背景技术
传统的果蔬类饮品是以水果、蔬菜为原料加上食糖、保鲜剂、防腐剂等添加剂配制而成。其原材料的生产均是以土壤栽培为主,为了获得单位面积更高的产量,需要进行人为施肥以保证果蔬生长必须的营养供应。同时为了防治病虫害的危害,需要使用农药进行综合防治。首先,通过施肥、用药获得的蔬菜产量,必不可少的存在农药残留和某些重金属污染,不利于食用者的身体健康。其次,在传统饮品的制作工艺中为了适期保存,大部分加入防腐剂、保鲜剂。这些化学制剂长期饮用,不利于人们身体健康。
现有小麦苗芽麦汁产品仅采用根茎以上部位进行加工。麦根虽然是麦苗生长过程中不可或缺的重要部分,但在现有培育小麦苗的过程中,人们普遍认为麦苗根供给苗叶生长所需的营养后,自身营养成分降低,因而更注重麦苗叶的营养成份,忽略了麦苗根的营养成份。在小麦苗长到10~15cm时,割取鲜麦叶榨汁,而将根部作为下脚料舍弃、沤肥或作为鸡饲料加以利用。本申请人在培育小麦苗的过程中,经过观察研究发现麦苗根自身发育体积大,而且有旺盛的生长能力,可吸收大量的水份和养份,构成根的细胞不仅分裂能力强,而且有液泡形成,能大量地吸收和储备有机硒和养份。由于麦苗的生长期很短,除了供给麦叶生长需要外,根内仍富含有机硒和养分,对于富硒小麦芽苗的培育起着特殊作用。
申请号为 200510002396 的 发明专利申请公开了一种小麦苗茶及其制备工艺,割取生长高度20~30厘米的小麦苗,经过清洗、杀菌、粉碎、榨汁、过滤、烘干,制得小麦苗茶, 该方法小麦芽苗经烘干后营养元素损失较大。 此专利只是汁和茶的制备,并非采用全苗,小麦苗的营养价值低且不含硒。
申请(专利)号为201210055924.2的发明专利公开了一种 小麦苗制成的混合饮料,是将小麦芽苗与山楂、红枣等原料混合加水煮沸制成,并非小麦芽苗原浆制备。产品的制备仅涉及收割后的小麦苗,末涉及小麦全苗,也未公开适合饮料加工的小麦芽苗特定种植方法,小麦芽苗的营养成分中也不含硒。
申请(专利)号为201110063980.6的发明专利公开了 一种小麦苗动态梯度全程富硒方法 , 是一种动态梯度全程富硒培育富硒小麦苗的方法。将小麦种子反复、交替浸泡在基础培养液和含硒培养液中,小麦苗出苗13~18天,生长至10.5~16cm后从距小麦苗根部1cm处割下。为使小麦苗生长过程逐步适应富硒过程,该发明采用基础培养液和含硒培养液反复、交替培育小麦苗,用动态梯度全程富硒方法并不断改变含硒培养液中硒的浓度,既使小麦苗中有机硒大量富集,提高麦苗的出芽率、出苗率和产量。此专利的富硒方法,培养液耗量大,操作工艺较为复杂,增大了生产成本。

由于小麦苗麦根的特殊结构和功能, 吸收了有机硒液体后, 除了供给苗叶满足其生长需要外,大部份仍然保留在根内, 小麦苗的根部也极富营养,是富硒小麦芽苗汁有效成份重要组成部份。 因此进行全苗榨汁,明显地增加了有机硒等有效成份的含量 ,经检测 富硒小麦全芽苗的含硒量为:0.15~0.25㎎/㎏。
本发明经过实测小麦苗全苗的根部鮮重与麦苗叶的鲜重比例约为4:1,因此明显增加了小麦苗榨汁原浆的产出量,以小麦苗的根部为例,经测定小麦苗的根部鮮重与根部干重重量比为10:2左右,即小麦苗的根部可增加3至4倍的榨汁量。本发明克服了现有小麦苗汁产品仅采用根茎以上部位的传统做法,发挥了被忽视的麦苗根的作用,具有很好的经济效益。
本发明适合家庭、单位食堂、酒店随制随配制饮品,可根据不同年龄段、不同职业、不同生体状况人群进行调制成饮品,长期饮用有利于保健。

具体实施方式 
实施例1, 这种富硒小麦全芽苗 汁 饮品,它的原料按重量份配比如下:
富硒小麦全芽苗 70份;
富硒小麦苗叶 30份;
矿泉水 400份;
鲜姜片 15份;
所述富硒小麦全芽苗 汁 饮品的含硒量为:0.03±0.005㎎/㎏。
实施例2, 这种富硒小麦全芽苗 汁 饮品,它的原料按重量份配比如下:
富硒小麦全芽苗 80份;
富硒小麦苗叶 20份;
矿泉水 250份;
鲜姜片 10份;
所述富硒小麦全芽苗 汁 饮品的含硒量为:0.048±0.005㎎/㎏。
实施例3, 这种富硒小麦全芽苗 汁 饮品,它的原料按重量份配比如下:
富硒小麦全芽苗 100份;
矿泉水 1000份;
鲜姜片 15份;
所述富硒小麦全芽苗 汁 饮品的含硒量为:0.015±0.005㎎/㎏。
实施例4, 这种富硒小麦全芽苗 汁 饮品,它的原料按重量份配比如下:
富硒小麦全芽苗 90份;
富硒小麦苗叶 10份;
矿泉水 300份;
鲜姜片 12份;
所述富硒小麦全芽苗的含硒量为:0.042~±0.005㎎/㎏。
所述富硒小麦全芽苗是经过以下种子繁育方法和种植方法得到:
A 、小麦种子的繁育方法如下:
在高海拔无污染地区,利用光照强、昼夜温差大的特点繁育种子,形成营养物质丰富的小麦种子,种子采收后在0~4度环境下储存;
B 、富硒小麦全芽苗的种植方法如下:
a 、选种,将种子去除杂质,淘汰表面有创伤及干瘪的种子,选出洁净、无污染、高芽率、饱满的小麦种子;
b 、浸种,将经过挑选的小麦种子浸泡在有机硒浸种液里,该有机硒浸种液的原料按重量份配比为:矿泉水1000份、有机螯合水溶硒1~3份;所述浸种的水温和时间按季节不同设定,冬季水温要求在40~45℃,其他季节浸种水温常温即可,浸种时间冬季为10~13小时,夏季为6~8小时,春秋季9~11小时即可。浸种过程中要对种子进行淘洗,夏季每天淘洗2次,其他季节1次即可;
c 、催芽,种子浸泡好后即可催芽,将种子从有机硒浸种液中捞出,用洁净的透气软布包起来,放在弱光处进行催芽,每天需要把种子用矿泉水淘洗一遍,然后再在有机硒浸种液里浸泡一次,浸泡1~12小时后,再用透气软布包裹起来,经3~5天60%的种子发芽后即可播种,所述催芽最适宜温度为15~25℃;
d 、催苗, 将浸有有机硒浸种液的苗床纸平铺在苗盘上,吸咐后苗床纸呈饱和状态,再把催好芽的小麦种子均匀的撒在苗床纸上,播种密度为:250克干燥小麦种子,播25厘米×30厘米塑料盘2~3盘,种子播好后上面放一个同样的苗盘或在种子上面盖一张同样用喷壶喷湿透的苗床纸,以保持湿度,催苗期间须避光,同时还要注意苗盘的通风,在催苗的过程中,每天把出芽的种子均匀喷淋矿泉水,夏天:3~4遍,冬天1~2遍,喷水量以湿润盘底苗床纸不留积水即可,当小麦芽苗的芽胚长至1厘米时,把上面盖的苗床纸去掉,进行见光培育,此期间温度在15~30℃,见光后的第二天用有机硒喷淋培养液对小麦芽苗进行喷淋,并保持苗床纸的湿度,有机硒喷淋培养液的原料按重量份配比为:矿泉水1000份、硒酸酯多糖0.5~2份,之后改用矿泉水每天对小麦芽苗进行喷淋;
e 、采收,小麦芽苗生长时间控制在10~15天,高度10~12厘米时采收小麦全苗,得到富硒小麦全芽苗。
本发明的 富硒小麦全芽苗种植方法 不仅适用于小麦芽苗全苗的富硒种植,而且还适用于大麦芽苗、玉米芽苗、黄豆芽苗、蚕豆苗、豌豆苗、绿豆苗、黑豆苗等多种富硒芽苗菜的种植。
这种富硒小麦全芽苗 汁 饮品的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
步骤一,先将成熟后的富硒小麦全芽苗和富硒小麦苗叶采收后,用矿泉水洗净备用;
步骤二,将富硒小麦全芽苗、富硒小麦苗叶、矿泉水、鲜姜片按配比放入榨汁机中压榨,压榨时间1~3分钟;
步骤三,将经压榨过滤后的富硒小麦全芽苗 汁 饮品取出,置于0~4度环境内保存。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种富硒小麦全芽苗汁饮品,其特征在于:它的原料按重量份配比如下:
    富硒小麦全芽苗 60~ 120份;
    富硒小麦苗叶 0~ 50份;
    矿泉水 250~ 1000份;
    鲜姜片 5~ 15份;
    所述富硒小麦全芽苗的含硒量为: 0.15~ 0.25㎎ /㎏;
    所述富硒小麦全芽苗汁的含硒量为: 0.01~ 0.05mg/L;
    所述富硒小麦全芽苗是经过以下种子繁育方法和种植方法得到:
    A、小麦种子的繁育方法如下:

  2. 据权利要求 1 所述的富硒小麦全芽苗汁饮品,其特征在于:所述浸种的水温和时间按季节不同设定,冬季水温要求在 40 ~ 45 ℃,其他季节浸种水温常温即可,浸种时间冬季为 10 ~ 13 小时,夏季为 6 ~ 8 小时,春秋季 9 ~ 11 小时即可。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的富硒小麦全芽苗汁饮品,其特征在于:所述浸种过程中要对种子进行淘洗,夏季每天淘洗 2 次,其他季节 1 次即可。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的富硒小麦全芽苗汁饮品,其特征在于:所述催芽最适宜温度为 15 ~ 25 ℃。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的富硒小麦全芽苗汁饮品,其特征在于:所述催苗播种密度为: 250 克干燥小麦种子,播 25 厘米× 30 厘米塑料盘 2 ~ 3 盘。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的富硒小麦全芽苗汁饮品,其特征在于:所述催苗期间每天把出芽的种子均匀淋湿,夏天: 3 ~ 4 遍,冬天 1 ~ 2 遍。
  7. 一种如权利要求 1~ 6任意一项所述富硒小麦全芽苗汁饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:制备步骤如下:
    步骤一,先将成熟后的富硒小麦全芽苗和富硒小麦苗叶采收后,用矿泉水洗净备用;
    步骤二,将富硒小麦全芽苗、富硒小麦苗叶、矿泉水、鲜姜片按配比放入榨汁机中压榨,压榨时间 1~ 3分钟;
    步骤三,将经压榨过滤后的富硒小麦全芽苗汁饮品取出,置于 0~ 4℃环境内保存。
