Abstract
Description
本願は、2014年3月28日に出願された日本国特願2014-070274号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
この作業孔は、内蔵部品の設置作業を終えた後に、専用の封止部材によって密閉状態で閉じられている(例えば、特許文献1,2参照)。
また、この車両用ドアにおいては、ドアインナパネルにシールビードの一部を横断するように車室外側に窪む凹部が設けられ、その凹部にドアインサイドハンドルとドアロック機構とを連結するロッド部材(線状部材)が挿通されている。ロッド部材のドアインナパネル側の凹部に挿通される部分には、スポンジゴム等の軟質部材が巻き付けられ、その軟質部材によって凹部と封止用シートの間の隙間が埋められている。
(1)本発明の一態様に係る車体構造は、作業孔が設けられたドアインナパネルと、前記作業孔を前記ドアインナパネルの車室内側から閉塞する封止用シートと、前記ドアインナパネルの車室内側面に設けられ、前記作業孔の周域を取り囲む帯状のシール剤塗布部と、前記作業孔を通して前記ドアインナパネルの車室外側から車室内側に引き出される線状部材を保持して前記線状部材を前記ドアインナパネルに取り付ける取付部材と、を備え、前記取付部材が前記シール剤塗布部の延在方向の途中に配置され、前記封止用シートの外周縁部を前記ドアインナパネル側に密に接着するシール剤が前記シール剤塗布部と前記取付部材とに跨って連続して塗布される。
これによって、線状部材の仮保持を行えるとともに、遮音性が向上する。
図1は、この実施形態に係る車両用ドアの一部を車室内側から見た正面図である。
ドアアウタパネル(図示せず)の内側にドアインナパネル1が接合されて車両用ドアのドア本体部が構成されている。ドア本体部の上部にはドアサッシュ(図示せず)が設けられ、ドアサッシュにドアガラス(図示せず)が昇降自在に支持されている。ドア本体部には、ドアガラスの昇降装置等の内蔵部品(図示せず)を収納する空間部が設けられている。ドアインナパネル1には、内蔵部品をドア本体部内に組み付けるための複数の作業孔2が形成されている。この作業孔2は、内蔵部品をドア本体部内に組み付けた後に、樹脂製の封止用シート3(図2参照)によって車室内側から閉塞される。なお、ドアインナパネル1の車室内側には、作業孔2が封止用シート3によって閉塞された後にドアトリム等の車内側部品が取り付けられる。
ドアインナパネル1には、複数の作業孔2に跨る領域の外側を取り囲むように帯状のシール剤塗布部4が設けられている。この実施形態の場合、シール剤塗布部4は、帯状の連続面によって形成され、その連続面の適所には帯幅方向の中央に車室外側に凹状に窪むシールビード4aが設けられている。シール剤塗布部4には、封止用シート3の外周縁部をドアインナパネル1に密に接着するためのシール剤5(図4参照)が塗布される。シール剤5は、封止用シート3やドアインナパネル1等との間で長期に亙って気密を保つことのできる粘着性を有する材料が用いられる。シールビード4aは、シール剤塗布部4において、シール剤5を安定的に受容するために設けられている。なお、シール剤塗布部4には、シールビード4aは必ずしも設けなくても良い。また、この実施形態においては、シール剤塗布部4の面が、ドアインナパネル1における第1面を構成している。
図5に示すように、ドアインナパネル1におけるシール剤塗布部4は、ワイヤケーブル7が下方に横切る部分が車室外側に窪む凹状部8によって分断され、ワイヤケーブル7がその凹状部8内に配置されるようになっている。凹状部8には、その凹状部8をほぼ埋める外形形状の取付部材である樹脂ブロック9が取り付けられている。樹脂ブロック9は、ワイヤケーブル7を保持した状態で凹状部8内に取付けられ、その上面には、シール剤塗布部4と連続するようにシール剤5が塗布される。なお、図5中、符号10は、樹脂ブロック9を係止固定するために凹状部8の底面8aに設けられた係止孔である。
図6~図10が示すように、樹脂ブロック9は、取付部9Aとシール部9Bとがインテグラルヒンジ11を挟んで開閉可能に構成され、取付部9Aとシール部9Bの間には一対のワイヤケーブル7が挿通される挿通部12が設けられている。インテグラルヒンジ11は、樹脂ブロック9上のワイヤケーブル7が挿通される方向と略直交する方向の一端部に設けられている。したがって、取付部9Aとシール部9Bとは、ワイヤケーブル7が挿通される方向と略直交する方向で開閉可能とされている。
取付部9Aの裏面側には上記の係止フック部13が突設され、表面側には、閉じられたシール部9Bの裏面に向かって突出するブロック状の突出壁14が突設されている。突出壁14には、長手方向に離間して一対の略C字状の溝15が形成されている。これらの略C字状の溝15は、軸方向に沿って所定長さに形成されるとともに、閉じられたシール部9Bの裏面に向かって開口している。

- 作業孔が設けられたドアインナパネルと、
前記作業孔を前記ドアインナパネルの車室内側から閉塞する封止用シートと、
前記ドアインナパネルの車室内側面に設けられ、前記作業孔の周域を取り囲む帯状のシール剤塗布部と、
前記作業孔を通して前記ドアインナパネルの車室外側から車室内側に引き出される線状部材を保持して前記線状部材を前記ドアインナパネルに取り付ける取付部材と、を備え、
前記取付部材が前記シール剤塗布部の延在方向の途中に配置され、
前記封止用シートの外周縁部を前記ドアインナパネル側に密に接着するシール剤が前記シール剤塗布部と前記取付部材とに跨って連続して塗布される
ことを特徴とする車両用ドア構造。 - 前記ドアインナパネルは、前記シール剤塗布部を含む第1面と、前記第1面に対して車室外側に窪む第2面と、を備え、
前記取付部材は、前記ドアインナパネルの前記第2面に取り付けられる取付部と、前記シール剤が塗布されるシール部と、を備え、
前記第1面と前記シール部とは、互いに隣接するそれぞれの縁部の高さが、略同一の高さに設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ドア構造。 - 前記第1面と前記シール部とが面一とされている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用ドア構造。 - 前記取付部材は、前記取付部と前記シール部との間に、前記線状部材が挿通される挿通部を備えている

ことを特徴とする請求項4~6のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ドア構造。 - 前記取付部は、前記シール部側に向かって突出して前記シール部との間で前記挿通部を形成する溝を有する突出壁を備え、
前記シール部は、前記取付部に対して閉じるときに、前記突出壁と係合する係合部を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両用ドア構造。 - 前記シール部は、前記突出壁の溝の延出方向と略直交する方向に突出して前記取付部の一側を覆う遮蔽壁を備え、
