- a side flap and a belt-like leg-hole elastic sheet that is provided on the side flap and expands and contracts along the longitudinal direction, and the edge of the side flap on the outer side in the width direction is on the outer side in the width direction.
- Protruding convex portions and concave portions recessed outward in the width direction include meandering portions that are alternately repeated in the longitudinal direction, and the leg-hole elastic sheet is more than the concave portions of the side flaps.
- Disposable diaper characterized by being disposed inside in the width direction According to such a disposable diaper, it is possible to provide a disposable diaper having a good touch at the leg retraction part. it can.
- the leg-hole elastic sheet is arranged linearly along the longitudinal direction. According to such a disposable diaper, since the leg elastic sheet and the end edge of the side flap are in a parallel positional relationship at the crotch, the elastic force of the leg elastic sheet with respect to the end edge of the side flap Can be applied evenly. As a result, problems such as strong tightening in a partial region of the edge portion of the side flap are less likely to occur.
- the largest one of the distances between the two convex portions adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction at the rear portion of the side flap is adjacent to the longitudinal direction at the crotch portion of the side flap. It is desirable that the distance is larger than the distance between the two convex portions. According to such a disposable diaper, since the curve of the edge part which contacts a wearer's buttocks in the rear region of the side flap becomes smooth, it is possible to realize a good touch by softening the feel in the buttocks. .
- a length in the width direction at the rear portion of the side flap is longer than a length in the width direction at the crotch portion of the side flap.
- the absorbent body has a pair of dart portions each having a basis weight of a liquid absorbent material smaller than that of other portions on the front side and the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the crotch portion, It is desirable that the rear portion of the flap is a region located on the rear side in the longitudinal direction with respect to the dart portion provided on the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the crotch portion.
- the width of the side flap is narrower on the front side in the longitudinal direction than the rear dart part, and the width of the side flap is widened on the rear side.
- the front end in the longitudinal direction of the leg elastic sheet and the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the leg elastic sheet are in the same position in the width direction. desirable. According to such a disposable diaper, since it becomes easy to apply an elastic force evenly to the edge of the side flap, it is suppressed that the tightening force of the leg retraction part is locally increased, and a good touch is achieved. It becomes easy to realize. Further, even when the diaper is worn upside down, it is possible to apply a force evenly to the edge without impairing the function of the diaper.
- the side flap includes a liquid-permeable top sheet disposed on the skin side of the wearer, a back sheet disposed on the non-skin side of the wearer, the top sheet, and the back sheet.
- a liquid-impervious leak-proof sheet disposed between and the position of the outer end in the width direction of the leak-proof sheet is on the inner side in the width direction than the concave portion of the side flap. Is desirable. According to such a disposable diaper, since the material of the fabric is hard and the leak-proof sheet, which tends to be uncomfortable, is arranged away from the edge of the side flap, the edge area is kept soft, and the diaper is worn. The feel of the leg repetitive part at the time can be made favorable.
- the side flap has a notch portion formed of a curved line protruding inward in the width direction at the front end portion and the rear end portion in the longitudinal direction. According to such a disposable diaper, by providing the notch portion, the corner portion of the side flap is less likely to hit the wearer's abdomen, and the feel around the waist can be improved.

- CL shown in FIG. 1 is a line indicating the center of the diaper 1 in the product longitudinal direction L.
- the direction perpendicular to the product longitudinal direction L and the product width direction W is defined as “thickness direction”
- the wearer's skin side is defined as “skin side”
- the opposite side is defined as “non-skin”. Side ".
- the diaper 1 has a central strip region 12, a side flap 14, a leg side gather 16, and a waist gather 18.
- a fastening tape 30 is attached to each of the pair of side flaps 14.
- the absorbent body 21 is a member formed by laminating a liquid absorbent material capable of absorbing excrement such as urine, and is disposed over the front part 3, the crotch part 5 and the rear part 7.
- the area displayed by the shaded portion in FIG. 1 indicates the area occupied by the absorber 21.
- the absorber 21 has an hourglass shape in which the width at the center in the product longitudinal direction L is narrow.
- the shape of the absorber 21 is not limited to the shape shown in FIG. 1, and may be a simple rectangle.
- the absorber 21 should just be provided in the crotch part 5 at least.
- the absorber 21 is disposed between the top sheet 22 and the leak-proof sheet 23.
- liquid absorptive material which constitutes absorber 21 liquid absorptive granular materials, such as liquid absorptive fibers, such as pulp fiber, and a superabsorbent polymer, for example, can be used. Moreover, liquid absorptive materials other than a liquid absorptive fiber and a liquid absorptive granular material may be included.
- a pair of dart parts 211 f are formed near the front part 3 at both ends in the product width direction W.
- a pair of dart portions 211b is formed near the rear portion 7 of both end portions in the product width direction W.

- the shape of the dart portions 211f and 211b is not limited to the shape shown in FIG.
- the absorbent body 21 is not cut out in the dart portions 211f and 211b, and the basis weight of the liquid absorbent material may be smaller than the other portions of the absorbent body 21.
- the position of the crotch part 5 is set so that the center part of the wearer's crotch coincides with the center part of the crotch part 5.
- the center part of the wearer's crotch is the center position of the base of the leg, and is a position shifted in the product longitudinal direction L from the center position CL of the diaper 1 to the front side (see FIG. 1). Since the center part of the crotch part 5 is on the front side of the center position CL of the diaper 1, the wearer can easily move the leg to the front side (abdominal side), and the area of the rear part 7 of the diaper 1 is relatively It is possible to cover the wearer's buttocks firmly.
- the top sheet 22 is a liquid-permeable member disposed on the skin side of the absorber 21.
- the leak-proof sheet 23 is a liquid-impermeable member disposed on the non-skin side of the absorber 21.
- the back sheet 24 is a member (exterior sheet) that constitutes the exterior of the diaper 1 on the non-skin side, and is composed of, for example, a nonwoven fabric. A back sheet 24 is disposed on the non-skin side of the leak-proof sheet 23 (see FIGS. 2A to 2C).
- the side flap 14 mainly includes a skin side sheet 26 and a back sheet 24 (see FIGS. 2A to 2C).
- the skin side sheet 26 is a skin side member formed over the front part 3, the crotch part 5 and the rear part 7, and is made of, for example, a nonwoven fabric.
- the skin side sheet 26 is also a member constituting the leg side gather 16 (three-dimensional gather), and a portion outside the skin side sheet 26 (a portion outside the joint portion 26A of the thick dotted line in FIG. 1) constitutes the side flap 14. To do.
- the elastic sheet 27 is disposed between the skin side sheet 26 and the back sheet 24 of the side flap 14.
- the elastic sheet 27 is a band-shaped member that expands and contracts along the product longitudinal direction L, and is a member that imparts stretchability to the leg opening when the diaper 1 is worn. That is, the elastic sheet 27 is a leg-around elastic sheet that fits the leg retraction part of the diaper 1 in accordance with the wearer's leg. Further, the leg gather 15 is configured by the elastic sheet 27 imparting stretchability to the skin side sheet 26 and the back sheet 24 of the crotch part 5.
- the elastic sheet 27 is made of, for example, a stretchable nonwoven fabric.
- the waist gather 18 is a waistline expansion / contraction part arrange
- a waist gather film 28 is disposed between the absorber 21 and the back sheet 24 (see FIG. 2C).
- the waist gather film 28 is a belt-like stretchable member that stretches along the product width direction W.
- the waist gathers 18 are configured by the waist gather film 28 imparting stretchability to the back sheet 24 and the like.
- the length of the waist gather film 28 in the product width direction W is longer than that of the absorber 21. For this reason, the waist gathers 18 are formed so as to protrude from the absorber 21 to the outside in the product width direction W.
- the West Gather 18 may not be provided.
- the diaper 1 is worn by engaging the fastening tape 30 with the target tape 29. As will be described later, the fastening tape 30 can be engaged with the other fastening tape 30.
- ⁇ About wearing diapers 1> In an open-type disposable diaper, it is important to improve the fit of the leg opening and the waist opening so that excrement such as urine does not leak to the outside when worn.
- the wearer when the wearer is a low-weight infant, as shown in FIG. 3, it may be required to maintain a posture in which the back is curved in a C shape and the leg is strongly bent in an M shape.
- This posture is close to the posture of the fetus in the mother's body (fetal-like bending posture) and is easy to rest and is also called a “positioning posture”.
- FIG. 3 although the positioning posture of the prone state is shown, there may be a sideways direction or a supine position. In such a positioning posture, a gap is likely to occur in the diaper leg retraction part.
- a pair of fastening tapes 30 When wearing an open-type disposable diaper, a pair of fastening tapes 30 provided at both ends of the rear portion 7 of the side flap 14 (a rear protrusion portion 14b described later) are usually attached to the front portion 3 of the central strip region 12. A method of fixing around the waist of the wearer by engaging each with a target tape 29 provided on the non-skin side is common.
- one fastening tape 30 (the left side fastening tape in FIG. 4) is engaged with the target tape 29, and The other fastening tape 30 (the right side fastening tape in FIG. 4) can be further engaged.
- the length wb of the rear portion 7 of the side flap 14 in the product width direction W is longer than the length wf of the front portion 3 in the product width direction W (wb> wf). Since it becomes the structure which is easy to rotate in the part 3 side (wearer's stomach side), as FIG. 4 shows, it is easy to overlap and engage the other fastening tape 30 on the other fastening tape 30. is there.
- the fastening tapes 30 By engaging the fastening tapes 30 in this manner, the rear band 7 side of the central belt-like region 12 and the side flaps 14 are pulled to the front part 3 as a whole, and the waist opening and the leg opening are formed. Fit is improved. Therefore, the clearance between the leg renditions is less likely to occur.
- the fastening tapes 30 may be engaged with the target tape 29 instead of engaging the fastening tapes 30 with each other.
- the side flaps 14 are configured so as to realize a good feel at the leg retraction part while improving the fit at the time of wearing.
- a detailed configuration of the side flap 14 will be described.
- Three convex portions 147a and three concave portions 147b are formed in the region of the rear portion 7 of the edge portion 14Lg.
- the end edge portion 14Lg extends outward in the product width direction W as it goes to the rear side of the product longitudinal direction L, and has a meandering shape oblique to the product longitudinal direction L. That is, the width of the side flap 14 is made wider on the rear side in the product longitudinal direction L than the dart part 211b on the rear side formed in the absorber 21. This is because when the diaper 1 is worn, the area where the side flap 14 covers the wearer's buttocks in the region of the rear portion 7 is widened.
- the position of the crotch part 5 is set in accordance with the middle position of the wearer's crotch, and the dart part 211 b is provided at a position near the rear part of the crotch part 5. Therefore, the width of the side flaps 14 is narrower on the front side in the product longitudinal direction L than the dart part 211b, and the width of the side flaps 14 is increased on the rear side. ), It is possible to prevent the wearer's buttocks from protruding from the side flaps 14 on the rear side (region of the rear portion 7) while making it easier for the wearer to move the leg.
- the shape (curvature and magnitude
- interval is represented by La7 among the distance (space
- the elastic sheet 27 is linearly arranged along the product longitudinal direction L. That is, the elastic sheet 27 is disposed substantially in parallel with the end edge portion 14Lg of the side flap 14 in the region of the crotch portion 5.
- the distance between the position of the recess 145 b of the end edge portion 14 ⁇ / b> Lg and the position of the outer end portion of the elastic sheet 27 in the product width direction W is represented by a distance of Ws.
- the length of Ws is, for example, about 1 mm.
- the elastic sheet 27 is arranged linearly along the product longitudinal direction L, which means that the front end and the rear end of the elastic sheet 27 are arranged at substantially the same position in the product width direction W. That's what it means.
- the elastic sheet 27 extends from the position facing the wearer's belly side and back side toward the wearer's crotch. Then, the elastic sheet 27 contracts substantially uniformly along the leg opening of the diaper 1, so that the contraction force can easily be applied to the leg opening. Thereby, it is suppressed that the tightening of the leg retraction part of the diaper 1 becomes strong locally, and it becomes easy to implement
- the fastening tape 30 can be engaged with each other as shown in FIG. 4 to improve the fit at the time of wearing, while the tightening force at the leg retraction portion is increased accordingly.
- a linear elastic member such as rubber thread is generally used as an elastic member that imparts stretchability to the leg retraction part.
- the pressure acting on the garment increases, which causes a sense of discomfort and discomfort when worn.
- the belt-shaped elastic sheet 27 having a predetermined width is used as the elastic member of the leg retraction part, the tightening force acting on the wearer's leg is easily diffused. That is, the pressure can be reduced by widening the area where the tightening force acts on the wearer's leg, and biting into the leg retraction part can be suppressed to make it difficult for the wearer to feel uncomfortable.
- the elastic sheet 27 in a belt shape, it is possible to make it difficult to generate a gap between the leg opening and the wearer's leg when the diaper 1 is worn.
- the shape of the leg opening of the diaper 1 is complicatedly deformed.
- the elastic member provided in the leg opening is a linear member such as rubber thread, it may not be able to fit in a complicated deformation, and a gap may be easily generated in the leg revolving part.
- the contact area between the leg opening and the wearer's leg is widened by using a belt-like elastic member such as the elastic sheet 27, so that the leg opening is deformed in a complicated manner. Even if it is a case, it is easy to follow the said deformation
- the uncomfortable feeling at the time of diaper wear can be reduced.
- the edge part which forms a leg periphery opening part is cut in many cases so that it may draw a straight line or a gentle curve with a small curvature. Since the edge is a portion that becomes an “edge” in direct contact with the wearer's skin at the leg opening of the diaper 1, when an edge close to such a straight line is pressed against the skin, The shape is likely to remain as a mark as it is, causing discomfort and discomfort to the wearer.
- the end edge portion 14Lg of the diaper 1 has a meandering shape having irregularities in the product width direction W, the length of the edge portion is longer than that in the case of a straight shape. Thereby, the force which acts on the edge part 14Lg is disperse
- the elastic sheet 27 that exerts a stretching force on the leg opening is disposed away from the end edge portion 14Lg of the side flap 14, thereby expanding and contracting with respect to the edge portion of the end edge portion 14 ⁇ / b> Lg.
- the force is not easily affected.
- the elastic sheet 27 is sandwiched between the skin side sheet 26 and the back sheet 24, and the overlap of the three sheets is collectively cut into a meandering shape so that the uneven portion of the edge portion 14Lg is formed.
- the end edge portion 14Lg may not be able to maintain the meandering shape.
- a contraction force in the product longitudinal direction L acts on the edge portion of the end edge portion 14Lg, so that the uneven portion rises in the thickness direction, or the convex portion contracts and becomes uneven.
- the difference may become small and the meandering shape may not be maintained. If the meandering shape cannot be maintained, it becomes difficult to disperse the force acting on the end edge portion 14Lg, and therefore, the wearer's skin is likely to have an edge mark.
- a gap of Ws is provided at least between the concave portion 145 b of the end edge portion 14 ⁇ / b> Lg and the elastic sheet 27.
- At least the convex portion 145a is less affected by the stretching force of the elastic sheet 27 than the concave portion 145b, and the concave-convex shape is more easily maintained.
- the expansion and contraction force by the elastic sheet 27 acts evenly by equalizing the pitch of the concavo-convex portions (represented by the interval La5 in the product longitudinal direction L in FIG. 7). Like to do.
- the pitch of the concavo-convex portions represented by the interval La5 in the product longitudinal direction L in FIG. 7.
- the pitch La7 of the uneven portions is made wider than La5.
- the side flaps 14 extend outward in the product width direction W so as to increase the area covering the wearer's buttocks, and the elastic force by the elastic sheet 27 acts on the end edge portion 14Lg. It is hard to do. Therefore, compared with the area of the crotch part 5, even when the uneven pitch La7 is increased in the area of the rear part 7, the touch at the time of wearing is hardly deteriorated.
- the curve of the edge portion that comes into contact with the wearer's buttocks becomes smooth, so that the touch at the buttocks can be made soft.
- the outer end portion of the leak-proof sheet 23 in the product width direction W is located on the inner side of the end width portion 14 ⁇ / b> Lg of the side flap 14 in the product width direction W.
- a predetermined interval is provided between the end edge portion 14Lg of the side flap 14 and the outer end portion of the leak-proof sheet 23 in the product width direction W.
- the position of the outer end portion of the leak-proof sheet 23 in the product width direction W is located near the middle portion of the elastic sheet 27 in the product width direction W.
- the leak-proof sheet 23 is a liquid-impervious sheet having a waterproof property
- the material of the fabric is harder and softer than the skin-side sheet 26 or the back sheet 24 made of a nonwoven fabric or the like.
- the leg retraction portion of the diaper 1 becomes hard and may cause a wearer to feel uncomfortable.
- the leak-proof sheet 23 is arranged away from the end edge portion 14Lg, the region of the end edge portion 14Lg is kept soft by the nonwoven fabric or the like constituting the skin side sheet 26 or the back sheet 24, and the diaper The feel of the leg revolving part when 1 is worn can be made favorable.
- the diaper 1 is provided with notches 14fR and ridges 14bR at the end portions thereof, so that the corner portions of the side flaps 14 do not hit the abdomen, and the touch is improved.
- the notch part 14fR and the collar 14bR are convex inside, when the diaper 1 is worn, the protrusion of the cloth at the end part is suppressed. Thereby, the touch around the waist can be made better.
- the diaper 1 When wearing the diaper 1 described in the above-described embodiment, the diaper 1 is usually fixed to the waist of the wearer with the front 3 on the abdomen and the rear 7 on the back. In contrast, the diaper 1 may be worn with the front portion 3 on the back side and the rear portion 7 on the ventral side. That is, the diaper 1 can be worn with the front and back reversed.
- the elastic sheet 27 that imparts stretchability to the leg opening is disposed straight along the product longitudinal direction L, and the positions of the front 3 side end and the rear 7 side end of the elastic sheet 27 are the product. It is the same position in the width direction W. Therefore, even when the diaper 1 is worn with the front and back reversed, the elastic force of the elastic sheet 27 acts equally on the leg opening, so that the feel of the leg retraction part of the diaper 1 is deteriorated. Absent. That is, even when the diaper 1 is worn with the front and back reversed, the functions described in the above-described embodiment are not easily impaired. Therefore, in the diaper 1, it is possible to achieve both the minimum handling and the good touch when worn (particularly the touch at the leg recliner).
