Abstract
Description
文献の参照による組み込みが認められる指定国については、2013年10月1日に日本国に出願された特願2013-206501号、及び、2014年3月20日に日本国に出願された特願2014-58224号に記載された内容を参照により本明細書に組み込み、本明細書の記載の一部とする。
本実施形態における配線板組立体1は、図1に示すように、フレキシブルプリント配線板2と、当該フレキシブルプリント配線板2に取り付けられた金属補強板3と、はんだ接続部4と、を備えている。
図6(A)及び図6(B)は本発明の第2実施形態における配線板組立体を示す図であり、図6(A)は平面図であり、図6(B)は図6(A)のVIB-VIB線に沿った断面図である。
このような貫通孔722B、723が形成された第2のカバーレイ72Bは、接着剤711を介して第2の主面52と第2の配線パターン62Bに取り付けられている。
本実施形態では、絶縁性基板に複数(本例では2つ)の貫通孔が設けられている点で第1実施形態と相違するが、それ以外については、第1実施形態と同様である。以下に、第1実施形態と相違する部分についてのみ説明し、第1実施形態と同一の部分については、同一の符号を付して、説明を省略する。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの第1の貫通孔を有する絶縁性基板と、前記絶縁性基板に設けられ、前記第1の貫通孔の周縁まで延在する配線パターンと、を少なくとも有するフレキシブルプリント配線板と、
前記フレキシブルプリント配線板に取り付けられ、前記第1の貫通孔に対向する金属補強板と、
前記第1の貫通孔の第1の内壁面を被覆し、前記配線パターン及び前記金属補強板を電気的に接続するはんだ接続部と、を備えることを特徴とする配線板組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の配線板組立体であって、
前記絶縁性基板は、前記はんだ接続部によって第2の内壁面が被覆されていない少なくとも1つの第2の貫通孔をさらに有し、
前記配線板組立体は、前記フレキシブルプリント配線板と前記金属補強板との間に介在する少なくとも1つの連通路をさらに有し、
前記連通路は、前記第1の貫通孔と前記第2の貫通孔とを連通していることを特徴とする配線板組立体。 - 請求項2に記載の配線板組立体であって、
前記配線パターンは、
前記絶縁性基板の第1の主面に設けられた第1の配線パターンと、
前記絶縁性基板の第2の主面に設けられた第2の配線パターンと、を含み、
前記フレキシブルプリント配線板は、前記第1の主面を被覆すると共に、開口を有するカバーレイをさらに有し、
前記開口は、
前記第1の貫通孔、及び、前記第1の配線パターンにおける前記第1の貫通孔の周縁部分に対向する第1の部分と、
前記第2の貫通孔に対向する第2の部分と、
前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分とを連通する第3の部分と、を有しており、
前記連通路は、前記開口により画定されており、
前記金属補強板は、前記カバーレイに取り付けられており、
前記はんだ接続部は、前記第1の配線パターンと、前記第2の配線パターンと、前記金属補強板と、を電気的に接続していることを特徴とする配線板組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の配線板組立体であって、
前記配線パターンは、
前記絶縁性基板の第1の主面に設けられた第1の配線パターンと、
前記絶縁性基板の第2の主面に設けられた第2の配線パターンと、を含み、
前記フレキシブルプリント配線板は、前記第1の貫通孔と、前記第1の配線パターンにおける前記第1の貫通孔の周縁部分と、が露出するように前記第1の主面を被覆するカバーレイをさらに有し、
前記金属補強板は、前記カバーレイに取り付けられており、
前記はんだ接続部は、前記第1の配線パターンと、前記第2の配線パターンと、前記金属補強板と、を電気的に接続していることを特徴とする配線板組立体。 - 請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の配線板組立体であって、
前記第1の内壁面は、金属めっき層を有することを特徴とする配線板組立体。 - 請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の配線板組立体であって、
前記絶縁性基板は、複数の前記第1の貫通孔を有することを特徴とする配線板組立体。 - 請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の配線板組立体であって、
前記金属補強板は、前記第1の貫通孔の内部に挿入された凸部を有することを特徴とする配線板組立体。 - 第1の貫通孔を有する絶縁性基板と、前記絶縁性基板に設けられ、前記第1の貫通孔の周縁まで延在する配線パターンと、を少なくとも有するフレキシブルプリント配線板を準備する第1の工程と、
一方の側から前記フレキシブルプリント配線板に金属補強板を取り付ける第2の工程と、
他方の側から前記フレキシブルプリント配線板の前記第1の貫通孔にはんだペーストを印刷する第3の工程と、
前記はんだペーストを溶融させることで、前記配線パターンと前記金属補強板とを電気的に接続する第4の工程と、を有することを特徴とする配線板組立体の製造方法。
