ROM等の可搬媒体、コンピューターシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置のことをいう。さらに「コンピューター読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムを送信する場合の通信線のように、短時間の間、動的にプログラムを保持するもの、その場合のサーバーやクライアントとなるコンピューターシステム内部の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含むものとする。また上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであっても良く、さらに前述した機能をコンピューターシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるものであっても良い。
(2)本発明の他の態様は、(1)に記載の広告配信装置であって、前記配信制御部は、前記視聴関連情報に基づいて広告を配信するか否かを判定し、前記広告を配信しないと判定した場合、前記広告を配信しない、広告配信装置である。
(3)本発明の他の態様は、(1)又は(2)に記載の広告配信装置であって、前記コンテンツ表示装置に表示されるコンテンツに係る広告の有無を示す情報を広告有無情報として取得する第2取得部を備え、前記配信制御部は、さらに、取得された前記広告有無情報に基づいて前記広告の配信を制御する、広告配信装置である。
(5)本発明の他の態様は、(1)から(4)のうちいずれか一項に記載の広告配信装置であって、前記視聴関連情報には、前記コンテンツ表示装置に表示されたコンテンツを示す情報が含まれている、広告配信装置である。
(6)本発明の他の態様は、(1)から(5)のうちいずれか一項に記載の広告配信装置であって、前記視聴関連情報には、前記コンテンツ表示装置の電源がオン又はオフにされたことを示す情報が含まれている、広告配信装置である。
(8)本発明の他の態様は、(1)から(7)のうちいずれか一項に記載の広告配信装置であって、前記配信制御部は、前記コンテンツ表示装置のユーザーが前記コンテンツ表示装置から目線を外した時、前記コンテンツ表示装置のセカンドスクリーンとして機能する情報処理端末に前記広告を配信する、広告配信装置である。
(9)本発明の他の態様は、(1)から(8)のうちいずれか一項に記載の広告配信装置であって、前記配信制御部は、前記コンテンツ表示装置のユーザーが、前記コンテンツ表示装置が設置された部屋から外出した時、前記コンテンツ表示装置のセカンドスクリーンとして機能する情報処理端末に前記広告を配信する、広告配信装置である。
(11)本発明の他の態様は、コンテンツ表示装置による視聴に係る情報を視聴関連情報として取得し、取得された前記視聴関連情報に基づいて広告の配信を制御する、広告配信方法である。
(12)本発明の他の態様は、広告配信装置のコンピューターに、コンテンツ表示装置による視聴に係る情報を視聴関連情報として取得させ、取得された前記視聴関連情報に基づいて広告の配信を制御させる、広告配信プログラムである。
(16)本発明の他の態様は、コンテンツ表示装置のコンピューターに、自装置の視聴に係る状態を示す情報を出力させ、自装置による視聴に係る情報が視聴関連情報として取得され、取得された前記視聴関連情報に基づいて広告の配信が配信制御部により制御され、前記配信制御部からの要求に応じて前記広告が配信され、配信された前記広告を表示させる、コンテンツ表示プログラムである。
(18)本発明の他の態様は、情報処理端末のコンピューターに、コンテンツ表示装置による視聴に係る情報が視聴関連情報として取得され、取得された前記視聴関連情報に基づいて広告の配信が配信制御部により制御され、前記配信制御部からの要求に応じて前記広告が配信され、配信された前記広告が前記コンテンツ表示装置により取得され、前記コンテンツ表示装置から前記広告が出力され、出力された前記広告を取得させ、取得された前記広告を表示させる、情報処理プログラムである。
Claims (18)
- コンテンツ表示装置によるコンテンツの視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報を取得する第1取得部と、
広告配信の条件と、コンテンツに関する情報と、を対応付ける可否情報を取得する可否情報取得部と、
前記可否情報と前記視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止める配信制御部と、
を備える広告配信装置。 - 請求項1に記載の広告配信装置であって、
前記コンテンツに関する情報とは、コンテンツのメタ情報であり、
前記視聴関連情報に基づいて前記コンテンツ表示装置に表示されるコンテンツのメタ情報を取得する第2取得部を備え、
前記配信制御部は、前記可否情報と、前記視聴関連情報と、前記第2取得部が取得したメタ情報とに基づいて前記広告の配信を制御する、
広告配信装置。 - 請求項2に記載の広告配信装置であって、
前記メタ情報は、コンテンツの製作元及び配信元の両方又はいずれかを示す、
広告配信装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の広告配信装置であって、
前記メタ情報は、コンテンツに係るスポンサーを示す、
広告配信装置。 - 請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の広告配信装置であって、
前記配信制御部は、前記視聴関連情報のうち、所定期間内に更新された視聴関連情報に基づいて選択された配信候補の広告の配信を取り止める、
広告配信装置。 - 請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の広告配信装置であって、
前記視聴関連情報は、前記コンテンツに関する情報として、前記コンテンツ表示装置が外部入力端子又はインターネットを介してコンテンツを表示しているか否かを示す情報を含む、
広告配信装置。 - 請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載の広告配信装置であって、
前記視聴関連情報は、前記コンテンツに関する情報として、前記コンテンツ表示装置のユーザーが、該コンテンツ表示装置から目線を外しているか否かを示す情報を含み、
前記配信制御部は、前記コンテンツ表示装置のユーザーが、該コンテンツ表示装置から目線を外している場合、該コンテンツ表示装置のセカンドスクリーンとして機能する情報処理端末に前記広告を配信する、
広告配信装置。 - 請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載の広告配信装置であって、
前記視聴関連情報は、前記コンテンツ表示装置のユーザーが、該コンテンツ表示装置が設置された部屋から外出しているか否かを示し、
前記配信制御部は、前記コンテンツ表示装置のユーザーが、該コンテンツ表示装置が設置された部屋から外出している場合、該コンテンツ表示装置のセカンドスクリーンとして機能する情報処理端末に前記広告を配信する、
広告配信装置。 - 広告配信装置が、コンテンツ表示装置によるコンテンツの視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報を取得し、
前記広告配信装置が、広告配信の条件と、コンテンツに関する情報と、を対応付ける可否情報を取得し、
前記広告配信装置が、前記可否情報と前記視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止める、
広告配信方法。 - 広告配信装置のコンピューターに、
コンテンツ表示装置による視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報を取得させる第1ステップと、
広告配信の条件と、コンテンツに関する情報と、を対応付ける可否情報を取得させる第2ステップと、
前記可否情報と前記視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止めさせる第3ステップと、
を実行させるための広告配信プログラム。 - 広告配信装置と、前記広告配信装置から配信された広告を表示するコンテンツ表示装置とを具備する広告配信システムであって、
前記広告配信装置は、
コンテンツ表示装置による視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報を取得する第1取得部と、
広告配信の条件と、コンテンツに関する情報と、を対応付ける可否情報を取得する可否情報取得部と、
前記可否情報と前記視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止める配信制御部と、
を備え、
前記コンテンツ表示装置は、
自装置の前記視聴関連情報を出力する出力部と、
前記広告配信装置により配信が取り止められずに配信された広告を取得する第3取得部と、
前記第3取得部が取得した前記広告を表示する表示部と、
を備える、
広告配信システム。 - 広告配信装置と、コンテンツ表示装置と、前記広告配信装置から出力された広告を表示する情報処理端末とを具備する広告配信システムであって、
前記広告配信装置は、
コンテンツ表示装置による視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報を取得する第1取得部と、
広告配信の条件と、コンテンツに関する情報と、を対応付ける可否情報を取得する可否情報取得部と、
前記可否情報と前記視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止める配信制御部と、
を備え、
前記コンテンツ表示装置は、
自装置の前記視聴関連情報を出力する第1出力部と、
前記広告配信装置により配信が取り止められずに配信された広告を取得する第3取得部と、
前記第3取得部が取得した前記広告を前記情報処理端末に出力する第2出力部と、
を備え、
前記情報処理端末は、
前記コンテンツ表示装置から前記広告を取得する第4取得部と、
前記第4取得部が取得した前記広告を表示する表示部と、
を備える、
広告配信システム。 - 自装置の視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報を出力する第1出力部と、
広告配信の条件とコンテンツに関する情報とを対応付ける可否情報と、前記第1出力部が出力した視聴関連情報とに基づいて、コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止める配信制御部により配信が取り止められなかった広告を表示する表示部と、
コンテンツ表示装置。 - コンテンツ表示装置のコンピューターに、
自装置の視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報を出力させる第1ステップと、
広告配信の条件とコンテンツに関する情報とを対応付ける可否情報と、前記第1ステップにおいて出力させた視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止める配信制御部により配信が取り止められなかった広告を表示させる第2ステップと、
を実行させるためのコンテンツ表示プログラム。 - 広告配信の条件とコンテンツに関する情報とを対応付ける可否情報と、コンテンツ表示装置による視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止める配信制御部により配信が取り止められなかった広告を取得する第4取得部と、
前記第4取得部が取得した前記広告を表示する表示部と、
を備える情報処理端末。 - 情報処理端末のコンピューターに、
広告配信の条件とコンテンツに関する情報とを対応付ける可否情報と、コンテンツ表示装置による視聴に係る情報が視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止める配信制御部により配信が取り止められなかった前記広告を取得させる第1ステップと、
前記第1ステップにより取得された広告を表示させる第2ステップと、
を実行させるための情報処理プログラム。 - 広告配信装置と、前記広告配信装置から出力された広告を表示するコンテンツ表示装置とを具備する広告配信システムの広告配信方法であって、
前記広告配信装置は、
前記コンテンツ表示装置による視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報を取得し、
広告配信の条件と、コンテンツに関する情報と、を対応付ける可否情報を取得し、
前記可否情報と前記視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止め、
前記コンテンツ表示装置は、
自装置の前記視聴関連情報を出力し、
前記広告配信装置により配信が取り止められずに配信された広告を取得し、
取得した前記広告を表示する、
広告配信方法。 - 広告配信装置と、コンテンツ表示装置と、前記広告配信装置から出力された広告を表示する情報処理端末とを具備する広告配信システムの広告配信方法であって、
前記広告配信装置は、
前記コンテンツ表示装置による視聴状態を示す視聴関連情報を取得し、
広告配信の条件と、コンテンツに関する情報と、を対応付ける可否情報を取得し、
前記可否情報と前記視聴関連情報とに基づいて、前記コンテンツ表示装置によりコンテンツが視聴されているときに、配信候補の広告の配信を取り止め、
前記コンテンツ表示装置は、
自装置の前記視聴関連情報を出力し、
前記広告配信装置により配信が取り止められずに配信された広告を取得し、
取得された前記広告を前記情報処理端末に出力し、
前記情報処理端末は、
前記コンテンツ表示装置から前記広告を取得し、
