本申请涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种广告加载方法及装置。
背景技术
数字电视已经成为现代家庭较为常见的娱乐中心。大量的精彩电视、电影填补了人们的休闲时间。作为营运商也期望能抓住这个商机。投放广告是营运商提升营业收入的常见手段之一,目前主要在电视开机、内容加载、播放暂停等环节时加载广告。
通常,在电视开机启动时,全屏展示广告内容。在内容加载和播放暂停时,在正常视频画面上叠加显示广告内容。
由此可见,现有技术中的广告加载方式不够自然,容易被用户排斥,所以导致广告效果较差。
发明内容
本申请提供一种广告加载方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中的广告加载方式不够自然的技术问题。
本申请第一方面提供了一种广告加载方法,包括:
接收切换指令;
根据所述切换指令获取与当前显示在显示屏上的当前多媒体相邻的下一多媒体;所述下一多媒体为广告;
将所述下一多媒体显示在所述显示屏上。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述下一多媒体的内容与所述当前多媒体的内容相关。

本申请实施例中提供的一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果或 优点:
本申请实施例中,将广告作为和普通视频对等的元素一起作为显示输出的多媒体之一,所以通过切换指令,就会切换到广告,广告作为单独的显示输出显示在显示屏上。因此,该方法相较于现有技术中将广告叠加显示在普通视频的画面之上的方式,更加自然。进一步,因为广告作为单独的显示输出,所以也如普通视频一样,看与不看,以及画面在显示屏上停留多久完全取决于用户,所以是由用户主动接受广告,而非被迫接受,所以广告的效果也更好。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供一种广告加载方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中的广告加载方式不够多样化的技术问题。
为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述, 显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
请参考图1,为本申请一实施例提供的一种广告加载方法的流程图。该方法可以应用在诸如数字电视、网络电视、手机、平板电脑、电脑等电子设备中。电子设备包括一显示屏。
如图1所示,该方法包括以下内容:
步骤101:接收切换指令;
步骤102:根据所述切换指令获取与当前显示在显示屏上的当前多媒体相邻的下一多媒体;所述下一多媒体为广告;
步骤103:将所述下一多媒体显示在显示屏上。
便于说明本申请实施例中广告加载方法的实施过程,以下将详细描述每个步骤的具体实施方式。
在步骤101之前,在显示屏上显示有当前多媒体,显示的形式可以是如图2a所示的全屏显示当前多媒体的内容,也可以是如图2b所示的显示当前多媒体的缩略信息。该缩略信息包括当前多媒体的图像截图和/或对当前多媒体的内容的描述信息。当然,在实际运用中,缩略信息还可以是其它形式的信息,本申请不作具体限定。
可选的,当前多媒体为普通视频或者是广告。
此时,若用户不想继续观看当前多媒体,想要切换观看内容时,可以通过遥控器的频道切换键或者是电子设备上的输入装置输入切换指令,那么对应的,就执行步骤101,即接收切换指令。
在接收到切换指令之后,接下来执行步骤102,即根据切换指令获取与当 前显示在显示屏上的当前多媒体相邻的下一多媒体。
具体来说,存在一多媒体的内容队列,该队列中包括普通视频以及广告。或者是存在一个多媒体的缩略信息队列,该队列中包括普通视频的缩略信息和广告的缩略信息。其中,普通视频例如为电视剧、电影、综艺节目等非广告类视频。
如图3所示,为一个多媒体的缩略信息队列的示意图。依次是普通视频1的图像截图、普通视频2的图像截图、普通视频3的图像截图、广告1的图像截图、普通视频4的图像截图、普通视频5的图像截图和广告2的图像截图。队列中的首项和和队列中的尾项首尾相接,整个队列是往复循环的。并且队列可以从两个相反的方向循环。举例来说,假设当前多媒体为普通视频3,那么如果用户按下了遥控器的右键,那么在步骤102中确定出的相邻的下一多媒体即为广告1。如果用户按下了遥控器的左键,那么在步骤102中确定出的相邻的下一多媒体即为普通视频2。
在本申请实施例中,假设步骤102中确定出的下一多媒体为广告。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,假设在当前多媒体的描述信息中包含了下一多媒体的指示信息。该指示信息例如为频道号、多媒体编号等。所以根据该指示信息也可以确定出下一多媒体。
当确定出下一多媒体之后,接下来执行步骤103,即将下一多媒体显示在显示屏上。
步骤103的一种可能的实施方式为:将下一多媒体的缩略信息显示在显示屏上(如图4a所示)。如果是多媒体的缩略信息队列,那么在步骤102中确定出下一多媒体时,自然的就获得了下一多媒体的缩略信息,并将该缩略信息显示在显示屏上。如果是多媒体的内容队列,那么在确定下一多媒体时,可以根据下一多媒体的内容获得下一多媒体的缩略信息,然后将下一多媒体的缩略信息显示在显示屏上。
在图4a所示的情况下,该方法还包括:在接收到确认指令或者在预定时长内未接收到下一切换指令时,获取所述下一多媒体的内容并全屏显示所述 内容。
具体来说,在显示图4a所示的缩略信息时,用户可以根据缩略信息确定自己想不想观看,如果想观看,那么就可以按下遥控器上的确认按键,或者是在预定时长内不按视频切换按键,那么电子设备就默认用户需要播放下一多媒体的内容,所以获取下一多媒体的内容并全屏显示在显示屏上。在本实施例中,即获取广告的内容,并全屏显示该广告。广告的内容可以是图片、视频或三维动画等。如图4b所示。
如果在预定时长内接收到下一切换指令,那么就继续执行步骤102和步骤103。
由此可见,通过本申请实施例中的方法,既可以全屏播放广告而且广告画面在显示屏上的停留时间由用户来决定。当用户不想观看时,可以直接跳过,当用户想观看时,可以全屏显示,深入的了解广告内容,所以是一种比较自然的广告加载方式,降低了用户对广告的排斥心。
步骤103的另一种可能的实施方式为:将下一多媒体的内容全屏显示在显示屏上。如图4b所示。
具体来说,如果为多媒体的内容队列,那么就直接获取下一多媒体的内容全屏显示在显示屏上。如果为多媒体的缩略信息队列,那么在确定出下一多媒体的缩略信息之后,根据该缩略信息获取下一多媒体的内容,然后直接将下一多媒体的内容全屏显示在显示屏上。
如果用户不想观看广告,那么就可以继续按压遥控器上的视频切换按键,重新执行步骤102及步骤103,切换到下一多媒体的下一多媒体。换言之,广告的内容在显示屏上的停留时间也是由用户来决定的。
由以上描述可以看出,图1所示的广告加载方式,将广告作为和普通视频对等的元素一起作为显示输出的多媒体之一,所以通过切换指令,就会切换到广告,广告作为单独的显示输出显示在显示屏上。因此,该方法相较于现有技术中将广告叠加显示在普通视频的画面之上的方式,更加自然。进一步,如果用户不想观看广告,那么就可以继续执行步骤101至步骤103,跳过 广告,切换到普通视频画面,所以用户的自主选择性较大,所以不容易产生排斥情绪。
在进一步的实施例中,下一多媒体的内容与当前多媒体的内容相关。具体来说,在前述队列中,广告内容或广告的缩略信息排列在内容相关的普通视频的内容或者缩略信息的相邻位置。举例来说,请参考图3所示,假设普通视频1、普通视频2、普通视频3均为篮球竞技类节目,那么广告1的内容就可以是关于篮球的。如此一来,使得广告投放更有目的性和针对性,也更有效。而且对于用户而言,如此也更加便利、自然。
接下来请参考图5所示,为本申请另一实施例提供的一种广告加载方法的流程图。
如图5所示,该方法包括:
步骤201:在显示屏上显示至少一个普通多媒体的缩略信息和至少一个广告的缩略信息;
步骤202:接收切换指令;
步骤203:根据所述切换指令选中当前被选中的多媒体的缩略信息的下一多媒体的缩略信息;其中,当前被选中的多媒体缩略信息为至少一个普通多媒体的缩略信息或至少一个广告的缩略信息中的一个,下一多媒体的缩略信息为至少一个广告的缩略信息中的一个;
步骤204:将下一多媒体的内容全屏显示在显示屏上。
具体来说,请参考图6a所示,在显示屏上显示有8个多媒体的缩略信息。其中,普通视频1、普通视频2至普通视频5为普通多媒体。广告1至广告3为广告。举例来说,用户按压遥控器上的主页键,便可显示如图6a所示的画面。进而用户可以通过按压遥控器上的视频切换按键,第一个被选中的便是普通视频1的图像截图。当用户再次按压右键时,普通视频2的图像截图便被选中。然后用户再次按压右键,那么普通视频3的图像截图便被选中。在本实施例中假设,当前被选中的多媒体的缩略信息为普通视频3的图像截图,如图6a中虚线框所示。虚线框可以用于提示用户当前选中的缩略信息是哪个。
在图6a的情况下,若是用户按压遥控器的视频切换键或者是键盘上的视频切换按键,那么就会执行步骤202,即接收切换指令。
接下来执行步骤203:即选中当前被选中的多媒体的缩略信息的下一多媒体的缩略信息。根据切换指令的不同,下一多媒体的缩略信息可能位于当前被选中的多媒体的缩略信息之前,也可能是之后,由视频切换按键所对应的切换方向而定。在本实施例中,假设用户按压的是左键,那么下一多媒体的缩略信息为当前被选中的多媒体的缩略信息的后一个。举例来说,在图6a所示的情形下,下一多媒体的缩略信息即为广告1的图像截图。
接下来执行步骤204,即将下一多媒体的内容全屏显示在显示屏上。
步骤204的一种可能的实施方式为,即在步骤203中选中下一多媒体的缩略信息之后,就立即将下一多媒体的内容全屏显示在显示屏上。举例来说,下一多媒体为一个广告视频,那么在选中该广告的图像截图之后,立即获取该广告的视频内容,然后在显示屏上全屏播放该广告视频。
步骤204的另一种可能的实施方式为:在选中下一多媒体的缩略信息之后,如果接收到确认指令或者在预定时长内未接收到下一切换指令时,才获取下一多媒体的内容并全屏显示所述内容。具体来说,通常在选中下一多媒体缩略信息之后,用户如果想看具体内容,那么就可以按下确认键,那么就会执行步骤204。或者是电子设备被设置为预定时长内没有接收到下一切换指令,则说明想要观看具体内容,那么即可执行步骤204。如果用户不想观看具体内容,那么就可以继续输入切换指令,继续重复执行步骤202和步骤203。
由以上描述可知,在本实施例中,广告的缩略信息与普通视频的缩略信息作为同等元素并列显示在显示屏上供用户选择,当广告被选中之后,广告会作为单独的显示输出显示在显示屏上。而且是否要选中观看以及观看多久,均有用户决定,所以较之于现有技术中的广告加载方式更加自然,人性化。进一步,因为是用户主动接受广告,所以降低了用户的排斥心,使得广告的效果更好。
在进一步的实施例中,所述至少一个广告的缩略信息排列在与所述广告 的内容相关的普通多媒体的缩略信息的相邻位置。具体来说,如图6a所示,广告1的图像截图与普通视频3的图像截图相邻,广告3的内容与普通视频3的内容相关。广告2和内容与普通视频4的内容相关,所以广告2的图像截图与普通视频4的图像截图处于相邻位置。如此一来,使得广告更有针对性,所以投放效率也高。
基于同一发明构思,参考图7所示,为本申请实施例提供的一种广告加载装置的功能框图,用于实现本发明图1至图4所示的广告加载方法,本实施例中所涉及术语的含义请参考前述实施例中所描述的内容。该广告加载装置包括:接收单元301,用于接收切换指令;处理单元302,用于根据切换指令获取与当前显示在显示屏上的当前多媒体相邻的下一多媒体;并将下一多媒体显示在显示屏上;其中,下一多媒体为广告。
可选的,下一多媒体的内容与当前多媒体的内容相关。
可选的,处理单元302具体用于:
将下一多媒体的缩略信息显示在显示屏上;
处理单元302还用于在接收单元301接收到确认指令或者在预定时长内未接收到下一切换指令时,获取下一多媒体的内容并在显示屏上全屏显示内容。

基于同一发明构思,参考图8所示,为本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构框图,用于实现本发明图1至图4所示的广告加载方法,本实施例中所涉及的术语的含义请参考前述实施例中所描述的内容。该电子设备包括:处理器401、发送器402、接收器403、存储器404和I/O接口405。处理器401具体可以是通用的中央处理器(CPU),可以是特定应用集成电路(英文:Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称:ASIC),可以是一个或多个用于 控制程序执行的集成电路。存储器404的数量可以是一个或多个。存储器404可以包括只读存储器(英文:Read Only Memory,简称:ROM)、随机存取存储器(英文:Random Access Memory,简称:RAM)和磁盘存储器。这些存储器、接收器403和发送器402通过总线与处理器401相连接。接收器403和发送器402用于与外部设备进行网络通信,具体可以通过以太网、无线接入网、无线局域网等网络与外部设备进行通信。接收器403和发送器402可以是物理上相互独立的两个元件,也可以是物理上的同一个元件。I/O接口405可以用于连接鼠标、键盘等外设。
存储器404中可以存储指令,处理器401可以执行存储器404中存储的指令。
具体来说,接收器403,用于接收切换指令;处理器401,用于根据切换指令获取与当前显示在显示屏上的当前多媒体相邻的下一多媒体;并将下一多媒体显示在显示屏上;其中,下一多媒体为广告。
可选的,下一多媒体的内容与当前多媒体的内容相关。

本申请实施例中,将广告作为和普通视频对等的元素一起作为显示输出的多媒体之一,所以通过切换指令,就会切换到广告,广告作为单独的显示输出显示在显示屏上。因此,该方法相较于现有技术中将广告叠加显示在普通视频的画面之上的方式,更加自然。进一步,因为广告作为单独的显示输出,所以也如普通视频一样,看与不看,以及画面在显示屏上停留多久完全取决于用户,所以是由用户主动接受广告,而非被迫接受,所以广告的效果也更好。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、 或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本申请是参照根据本申请实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种广告加载方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收切换指令;
    根据所述切换指令获取与当前显示在显示屏上的当前多媒体相邻的下一多媒体;所述下一多媒体为广告;
    将所述下一多媒体显示在所述显示屏上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述下一多媒体的内容与所述当前多媒体的内容相关。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述下一多媒体显示在所述显示屏上,包括:
    将所述下一多媒体的缩略信息显示在所述显示屏上;
    所述方法还包括:
    在接收到确认指令或者在预定时长内未接收到下一切换指令时,获取所述下一多媒体的内容并全屏显示所述内容。
  4. 一种广告加载方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在显示屏上显示至少一个普通多媒体的缩略信息和至少一个广告的缩略信息;
    接收切换指令;
    根据所述切换指令选中当前被选中的多媒体的缩略信息的下一多媒体的缩略信息;其中,所述当前被选中的多媒体缩略信息为所述至少一个普通多媒体的缩略信息或所述至少一个广告的缩略信息中的一个,所述下一多媒体的缩略信息为所述至少一个广告的缩略信息中的一个;
    将所述下一多媒体的内容全屏显示在所述显示屏上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述下一多媒体的内容全屏显示在所述显示屏上,包括:
    在接收到确认指令或者在预定时长内未接收到下一切换指令时,获取所 述下一多媒体的内容并全屏显示所述内容。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个广告的缩略信息排列在与所述广告的内容相关的普通多媒体的缩略信息的相邻位置。
  7. 一种广告加载装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收切换指令;
    处理单元,用于根据所述切换指令获取与当前显示在显示屏上的当前多媒体相邻的下一多媒体;并将所述下一多媒体显示在所述显示屏上;其中,所述下一多媒体为广告。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述下一多媒体的内容与所述当前多媒体的内容相关。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    将所述下一多媒体的缩略信息显示在所述显示屏上;
    所述处理单元还用于在所述接收单元接收到确认指令或者在预定时长内未接收到下一切换指令时,获取所述下一多媒体的内容并在所述显示屏上全屏显示所述内容。
  10. 一种广告加载装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理单元,用于将至少一个普通多媒体的缩略信息和至少一个广告的缩略信息显示在显示屏上;
    接收单元,用于接收切换指令;
    所述处理单元还用于:根据所述切换指令选中当前被选中的多媒体的缩略信息的下一多媒体的缩略信息;将所述下一多媒体的内容全屏显示在所述显示屏上;其中,所述当前被选中的多媒体缩略信息为所述至少一个普通多媒体的缩略信息或所述至少一个广告的缩略信息中的一个,所述下一多媒体的缩略信息为所述至少一个广告的缩略信息中的一个。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:在所述接收单元接收到确认指令或者在预定时长内未接收到下一切换指令时,获取所述下一多媒体的内容并全屏显示所述内容。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个广告的缩略信息排列在与所述广告的内容相关的普通多媒体的缩略信息的相邻位置。
