背景技术
袋装弹簧生产机是用于将单个独立的弹簧逐个包裹封装在布袋内,目前袋装弹簧生产机中需要分别专门设计送簧机构和压簧机构将弹簧压扁,再将压扁后的弹簧推送入布袋中进行封装,整体结构设计复杂,体积庞大,输送不稳定,效率低,难以满足自动化、大规模量产的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、生产效率高、运行平稳的袋装弹簧生产压缩输送机构。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种袋装弹簧生产压缩输送机构,包括机架、弹簧输送机构、弹簧压缩输送机构,所述弹簧压缩输送机构承接弹簧输送机构输送来的弹簧并进行压缩,所述弹簧压缩输送机构包括两对设于机架上的挡板和绕设于挡板外侧的输送带,两所述挡板之间的距离从一头到另一头逐渐减小,弹簧输送机构输送弹簧至两挡板之间并带动弹簧移动使弹簧从两挡板间距离较大的一头移动至两挡板间距离较小的另一头,弹簧平移时随两所述挡板间距离的逐渐减小而逐渐受压缩,弹簧压缩到一定程度后脱离所述弹簧输送机构由弹簧压缩输送机构进行输送。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,所述弹簧输送机构包括一输送带体和带动输送带体运转的传动机构,所述输送带体具有一段位于两挡板之间的平直段,在所述输送带体上间隔排列设有多个以磁力吸附弹簧的磁性吸块,所述输送带体运转使处于平直段内由磁性吸块吸住的弹簧在两挡板之间进行移动受压缩,当弹簧压缩到一定程度后,两所述挡板外的输送带对弹簧产生摩擦力大于磁性吸块对弹簧的吸附力,弹簧脱离所述磁性吸块由两挡板外的输送带夹持输送。

有益效果:此袋装弹簧生产压缩输送机构主要将卷簧机构中生产的弹簧进行自动压缩并输送至后续工序中进行布袋包裹封装,通过设置弹簧输送机构和弹簧压缩输送机构,弹簧经弹簧输送机构输送至两挡板之间后,弹簧从两挡板间距离较大的一头移动至两挡板间距离较小的另一头,随两挡板间距离的逐渐减小,弹簧两端逐渐受两挡板外侧的输送带的挤压而被压缩,弹簧压缩到一定程度后自动脱离弹簧输送机构由弹簧压缩输送机构输送至后续工序中进行布袋包裹封装,本发明袋装弹簧生产压缩输送机构将弹簧的压缩和输送整合成一起,摒弃传统袋装弹簧生产机的结构形式,自动化程度高,结构简单,生产效率高,压缩输送更为平稳。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,一种袋装弹簧生产压缩输送机构,包括机架10、弹簧输送机构20、弹簧压缩输送机构30,弹簧压缩输送机构30承接弹簧输送机构20输送来的弹簧40并进行压缩,弹簧压缩输送机构30包括两对设于机架10上的挡板31和绕设于挡板31外侧的输送带32,两挡板31之间的距离从一头到另一头逐渐减小,弹簧输送机构20输送弹簧40至两挡板31之间并带动弹簧40移动使弹簧40从两挡板31间距离较大的一头移动至两挡板31间距离较小的另一头,弹簧40平移时随两挡板31间距离的逐渐减小而逐渐受压缩,弹簧40压缩到一定程度后脱离弹簧输送机构20由弹簧压缩输送机构30进行输送。
本发明袋装弹簧生产压缩输送机构主要是将卷簧机构中生产出来的弹簧进行自动压缩输送,使被压扁后的弹簧能在后续工序中通过一布袋封装机构进行包裹封装。
在本实施例中,通过弹簧压缩输送机构30同时实现弹簧40的输送与压缩,其中弹簧压缩输送机构30包括两挡板31和分别绕设于挡板31外侧的输送带32,输送带32竖向立起,通过常规机械传动方式带动输送带32运转,两挡板31呈一夹角水平布置在机架10上,两挡板31间隔一定距离且两挡板31之间的距离从一头到另一头逐渐减小,两挡板31俯视呈V形状,弹簧40从两挡板31间距离较大的一头进入并在两挡板31之间移动。其中两挡板31之间形成的夹角角度可调。
弹簧输送机构20包括输送带体21和带动输送带体21运转的传动机构,输送带体21为常规输送带,而其传动方式可根据实际情况采用常规机械传动方式如链条传动、带传动等,在本实施例中,输送带体21为一齿形带,输送带体21布置在弹簧压缩输送机构30上方,在输送带体21上间隔连续排列有多个具有磁力的磁性吸块23,每个磁性吸块23可通过磁力吸附住弹簧40,当输送带体21运转时,每个磁性吸块23沿输送带体21的输送方向循环移动。
在弹簧输送机构20上方还设置一卷簧机构50,卷簧机构50将钢丝绕制成弹簧40后送出,当输送带体21运转带动磁性吸块23移动至卷簧机构50处时,磁性吸块23在磁力的作用下吸附由卷簧机构50输送出来的弹簧40,磁性吸块23吸住弹簧40后继续移动。
输送带体21竖向看呈环形跑道状,其具有一段平直段处于两挡板31中间且略高于两挡板31,该平直段的首尾两头刚好处于两挡板31的首尾两头处,当磁性吸块23经过卷簧机构50吸住弹簧40后,吸住弹簧40的磁性吸块23依次经过该平直段,被吸住的弹簧40在两挡板31之间做平移运动,从两挡板31间距离较大的一头平移至两挡板31间距离较小的另一头,在平移过程中,随两挡板31间距离的逐渐减小,弹簧40两端逐渐受两挡板31外侧的输送带32的挤压而压缩,当弹簧40平移到末尾准备随磁性吸块23转动上移时,由于两挡板31外的输送带32对弹簧40挤压而产生的摩擦力大于磁性吸块23对弹簧40的吸附力,弹簧40自动脱离磁性吸块23由两挡板31外的输送带32夹持继续向前移动,输送带32夹住弹簧40输送到后续的布袋封装机构进行布袋包裹封装。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的袋装弹簧生产压缩输送机构,其特征在于:所述弹簧输送机构包括一输送带体和带动输送带体运转的传动机构,所述输送带体具有一段位于两挡板之间的平直段,在所述输送带体上间隔排列设有多个以磁力吸附弹簧的磁性吸块,所述输送带体运转使处于平直段内由磁性吸块吸住的弹簧在两挡板之间进行移动受压缩,当弹簧压缩到一定程度后,两所述挡板外的输送带对弹簧产生摩擦力大于磁性吸块对弹簧的吸附力,弹簧脱离所述磁性吸块由两挡板外的输送带夹持输送。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的袋装弹簧生产压缩输送机构,其特征在于:还包括一将钢丝绕制成弹簧的卷簧机构,所述输送带体运转使磁性吸块移动至卷簧机构处时,所述磁性吸块在磁力的作用下吸附由卷簧机构生产出来的弹簧。
