Abstract
Description
以下の説明においては、右足用の足関節サポーター100を図示した図1を用いて説明するが、左足用の足関節サポーター100は、右足用の足関節サポーター100における後述する第1の強伸縮部1、第2の強伸縮部2、第3の強伸縮部3、第4の強伸縮部4及び第5の強伸縮部5の位置が左右対称の位置にあるだけの違いであるので、図示を省略する。
また、図1においては、足関節サポーター100として、爪先部を備えていないサポーターを図示しているが、爪先部を備えた靴下型のサポーターであってもよい。
また、足関節サポーター100は、図2に示すように、身部20を足甲側で開閉するためのジッパー8(ファスナー)を備えてもよいし、ジッパー8の代わりに、面ファスナーや紐やマジックベルト(登録商標)を用いてもよい。
また、本実施形態に係る足関節サポーター100は、図1(d)に示すように、着用者の足の外側面側に着用者の踵から足甲の付け根にかけて、着用者の外踝に対応する部分に重畳する帯状に配設され、ベース生地101と比較して伸縮抵抗が大きい第3の強伸縮部3と、着用者の足の外側面側に着用者の足裏における着用者の第5趾に対応する部分近傍から着用者の足甲の付け根にかけて、当該足甲の付け根近傍で第3の強伸縮部3に連結される帯状に配設され、ベース生地101と比較して伸縮抵抗が大きい第4の強伸縮部4と、着用者の足の外側面側に着用者の踵から口ゴム部30にかけて、着用者の足の後方に配設され、ベース生地101と比較して伸縮抵抗が大きい第5の強伸縮部5と、を備える。
さらに、本実施形態に係る足底部10bは、ベース生地101と比較して伸縮抵抗が大きいものである。
なお、第1の強伸縮部1のみでは、第1の強伸縮部1による距骨201の移動に伴って距骨201下の踵骨202が踵の外側に移動することになり、足の外側縦アーチが潰れ、内側縦アーチに負担が掛かることになる。
このため、第2の強伸縮部2は、図1(a)に示すように、足の外側から内側に向けて踵を牽引ように作用して、第1の強伸縮部1による距骨201の移動に伴う踵骨202が踵の外側に移動することを防止し、内側縦アーチを保護することができる。
ここで、足の背屈は、日常生活で多用される運動であり、例えば、しゃがむ動作や歩行の接床時に生じ、特に、しゃがむ動作は、足関節に体重を載せるため、足関節に最も負担が生じる運動である。
これに対し、第1の強伸縮部1及び第2の強伸縮部2は、しゃがむ動作において、距骨201と踵骨202及び脛骨203との位置関係を整え、膝の前方への移動を円滑に行なうことができ、足関節の負担を軽減することができる。
特に、足の背屈においては、第2の強伸縮部2が収縮状態になり、第1の強伸縮部1が緊張状態になることにより、第1の強伸縮部1が足底部10bを介して着用者の足のアーチを持ち上げる作用効果を奏する。
そこで、本実施形態に係る足関節サポーター100は、足底部10bが伸び難い編地のためにつま先が外側(第5趾(足の小指)側)に向くことを抑制すると共に、第2の強伸縮部2が足の外側から内側に向けて踵を牽引ように作用することにより、扁平足を改善することができる。
すなわち、本実施形態に係る足底部10bは、足のアーチを支持して、着用者を正常な姿勢に改善すると共に、距骨201の内側部を踵骨202及び脛骨203間に滑り込ませる動きを誘導するという作用効果を奏する。
すなわち、本実施形態に係る足関節サポーター100は、着用者が下り坂などのつま先から接床する場合に、第3の強伸縮部3及び第4の強伸縮部4がつま先を内側(第1趾側)から接床させると共に、第4の強伸縮部4が第5趾を上方に持ち上げることにより、第5趾が第1趾より先に接床することを抑制し、足の捻挫及び躓きを防止することができる。
これに対し、第3の強伸縮部3は、主として、底屈位(つま先を下げた状態)にて緊張状態となり、つま先の外側を引き上げ、着用者の足裏が内側を向くような内反捻挫を防止することができる。
なお、以下の説明においては、右足用の靴下100aを図示した図3~図5を用いて説明するが、左足用の靴下100aは、右足用の靴下100aにおける第1の強伸縮部1、第2の強伸縮部2、第3の強伸縮部3、第4の強伸縮部4及び第5の強伸縮部5の編地の位置が左右対称の位置にあるだけの違いであるので、図示を省略する。
靴下100aは、足部10、身部20及び口ゴム部30の三部に大別され、ベース生地101に対して部分的に編み立てを異ならせてなる。
なお、本実施形態に係るベース生地101は、編み目が連続して並び、表と裏の区別がある編地である平編で編成している。
また、タック編・添え糸編地では、タック編の地編糸の他に他の編糸(例えば、ウーリーナイロン糸)を添えて給糸することで、靴下100aの長さ方向における足底部10bの伸縮を適度に抑えており、足底部10bとベース生地101との境界において他の編糸をカットしている(カットボス)。
なお、本実施形態に係る第1の強伸縮部1及び第2の強伸縮部2は、足底部10bと同様に、タック編・添え糸編地により編成している。
しかしながら、靴下100aが身部20の短い靴下であれば、第2の強伸縮部2を螺旋状にすることなく、第1の強伸縮部1及び第2の強伸縮部2が着用者の足の内側面側で口ゴム部30に連結されてもよい。
なお、本実施形態に係る第3の強伸縮部3、第4の強伸縮部4及び第5の強伸縮部5は、足底部10b、第1の強伸縮部1及び第2の強伸縮部2と同様に、タック編・添え糸編地により編成している。
しかしながら、靴下100aが身部20の短い靴下であれば、第3の強伸縮部3を螺旋状にすることなく、第3の強伸縮部3が着用者の足の外側面側で口ゴム部30に連結されてもよい。
表地面の滑り止め部材6(以下、第1の滑り止め部材6aと称す)は、図3(b)に示すように、かかと部11におけるつま先側の略半分の領域と、爪先部12における第2趾、第3趾、第4趾及び第5趾の指袋を除く領域と、足底部10bにおけるかかと部11及び爪先部12との境界近傍の領域と、に配設され、靴下100aと靴の中敷との位置ずれを防止する。
また、第2の滑り止め部材6bは、図5に示すように、第2の強伸縮部2、第3の強伸縮部3及び第5の強伸縮部5における足甲部10aの付け根から上方の領域に配設され、着用者の皮膚に当接されることにより、第2の強伸縮部2及び第3の強伸縮部3のアンカーとして機能すると共に、皮膚の裏側に張り付いている筋肉等に対してマッサージ効果を与え、足関節の柔軟性を回復させることができるという作用効果を奏する。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも着用者の足関節をベース生地で包囲する足関節サポーターにおいて、
前記着用者の足の内側面側に前記着用者の足裏からアキレス腱に対応する部分にかけて帯状に配設され、前記ベース生地と比較して伸縮抵抗が大きい第1の強伸縮部と、
前記着用者の足の内側面側に前記着用者の踵から足甲の付け根にかけて、前記着用者の内踝の中心に対応する部分の下方で前記第1の強伸縮部と交差する帯状に配設され、前記ベース生地と比較して伸縮抵抗が大きい第2の強伸縮部と、
を備えることを特徴とする足関節サポーター。 - 請求項1に記載の足関節サポーターにおいて、
前記着用者の足の外側面側に前記着用者の踵から足甲の付け根にかけて、前記着用者の外踝に対応する部分に重畳する帯状に配設され、前記ベース生地と比較して伸縮抵抗が大きい第3の強伸縮部と、
前記着用者の足の外側面側に前記着用者の足裏における前記着用者の第5趾に対応する部分近傍から前記着用者の足甲の付け根にかけて、当該足甲の付け根近傍で前記第3の強伸縮部に連結される帯状に配設され、前記ベース生地と比較して伸縮抵抗が大きい第4の強伸縮部と、
を備えることを特徴とする足関節サポーター。 - 請求項2に記載の足関節サポーターにおいて、
前記足関節サポーターが、爪先部、かかと部、足甲部及び足底部からなる足部、身部並びに口ゴム部を備え、ベース生地に対して部分的に編み立てを異ならせてなる靴下であり、
前記第1の強伸縮部が、前記足底部から着用者のアキレス腱に対応する部分にかけて帯状に編成され、
前記第2の強伸縮部が、前記かかと部から前記足甲部の付け根にかけて、前記着用者の内踝の中心に対応する部分の下方で前記第1の強伸縮部と交差する帯状に編成されることを特徴とする足関節サポーター。 - 請求項3に記載の足関節サポーターにおいて、
前記足底部が、前記ベース生地と比較して伸縮抵抗が大きいことを特徴とする足関節サポーター。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の足関節サポーターにおいて、
前記第3の強伸縮部が、前記かかと部から前記足甲部の付け根にかけて、前記着用者の外踝に対応する部分に重畳する帯状に編成され、
前記第4の強伸縮部が、前記足底部における前記着用者の第5趾に対応する部分近傍から前記足甲部の付け根にかけて、当該足甲部の付け根近傍で前記第3の強伸縮部に連結される帯状に編成されることを特徴とする足関節サポーター。 - 請求項3乃至5のいずれかに記載の足関節サポーターにおいて、
前記着用者の足裏側における前記かかと部及び爪先部並びに前記足底部は、滑り止め部材が表地面及び/又は裏地面に配設されることを特徴とする足関節サポーター。 - 請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載の足関節サポーターにおいて、
前記足底部及び身部との境界近傍に環状の樹脂製シート状体を加熱圧着して配設されることを特徴とする足関節サポーター。
