Description

作業車両用表示装置及び作業車両
 本発明は、作業車両に備えられて各種の情報を表示する作業車両用表示装置及びこの作業車両用表示装置を備えた作業車両に関する。
 油圧ショベル及びダンプトラック等の作業車両は、ディーゼルエンジンのような内燃機関を動力発生源として備えるものがある。環境負荷を低減する観点から、内燃機関が排出した排気ガスを浄化してから排出することが求められている。このため、作業車両には、排気ガスを浄化する装置を備えるものがある(例えば、特許文献1)。
特開2009-127521号公報
 排気ガスを浄化処理する装置を備えた作業車両には、排気ガスを浄化処理する装置(以下、適宜排ガス処理装置という)の状態を表示する表示装置を備えたものがある。このような表示装置を備えていても、作業車両のオペレータが表示装置に表示された情報に注意を向けなかったり、表示装置に表示される情報が不十分であったりすれば、作業車両の異常に対する処理が遅れたり、作業車両の保守及び点検の機会を逃したりする可能性がある。
 本発明は、内燃機関及び内燃機関が排出した排気ガスを処理する排気ガス処理装置を備える作業車両において、排気ガス処理装置の状態に関する注意を作業車両のオペレータに喚起しやすくすることを目的とする。
 本発明は、動力を発生する内燃機関及び前記内燃機関が排出した排気ガスを、尿素水を用いて処理する排気ガス処理装置を有する作業車両に備えられる表示装置であり、画像を表示する表示部と、前記表示部に、第1画像又は前記第1画像とは異なる第2画像のいずれか一方を表示させる表示制御部と、を含み、前記表示制御部は、前記排気ガス処理装置の状態に関する同一内容の装置情報を、前記第1画像と前記第2画像とに表示する、作業車両用表示装置である。
 前記表示制御部は、前記装置情報を、同様の表示形態で前記第1画像及び前記第2画像に表示させることが好ましい。
 前記装置情報は、前記作業車両に備えられたタンクに溜められて、前記排気ガス処理装置に供給される尿素水の残量であることが好ましい。
 前記表示制御部は、前記尿素水の残量の検出に異常が発生した場合、前記装置情報を、正常である場合とは異ならせて表示させることが好ましい。
 前記表示制御部は、前記第1画像を前記作業車両の作業中に表示し、前記作業車両が作業をしていないときに、前記第2画像を表示可能とすることが好ましい。
 前記第1画像は、前記作業車両の稼働時に表示される通常画像であって、前記第2画像は、入力装置からの入力又は前記作業車両に発生したイベントによって前記通常画像から切り替えられて表示される画像であることが好ましい。
 本発明は、動力を発生する内燃機関及び前記内燃機関が排出した排気ガスを、尿素水を用いて処理する排気ガス処理装置を有する作業車両に備えられる表示装置であり、画像を表示する表示部と、前記表示部に、第1画像又は前記第1画像とは異なる第2画像のいずれか一方を表示させる表示制御部と、を含み、前記表示制御部は、前記排気ガス処理装置に供給される尿素水の残量に関する同一内容の装置情報を、同様の表示形態で前記第1画像と前記第2画像とに表示する、作業車両用表示装置である。
 本発明は、動力を発生する内燃機関と、前記内燃機関が排出した排気ガスを処理する排気ガス処理装置と、前述した作業車両用表示装置と、を含む、作業車両である。
 本発明は、内燃機関及び内燃機関が排出した排気ガスを処理する排気ガス処理装置を備える作業車両において、排気ガス処理装置の状態に関する注意を作業車両のオペレータに喚起しやすくすることができる。

 本発明を実施するための形態(実施形態)につき、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
<作業車両10>
 図1は、本実施形態に係る作業車両10の一例を示す図である。図2は、モニタ20が第1画像P1を表示する状態を示す図の一例である。図3は、モニタ20が第2画像P2を表示する状態を示す図の一例である。作業車両10は、例えば、油圧ショベル、ダンプトラック、ホイールローダ、ブルドーザ又はフォークリフト等であるが、これらに限定されるものではない。作業車両10は、作業車両用表示装置としてのモニタ20と、内燃機関としてのエンジン29と、エンジン29が排出した排気ガスを処理する排気ガス処理装置30とを備える。この他に、作業車両10は、ポンプ制御装置23と、通信装置24と、位置検出装置25と、エンジン制御装置27と、車内信号線28と、燃料タンク31と、尿素水タンク32と、走行装置33と、蓄電器34と、オルタネータ35と、キースイッチ36と、回転速度検出センサ38と、液体の量を検出する検出器としての液面検出センサ39F、39Aとを含む。液体の量を検出する検出器として、例えば液体に浮かべたフロートを検出することで液面の高さをとらえることが可能な超音波センサを用いることができる。また、液面を検出するのではなく、液体の量を直接計測するような液量センサ等、他の検出器を用いて液体の量を検出するようにしてもよい。
 モニタ20は、画像を表示する装置である。モニタ20は、表示部21と、表示制御部22とを含む。モニタ20は、作業車両10の図示しない運転室内に設置される。本実施形態において、モニタ20は、例えば、作業車両10の各種の情報を画像として表示部21に表示する。図1に示す例では、例えば、尿素水ゲージ40、警告用のアイコン42及び異常箇所表示用のアイコン44等が表示部21の画面21Dに表示されている。
 尿素水ゲージ40、警告用のアイコン42及び異常箇所表示用のアイコン44は、いずれも作業車両10に関する情報である。尿素水ゲージ40は、尿素水タンク32に溜められている尿素水の残量を表示する。警告用のアイコン42は、排気ガス処理装置30に異常が発生したことを示す。異常箇所表示用のアイコン44は、異常が発生している箇所を示す。モニタ20は、これらの他にも作業車両10に関する情報を表示する。また、作業車両10が周辺監視用又はバックモニタ用のカメラ等を備える場合、モニタ20は、このカメラが撮像した画像を画面21Dに表示する。
 本実施形態において、モニタ20は、各種の画像を表示部21の画面21Dに表示する他に、入力装置としても機能する。このために、モニタ20は、表示部21の画面21Dの下方に、入力装置21Sを備える。入力装置21Sは、表示部21の下方に限らず他の場所にあってもよいし、表示部21とは別体であってもよい。入力装置21Sが表示部21と別体である場合、入力装置21Sは、図示しない運転室内のコンソールに設けられてもよい。本実施形態において、入力装置21Sは、複数の押しボタン式のスイッチが画面21Dの下方であって、かつ、横方向に配列されている。入力装置21Sを操作することにより、モニタ20の画面21Dに表示される画像を切り替えたり、作業車両10に処理を実行させたり、作業車両10の動作に関する各種設定を実行したりすることができる。作業車両10に実行させる処理としては、例えば、排気ガス処理装置30のDPF(Diesel Particulate Filter)装置30Pの再生処理又はエンジン29の出力制限解除処理等がある。出力制限解除処理は、DPF装置30Pのフィルタに所定レベルのススが堆積した場合又は尿素水が所定レベルまで減少した場合に、エンジン29の出力が制限されている状態において、出力の制限を一時的に解除する処理である。作業車両10に実行させる処理は、これらに限定されるものではない。作業車両10は、DPF装置30Pのフィルタに所定レベルのススが堆積した場合又は尿素水が所定レベルまで減少した場合に、エンジン29だけでなく、油圧ポンプ29OPの作動油の吐出量を制限し油圧ポンプ29OPの出力をも制限するようなものであってもよい。また、作業車両10が、上部旋回体を電動機で旋回させる油圧ショベルであったり、車輪を電動機で駆動させるダンプトラックであったりするような場合、前述のような出力を制限させるべき状態になったときに、それら電動機の出力の制限を実行するようにしてもよい。
 モニタ20の表示部21は、例えば、液晶表示装置であるが、これに限定されるものではない。本実施形態において、モニタ20は入力装置としても機能するが、この入力装置としての機能をモニタ20に発揮させるため、表示部21は、画面21Dにタッチパネルを備えていてもよい。
 表示制御部22は、表示部21の動作を制御したり、画像処理を行ったり、入力装置21Sからの入力を処理したりする。表示制御部22は、例えば、処理部22Cと記憶部22Mとを含む。処理部22Cは、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)とメモリとを組み合わせたものである。記憶部22Mは、例えば、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、フラッシュメモリ若しくはハードディスクドライブ等又はこれらを組み合わせたものである。記憶部22Mは、前述した各種の処理を表示制御部22が実行するために必要なコンピュータプログラム、データ及び作業車両10の動作に関する各種設定データ等を記憶している。
 処理部22Cは、記憶部22Mから、前述したコンピュータプログラムを読み出し、そのコンピュータプログラムに記述されている命令を実行することにより、表示制御部22が実行する各種の処理を実現する。
 本実施形態において、表示制御部22は、表示部21に、図2に示す第1画像P1又は第1画像P1とは異なる、図3に示す第2画像P2のいずれか一方を表示させる。また、表示制御部22は、図1に示す排気ガス処理装置30の状態に関する情報としての装置情報を、第1画像P1と第2画像P2とに表示する。この場合、同一内容を示す装置情報が同様な表示形態で第1画像P1と第2画像P2とに表示される。本実施形態において、装置情報は、図1に示す尿素水タンク32に溜められている尿素水の残量を示す尿素水ゲージ40である。尿素水ゲージ40は、異なるタイミングで表示部21の画面21Dに表示される第1画像P1と第2画像P2とのそれぞれに表示される。
 尿素水は、流通性に乏しい場合もあり、国又は地域によっては入手しにくいことがある。したがって、オペレータは、作業車両10の稼働にともなって消費される尿素水の残量を常に監視しておく必要がある。表示制御部22が、第1画像P1及び第2画像P2の両方に尿素水ゲージ40を表示することで、作業車両10のオペレータに対して尿素水の残量について注意を喚起することができる。このため、オペレータは、尿素水の残量を把握しやすくなる。また、第1画像P1及び第2画像P2の両方に表示される尿素水ゲージ40は、同様な表示形態で表示される。このため、例えば第1画像P1で表示される尿素水ゲージ40を見慣れているオペレータは、画面21Dが第2画像P2に切り替わったとしても、第2画像P2に表示された尿素水ゲージ40は尿素水の残量を示していることを直観的に理解することができる。
 本実施形態において、モニタ20は、車内信号線28と電気的に接続されている。モニタ20は、例えばCAN(Controller Area Network)といった車内信号線28に適用されている通信プロトコルを用いて、ポンプ制御装置23及びエンジン制御装置27等と通信する。
 ポンプ制御装置23は、油圧ポンプ29OPの斜板角度を制御し、図示しない油圧シリンダ等の油圧機器への作動油の吐出量を調整するための装置である。ポンプ制御装置23は、車内信号線28と電気的に接続されており、同じく車内信号線28と電気的に接続されているモニタ20及びエンジン制御装置27と通信することができる。
 通信装置24は、アンテナ24Aを備えている。通信装置24、位置検出装置25、情報収集装置37は、通信処理装置37Tに組み込まれている。通信処理装置37Tは、車内信号線28と電気的に接続されている。通信装置24は、作業車両10の外部と通信することができる。本実施形態において、通信装置24は、例えば通信モデムである。通信装置24は、各種の制御装置、各種のセンサ、通信端末及び通信モデムを有する。通信装置24は、アンテナ24Aを介して無線通信を行う。通信装置24に接続された情報収集装置37は、例えば、作業車両10が備えるセンサ類、エンジン制御装置27及びポンプ制御装置23等から作業車両10の稼働情報を収集し、通信装置24及びアンテナ24Aを介して外部に送信する。稼働情報には、後述するように、例えば、液面検出センサ39A、39Fから得られる尿素水の残量に関する情報等が含まれる。また、通信装置24は、外部の管理装置から作業車両10に送信される情報を受信する。
 位置検出装置25は、GPS用アンテナ25Aを備えている。GPS用アンテナ25Aは、GPS(Global Positioning System)を構成する複数のGPS衛星から出力された電波を受信する。GPS用アンテナ25Aは、受信した電波を位置検出装置25に出力する。位置検出装置25は、GPS用アンテナ25Aが受信した電波を電気信号に変換し、自身の位置情報、すなわち位置検出装置25の位置を算出(測位)することにより、位置検出装置25が搭載された作業車両10の位置情報を求める。位置情報は、作業車両10の位置に関する情報であり、緯度、経度又は高度の座標である。位置検出装置25が自身の位置を計測するためには、GPS衛星に限らず他の測位用衛星によるものでもよい。すなわち、GNSS(全地球航法衛星システム:Global Navigation Satellite System)による位置計測ができればよい。位置検出装置25によって得られた作業車両10の位置情報は、作業車両10の稼働情報とともに通信装置24によって作業車両10の外部へ送信される。
 通信装置24及び位置検出装置25は、情報収集装置37に電気的に接続されている。情報収集装置37は、車内信号線28と電気的に接続されている。情報収集装置37は、作業車両10に発生した異常に関する情報(以下、適宜異常情報という)を生成したり、稼働情報を収集したりする。情報収集装置37は、生成した異常情報を、例えば、通信装置24及びアンテナ24Aを介して作業車両10の外部に向けて送信する。

 排気ガス処理装置30は、DPF装置30P及び尿素SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)を用いた尿素SCR装置30Nを用いてエンジン29が排出した排気ガスを浄化する。尿素SCR装置30Nに供給される尿素水は、尿素水タンク32に溜められている。なお、本実施形態は、尿素水を用いた排気ガス処理システム(尿素SCR装置30N及び尿素水タンク32)が作業車両10に備えられた場合を示すが、そのような排気ガス処理システムを備えない作業車両10を除外するものではない。また、エンジン29の種類によっても排気ガス処理装置30の構成又は種類は異なる。次に、エンジン制御装置27の制御例を説明する。
 エンジン制御装置27は、回転速度検出センサ38が検出したエンジン29のクランクシャフトの回転速度及び燃料調整ダイヤル27Sの設定等に基づいて、エンジン29に供給する燃料の量を制御する。このようにして、エンジン制御装置27は、エンジン29を制御する。エンジン制御装置27は、エンジン29が排出する排気ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物の量等に基づき、排気ガス処理装置30の尿素SCR装置30Nに供給する尿素水の量を制御する。
 排気ガス処理装置30は、各種センサ30Cを備えている。各種センサ30Cは、例えば、排気ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物の量を検出するセンサ、排気ガスの温度を検出する温度センサ及び尿素SCR装置30N内におけるアンモニアを検出するセンサ等を含む。エンジン制御装置27は、各種センサ30Cによって検出された排気ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物の量が所定の量を超えている場合、尿素水タンク32から図示しない噴射装置へ尿素水を供給する。噴射装置は、尿素SCR装置30Nの構成に含まれるものである。そして、尿素SCR装置30Nは、噴射装置から尿素水を排気ガス中に噴射させる。排気ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物は、尿素水により窒素と水とに還元(分解)される。
 エンジン制御装置27は、尿素水タンク32に溜められた尿素水の量を検出する液面検出センサ39Aの検出値に基づき、尿素水タンク32の尿素水の残量を求める。エンジン制御装置27は、求めた尿素水の残量をモニタ20に送信する。モニタ20は、例えば、図1に示す尿素水ゲージ40に尿素水の残量を表示させる。また、エンジン制御装置27は、燃料タンク31に溜められた燃料の量を検出する液面検出センサ39Fの検出値に基づき、燃料タンク31の燃料の残量を求める。エンジン制御装置27は、求めた燃料の残量をモニタ20に送信し、例えば、モニタ20の画面21Dに表示した燃料ゲージ41に燃料の残量を表示させる。燃料の量を検出する液面検出センサ39Fの検出値をモニタ20に直接送信して、モニタ20の例えば処理部22Cによって燃料タンク31の燃料の残量を求めるようにしてもよい。また、尿素水の量を検出する液面検出センサ39Aの検出値をモニタ20に直接送信して、モニタ20の例えば表示制御部22によって尿素水タンク32の尿素水の残量を求めるようにしてもよい。
 エンジン制御装置27は、車内信号線28を介して、「エンジン29が稼働中であることを示す信号」をモニタ20に送信し、モニタ20はその信号を受信している時間を計時し累積稼働時間を求める。なお、エンジン制御装置27は、エンジン29の回転速度を検知する回転速度センサ38からの信号を受信し、その信号によって、「エンジン29が稼働中であることを示す信号」を生成し、モニタ20に送信する。しかし、何らかの原因で、エンジン制御装置27からモニタ20へ「エンジン29が稼働中であることを示す信号」が送信されなくなった場合、以下のようにして累積稼働時間を求めることができる。
 オルタネータ35からの信号(所定電圧)が信号線35Aを介してモニタ20へ送信される。モニタ20は、オルタネータ35からの信号を受信している時間を計時して、累積稼働時間を求める。なお、前述のように「エンジン29が稼働中であることを示す信号」を用いるのではなく、常時、オルタネータ35の信号をモニタ20に送信して累積稼働時間を計時してもよい。あるいは、回転速度センサ38の信号を直接モニタ20へ送信して、回転速度センサ38の信号を用いて累積稼働時間を計時してもよい。以上のようにして、モニタ20は、累積稼働時間を計時することができる。
 燃料調整ダイヤル27S、センサ30C、回転速度検出センサ38及び液面検出センサ39A、39Fは、エンジン制御装置27と電気的に接続されている。このような構造により、エンジン制御装置27は、燃料調整ダイヤル27Sから設定値を取得できるとともに、各種センサ30C、回転速度検出センサ38及び液面検出センサ39A、39Fから検出値を取得することができる。
 車内信号線28は、例えば、CANである。車内信号線28には、前述したように、モニタ20、ポンプ制御装置23、エンジン制御装置27及び通信処理装置37Tが電気的に接続されている。モニタ20と、ポンプ制御装置23と、エンジン制御装置27と、通信処理装置37Tとは、車内信号線28を介して相互に通信できるようになっている。車内信号線28にはターミナル28Tが電気的に接続されている。ターミナル28Tに端末装置等を接続することにより、ターミナル28T及び車内信号線28を介して、当該端末装置とモニタ20等とが相互に情報をやり取りすることができる。
 前述した端末装置は、例えばパーソナルコンピュータ、携帯端末又は記憶媒体及び読取装置等のように、通信機能及び記憶機能を備えたものを用いることができる。また、ターミナル28Tを無線LAN(Local Area Network)機器とすることで、情報収集装置37が収集した作業車両10の稼働情報を、前述した端末装置にダウンロードできるようにしてもよい。なお、その無線LAN機器の機能を、前述した通信装置24が担うことで、同様に異常情報等をダウンロードするようにしてもよい。
 前述したように、エンジン制御装置27は、車内通信線28を介してモニタ20と電気的に接続されている。また、前述したように、液面検出センサ39A、39F及び回転速度センサ38は、エンジン制御装置27と電気的に接続されている。このような構造により、モニタ20は、エンジン制御装置27を介して、液面検出センサ39A、39Fにより検出される燃料又は尿素水の残量の情報を取得したり、エンジン29が稼働中であることを示す運転信号を受信したりすることができる。
 エンジン制御装置27は、所定の周期で液面検出センサ39A、39Fから燃料及び尿素水の量を示す検出値を取得し、燃料及び尿素水の残量を示す情報を生成する。さらに、エンジン制御装置27は、車内信号線28を介して、モニタ20に所定の周期で燃料及び尿素水の残量を示す情報を送信する。
 走行装置33は、エンジン29が発生した動力によって作業車両10を走行させる。本実施形態において、走行装置33は、油圧モーター33Mと履帯33Cとを含む。油圧モーター33Mは、エンジン29によって駆動される油圧ポンプ29OPから供給される作動油によって回転する。油圧ポンプ29OPは、ポンプ制御装置23によって作動油の吐出量が制御される。走行装置33は、油圧モーター33Mが履帯33Cを回転させることによって作業車両10を走行させる。走行装置33は、履帯33C等を備えたものには限定されない。例えば、エンジン29の動力を、トルクコンバーター及び変速装置を介して車輪に伝達するような装置であってもよい。
 作業車両10は、蓄電器34を備える。蓄電器34は、例えば、鉛蓄電池又はニッケル水素蓄電池等の二次電池である。蓄電器34は、エンジン29を始動させるためのスタータ29Sに電力を供給したり、モニタ20を始めとした、作業車両10が備える各種の電子機器に電力を供給したりする。蓄電器34は、オルタネータ35によって発電される電気を充電する。オルタネータ35は、エンジン29の駆動に連動して駆動することにより発電する。オルタネータ35が発電した電気は、蓄電器34に充電される。
 モニタ20は、前述したように、オルタネータ35からの信号を受信することで、オルタネータ35が正常に動作しているか否かを判断することができる。また、前述したように、モニタ20は、オルタネータ35からの信号を受信している時間を計時することで、作業車両10の累積稼働時間を求めることもできる。
 蓄電器34から供給される電力は、キースイッチ36を介して、例えばスタータ29S、ポンプ制御装置23、エンジン制御装置27、モニタ20及び通信処理装置37T等の電子機器に供給される。キースイッチ36は、蓄電器34に電気的に接続され、さらにキースイッチ36は、ポンプ制御装置23、エンジン制御装置27、モニタ20及び通信処理装置37Tに電気的に接続されている。キースイッチ36としては、シリンダ錠を用いたもの、押しボタン式のもの又は無線通信を利用したイモビライザキー等を用いることができる。キースイッチ36がONになると、蓄電器34からポンプ制御装置23、エンジン制御装置27、モニタ20及び通信処理装置37Tに電力が供給される。キースイッチ36がOFFになると、蓄電器34からポンプ制御装置23、エンジン制御装置27、モニタ20及び情報収集装置37に供給される電力が遮断される。
 前述したように、モニタ20の表示部21は、図2に示す第1画像P1又は図3に示す第2画像P2を切り替えて画面21Dに表示する。本実施形態において、第1画像P1は、作業車両10の稼働時に表示される画像(通常画像)である。通常画像とは、少なくとも冷却水温度ゲージ45、燃料ゲージ41、尿素水ゲージ40を含む画面である。第1画像P1は、例えば、作業車両10のキースイッチ36をONにした後において、モニタ20の画面21Dに表示される。モニタ20は、第1画像P1を画面21Dに表示した後は、モニタ20に対する入力又は作業車両10に何らかのイベントが発生しない限り、第1画像P1を画面21Dに表示する。
 前述のモニタ20に対する入力とは、例えば、画面21Dに表示されている画像を切り替える旨の入力である。例えば、尿素SCR装置30Nに何ら異常が発生していない場合、オペレータが入力装置21Sを操作することで、第1画像P1から第2画像P2に切り替えることができる。この場合、第2画像P2には、少なくとも尿素水ゲージ40が表示され、尿素SCR装置30Nに何ら異常が発生していないため、図3に示すような異常情報CI及び所要時間TLは表示されない。ここで、尿素SCR装置30Nに何ら異常が生じていないことを示すために、文字で「正常作動中」といった情報を表示させてもよい。表示制御部22は、オペレータが入力装置21Sを何も操作しなければ、所定時間経過後に自動的に通常画像である第1画像P1に切り替える。
 前述した画面21Dに表示された第1画像P1の表示が切り替えられるために必要なイベントとしては、例えば、排気ガス処理装置30に何らかの異常が発生し、かつその異常を解消するための処理を作業車両10のオペレータに促す必要がある事象が挙げられる。このような場合、表示制御部22は、自動的に画面21Dを第1画像P1から第2画像P2に切り替える。オペレータが入力装置21Sを何も操作しなければ、表示制御部22は、所定時間経過後に自動的に第2画像P2を通常画像である第1画像P1に切り替える。第1画像P1の画面21Dに対する表示が切り替えられるために必要な条件は、これらに限定されるものではない。
 第1画像P1は、燃料の残量を示す燃料ゲージ41と、作動油の温度を示す作動油温度ゲージ43と、エンジン29の冷却水の温度を示す冷却水温度ゲージ45とを含む。燃料タンク31内に残っている燃料が多い場合、燃料ゲージ41に示される針は、Fに近い方を指す。燃料タンク31内に残っている燃料が少ない場合、燃料ゲージ41に示される針は、Eに近い方を指す。作動油温度ゲージ43又は冷却水温度ゲージ45に示される針が、Hに近い方を指している場合は、作動油又は冷却水の温度が高い状態であることを示す。作動油温度ゲージ43又は冷却水温度ゲージ45に示される針が、Cに近い方を指している場合は、作動油あるいは冷却水の温度が低い状態であることを示す。
 さらに、第1画像P1は、エンジン29の累積稼働時間を示す累積稼働時間47を含む。累積稼働時間47は、前述のようにエンジン制御装置27からモニタ20に送信された信号を基に求められるものである。なお、第1画像P1に表示されるものに、作動油温度ゲージ43を含めなくてもよい。また、各ゲージ41、43、45は、針式のゲージではなく、円グラフ又は棒グラフのような他の表示形態において状態量を表示するものであってもよい。
 本実施形態においては、前述した尿素水ゲージ40も第1画像P1に含まれる。尿素水ゲージ40が示す尿素水の残量は、前述したように、排気ガス処理装置30の状態に関する装置情報である。本実施形態において、図1に示すモニタ20の表示制御部22は、尿素水ゲージ40によって示される尿素水の残量を、装置情報として第1画像P2に表示する。
 累積稼働時間47は、作業車両10のエンジン29がこれまで稼働した時間の累積値を作業車両10の累積稼働時間として示すものである。第1画像P1は、作業車両10の情報として、少なくとも累積稼働時間を表示する。第1画像P1は、作業車両10の稼働時に表示されるので、累積稼働時間の他に、作業車両10の稼働時に必要な情報を含んでいてもよい。このような情報として、例えば作業機械10の燃費を優先させた動作モード又は作業機械1の掘削力を優先させた動作モードといった各種のモード設定に関する種別情報又は作業機械10の走行速度のモード設定に関する種別情報等が挙げられる。作業車両10が、例えば、ダンプトラックやホイールローダ等のように、走行をする機会が多いものであれば、その積算走行距離又は走行速度等も作業車両10の稼働時に必要な情報となる。
 尿素水ゲージ40は、尿素水タンク32に尿素水が満たされている状態Fと、尿素水タンク32の尿素水が空である状態を示すEとの間に、尿素水タンク32内に溜められている尿素水の液面の位置を示す複数のインジケータ40Gが表示される。尿素水が満たされている状態Fはアイコン40Fによって示されており、尿素水が空である状態を示すEはアイコン40Eで示されている。なお、尿素水ゲージ40は、燃料ゲージ41の隣の位置に表示されることが好ましい。尿素水又は燃料は、消費されて逐次補給が必要なものという共通の観点で管理される。したがって、尿素水ゲージ40と燃料ゲージ41とを近い位置に表示させることで各残量の管理が容易となる。
 尿素水ゲージ40は、尿素SCR装置30Nに関連する情報であることを意味する絵柄で示されたアイコン40Iを有している。なお、アイコン40Iの絵柄は、図3に示された、タブTBdの絵柄と同一の形態である。表示制御部22は、尿素水が消費され、ある閾値よりも減った際、アイコン40Iの色を通常時とは異ならせたり点滅させたりして、オペレータに尿素水が減少していることを示す。あるいは、例えば、車内信号線28の断線や液面検出センサ39A自身の故障が発生している場合(以下、検出異常)、表示制御部22は、アイコン40Iの色を異ならせたり点滅させたりすることにより、異常が発生していることをオペレータに示すこともできる。アイコン40Iの色について、尿素水が減少した場合に表示される色と、異常が検出された場合に表示される色とが異なるようにしておくことで、オペレータ又はサービスマン等は、いずれの現象が起きているのかを明確に区別することができる。
 複数のインジケータ40Gは、尿素水タンク32内における尿素水の残量、すなわち尿素水の液面の位置に応じて点灯する。尿素水の液面の位置が尿素水タンク32の上部に近い場合、アイコン40F側のインジケータ40Gが点灯する。図2及び図3は、ハッチングで示されるインジケータ40Gが点灯している状態を示す(以下同様)。尿素水が消費されて、尿素水の液面の位置が尿素水タンク32の底部に近くなってくると、アイコン40F側のインジケータ40Gが尿素水の減少量に応じて順次消灯する。このような動作により、尿素水ゲージ40は、尿素水タンク32内に溜められた尿素水の残量を表示する。すなわち、尿素水ゲージ40は、点灯しているインジケータ40Gの数によって尿素水の残量を表示する。具体的には、点灯しているインジケータ40Gの数が少ない程、尿素水の残量は少なくなる。
 第1画像P1は、尿素水ゲージ40を含むので、作業車両10のオペレータは、作業中において常に尿素水の残量を確認することができる。このため、オペレータは、尿素水の残量に応じて適切に尿素水を手配したり補給したりすることができる。
 図3に示す第2画像P2は、複数の種類の情報を個別に分けて表示する。第2画像P2は、複数の種類の情報を、タブTBa、TBb、TBc、TBd、TBe、TBfによって切り替えて表示する。タブは、入力装置21Sを操作することで切り替えられる。図3に示す例においては、タブTBdが選択されている。タブTBdは、尿素SCR装置30Nに関する情報を含んでいる。なお、タブTBaは燃料消費量の履歴といった環境に関する情報を含み、タブTBbは作業車両10のマニュアルに関する情報を含むものであり、タブTBcはDPF装置30Pに関する情報を含み、タブTBeは油圧系統に関する情報を含み、タブTBfはモニタ20の設定に関する情報を含む。タブは、作業車両10の動作設定に関する情報又は作業機械10のメンテナンス履歴等に関する情報を含むタグを設けてもよい。第2画像P2に含まれる複数の種類の情報の内容及び数はこれらに限定されるものではないが、排気ガス処理装置30に関する情報が含まれることが好ましい。
 図3に示す第2画像P2は、尿素SCR装置30Nに何らかの異常が発生し、この異常に対して処理をとらないとエンジン29の出力を制限する旨(状態情報)を示す一例である。第2画像P2への遷移は、尿素SCR装置30Nに何ら異常が発生していなくても実行することができる。その場合、前述したように、第2画像P2は、尿素SCR装置30N等が正常に動作している旨(状態情報)を示してもよい。前述のように、尿素SCR装置30Nに何らの異常が発生していなくても、少なくとも第1画像P1の尿素水ゲージ40と同様な表示形態の尿素水ゲージ40が、第2画像P2に表示される。図3に示すように、異常の内容は、異常情報CIとして図3に示すような文字でもよい。異常の内容が直観できるような図柄や記号であってもよい。また、第2画像P2は、状態情報の一つとして、エンジン29の出力が制限されるまでの所要時間TLも表示している。この例では、12h(時間)34m(分)が経過しても、尿素SCR装置30Nに発生している異常に対してこれを解消する処理をしないと、エンジン制御装置27によってエンジン29の出力が制限されることになる。
 本実施形態において、図1に示すモニタ20の表示制御部22は、尿素水の残量を、装置情報として第2画像P2にも表示する。この場合、表示制御部22は、尿素水の残量を、第1画像P1と同様の表示形態で第2画像P2に表示させる。具体的には、表示制御部22は、第1画像P1中の尿素水ゲージ40と同一の内容で同様な表示形態によって尿素水ゲージ40を第2画像P2に表示させる。すなわち、第2画像P2に表示される尿素水ゲージ40は、第1画像P1に表示される尿素水ゲージ40と同様に、アイコン40I、アイコン40E、アイコン40F及びアイコン40Eとアイコン40Fとの間に設けられた複数のインジケータ40Gを有している。
 第1画像P1において、尿素水ゲージ40は縦に配置されていたが、第2画像P2において、尿素水ゲージ40は横に配置されている。つまり、尿素水ゲージ40は、第1画像P1に表示される表示形態(デザイン)と同様な表示形態(デザイン)で、アイコン40E、アイコン40F、インジケータ40Gが第2画像P2に表示される。なお、第2画像P2においても、尿素水ゲージ40が第1画像P1と同様の表示形態で縦に配置されるようにしてもよい。本実施形態においては、第1画像P1と第2画像とで、尿素水ゲージ40の向きは縦と横とが異なるが、尿素水ゲージ40の形態、構成及び表示する情報は同一である。また、第1画像P1に表示される尿素水ゲージ40と第2画像P2に表示される尿素水ゲージ40とが、全体の大きさだけが異なり、尿素水ゲージ40の形態、構成及び表示する情報が同一であれば、両者は同様の表示形態で表示されていることになる。尿素水ゲージ40の形態、構成、表示する情報とは、アイコン40Iの絵柄が示すデザイン及び色の少なくとも一方、アイコン40E、40Fが示すデザイン及び色の少なくとも一方、インジケータ40Gが示すデザイン及び色の少なくとも一方並びにインジケータ40Gのセグメントの個数である。このように、表示制御部22が、第1画像P1と第2画像P2とに、同様の表示形態で装置情報(この例では尿素水の残量)を表示することにより、作業車両10のオペレータは、尿素水の残量を把握しやすくなる。
 オペレータは、作業機械10の稼働時において表示される画像(通常画像)である第1画像P1によって尿素水ゲージ40の表示形態に見慣れている。よって、頻繁に見ることのない第2画像P2に、見慣れている表示形態により表現された尿素水ゲージ40が、同様な表示形態によって表示されることで、オペレータは、尿素水の残量が第2画像P2に表示されていることを戸惑うことなく直観的に認識することができる。つまり、モニタ20の画面21Dに表示される画像が第1画像P1と第2画像P2との間で遷移しても、オペレータは尿素水の残量を確実に把握することができる。その結果、オペレータは、適切なタイミングで尿素水を手配したり補給したりすることができる。また、尿素水の残量に応じて、作業機械10の稼働時間を調整するといった作業の進捗管理も行うことができる。
 第2画像P2は、尿素SCR装置30Nの異常が発生していることを示しているので、作業車両10のオペレータは、第2画像P2に示されている情報から、尿素SCR装置30Nに異常が発生したこと及び発生した異常の内容を把握することができる。第2画像P2には、尿素SCR装置30Nの異常とともに、尿素水ゲージ40によって示されている尿素水の残量も示される。このため、オペレータは、両者の関係を直感的に視認することができる。つまり、オペレータは、尿素SCR装置30Nの異常と、尿素水の残量とを対比することにより、異常の内容をより迅速かつ正確に理解できる。なお、本実施形態において、尿素SCR装置30Nの異常が発生していなくても、第2画像P2には尿素水ゲージ40が表示される。したがって、オペレータは、尿素SCR装置30Nが正常に動作している場合でも、尿素SCR装置30Nが正常に動作していることを確認することができると同時に尿素水の残量についても把握することができる。
 例えば、図3に示す例では、尿素水ゲージ40が有する8個のインジケータ40Gのうち5個が点灯している。このため、オペレータは、第2画像P2に示されている尿素水ゲージ40を視認すれば、尿素水は尿素水タンク32に半分以上残っていることが直感的に理解できる。このため、オペレータは、尿素水ゲージを見れば、尿素SCR装置30Nに発生している異常は、尿素水の残量不足に起因するものではないと判断できる。その上で、オペレータは、第2画像P2に文字で示されている異常情報CIを読むことにより、尿素SCR装置30Nに発生している異常の原因を特定しやすくなる。
 例えば、尿素水ゲージ40が有する8個のインジケータ40Gがすべて消灯していた場合、オペレータは、尿素水ゲージ40を視認することにより、尿素SCR装置30Nには、尿素水の残量不足に起因する異常が発生している可能性があると判断することができる。その上で、オペレータは、第2画像P2に文字で示されている情報を読むことにより、尿素SCR装置30Nに発生している異常の原因を特定しやすくなる。
 例えば、尿素水ゲージ40によれば尿素水の残量は十分であるが、第2画像P2の異常情報CIには、尿素水の残量不足による異常が発生していると表示された場合、オペレータは、両者の示す異常の原因が異なっていると判断できる。この場合、例えば、図1に示す車内信号線28又は液面検出センサ39Aに異常が発生したと推定できる。また、尿素水ゲージ40によれば尿素水の残量が不足しているが、第2画像P2の異常情報CIには、尿素水の残量不足以外の異常が発生していると表示された場合又は尿素水ゲージ40によれば尿素水の残量が不足しているが、第2画像P2には、尿素水の残量不足以外の異常が発生していると表示された場合、尿素水の残量不足よりも先に解消しなければならない異常が発生している可能性もある。このように、表示制御部22は、尿素水の残量と、尿素SCR装置30Nに発生している異常とを同一の画像(本実施形態では第2画像)に表示することにより、異常の判断を容易にし、かつ異常を特定する際の精度を向上させ、速やかな対応を図ることができる。
 本実施形態において、図1に示す表示制御部22は、車内信号線28の断線又は液面検出センサ39A自身の故障等により、液面検出センサ39Aによる尿素水の残量の検出に異常(検出異常)が発生した場合、第2画像P2の装置情報、すなわち尿素水ゲージ40を、正常とは異なった表示形態で表示させてもよい。このようにすることで、尿素水ゲージ40が表示している尿素水の残量は、正しい値でない可能性があることを作業車両10のオペレータに知らせることができる。
 例えば、表示制御部22は、検出異常が発生していない場合と検出異常が発生している場合とで、尿素水ゲージ40の表示形態を異ならせるにあたり、例えば、尿素水ゲージ40全体の色を異常が発生しない場合に対して異ならせたり、尿素水ゲージ40を点滅させたりすることができる。また、前述したように、表示制御部22は、図3に示すアイコン40Iの表示形態を正常時と異常時とで異ならせてもよい。例えば、表示制御部22は、アイコン40Iの色を変更したり、アイコン40Iを点滅させたりすることができる。
 このようにすることで、表示制御部22は、オペレータに向けて検出異常が発生していることを明確に示すことができる。また、表示制御部22は、尿素水が消費され、ある閾値よりも減った際、アイコン40Iの色を通常時とは異ならせたり、アイコン40Iを点滅させたりさせる。このとき、アイコン40Iの色について、尿素水が減少した時に表示される色と検出異常時に表示される色とが異なるようにしておくことで、いずれの現象が起きているのかを明確に区別することができる。このように、正常時、検出異常時又は尿素水の減少時といった三つの状態で尿素水ゲージ40の表示形態を異ならせることは、第2画像P1が表示されている状態だけでなく、第1画像P1が表示されている状態でも同様に行ってもよい。
 モニタ20の表示制御部22は、例えば、液面検出センサ39Aとして用いられた超音波センサが不適切な検出をした旨の信号を、車内信号線28を介して取得した場合、すなわち検出異常時において、前述したように、尿素水ゲージ40を、正常時とは異ならせた表示形態で表示させる。また、図1に示す車内信号線28に何らかの異常が発生し、液面検出センサ39Aの検出値を表示制御部22及びエンジン制御装置27等が取得できない場合も、液面検出センサ39Aによる尿素水の残量の検出に異常が発生した場合であり、検出異常に相当する。車内信号線28に発生した異常は、例えば、モニタ20が備える、図示しない通信制御部によって検出される。表示制御部22は、通信制御部が検出異常を検出したら、尿素水ゲージ40を、正常時とは異ならせた表示形態で表示させる。このように、表示制御部22は、液面検出センサ39Aによる尿素水の残量の検出に異常が発生した場合に、尿素水ゲージ40の表示形態を異ならせるので、オペレータは、尿素水ゲージ40に示されている尿素水の残量が正確でない可能性を把握することができる。以上のように、検出異常の発生又は尿素水の減少時の際に尿素水ゲージ40の表示形態を正常時とは異ならせることにより、オペレータは、異常の原因を区別することが容易となる。
 本実施形態において、尿素水ゲージ40は、複数のインジケータ40Gを含むが、尿素水の残量を示す形態は、尿素水ゲージ40のようなものに限定されない。例えば、尿素水の残量は、数値で示されてもよいし、尿素水タンク32内における尿素水の液面の高さを比率等で示したものであってもよい。
 本実施形態において、排気ガス処理装置の状態に関する装置情報を尿素水の残量としたが、装置情報はこれに限定されない。例えば、尿素水の温度及び尿素水の品質の少なくとも一方を装置情報としてもよい。この他、尿素SCR装置30Nに関しては、排気ガスに尿素水を供給する供給系統の状態に関する情報を装置情報としてもよい。供給系統の状態に関する情報は、例えば、尿素を排気ガスに噴射する噴射装置に関する情報、尿素水を供給する配管に関する情報及び噴射装置に尿素水を供給する装置に関する情報等がある。さらに、尿素SCR装置30N内におけるアンモニアを検出するセンサ等についての情報を装置情報としてもよい。
 図1に示すDPF装置30Pの状態に関する情報を装置情報としてもよい。具体的には、DPF装置30Pが備えるフィルタの入口と出口との差圧並びにDPF装置30Pが備えるDOC(Diesel Oxygen Catalyst)の入口温度及び出口温度等を装置情報としてもよい。また、エンジン29の吸入空気量を計測するセンサ、排気ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物の量を検出するセンサ等に関する情報を装置情報としてもよい。第2画像P2に表示される装置情報が、DPF装置30Pの状態に関する情報である場合、当該装置情報が同様の表示形態で第1画像P1に表示されるとともに、その装置情報は、例えば、図3に示す第2画像P2のタブTBcが選択されたときに示される情報とともに表示されることが好ましい。
 本実施形態は、モニタ20の表示制御部22が、第1画像P1又は第1画像P1とは異なる第2画像P2のいずれか一方を表示させ、排気ガス処理装置30の状態に関する装置情報を、第1画像P1と前記第2画像P2とに表示させている。このように、異なる画面に排気ガス処理装置30に関する同一内容の情報を表示させることで、作業車両のオペレータは、画面21Dに表示された同一内容の情報について注目するようになる。その結果、本実施形態は、エンジン29及びエンジン29が排出した排気ガスを処理する排気ガス処理装置30を備える作業車両10において、排気ガス処理装置30の状態に関する注意を作業車両10のオペレータに喚起しやすくすることができる。
 例えば、表示制御部22が、尿素水の残量に関する情報を第1画像P1及び第2画像P2に表示させることにより、オペレータは、尿素水の残量について注目するようになるので、適切なタイミングで尿素水を手配し、補給することができる。モニタ20の画面21Dが、第1画像P1から第2画像P1に切り替わったとしても、第1画像P1に含まれていた装置情報と同様の表示態様で第2画像P1に装置情報が表示されるので、オペレータは、常に装置情報が示す情報を、直観的に内容を認識して取得することができる。以上のように、本実施形態によれば、排気ガス処理装置30に発生した異常に対する処理が遅れたり、保守及び点検の機会を逃したりする可能性を低減できる。
 また、表示制御部22が、DPF装置30Pの状態に関する装置情報として、例えばDPF装置30Pが備えるフィルタの目詰まりに関する情報を第1画像P1及び第2画像P2に表示させれば、オペレータは、フィルタの目詰まりについて注目するようになる。この場合、第2画像P2のタブTBcが選択された画面21Dに装置情報が表示されることになる。その結果、適切なタイミングでフィルタの再生処理を実行したり、フィルタを交換したりすることができる。この場合でも、オペレータは、常に装置情報が示す情報を直観的に認識して取得することができる。
 なお、第1画像P1に尿素水ゲージ40を表示し、第2画像P2に切り替えられた時に、いずれのタブTBa、TBb、TBc、TBd、TBe、TBfが選択されたとしても、画面21Dに尿素水ゲージ40が第1画像P1と同様の表示形態で表示されるようにしてもよい。
 以上、本実施形態を説明したが、前述した内容により本実施形態が限定されるものではない。また、前述した構成要素には、当業者が容易に想定できるもの、実質的に同一のもの、いわゆる均等の範囲のものが含まれる。さらに、前述した構成要素は適宜組み合わせることが可能である。さらに、本実施形態の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で構成要素の種々の省略、置換及び変更のうち少なくとも1つを行うことができる。

Claims (8)

  1.  動力を発生する内燃機関及び前記内燃機関が排出した排気ガスを、尿素水を用いて処理する排気ガス処理装置を有する作業車両に備えられる表示装置であり、
     画像を表示する表示部と、
     前記表示部に、第1画像又は前記第1画像とは異なる第2画像のいずれか一方を表示させる表示制御部と、を含み、
     前記表示制御部は、前記排気ガス処理装置の状態に関する同一内容の装置情報を、前記第1画像と前記第2画像とに表示する、作業車両用表示装置。
  2.  前記表示制御部は、
     前記装置情報を、同様の表示形態で前記第1画像及び前記第2画像に表示させる、請求項1に記載の作業車両用表示装置。
  3.  前記装置情報は、前記作業車両に備えられたタンクに溜められて、前記排気ガス処理装置に供給される尿素水の残量である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の作業車両用表示装置。
  4.  前記表示制御部は、
     前記尿素水の残量の検出に異常が発生した場合、前記装置情報を、正常である場合とは異ならせて表示させる、請求項3に記載の作業車両用表示装置。
  5.  前記表示制御部は、
     前記第1画像を前記作業車両の作業中に表示し、前記作業車両が作業をしていないときに、前記第2画像を表示可能とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両用表示装置。
  6.  前記第1画像は、前記作業車両の稼働時に表示される通常画像であって、
     前記第2画像は、入力装置からの入力又は前記作業車両に発生したイベントによって前記通常画像から切り替えられて表示される画像である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両用表示装置。
  7.  動力を発生する内燃機関及び前記内燃機関が排出した排気ガスを処理する排気ガス処理装置を有する作業車両に備えられる表示装置であり、
     画像を表示する表示部と、
     前記表示部に、第1画像又は前記第1画像とは異なる第2画像のいずれか一方を表示させる表示制御部と、を含み、
     前記表示制御部は、前記排気ガス処理装置に供給される尿素水の残量に関する同一内容の装置情報を、同様の表示形態で前記第1画像と前記第2画像とに表示する、作業車両用表示装置。
  8.  動力を発生する内燃機関と、
     前記内燃機関が排出した排気ガスを、尿素水を用いて処理する排気ガス処理装置と、
     請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両用表示装置と、
     を含む、作業車両。
