发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种提高冬瓜中钙含量的种植方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种提高冬瓜中钙含量的种植方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)育苗床土配制:按重量计,酸碱度为6.4-6.6的土壤55-60份、腐熟厩肥22-27份、蘑菇渣基质8-12份、炒熟的花椒叶粉15-18份、煤渣4-6份;
(2)种子处理:用52-60℃的温水浸泡冬瓜种子,浸泡3-4小时,然后用剪刀将冬瓜种子的小头端用剪刀剪开宽度不大于1.2mm的小口,放入温度为35-40℃的温水中浸泡2-3小时,在浸泡过程中每隔20分钟,使用超声波频率为28KHz的超声波装置处理10-15秒;取出后用透气潮湿的纱布包裹,放在温度为28±0.5℃的光照培养箱中催芽,当观察到冬瓜种子萌发出约1mm长的白色根尖时,将冬瓜种子取出放在纱布网上,用水压为0.8MPa的流水冲击4-6分钟,然后人工切断根尖,继续用透气潮湿的纱布包裹,放到光照培养箱中,在15±0.5℃的温度下处理6-8小时,置于营养液中浸泡30分钟后准备播种,播种时种子芽朝下播种;
(3)苗期管理:当幼苗长出2片真叶开始,每隔5天对植株喷施调节液一次,每次调节液的施用量为5-7g/株;
其中,每100kg调节液中包含:亚硒酸钠50-80g、海藻提取物20-30g、柠檬酸18-20g、赤霉酸25-30g、益母蒿提取物12-15g、芸醇乳粉8-15g、硫酸亚铁4-9g、二甲四氯钠15-20g、调环酸钙80-100g;
(4)定植管理:当80%的植株达到壮苗标准时,在温度不低于12℃的晴天进行定植,定植密度为620-640株/亩;
(5)伸蔓期管理:按常规方法进行摘蔓、压蔓、引蔓,注意灌水、排水,保持土壤湿润,当第一朵雌花开放后,到果实膨大期前,对植株喷施蔓期调节液,每次的喷施量为20-25g/株;进入果实膨大期后,按常规方法灌水追肥,直至拉秧;
其中,每100kg蔓期调节液中包含:亚硒酸钠46-55g、海藻提取物15-20g、柠檬酸8-15g、赤霉酸35-45g、益母蒿提取物10-18g、芸醇乳粉15-18g、硫酸亚铁18-25g、二甲四氯钠6-12g、调环酸钙150-180g;
(6)收获采收:在坐果后40-50天,瓜皮发亮成墨绿色,即可采收。
