- the locating portion 352 is inserted into the opening portion 312a, and the sub-assembly unit 316 is fixed to the mounting seat surface 312b by the screw member 28. When attached to the opening / closing member 312, the locating portion 352 is in contact with or close to the opening 312a to determine the attachment position of the sub-assembly unit 316.
- an interval t5 in the width direction of the edge of the opening 312a and an interval t6 in the width direction of the outer wall of the pair of opposing wall portions 352a are formed to be very small. That is, the clearance (t5-t6) is formed to be smaller than the clearance (t2-t1) shown in FIG. 10 (c).
- the locating portion 352 can position the mounting of the lock device.
- the rotor member 24 is used as a drive member for driving the lock member 26 in response to the operation force of the operation member 20 is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this aspect.
- a gear mechanism that rotates in response to the operation of the operation member 20 may be used.
- the gear mechanism is positioned between the annular first locating portions 52 so that the connecting portion with the lock member 26 protrudes inward from the opening 12 c.
- the second locate portion 56 of the embodiment shows an aspect in which a pair of locate pins are formed, the present invention is not limited to this aspect. There may be one locating pin, or three or more locating pins. Also in the embodiment in which three or more locate pins are provided, the first locate portion 52 is formed to be located between the second locate portions 56.
- latching claw part 60 of embodiment showed the aspect formed in the opposing wall part 52a, it is not restricted to this aspect.
- the locking claws may be formed on the base member 22 and locked to the edge of the mounting seat surface 12f, and the locking claws may be formed at different positions of the base member 22.

Claims (9)
- 開閉部材に取り付けられ、ロック部材により前記開閉部材をロック状態に保持可能なロック装置であって、
前記開閉部材の取付座面に固定されるベース部材と、
前記ベース部材に回動可能に軸支され、前記取付座面に形成される開口部より裏側に突出して前記ロック部材に連結し、操作部材の操作に応じてロック部材を駆動する駆動部材と、を備え、
前記ベース部材は、
前記開口部の縁部に当接または近接される第1ロケート部と、
前記開閉部材に形成されたロケート孔に挿入される第2ロケート部と、を有し、
前記第1ロケート部は、前記第2ロケート部よりも裏側に突出することを特徴とするロック装置。 - 前記第2ロケート部は、一対のロケートピンであって、
前記第1ロケート部は、一対の前記ロケートピンの間に形成されることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロック装置。 - 前記第1ロケート部は、前記開口部に挿入され、
前記第1ロケート部の前記開口部の縁部に対するクリアランスは、前記第2ロケート部の前記ロケート孔に対するクリアランスより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のロック装置。 - 前記第1ロケート部は、前記駆動部材の周りに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のロック装置。
- 前記第1ロケート部は、互いに対向する一対の対向壁部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のロック装置。
- 前記第1ロケート部は、前記一対の対向壁部を連結する連結壁部を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のロック装置。
- 前記ベース部材は、前記取付座面に係止する係止爪部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のロック装置。
- 開閉部材に取り付けられ、ロック部材により前記開閉部材をロック状態に保持可能なロック装置であって、
前記開閉部材の取付座面に固定されるベース部材と、
前記ベース部材に回動可能に軸支され、前記取付座面に形成される開口部より裏側に突出して前記ロック部材に連結し、操作部材の操作に応じて前記ロック部材を駆動する駆動部材と、を備え、
前記ベース部材は、前記駆動部材の周りに形成されて、前記開口部の縁部に当接または近接されるロケート部を有することを特徴とするロック装置。 - 取付位置を定める第1ロケート部および第2ロケート部が形成されたロック装置を、第1開口部および第2開口部が形成された開閉部材に取り付けるロック装置の取付方法であって、
前記第1ロケート部を前記第1開口部に挿入して、前記第2ロケート部と前記第2開口部の相対的なずれ幅を制限するステップと、
前記第1ロケート部の前記第1開口部への挿入後、前記第2ロケート部を前記第2開口部に挿入して該ロック装置の取付位置を定めるステップと、
前記開閉部材に該ロック装置を固定するステップと、を含むことを特徴とするロック装置の取付方法。
