すなわち、本発明に係る樹脂製キャップの特徴構成は、先端の厚みが2mm以上の結晶化されていない樹脂からなる容器口部に使用され、天板部と、前記天板部の周縁から垂下する筒部と、前記天板部の内面に形成され、前記容器口部の外周面と接触するアウターリングと、前記天板部の内面に形成され、前記容器口部の内周面と接触するインナーリングと、を備える樹脂製キャップであって、前記アウターリングの内周面を、前記容器口部の先端の外周面に沿った形状とした点にある。
本実施形態に係る樹脂製キャップ10は、図1に示すように、容器の結晶化されていない樹脂製の容器口部20に使用される。
本実施形態に係る樹脂製キャップ10は、図1、2に示すように、天板部11と、天板部11の周縁から垂下する筒部12と、天板部11の内面に形成され、容器口部20の外周面と接触するアウターリング13と、天板部11の内面に形成され、容器口部20の内周面と接触するインナーリング14と、を備えており、アウターリング13の内周面を、容器口部20の先端の外周面に沿った形状(容器口部20の先端の外周面と実質的に平行な形状)としてある。
また、アウターリング13の先端は、樹脂製キャップ10を容器口部20に装着した際に、ねじ山20aより容器口部20の先端側に位置するように設定してある。アウターリング13の天板部11の内面から突出する長さは特に限定されず、従来の樹脂製キャップと同様の長さに設置することができるが、例えば、長めに形成することにより、樹脂製キャップ10と容器口部20との密着度を向上させることができる。
上記の実施形態においては、リブ16を12個設け、等間隔に配置した場合を例示したが、リブ16の数はこれに限定されず、任意の数のリブ16を配置することができる。補強効果とコストや重量とのバランスを考慮すると、リブ16の数は6~24個が好ましい。また、リブ16は、略等間隔であれば、完全に等間隔に配置する必要はなく、多少の間隔の不均等があってもよい。

- 先端の厚みが2mm以上の結晶化されていない樹脂からなる容器口部に使用され、

前記天板部の周縁から垂下する筒部と、
前記天板部の内面に形成され、前記容器口部の外周面と接触するアウターリングと、
前記天板部の内面に形成され、前記容器口部の内周面と接触するインナーリングと、を備える樹脂製キャップであって、
前記アウターリングの内周面は、前記容器口部の先端の外周面に沿った形状である樹脂製キャップ。 - 前記天板部の内面で前記アウターリングと前記筒部との間に形成され、前記アウターリングの外周面と接触する支持部を備える請求項1記載の樹脂製キャップ。
- 前記支持部は、前記アウターリング及び前記筒部に亘って形成されている請求項2記載の樹脂製キャップ。
- 前記支持部は、前記アウターリングの周方向に沿って略等間隔に配置された複数のリブで構成されている請求項2又は3記載の樹脂製キャップ。
