車両の固定部材に取付けられる支持部材と、支持部材に着脱自在に接合される表示部材とを有し、
表示部材は、第1のケースと、第1のケース内に収納された第1の回路基板と、第1の回路基板に電気的に接続されている複数の第1の接続端子とを有し、
支持部材は、第2のケースと、第2のケース内に収納された第2の回路基板と、第2の回路基板に電気的に接続されている複数の第2の接続端子とを有し、
第1のケースは第2のケースに接合する第1の接合面を有し、
第2のケースは第1のケースの第1の接合面に接合する第2の接合面を有し、
第1の接続端子の先端部は、第1の接合面に露出し、表示部材を支持部材に取付けた場合、第2の接続端子の先端部に接触し、
第1のケースと第2のケースとのいずれか一方のケースに、複数の端子取付孔が形成され、
第1の接続端子と第2の接続端子とのいずれか一方の接続端子が端子取付孔に挿入され、
一方のケースに、一方の接続端子と端子取付孔との隙間をシールするシール部材が設けられ、
シール部材の先端部が、第1の接合面と第2の接合面とのいずれか一方の接合面に露出して、他方の接合面に当接し、互いに接触している第1の接続端子の先端部と第2の接続端子の先端部との周囲を取り囲むものである。
一方の接続端子は第1の接続端子であり、
一方の接合面は第1の接合面であり、
他方の接合面は第2の接合面である。
表示部材の着脱方向における前方から第1の接合面と第2の接合面との間に浸入した水を両側方に案内して車両用表示装置の外側方へ逃す排水部材が、第1のケースと第2のケースとの少なくともいずれかのケースに設けられ、
排水部材は第1および第2の接続端子よりも走行方向の前方に位置しているものである。
支持部材に第2の係合部が設けられ、
第1の係合部は、表示部材を支持部材に装着する装着方向において、第2の係合部に係合し、表示部材を支持部材から離脱する離脱方向において、第2の係合部から離脱し、
第1および第2の係合部は着脱方向において複数組設けられているものである。
第1のケースに、切換スイッチを外部から操作して切換えるための操作ボタンが設けられ、
切換スイッチと操作ボタンとの間をシールする弾性変形自在な防水部材が第1のケース内に設けられ、
第1のケースに、ボタン取付用孔と防水部材取付用孔とが形成され、
ボタン取付用孔と第1のケースの内部とが防水部材取付用孔を介して連通し、
操作ボタンはボタン取付用孔に出退自在に嵌め込まれ、
防水部材は、防水部材取付用孔に着脱自在に嵌め込まれて、操作ボタンの操作を切換スイッチに伝達し、
組立時において、防水部材取付用孔に嵌め込まれた防水部材の位置が防水部材取付用孔の外側へずれるのを防止するためのずれ止め部が、防水部材に形成されているものである。
外部接続端子を覆う開閉自在なキャップが第1のケースに着脱自在に設けられ、
キャップは第1のケース内に挿入される舌片部を有し、
キャップを閉じた場合、舌片部が第1のケース内に挿入され、
キャップを開いた場合、舌片部が第1のケース内から外部に引き出し可能であり、
舌片部に抜止部が設けられ、
第1のケース内に規制体が設けられ、
規制体に切欠部が形成され、
舌片部は、切欠部に、離脱可能に挿入され、
抜止部が規制体に係合することにより、舌片部の引き出し量が所定の引き出し量に規制され、
舌片部が切欠部から離脱するのを阻止する離脱阻止部材が第1のケースに設けられ、
離脱阻止部材は外部から第1のケースに着脱自在である。
電源用の第2の接続端子には通信用の第2の接続端子よりも高電圧が印加され、
第2の回路基板と電源用の第2の接続端子とは電源ラインを介して電気的に接続され、
第2の回路基板と通信用の第2の接続端子とは通信ラインを介して電気的に接続され、
表示部材内に磁界発生部材が設けられ、
支持部材内に、磁界発生部材から発生する磁界によって電源ラインを断続するスイッチが設けられ、
表示部材が支持部材に装着されると、スイッチの接点が閉じ、
表示部材が支持部材から取り外されると、スイッチの接点が開くものである。
また、表示部材を支持部材に着脱する際、表示部材を着脱方向へ移動(スライド)させる距離が短縮される。
Claims (9)
- 車両に取付けられる表示装置であって、
車両の固定部材に取付けられる支持部材と、支持部材に着脱自在に接合される表示部材とを有し、
表示部材は、第1のケースと、第1のケース内に収納された第1の回路基板と、第1の回路基板に電気的に接続されている複数の第1の接続端子とを有し、
支持部材は、第2のケースと、第2のケース内に収納された第2の回路基板と、第2の回路基板に電気的に接続されている複数の第2の接続端子とを有し、
第1のケースは第2のケースに接合する第1の接合面を有し、
第2のケースは第1のケースの第1の接合面に接合する第2の接合面を有し、
第1の接続端子の先端部は、第1の接合面に露出し、表示部材を支持部材に取付けた場合、第2の接続端子の先端部に接触し、
第1のケースと第2のケースとのいずれか一方のケースに、複数の端子取付孔が形成され、
第1の接続端子と第2の接続端子とのいずれか一方の接続端子が端子取付孔に挿入され、
一方のケースに、一方の接続端子と端子取付孔との隙間をシールするシール部材が設けられ、
シール部材の先端部が、第1の接合面と第2の接合面とのいずれか一方の接合面に露出して、他方の接合面に当接し、互いに接触している第1の接続端子の先端部と第2の接続端子の先端部との周囲を取り囲むことを特徴とする車両用表示装置。 - 一方のケースは第1のケースであり、
一方の接続端子は第1の接続端子であり、
一方の接合面は第1の接合面であり、
他方の接合面は第2の接合面であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用表示装置。 - 表示部材は、第1および第2の接合面に沿って着脱方向にスライドすることにより、支持部材に着脱し、
表示部材の着脱方向における前方から第1の接合面と第2の接合面との間に浸入した水を両側方に案内して車両用表示装置の外側方へ逃す排水部材が、第1のケースと第2のケースとの少なくともいずれかのケースに設けられ、
排水部材は第1および第2の接続端子よりも走行方向の前方に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用表示装置。 - 表示部材に第1の係合部が設けられ、
支持部材に第2の係合部が設けられ、
第1の係合部は、表示部材を支持部材に装着する装着方向において、第2の係合部に係合し、表示部材を支持部材から離脱する離脱方向において、第2の係合部から離脱し、
第1および第2の係合部は着脱方向において複数組設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用表示装置。 - 表示部材は、着脱自在な締結具によって、支持部材に固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用表示装置。
- 第1のケース内に切換スイッチが設けられ、
第1のケースに、切換スイッチを外部から操作して切換えるための操作ボタンが設けられ、
切換スイッチと操作ボタンとの間をシールする弾性変形自在な防水部材が第1のケース内に設けられ、
第1のケースに、ボタン取付用孔と防水部材取付用孔とが形成され、
ボタン取付用孔と第1のケースの内部とが防水部材取付用孔を介して連通し、
操作ボタンはボタン取付用孔に出退自在に嵌め込まれ、
防水部材は、防水部材取付用孔に着脱自在に嵌め込まれて、操作ボタンの操作を切換スイッチに伝達し、
組立時において、防水部材取付用孔に嵌め込まれた防水部材の位置が防水部材取付用孔の外側へずれるのを防止するためのずれ止め部が、防水部材に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用表示装置。 - 他の機器と接続可能な外部接続端子が表示部材に設けられ、
外部接続端子を覆う開閉自在なキャップが第1のケースに着脱自在に設けられ、
キャップは第1のケース内に挿入される舌片部を有し、
キャップを閉じた場合、舌片部が第1のケース内に挿入され、
キャップを開いた場合、舌片部が第1のケース内から外部に引き出し可能であり、
舌片部に抜止部が設けられ、
第1のケース内に規制体が設けられ、
規制体に切欠部が形成され、
舌片部は、切欠部に、離脱可能に挿入され、
抜止部が規制体に係合することにより、舌片部の引き出し量が所定の引き出し量に規制され、
舌片部が切欠部から離脱するのを阻止する離脱阻止部材が第1のケースに設けられ、
離脱阻止部材は外部から第1のケースに着脱自在であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用表示装置。 - 第2の接続端子は電源用の第2の接続端子と通信用の第2の接続端子とを有し、
電源用の第2の接続端子には通信用の第2の接続端子よりも高電圧が印加され、
第2の回路基板と電源用の第2の接続端子とは電源ラインを介して電気的に接続され、
第2の回路基板と通信用の第2の接続端子とは通信ラインを介して電気的に接続され、
表示部材内に磁界発生部材が設けられ、
支持部材内に、磁界発生部材から発生する磁界によって電源ラインを断続するスイッチが設けられ、
表示部材が支持部材に装着されると、スイッチの接点が閉じ、
表示部材が支持部材から取り外されると、スイッチの接点が開くことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用表示装置。 - 上記請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用表示装置を備えたことを特徴とする自転車。
