Abstract
[Problème] La présente invention concerne une composition contenant des nanobulles contenant de l'hydrogène, de l'oxygène et de l'azote, et son utilisation. [Solution] Composition contenant en tant que matière active des nanobulles ayant un diamètre de 30 µm ou moins et contenant 0,45 à 0,55 ppm d'hydrogène, 10 à 12,5 ppm d'oxygène et 7 à 8 ppm d'azote. L'invention concerne aussi une composition d'activation des mitochondries, un agent favorisant la croissance cellulaire, un liquide de conservation des cellules ou un liquide de cryoconservation contenant cette composition, et un procédé pour utilisation de cette composition, de cet agent ou de ce liquide. Elle concerne aussi un aliment ou une boisson, ou une matière première pour aliment ou pour boisson, produit par utilisation de cette composition.
