Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明にかかる手乾燥装置の実施の形態1のハンドドライヤを一方の側から見た斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係るハンドドライヤの側断面図である。図3は、実施の形態1に係るハンドドライヤの正面パネルを外した状態での正面図である。図4は、実施の形態1に係るハンドドライヤを他方の側から見た斜視図である。図5は、排水タンクの斜視図である。図6は、排水タンク内の水位と静電容量の変化との関係を示す図である。
図7は、本発明にかかる手乾燥装置の実施の形態2としてのハンドドライヤの正面パネルを外した状態での正面図である。図8は、実施の形態2に係るハンドドライヤの排水タンクとドレン導電板との位置関係を示す図である。図7及び図8に示すように、実施の形態2に係るハンドドライヤ1は、筐体2の側面に排水タンク18を設け、排水路を無くした構成となっている。すなわち、手挿入部3の側方端部に設けられた不図示の排水口は、排水タンク18に繋がっている。排水タンク18の形状は、側面の面積が最大となっている。ドレン導電板21は、排水タンク18の側面に対向して、満水水位付近のみに配置され、排水タンク18が満水に近くなった場合にのみ静電容量の変化が生じるように構成されている点で、実施の形態1と相違する。すなわち、排水タンク18の鉛直方向の中央よりも上に、鉛直面に沿ってドレン導電板21が設置されている。以下の説明では、実施の形態1と共通する部分の説明は省略し、相違する部分についてのみ説明する。
図9は、実施の形態3に係るハンドドライヤの側面断面図である。実施の形態3に係るハンドドライヤ1は、筐体2の下方に設置用スタンド40を追加部品として取り付けて自立可能とし、排水タンク18の下方に接地接続された遮蔽板24を設けている点で実施の形態1と相違する。以下の説明では、実施の形態1と共通する部分の説明は省略し、相違する部分についてのみ説明する。
Claims (8)
- ユーザが手を挿入可能な手挿入部と該手挿入部へ通じるノズルとが形成された筐体と、前記筐体の内部に設置された高圧空気流発生装置と、前記手挿入部にユーザの手が挿入されたことを検知する手検知センサと、該手検知センサがユーザの手を検知した場合に、前記高圧空気流発生装置を駆動させて、前記ノズルから前記手挿入部に空気流を噴射させる制御部と、前記ノズルから噴射した空気流によって前記手挿入部に挿入されたユーザの手から吹き飛ばされて前記手挿入部に飛散した水滴を回収する排水タンクとを有する手乾燥装置であって、
前記排水タンクの外郭をなす面の中で最も面積が大きい面に対向して配置されたドレン導電板と、
前記ドレン導電板に生じる静電容量に基づいて前記排水タンクの水位を検知する水検知手段とを有することを特徴とする手乾燥装置。 - 前記排水タンクは、外郭をなす面の中で上下面の面積が最も大きい六面体の箱状であり、
前記ドレン導電板は、前記排水タンクの上方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手乾燥装置。 - 前記ドレン導電板は、前記排水タンクの上面よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の手乾燥装置。
- 前記排水タンクの水位が予め設定された水位を超えたことを前記水検知手段が検知した場合、前記制御部は、前記高圧空気流発生装置を駆動させないことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の手乾燥装置。
- ユーザに情報を報知する報知手段を備え、
前記排水タンクの水位が予め設定された水位を超えたことを前記水検知手段が検知した場合、前記報知手段は、前記排水タンクの水位が予め設定された水位を超えたことをユーザに報知することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の手乾燥装置。 - 外部機器と無線通信を行う無線通信手段を備え、
前記排水タンクの水位が予め設定された水位を超えたことを前記水検知手段が検知した場合、前記無線通信手段は、前記排水タンクの水位が予め設定された水位を超えたことを前記外部機器へ通知することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の手乾燥装置。 - ユーザが手を挿入可能な手挿入部と該手挿入部へ通じるノズルとが形成された筐体と、前記筐体の内部に設置された高圧空気流発生装置と、前記手挿入部にユーザの手が挿入されたことを検知する手検知センサと、該手検知センサがユーザの手を検知した場合に、前記高圧空気流発生装置を駆動して、前記ノズルから前記手挿入部に空気流を噴射させる制御部と、前記ノズルから噴射した空気流によって前記手挿入部に挿入されたユーザの手から吹き飛ばされて前記手挿入部に飛散した水滴を回収する排水タンクとを有する手乾燥装置であって、
前記排水タンクの鉛直方向の中央よりも上側に、鉛直面に沿って配置されたドレン導電板と、
前記ドレン導電板に生じる静電容量に基づいて前記排水タンクの水位を検知する水検知手段とを有することを特徴とする手乾燥装置。 - 前記筐体は、底面に追加部品を接続可能であり、
前記排水タンクと前記筐体の底面との間に前記追加部品によって前記ドレン導電板に静電容量が発生することを防止する遮蔽板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の手乾燥装置。
