Abstract
Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による回転電機を示す構成図である。図において、回転電機1は、円筒状の電機子(固定子)2と、電機子2の軸線上に配置された回転軸3と、回転軸3に固定され回転軸3と一体に電機子2に対して回転される回転子4とを有している。
図7は、この発明の実施の形態2による回転電機1の電機子2を示す展開図である。本実施の形態では、図7を図4と比較すると、各ベースコイル12が、図4の各仮想コイル対23のすべての仮想特定コイル12Aの位置を避けて配置されている。また、上層コイル13及び下層コイル14のそれぞれのコイル辺21は、各ベースコイル12の配置が回避されている各仮想特定コイル12Aのそれぞれのコイル辺21aの位置に配置されている。即ち、すべての仮想特定コイル12Aのそれぞれのコイル辺21aの位置のうち、スロット11の上口の位置に各上層コイル13のコイル辺21が配置され、スロット11の下口の位置に各下層コイル14のコイル辺21が配置されている。他の構成は実施の形態1と同様である。
図4の各仮想コイル対23に含まれるそれぞれの仮想特定コイル12A間に挟まれた仮想ベースコイル12aを仮想調整コイル12Bとすると、比較例1の電機子2では、図4に示すように、仮想調整コイル12Bの電流相と、仮想調整コイル12Bを挟む2つの仮想特定コイル12Aで構成された仮想コイル対23の電流相とが、互いに異なっている。この例では、V相の仮想コイル対23の仮想特定コイル12Aに挟まれた仮想調整コイル12Bの電流相がW相、U相の仮想コイル対23の仮想特定コイル12Aに挟まれた仮想調整コイル12Bの電流相がV相、W相の仮想コイル対23の仮想特定コイル12Aに挟まれた仮想調整コイル12Bの電流相がU相となっている。
図11は、この発明の実施の形態4による回転電機の電機子2を示す展開図である。各ベースコイル12は、図11を図4と比較してみると、図4の各仮想コイル対23のすべての仮想特定コイル12Aの位置を避けて配置されている。また、各ベースコイル12は、各仮想コイル対23に含まれるそれぞれの仮想特定コイル12A間に挟まれる仮想ベースコイル(仮想調整コイル)12Bのすべての位置を避けて配置されている。従って、各ベースコイル12は、各仮想コイル対23のすべての仮想特定コイル12Aの位置と、各仮想コイル対23の仮想特定コイル12A間に挟まれる仮想ベースコイル(仮想調整コイル)12Bのすべての位置とを除いて、各仮想ベースコイル12aの位置に配置されている。
図12は、この発明の実施の形態5による回転電機1を示す構成図である。また、図13は、図12の電機子2を示す展開図である。電機子コイル群8は、ベースコイル12、上層コイル13及び下層コイル14がつくる誘起電圧の合成ベクトルの大きさを各相(U相、V相、W相)で大きくする誘起電圧をそれぞれつくる複数の追加コイル41を電機子コイルとしてさらに有している。本実施の形態による電機子コイル群8では、ベースコイル12、上層コイル13、下層コイル14及び追加コイル41に三相電流が流れる。また、この例では、U相、V相、W相の追加コイル41が2つずつ電機子コア7に設けられている。
図15は、この発明の実施の形態6による回転電機1を示す構成図である。本実施の形態では、スロット数Qが108、回転子4の磁極数Pが42になっている。毎極スロット数q’は18/7である。即ち、本実施の形態による回転電機1では、実施の形態1~5による回転電機1よりもスロット数Q及び磁極数Pが多くなっているが、毎極スロット数q’の値が実施の形態1~5と同じになっている。従って、本実施の形態での電機子2の構成は、実施の形態1~5での電機子2と同様に、18個のスロット11と回転子4の7個の磁極とが1組となって連続している構成になっている。本実施の形態では、電機子2が、電機子2の周方向へ並んで連結された6個の分割電機子33により構成されている。各分割電機子33の構成は、実施の形態5での分割電機子33の構成と同様である。
実施の形態7による回転電機1を説明する前に、比較例2による回転電機101の構成を説明する。
比較例2による各仮想コイル対23に含まれるそれぞれの仮想特定コイル12A間に挟まれた仮想ベースコイル12aを仮想調整コイル12Bとすると、図17では、U相の仮想コイル対23の仮想特定コイル12Aに挟まれた2つの仮想調整コイル12Bの電流相がV相及びW相、W相の仮想コイル対23の仮想特定コイル12Aに挟まれた2つの仮想調整コイル12Bの電流相がV相及びU相、V相の仮想コイル対23の仮想特定コイル12Aに挟まれた2つの仮想調整コイル12Bの電流相がU相及びW相となっている。
図23は、この発明の実施の形態9による回転電機1を示す構成図である。また、図24は、図23の電機子2を示す展開図である。電機子コイル群8は、実施の形態5と同様に、ベースコイル12、上層コイル13及び下層コイル14がつくる誘起電圧の合成ベクトルの大きさを各相(U相、V相、W相)で大きくする誘起電圧をそれぞれつくる複数の追加コイル41を電機子コイルとしてさらに有している。この例では、U相、V相、W相の追加コイル41が4つずつ電機子コア7に設けられている。各ベースコイル12、上層コイル13及び下層コイル14のそれぞれの配置、及び電機子コア7の構成は、図20及び図21と同様になっている。
Claims (5)
- 周方向について互いに間隔を置いて設けられた複数の磁極ティースを有し、各上記磁極ティース間にスロットが形成されている電機子コア、
互いに異なる上記スロットに配置された一対のコイル辺と上記一対のコイル辺間を繋ぐコイルエンドとをそれぞれ含む複数の電機子コイルを有し、各上記電機子コイルが重ね巻きで上記磁極ティースに巻かれ、各上記電機子コイルに三相電流が流れる電機子コイル群、及び
周方向へ並ぶ複数の磁極を持ち、上記電機子コア及び上記電機子コイル群に対して回転される回転子
を備え、
上記電機子コイル群は、一方の上記コイル辺が上記スロットの上口に配置され他方の上記コイル辺が上記スロットの下口に配置された複数のベースコイルと、一方及び他方の上記コイル辺がいずれも上記スロットの上口に配置された上層コイルと、一方及び他方の上記コイル辺がいずれも上記スロットの下口に配置された下層コイルとを上記電機子コイルとして有し、
Nを2以上の自然数とすると、1つの上記磁極当たりの上記スロットの数である毎極スロット数q’は、N<q’<N+1の関係を満たし、
各上記ベースコイルの上記コイルエンドは、上記電機子コアの周方向に対して同じ向きに傾いた状態でN+1個の上記磁極ティースを跨いでおり、
上記上層コイル及び上記下層コイルのそれぞれの上記コイルエンドは、N個の上記磁極ティースを跨いでおり、
上記ベースコイルと同じ構成の複数の仮想ベースコイルの各上記コイル辺を各上記スロットの上口及び下口のすべてに配置し、かつN個の上記磁極ティースを挟む2つの上記スロットの上口にそれぞれ配置された2つの上記コイル辺に流れる電流が同相逆向きになる関係を持つ2つの上記仮想ベースコイルを仮想特定コイルとして、上記2つの仮想特定コイルで構成された仮想コイル対が、上記電機子コアの周方向について一定間隔で現れるようにした仮想ベースコイル装着状態を想定すると、
各上記ベースコイルは、少なくともいずれかの上記仮想コイル対を対象とし、対象とした上記仮想コイル対を構成するすべての上記仮想特定コイルの位置を避けて配置され、
上記上層コイル及び上記下層コイルのそれぞれの上記コイル辺は、上記ベースコイルの配置が回避されている各上記仮想特定コイルのそれぞれの上記コイル辺の位置に配置されている回転電機。 - 各上記ベースコイルは、各上記仮想コイル対のすべての上記仮想特定コイルの位置を避けて配置され、
上記上層コイル及び上記下層コイルのそれぞれの上記コイル辺は、上記ベースコイルの配置が回避されているすべての上記仮想特定コイルのそれぞれの上記コイル辺の位置に配置されている請求項1に記載の回転電機。 - 上記電機子コアにおける上記スロットの数Qと上記回転子における上記磁極の数Pとの最大公約数をgcd(Q,P)とし、
電気角幅α°を、
α=180°×P/gcd(Q,P)
で表わし、
各上記仮想コイル対に含まれるそれぞれの上記仮想特定コイル間に挟まれた上記仮想ベースコイルを仮想調整コイルとすると、
各上記ベースコイルは、上記電気角幅α°の範囲内に位置する各相の上記仮想調整コイルのそれぞれを避けて配置され、
上記上層コイル及び上記下層コイルのそれぞれの上記コイル辺は、上記電気角幅α°の範囲内で各上記ベースコイルの配置が回避されている各上記仮想調整コイルの少なくともいずれかを挟むそれぞれの上記仮想特定コイルの上記コイル辺の位置に配置されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の回転電機。 - 上記電機子コアは、上記電機子コアの周方向へ並ぶ複数の分割コアに分割されており、
各上記分割コアの境界の位置は、各上記電機子コイルがいずれも跨らない上記磁極ティースの位置となっている請求項3に記載の回転電機。 - 上記電機子コイル群は、上記ベースコイル、上記上層コイル及び上記下層コイルがつくる誘起電圧の合成ベクトルの大きさを各相で大きくする誘起電圧をそれぞれつくる複数の追加コイルを上記電機子コイルとしてさらに有し、
各上記仮想調整コイルのそれぞれの上記コイル辺の位置には、上記追加コイルの上記コイル辺が配置され、
各上記追加コイルの上記コイルエンドは、上記電機子コアの周方向に対して上記ベースコイルの上記コイルエンドとは逆向きに傾いた状態で、上記上層コイル、上記下層コイル及び上記ベースコイルがいずれも跨らない上記磁極ティースを避けて配置されており、
各上記追加コイルの上記コイルエンドが跨ぐ上記磁極ティースの数は、各上記追加コイルで同じになっている請求項3又は請求項4に記載の回転電機。
