本发明提供了一种丝瓜高产种植方法,采用选良种,科学的进行种子预处理,育苗盘育苗,合理的密植,科学的肥水管理,科学的病虫害防治,适时采收等技术达到高产,高品质的效果。本发明方法种植丝瓜,病虫害少,产量高,每亩产量可以达到3000kg,同时丝瓜品质好,农残少,是绿色无公害食品。

背景技术
丝瓜属葫芦科1年生草本攀缘植物,食药两用,其主要含木聚糖、甘露聚糖、半乳聚糖。果实味甘,有通经活血、清热、化痰的功效,是较广谱的蔬菜;种子有利尿除热的功效;根有通络消肿的功效;藤有舒筋活血、健脾、驱虫的功效;叶有清热解毒功效。
丝瓜营养丰富含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁及维生素B1、维生素C,还有皂甙、植物粘液、木糖胶、丝瓜苦味质、瓜氨酸等。每100克含蛋白质1.4~1.5克,脂肪0.1克,碳水化合物4.3~4.5克,粗纤维0.3~0.5克,灰分0.5克,钙18~28毫克,磷39~45毫克,核黄素0.03~0.06毫克,尼克酸0.3~0.5毫克。抗坏血酸5~8毫克。丝瓜果实含三萜皂甙成分:丝瓜甙(lycyoside)A、F、J、K、L、M,(3-o-β-D-hlucopyranosyl hederagenin),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基齐墩果酸(3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyloleanolic acid),还含丙二酸(malonic acid)、枸橼酸(citric acid)等脂肪酸,瓜氨酸(citrulline)等。此外,在丝组织培养液中还提取取一种具抗过敏活性物质泻根醇酸(bryonolicacid)。丝瓜中含的维生素B1防止皮肤老化,维生素C能增白皮肤等成分,能保护皮肤、消除斑块,使皮肤洁白、细嫩。故丝瓜汁有"美人水"之称。
中医认为,丝瓜性凉、味甘,具有清热、解毒、凉血止血、通经络、行血脉、美容、抗癌等功效,并可治疗诸如痰喘咳嗽、乳汁不通、热病烦渴、筋骨酸痛、便血等病症。清热化痰;凉血解毒。主热病身热烦渴;痰喘咳嗽;肠风下血,痔疮出血;血淋;崩漏;痈疽疮疡;无名肿毒;水肿。丝瓜翠绿鲜嫩,清香脆甜,是夏日里清热泻火、凉血解毒的一道佳菜。丝瓜不仅营养丰富,而且有一定的药用价值,浑身都是宝。据武汉光岩中医针灸门诊部的高光岩主任介绍,丝瓜中含有丰富营养成分,所含的干扰素诱生剂,能刺激人体产生干扰素,达到抗病毒、防癌的目的。一般来说,吃嫩丝瓜口感、营养和治疗效果都更好。丝瓜性寒凉味甘甜,有消暑利肠、去风化痰、凉血解毒、通经活络、行气化瘀等作用,还可治疗大小便带血,帮助产妇下乳,但多食也会引起滑肠腹泻,久病体虚弱、脾胃虚弱、消化不良的人还是少吃为宜。丝瓜还是消雀斑、增白、去除皱纹的不可多得的天然美容剂。长期食用或用丝瓜液擦脸,还能使人皮肤变得光滑、细腻,具有抗皱消炎,预防、消除痤疮及黑色素沉着的特殊功效。
随着我国城乡居民生活水平的不断提高和膳食结构的变化,人们对优质无公害丝瓜产品的需求量日益增加,市场需求量也越来越大,因此提高丝瓜的品质和产量称为丝瓜生产中急需解决的焦点问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种丝瓜高产种植方法,本发明的种植方法,产量高,丝瓜品质好。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种丝瓜高产种植方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)品种选择:大棚栽培丝瓜宜选用耐低温、抗病能力强、产量高、品质优的品种,如江蔬 1 号、五叶香、上海香;
(2)育苗 一般3月中旬至下旬播种, 每亩需种子80-900g,
a、 种子处理:将选好的种子放入微波设备中进行微波处理40-50s,微波设备的功率为30Kw, 然后在放入浸种剂浸种4-5h,捞出用清水冲洗干净,用透气湿布包好放在 29-30℃恒温条件下保湿催芽 8-10h,种子露白后即可播种;
b、基质配制:首先将玉米秸秆、玉米芯、菇渣、药渣分别破碎,过80目筛,然后将破碎后的玉米秸秆、玉米芯、菇渣、药渣按体积比为2:2:1:0.5的比例混合均匀,得到的混合物料即为基质,每立方米基质中混入膨化鸡粪5公斤,三元复合肥1公斤,pH6.5-7.0,充分混合后装入育苗盘中,然后用水淋透基质,再用苗菌灵以300-400倍液100mL/m2喷洒在基质上,所述的育苗盘为50孔穴;
c、播种:将出芽的种子点播在淋透水的育苗盘中,上面盖上0.5-1.0cm的药土 ,所述的药土配置为:每平方米苗床用50%多菌灵2-3g、苦楝皮粉5-6g、苦参粉2-3g、 细土2kg混合配制而得;
d、苗期管理:出苗前阶段需要较高温度,保证25-30℃,出苗后,前期气温低,苗龄小,以保暖防冻为主,中后期随着气温升高,苗龄增大,应以通风炼苗为主,通风炼苗视气温高低灵活进行,阴雨天气温低可不通风,晴天气温高必须揭膜通风,并做到由小到大,逐步增大通风量,移栽前2~3天可昼夜不盖膜,出苗后每天播放轻音乐1-2h,
(3)、大田整理
选土壤肥沃、排水方便的前作不是瓜类的田块田块种植,进行深翻处理,深翻的深度为30-40cm,暴晒15天,待泥土晒白后,再向其中加入有机肥和复合肥作为基肥,亩施有机肥400-500kg,复合肥50kg,基肥加完后,在深翻细耙,丝瓜根系较发达,翻地时作畦,按1.6-2.0米开厢起垄,垄高30-35厘米,
(4)、定植
当丝瓜苗长出1~2张真叶时,可带土移栽,一垄一行,穴距 40-50厘米, 一般亩定植1700-2200株,定植后即浇足定根水,定植后2-3天再浇一次水,以保证活苗,以后以中耕松土为主;
(5)、架引藤 丝瓜种后即可进行搭架,棚架以1.5米×1.5米距离立杆,架高2米,棚顶以小竹、铅丝或绳子纵横织成正方形,棚架要结实牢固,能经得起鲜瓜重量的负荷和大风袭击,待瓜藤长到2.5米以上时可旨藤上架,瓜藤上架时,不管瓜藤长短,上架后的瓜藤应齐头并进,有利于瓜藤在架上平衡伸展,瓜藤上架后要做到经常理藤,使瓜藤在架上均匀分布;
(6)瓜期管理
根据丝瓜结实时期不同,在栽培上应着重抓好以下几个环节:
a、去雄花 瓜藤上架后要不断进行整枝挖芽和去除适当数量的雄花, 每株只留一条主藤,对其它的侧枝和芽要随时整除, 将60%的雄花蕾及时摘去,去雄蕾时要谨防碰伤同节位上的雌蕾;
b、 每株丝瓜在不同瓜期每期只选留优瓜1~2条,选留优质瓜的幼瓜要上下匀称,条型直,瓜柄粗壮不细长,同时在选留的小瓜前几个节位上先暂留一个幼瓜,以争夺养分,当选留的优质瓜长到不会破裂时再除去前面的小瓜,对结下的瓜不能任其搁置在架顶上,应及时放下悬空,若瓜形出现弓形,须经人工整直;
d、肥水管理
首先要整理大田是施足基肥,基肥以有机肥为主,亩施有机肥400-500kg,复合肥50kg,苗期应保持土壤湿润,初花期应施追肥,可施进口复合肥50公斤/亩,开花结果期需水量大,特别是炎热的夏季,要早、晚浇水, 初收期亩追氮肥30公斤、腐熟农家肥600公斤,采收期应及时追肥,一般每采收2-3次追肥一次,每次施氮肥10公斤+钾肥5公斤; 施肥方法上应以浇施为主,于茎基部50cm以外左右轮换施用,以防近根产生肥害,盛收期隔2天加淋一次复合肥水,亩用量为2公斤;
(7)、病虫害防治
丝瓜主要病害是霜霉病,虫害是黄守瓜,瓜实蝇及美洲斑潜蝇,霜霉病可用70%瑞毒霉可湿性粉剂500倍液或75%百菌清可湿性粉剂600倍液喷雾防治,黄守瓜可用80%敌敌畏乳油1000倍液喷雾防治,瓜实蝇可用香蕉或菠萝皮涂上敌敌畏和香精吊在棚架上诱杀,也可用50%敌敌畏1000倍液喷杀成虫,同时要及时摘除被害瓜,并深埋。
(8)、适时采收
丝瓜主要食用嫩瓜;过期不采收,果实容易纤维化和种子变硬,不能食用,丝瓜连续结果性强,盛果期果实生长较快,可每隔1~2天采收1次,采收时间宜在早晨,用剪刀齐果柄处剪断,丝瓜极易碰伤或折断,采收时必须轻放,忌压。
所述的丝瓜高产种植方法,其特征在于:所述的浸种剂由下列重量份的组分原料混合配制而成:高锰酸钾0.1-0.2、磷酸二氢钾0.5-1.0、亚硒酸钠0.01-0.03、复硝酚钠0.0001-0.00002、 苦参提取物0.01-0.02、硫酸锌0.01-0.02、硫酸镁0.01-0.02、水100。
所述的丝瓜高产种植方法,其特征在于: 所述的有机肥按重量份数计,组分组成如下:农作物秸秆 40-70、动物粪便 20-35、厨房有机垃圾10-15、酒糟5-10、EM 生物菌 0.5-3、微生物发酵剂 1-5,制备时先将农作物秸秆粉碎成长度5-6cm,然后与其余物料混合拌湿,堆积在发酵池中沤制20天以上,堆沤期间需翻沤2-3次。
本发明的有益效果
本发明在浸种前将种子先采用微波处理,然后在投入自制的浸种剂中浸种,微波处理,激活了种子细胞的活力,有效缩短了浸种时间,同时浸种剂里的有效成分更容易被种子吸收,这样的种子催芽时,更容易发芽,幼苗的病虫害少,生长快;
采用育苗盘育苗,出苗快,成苗率高,生长旺盛,不仅能保护秧苗根系,而且能供应秧苗所需要的养分,缩短缓苗期,提高成活率,能培育根系发达的壮苗,移栽的成活率高;
本发明采用自制的有机肥作为底肥,原料来源广,营养丰富,发酵处理,改良土壤物理和化学性状,可以培肥土壤,无毒素残留,生产出的丝瓜为绿色食品,品质好;
总之,本发明方法种植丝瓜,病虫害少,产量高,每亩产量可以达到3000kg, 同时丝瓜品质好,农残少,是绿色无公害食品。
具体实施方式
一种丝瓜高产种植方法,包括以下步骤:

其中,有机肥按重量份数计,组分组成如下:农作物秸秆 65、动物粪便 30、厨房有机垃圾3、酒糟7、EM 生物菌 1.5、微生物发酵剂 2,制备时先将农作物秸秆粉碎成长度5-6cm,然后与其余物料混合拌湿,堆积在发酵池中沤制20天以上,堆沤期间需翻沤2-3次。
Claims (3)
1.一种丝瓜高产种植方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)品种选择:大棚栽培丝瓜宜选用耐低温、抗病能力强、产量高、品质优的品种,如江蔬 1 号、五叶香、上海香;
(2)育苗 一般3月中旬至下旬播种, 每亩需种子80-900g,
a、 种子处理:将选好的种子放入微波设备中进行微波处理40-50s,微波设备的功率为30Kw, 然后在放入浸种剂浸种4-5h,捞出用清水冲洗干净,用透气湿布包好放在 29-30℃恒温条件下保湿催芽 8-10h,种子露白后即可播种;
b、基质配制:首先将玉米秸秆、玉米芯、菇渣、药渣分别破碎,过80目筛,然后将破碎后的玉米秸秆、玉米芯、菇渣、药渣按体积比为2:2:1:0.5的比例混合均匀,得到的混合物料即为基质,每立方米基质中混入膨化鸡粪5公斤,三元复合肥1公斤,pH6.5-7.0,充分混合后装入育苗盘中,然后用水淋透基质,再用苗菌灵以300-400倍液100mL/m2喷洒在基质上,所述的育苗盘为50孔穴;
c、播种:将出芽的种子点播在淋透水的育苗盘中,上面盖上0.5-1.0cm的药土 ,所述的药土配置为:每平方米苗床用50%多菌灵2-3g、苦楝皮粉5-6g、苦参粉2-3g、 细土2kg混合配制而得;
d、苗期管理:出苗前阶段需要较高温度,保证25-30℃,出苗后,前期气温低,苗龄小,以保暖防冻为主,中后期随着气温升高,苗龄增大,应以通风炼苗为主,通风炼苗视气温高低灵活进行,阴雨天气温低可不通风,晴天气温高必须揭膜通风,并做到由小到大,逐步增大通风量,移栽前2~3天可昼夜不盖膜,出苗后每天播放轻音乐1-2h,
(3)、大田整理
选土壤肥沃、排水方便的前作不是瓜类的田块田块种植,进行深翻处理,深翻的深度为30-40cm,暴晒15天,待泥土晒白后,再向其中加入有机肥和复合肥作为基肥,亩施有机肥400-500kg,复合肥50kg,基肥加完后,在深翻细耙,丝瓜根系较发达,翻地时作畦,按1.6-2.0米开厢起垄,垄高30-35厘米;
(4)、定植
当丝瓜苗长出1~2张真叶时,可带土移栽,一垄一行,穴距 40-50厘米, 一般亩定植1700-2200株,定植后即浇足定根水,定植后2-3天再浇一次水,以保证活苗,以后以中耕松土为主;
(5)、架引藤 丝瓜种后即可进行搭架,棚架以1.5米×1.5米距离立杆,架高2米,棚顶以小竹、铅丝或绳子纵横织成正方形,棚架要结实牢固,能经得起鲜瓜重量的负荷和大风袭击,待瓜藤长到2.5米以上时可旨藤上架,瓜藤上架时,不管瓜藤长短,上架后的瓜藤应齐头并进,有利于瓜藤在架上平衡伸展,瓜藤上架后要做到经常理藤,使瓜藤在架上均匀分布;
(6)瓜期管理
根据丝瓜结实时期不同,在栽培上应着重抓好以下几个环节:
a、去雄花 瓜藤上架后要不断进行整枝挖芽和去除适当数量的雄花, 每株只留一条主藤,对其它的侧枝和芽要随时整除, 将60%的雄花蕾及时摘去,去雄蕾时要谨防碰伤同节位上的雌蕾;
b、 每株丝瓜在不同瓜期每期只选留优瓜1~2条,选留优质瓜的幼瓜要上下匀称,条型直,瓜柄粗壮不细长,同时在选留的小瓜前几个节位上先暂留一个幼瓜,以争夺养分,当选留的优质瓜长到不会破裂时再除去前面的小瓜,对结下的瓜不能任其搁置在架顶上,应及时放下悬空,若瓜形出现弓形,须经人工整直;
d、肥水管理
首先要整理大田是施足基肥,基肥以有机肥为主,亩施有机肥400-500kg,复合肥50kg,苗期应保持土壤湿润,初花期应施追肥,可施进口复合肥50公斤/亩,开花结果期需水量大,特别是炎热的夏季,要早、晚浇水, 初收期亩追氮肥30公斤、腐熟农家肥600公斤,采收期应及时追肥,一般每采收2-3次追肥一次,每次施氮肥10公斤+钾肥5公斤; 施肥方法上应以浇施为主,于茎基部50cm以外左右轮换施用,以防近根产生肥害,盛收期隔2天加淋一次复合肥水,亩用量为2公斤;
(7)、病虫害防治
丝瓜主要病害是霜霉病,虫害是黄守瓜,瓜实蝇及美洲斑潜蝇,霜霉病可用70%瑞毒霉可湿性粉剂500倍液或75%百菌清可湿性粉剂600倍液喷雾防治,黄守瓜可用80%敌敌畏乳油1000倍液喷雾防治,瓜实蝇可用香蕉或菠萝皮涂上敌敌畏和香精吊在棚架上诱杀,也可用50%敌敌畏1000倍液喷杀成虫,同时要及时摘除被害瓜,并深埋;
(8)、适时采收
丝瓜主要食用嫩瓜;过期不采收,果实容易纤维化和种子变硬,不能食用,丝瓜连续结果性强,盛果期果实生长较快,可每隔1~2天采收1次,采收时间宜在早晨,用剪刀齐果柄处剪断,丝瓜极易碰伤或折断,采收时必须轻放,忌压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丝瓜高产种植方法,其特征在于:所述的浸种剂由下列重量份的组分原料混合配制而成:高锰酸钾0.1-0.2、磷酸二氢钾0.5-1.0、亚硒酸钠0.01-0.03、复硝酚钠0.0001-0.00002、 苦参提取物0.01-0.02、硫酸锌0.01-0.02、硫酸镁0.01-0.02、水100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的丝瓜高产种植方法,其特征在于: 所述的有机肥按重量份数计,组分组成如下:农作物秸秆 40-70、动物粪便 20-35、厨房有机垃圾10-15、酒糟5-10、EM生物菌 0.5-3、微生物发酵剂 1-5,制备时先将农作物秸秆粉碎成长度5-6cm,然后与其余物料混合拌湿,堆积在发酵池中沤制20天以上,堆沤期间需翻沤2-3次。
